This spa was awesome! My wife and I went for our anniversary, we both received the Echelon Special. They started us off with our own robes and slippers and we sat in the sauna. We then received 90 minute massages, 60 minute facials, bath soaks and showers, then ended it with a 30 minute foot soak. We had their Shrimp Tempura for lunch, which is wildly delicious! The entire place is very intimate and amazing for any type of occasion. They gave us a goody bag full of chocolate at the end, all for only $350 per person. They were very professional, I highly recommend them to anyone I need of a retreat near home!
I experienced the “Pamper Me Day” package today. It was wonderful! Amy did an amazing job on my massage, facial and foot scrub. The remodeled salon is beautiful and it was very clean and inviting. I’ll definitely be back!
Absolutely loved Stefanie! She listened to me and focused on my tension spots. She also had no problem explaining the whole facial process with me! I will definitely be back
I had an amazing experience my first time coming in! Staff was very friendly and informative! They walked me through everything and answered all my questions being a first time spa user! The service was outstanding! I used the sauna, 60 minute massage, a pedicure and foot reflexology massage and everything was amazing and so relaxing! I will be back again!
Absolutely loved my experience at Echelon. I had a 90-minute Swedish massage with cupping by Cassie and felt so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
Chloe did an amazing job! It was so enjoying and relaxing. She is a very kind person and can’t wait to come back!
I come here quite a bit and really enjoy getting massages from Deonna. I like that I can schedule pretty quickly and get in, and the vibes are very relaxing. I would recommend!
Truly the best deep tissue massage I have had. Chloe did an amazing job!
My husband and I decided to come to town on a whim for a weekend getaway. The receptionist was very nice, and helpful while booking. I was excited to find something last minute. We booked 90 minute massages, and a scalp treatment add on. I was informed that we could also do a complimentary sauna and foot soak.We were taken to the couples room, which was very nice. We were directed to get undressed to our confirm level and they would be back shortly. One of the face cradles was missing a cover, and she said they would cover it when they came back in. While we were undressing, there was a knock, and my husband was standing there halfway undressed so he called out “just a minute”, twice, she came in anyway with thecover. It was uncomfortable, as my husband was standing there with no pants on. I was already undressed in the bed, right in front of the door, that she didn’t close behind her.My husband said that he received THE BEST massage of his life. I didn’t get so lucky. My massage therapist talked/sang to herself the ENTIRE 90 minutes, despite checking the box on the pre-appointment form, that I would prefer a silent service. She also repeatedly hit her stool into the table, loudly. We didn’t receive the scalp treatments for some reason. When we were finished with the massages, we were escorted to the sauna. It was really nice, despite not having any cold towels in the mini fridge, that we only discovered after we were done. The foot soak was also a nice ending to the services. The scalp treatments rang up when we went to pay, but after I informed the receptionist that we didn’t receive them, she took them off, saying that the massage therapists might not have known they were on the appointment, even though I received the appointment confirmation for them the day before.Overall, a great experience for my husband. For me, the service quality absolutely did not match the price point. Very nice people, and atmosphere, just wish I could have had a more relaxing service.
Went for my girlfriend’s birthday, got a couples massage which was fantastic. Very welcoming, and professional throughout the whole experience.
Went for a bachelorette party and it was an amazing experience! Super nice employees, as well as services! 10/10 would recommend
Our experience at the massage spa was excellent. Laura and her team provided a warm, friendly atmosphere and made us feel comfortable. My husband had been in some pain prior to our visit, and the team was wonderful in helping him ease his discomfort. We were very pleased with our visits results.
Madison worked very diligently to achieve the exact look I wanted over two visits! 10/10 would recommend
Awesome massage with Stephenie - all other services great too - will definitely be back!
Omg Ashley is hands down the best at her job! She asks the right questions and knows how to work out your kinks. Ashley is very very professional and has a great energy that allows you to relax during your massage. I would recommend her to anyone needing a relaxing day or decompression.
Such a great spa in Edmond! I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Fabulous experience! I came into town to see my sister and treated us to a massage. Hannah was amazing. Very talented massage therapist! Sister had Deanna and she was super talented as well. Massages included special touches like hot towels & special pillows!!Thank you so much!!!
Great experience. Was able to book a last minute massage online when I couldnt turn my head. Was a quick and easy process through the website. The atmosphere was calm and tranquil, and my massage was fantastic. Ill be back early next time for a glass of champagne to top it off.
Was gifted a gift certificate here for vday. The massage therapist, Celeste, was excellent, although she said she wasn’t familiar with all the treatments. I was booked for a deep tissue & was hoping to upgrade, but the front desk never offered that. My partner said my visit was supposed to come with steam room & other options, but these were never offered to me. Front desk didn’t ask to leave gratuity. I could hear people in the next room talking the entire time. Overall my visit was ok, but I wouldn’t recommend nor visit again.
My wife and I got a massage, manicure and pedicure and everyone was amazing!
The Naturally Nurtured massage services Allison offered me were excellent. She struck me as being quite knowledgeable and experienced. I felt rejuvenated and at ease after the massage. Her services come highly recommended to someone seeking for a massage therapist, in my opinion.
LOVED the staff!! Did the full day Spa with lunch and beverages, foot soak, body soak, massage and facial!!! All were amazing!!!!
The Echelon Signature Pedicure was excellent! Kameron was very professional and skilled. She took her time to make sure my feet felt amazing. The massage and hot towel treatment were both fantastic. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a relaxing pedicure.
My fiancé and I originally purchased a package for laser hair removal and have since returned for multiple other treatments, including massages and the sauna. We are both nurses and try to regularly get massages - and we wont go anywhere else after being at Echelon! Originally we wanted to stick with our original service providers, but now we have worked with so many of them that we dont mind who we see. I just recently booked a hair appointment for my future MIL to get her hair done before our wedding and I have no doubt it will be a wonderful experience just as it has with everything else! The manager, Allison, is an absolute sweetheart!
I took my son here for a perm. Our stylist was running 45 minutes late. We were there for a little over 3 hours. Parts of his hair are not permed. They charged $10 more than the price I was quoted when I made the appointment charged $95 quoted $85. Our stylist had to have help from what I can only guess was the manager or owner to re-curl parts of his hair. She clearly needed to use a smaller roller. The “best” part of the entire experience was after the ridiculous wait on a Tuesday afternoon (we were the only other clients at the spa) and the perm taking an hour longer than it should have, they charged me for 2 glasses of Prosecco. We will not be back.
Simply amazing spa services are provided by Allison. I came and immediately felt at ease and at home. Kate has a really friendly and pleasant demeanour, and she is quite talented. Anyone looking for a spa experience that is truly unique should contact her immediately.
Laura and her staff delivered an outstanding level of service! The Fire+Ice Facial left me feeling like a completely different person. My skin felt incredibly soft, and the whole thing was very soothing. Ill most definitely return!
The Flash Facial at Echelon Day Spa + Cocktail Lounge was fantastic! I felt so at ease thanks to Kate and her wonderful team. My skin felt wonderful after the facial, which was extremely effective. I would unquestionably suggest this location to anyone looking for a fantastic facial!
Is there a zero star option? This place is highway robbery. From a misleading spa menu to unqualified staff, every single part of this experience was awful. I arrived 10 minutes before my service was set to start (Tour of Echelon costing $175 before tip), I waited 25 minutes in their waiting area before being taken back to a room with a pop up massage table and a thin sheet. I asked for more pressure but nothing changed. The massage, which is described as a 90 minute trip to paradise (if I remember correctly) lasted less than an hour. When I brought this to the to the attention of the woman at the front desk she told me, “this particular service can last up to 90 minutes but that depends on how quickly the guest changes.” I couldn’t believe it. Bottom line, do not go here. There are dozens of esteemed spas around Edmond and OKC but this isn’t one of them. They let you know there are showers and a soaking tub but in order to access them, that is an extra charge of $95 according to their menu. I can’t say it enough, do NOT go here. It’s a run down building that has not been remodeled and doesn’t feel like a spa at all. Buyer beware!!!
POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ! I had an appointment for dip nails with added tips. Called a couple days in advanced to make sure they had staff who could accommodate the ombre effect I requested when making the reservation online (sent a picture as an example). In the reservation I also listed Id need a soak-off of my old nails. When I called to make sure the reservation was good to go, the receptionist said she didnt know I needed a soak-off stating Im glad you called or we wouldnt have known very rudely, then readjusted my appointment info. I guess that means they dont read appointment details made online. They definitely dont check voicemails, because both times Ive left messages with any information they might need I always get a call ten minutes later (not on the number I provided in the voicemail) saying we received a missed call?? All the information needed is in the message, so be prepared to repeat yourself multiple times if you leave a voicemail or make the reservation online. The building looked run down, didnt feel clean, and felt VERY humid. They said the person doing my nails was new, so Im not sure if that meant new to doing nails, or new to their establishment but I was still excited since the techs own nails looked amazing. I was happy to give the new gal a chance because people need experience to learn, and ombre is a very basic effect that Ive never had issues with at any other nail salon. One of their other staff admitted she passed me off to my current nail tech because she hated doing that kind. It took over three hours for only a soak-off and new set. The dip powder went so far passed my cuticles they were pulling up from the nail when I was checking out at the counter. By the time I was at my car, two had come completely off and one just barely hanging on. That evening I was able to pull all of them off with NO PAIN, which shows how loose they were. I decided to make another appointment with the same tech in hopes we could work together on making them better, and over time Id have a permanent nail salon since the location is very handy for me. However, Im going out of town unexpectedly on the date of my next appointment (SUNDAY @ 12pm), and called today on my lunch (FRIDAY @ 1:05pm) to cancel. I even told the receptionist that I am rescheduling my appointment as soon as I know which day were coming back to town. I didnt want to pick a random date to reschedule and risk not picking a day I was actually available. Cancelling now and calling back later to re-book is easier. She said Id be charged the cancel fee because its less than 48 hours notice. IT WAS STILL 47 HOURS NOTICE!! I stated on the voicemail and to the receptionist that I was cancelling with INTENT TO RESCHEDULE. Even after the bad quality I was willing to come back, and hoping to make this my new go-to salon. Before booking my first appointment I read through multiple bad reviews about the poor service and poor quality and still wanted to give them a try. With the exception of the very first call, everyone was friendly so Im disappointed it didnt work out. I also went back to my emails and noticed their reminder emails they send come right after the 48hr time limit, so it seems theyre doing this on purpose. Everything theyve done tells me they only want money, not returning clients. I will respect that and not book here again.
I had an overall horrible experience with Echelon Spa. I have written a much more extensive review on Yelp explaining the situation in detail, but due to length limitations on google, I will keep it short. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an 8 person bridal party, after the spa reached out to me via Yelp ensuring me they could handle 8 people. I paid a $180 deposit. The day of the appointment, only 4 people were able to get their nails done in the 2 hours. Not only were they incredibly slow (gel and dip soak-offs took 40 minutes each) but they had only 3 technicians at the appointment instead of the promised 4. 2 members of our party stayed an additional 1.5 hours making them late to our next appointment, and 2 people did not get their nails done at all. That night when I got my itemized receipt, I noticed that my $180 deposit was not applied. Additionally, they over-charged me $20 for additional nail length. Over a period of three weeks, I contacted them four times before I got an actual answer. This answer was a list of correct charges that totaled to the $640 total I paid them, and included multiple charges not included in my itemized receipt. These charges were not only not in my itemized receipts, but were not listed on their brochure of services, nor verbalized to me as additional charges. One of these charges was $5 for artistry PER FINGER, totaling to $50 per person of the two people who got full hand designs. This was on top of the listed $15 charge for nail artistry and their already $80 manicure (dip with additional length). The rest of the examples are in my yelp review, but this was the most outrageous and therefore made the cut to include here. Its been 2 weeks since I expressed my concerns for the fabricated charges and I have not heard from the salon since. I stand by my claim to Echelon Spa that they owe me a total of $200, but I know I will not get it back. I do not recommend this spa to anyone. My experience has been the most negative and least trustworthy one Ive had with any business.
UPDATE: After they agreed not to charge me anything as I did not receive the service, I was charged a cancellation fee for the full price on the following day. The salon has not been responsive to my calls or emails. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.———This review pertains to a booking for the infrared sauna. After arriving for my appointment, I was taken to a steam sauna. They no longer have an infrared sauna available despite that being what was described on the website. Even then, I went ahead to try the steam sauna as I had already made the trip. The door would not close flush on the sauna leaving cold air to constantly flood in at the floor level. The temperature struggled to rise to even 150 in 15 minutes of a thirty minute session. At that point I decided to leave. They did not charge me. The room was also not clean: the glass had sweat drip marks and the floor needed sweeping. Two stars as the personnel were friendly and did not hesitate to not charge me.
Echelon Day Spa + Cocktail Lounge is my favourite place to visit. I always receive excellent care from Kate, and I love how relaxed I feel after each massage. I wholeheartedly advise anyone looking for a fantastic spa experience to visit this location.
I have had nothing but negative experiences with this spa. My first visit had to be rescheduled to another building. The NP doing my botox was flighty and confused. The botox injections didnt work at all, so Im not sure if she put them in the right areas. The next time, I was scheduled with someone different, but they changed who I was seeing back to the 1st person without telling me. For my wedding, I decided to go there for my nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was barely more than a color change even though it was expensive. The nails were the worst I have ever had done. Then the next time I was scheduled for botox, they changed the location from the spa to a seedy looking office building. The final straw was when I was scheduled again for botox, but I had to cancel due to my daughter having COVID. Even though I called and left a message as soon as I knew, I got no call back and was charged a $50 no show fee. I still have not received a call back from management to discuss this fee after 2 days. Needless to say, I am not going back and would not recommend this place to anyone wanting good service.
Excellent Spa! I love their soaking tubs, and the blowout was wonderful! I plan to go nowhere else! Beautiful escape!
This place is amazing! I came in with a lot of pain and left feeling so much better. Kameron and her staff were incredibly professional and respectful, and really took the time to understand my needs. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to anyone I know who needs a massage.
Booked for a free consultation a month ago and had a family emergency the morning of. Called them to reschedule till the following week and was told that was fine. There was a charge of $25 on my account the next day. States clearly on their website their website that the cancellation fee is to be equal to the service amount, which would have been free. Oh well, let that roll over. Fast forward to the next appointment, got there late due to traffic and had to reschedule again. Paid $290 for the service in advance to come back the following week. Decided this wasn’t the best choice for me and called of a refund. It almost took 3 weeks to receive the refund. When it did finally come, it was $20 less. Called them back and they said that there is a $20 bank fee on their side for ANY and they had no idea about this fee. Nice and polite staff, but if you are booking with them be 100% positive it’s what you want to do because you will NOT get all of your money back.
I got a bad haircut and went here to get it fixed. I had high hopes since the website says it’s a top salon in Edmond. They charged me $65 and this photo is my “fixed” hair. (Clearly uneven and not fixed) I also asked them to thin my bulky ends and they said they would not recommend that. I went to a THIRD salon and they not only fixed my cut but also thinned my ends without me even having to ask and it looks much nicer. Just a warning not to be fooled by the website or the fact that advertise themselves as a nice spa.
Took two hours for a blowout. Didnt even start on my hair until 30 min in and you could tell the stylist was frazzled and overbooked. Added a complimentary conditioning treatment that add 10min to my time, not for me but so they could get their stylist more time. Also, mid doing my hair the stylist started talking to her next client asking her what she wanted and walking over to look at pictures. And when I mentioned this to the manager nothing. Could of cared less.
At Echelon Spa Resort, the staff always makes sure you have a wonderful time. Ive visited a lot of spas, but Kamerons services are by far the best. You immediately feel at ease and well-cared for when you enter. I heartily endorse their offerings!
We got the valentine’s day package and had a great experience! I would recommend this spa to anyone!
I booked a massage at this spa for my anniversary with my husband and was very unhappy with my overall experience. Whoever I spoke with over the phone, seemed as if they weren’t quite sure what they needed to do and only confused me more about their cancellation policy. When we went in for our massage, half of the building was undergoing construction that you could hear throughout the appointment. The massage was fine, but over $100 for someone who felt brand new to massage, seems more than a little ridiculous.
I originally had to leave a 2 star review due to a rough first experience with this Spa. I was very unhappy and extremely disappointed due to the fact that I was going to spend around $1000 on a full spa day for two and things were not up to par. After speaking with the manager that day, cancelling all services, and heading home - a couple of days later I received a call from a different manager, Ashley. She reiterated how embarrassed and apologetic the Spa felt. She offered to comp our day, if we would simply return and let them make it up to us. The spa tubs had been completely replaced due to our issues, so she really wanted us to experience that. We agreed. Our return trip was very nice! We received a couple of extra services on the Spa - Thank You! Lunch was delicious!! Everyone was nice, we received good instructions with each service, every service was in a nice/clean area. We are glad Ashley called and we tried again. I appreciate the company understanding their mistakes and immediately fixing them. I also appreciate them giving us our full day almost completely comped. I was surprised to pay for the mani/pedi portion but Im also a business woman and dont expect everything for free. It was a good compromise and I still made out on top. Rough start...but they made it right.
Echelon Day Spa+Cocktail Lounge provided great services. Ashley and her team made us feel happy and relaxed. The couples therapy was perfect for us. We appreciated the beautiful and clean facilities. Thank you!
Had a wonderful experience at Echelon Day Spa+Cocktail Lounge. The staff was very friendly and Madelyn did an amazing job with the massage. I felt very relaxed and rejuvenated after the massage. Thank you for the great experience!
I highly recommend this spa. Best in the OKC area by far!!
Nicole has been my massage therapist for over a year, and I can attest to her amazing skills! I always leave her office feeling incredibly relaxed. Her Swedish massage techniques are amazing, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional massage.
Had a deep tissue with Casey and would highly recommend! All of the staff were incredibly friendly.
I made an appointment for a couples massage, which I purchased through groupon. I had an emergency the day before my appointment and couldnt make it. This place has a 48 hour cancellation policy and if you dont give them at least that, you will be charged for the entire massage. Unreasonable to say the least. I was told, although groupon still has the promo price still available, they wont honor groupon prices. Say your money for a place that actually isnt all about money. I hope this review saves money for my fellow consumers. Have an emergency at your own discretion.
Called ahead 20 minutes prior to appointment time specifically stated that we will be running late for appointment as the travel time with construction was saying 30 min. They stated that was fine and come on in. We arrived 15 min late for appointment. They then tell me since we are late that they will not be able to wash hair and only do a dry hairstyle even though there is still over 45 min left of appointment time. Front desk lady was not accommodating at all. Instructed her that I would be leaving a negative review and she said go for it in a very snotty way. The place seems to have very few customers as I can see why do to there front desk service.
Amazing facial by Madison! Extremely relaxing and professional! I will be recommending to family and friends!
My first time at Echelon was an incredible experience! They made feel comfortable and relaxed all day, and recommended products that are perfect for my skin and hair. I cant wait to go back!10/10 for Cat and Shaina.
I love this place. Third time and still love it. Staff is nice and professional. I feel so relaxed from start to finish and I feel so much better after a session. I sometimes feel sore afterwards but its worth it.
My esthetician moved over to Echelon Spa a couple of months ago. On my first visit in May, I fell in love! Mind you it was a Sunday so I’m sure it wasn’t the full staff but I was greeted and asked to walk around to a waiting area where I was later given a brochure of the services offered. I was also offered a beverage as I waited. I had a friend with me and we were both thoroughly impressed with the customer service as well as the exhaustive list of the services offered. Excellent visit and experience.July 3rd, which was a Saturday, was my next visit. I was greeted by someone who later informed me she was the hiring manager. I believe her name was Allison. She asked me who I was coming to see. I gave her my esthetician’s name and my appointment time. She proceeded to tell me that there was no one that worked there by that name. When I assured her that I indeed had an appointment there and that I was there for the same service a month prior, she stated that as the hiring manager, she would know if someone worked there by that name. To prove I wasn’t just making up a story, I called my esthetician who was up the street. I informed the manager that she was on her way and started to head to the waiting area. She stopped me and told me I had to be escorted (literally around the corner) to the area. Okay, fine. No problem. Fast forward to me being in the room to receive my service… I notice I’m in a different room than before. My esthetician informed me that she switched rooms because of a situation with the door. While I’m being serviced, I was asked to shift my body and the shift of my weight sent the plastic-based chair over and I fell backwards. The chair caught my fall for the most part. Just scared me mostly. After determining I was okay, we adjusted and proceeded to continue the service.About 5 minutes later, there’s a knock on the door and someone stating the room is “off limits” and that my esthetician needed to open the door. My esthetician stated “Give me a minute, I’m with my client.” The person at the door stated “No, I need to get in there.” She then proceeded to count “One, two…” As if my esthetician was a child about to be punished when she got to “three.” At this point I yelled out “ma’am, she said she was with a client.” She proceeded to still open the door. My esthetician ran and tried to block her from entering. My privacy was completely invaded. My esthetician was very shaken up and kept apologizing for the invasion. I later learned that that was her last day working at Echelon Spa because of the lack of professionalism.Due to the wonderful first experience I had, I don’t think at all that this is the norm but there should definitely be some refreshening of HR protocol/training. The hiring manager, and all staff, should know who all works there. My esthetician stated she was told she could choose any room. If any rooms are off-limits, it should be noted on the door or taped off and that should be communicated with all the staff. Secondly, busting your way in a room where people are potentially undressed should never happen. Especially AFTER someone acknowledges your presence and tell you they will be with you shortly. They also shouldn’t speak to staff as if they’re children. Lastly, as a manager, don’t speak to your patrons as if they don’t know what they’re talking about when they state they have an appointment.
Kate offers top-notch spa services. She has performed massages and facials on me, and she is quite skilled. She always puts me at ease and makes me feel calm. I heartily endorse her!
Wonderful experience! Also unlimited memberships available to an infrared sauna
I got my lashes and nails done here and I’m amazingly happy with it! Everyone there was super sweet! And I will definitely go back when I’m ready to fill my lash extensions And will definitely be coming back when I’m ready for new nails!
WAY OVER PRICED FOR NOT A REAL FACIAL!!! 3 of us went to this spa for a facial. Only 1 of us got an actual facial.... her experience was AMAZING the other 2 of us got just got what seems like massage ladies doing our facials. They were done on massage tables no sheets just blankets, rough n scratchy. ; (
I appreciate the wonderful services Kate and the team provided for the Flash Facial. The results were amazing, and you made me feel so at ease and calm. Ill most definitely return!
Fantastic laser spider vein treatment provided by Laura! Ive been battling spider veins for years and have finally discovered a cure. The procedure is quick and simple, and I saw results right away. If you have spider veins, I would definitely advise Laura and her staff.
The spa resort offers top-notch customer support. I was delighted with Allies professionalism. She was quite good at handling me and making me feel at ease.
I had several services today and the staff members were great. The location/building is terrible. It’s in an old college apartment building. It was freezing cold when I mentioned it to the staff I was told they were cold too!! The trash was running over into the floor. There were supplies just laying and piled up everywhere. I had to step over things to get to services. No toilet paper in the bathroom. I told 2 people but when I left it was still without toilet paper. The manicure and pedicure areas were like a huge storage room. Robes and supplies piled up everywhere. The facial was in a room removed from the rest of the areas and I had to walk through the college apartment lobby to get to the facial. The facial rooms were cold and bare. Not a single picture or any decor- just an old college dorm room. There was literally a huge gap between 2 of the rooms and my foot got stuck in it.When I made the reservations it was for Tiatus Spa which looks very nice on line. But when you get there it’s Echelon and the pictures are not this place. Even the text message said Tiatus at first but later changed to Echelon. That’s pretty shady. It is ridiculously overpriced! They charged me $350 for a cut and color with toner. $350!! My son bought me a spa package and they did not honor the prices. I was shocked to learn my bill was $785 instead of $350 which I expected. At no time while booking my appointment was I ever informed a color and cut was $350!! Then they asked me for an almost $200 tip. Do people spend $1000 to go to the spa? There was not one other client there. The ladies providing the services were knowledgeable and very nice. However the exuberant fees and storage building/college dorm atmosphere made this place a horrible experience. Take my word for it- don’t go. I have pictures if anyone is interested.
Think twice before you book! I had to cancel (over 24 hours in advance) because we tested positive for Covid. We were charged 50% and only offered a credit after I called and asked about the charge. You have to use your credit with in 30 days or you lose it. With quarantine times and finding childcare, this didn’t work for my family. After calling for a week I finally got ahold of management. They refused to refund my money and management told me that no one reads these reviews so go ahead and say whatever I would like. Book at your own risk.
Ask to see licensing and certified education paperwork for whatever service you choose. Better yet, don’t waste your time and money. They try to sell 5 pages worth of services and I don’t believe their is any equipment or product for what they advertise (lights not working and mirrors broken). No way on God’s Green Earth this place is legitimate. Buyer Beware!A neighbor told me the Edmond Police have been there on several occasions. I believe it after seeing the place. Third World Salon trying to Pass for First Class Luxe Salon.
I did not have the best first visit it after leave a review the manager call to apologize. They gave me a comp service and I got the best massage I have ever had.I gave 4 star just for the fact that The spa it’s self is not very relaxing it self. But my massage therapist was AMAZING!!!! I booked another for next month.
Wonderful VIP Pedicure including an amazing neck and shoulder massage
It was a great experience! The place was very professional from beginning to end. The masseuse was amazing and it was everything I hoped for!
I made an appointment. I had to cancel because of working during the night , I am a nurse and I was very wore out and it’s far from where I live. Charged 50 dollars for cancellation. That’s a lot of money to charge someone, the women on the phone wasn’t good at explaining this fee to me as a new customer I felt like the receptionist was not good at explaining and discussing information with me as a new client. It’s not like I made an appointment for surgery and at the last minute canceled. Rediculous!
Horrible customer service. Lack of communication. They must not be doing great in business with their services because all they were concerned about was scooping up a cancellation fee. Would never recommend this place ever. They did not try to retain my business whatsoever. Told me all I did was call to complain.
DO NOT COME HERE! I got my hair done here and I felt like crying. The ends were damaged and my hair was burnt!!! The staff is snooty and act like they have better things to do. Whatever you do, don’t come here. There are better places in Edmond.
I had a fantastic time with Casey! Her services were professional, and I felt refreshed and invigorated afterward. I would absolutely return and suggest her to anyone!
Wonderful and relaxing experience. This is a full service spa with a very nice and professional staff. I have been looking for something like this in Oklahoma and will definitely be back with more of my friends.
I wish I could give less than 1 star Noone should ever go here you will be ripped off by the owner Allison personally and that is not a rare occurrence. She has had many customers call the cops on her for her shady business ethics. She Wille will try anything to screw you over.
I availed The Baths of Echelon for Calma Anxiety Relief Bath Soak and it was a great experience. The service was great and the place was beautiful, neat, and clean. The Bath Soaks are a 30-minute treatment where the tubs are filled with heated water, melatonin bubble bath, and then infused with essential oils, salts, and other skin-nourishing ingredients. I felt very happy and relieved after that.
Had Botox done by Ashley. Great experience but 4 days later it failed. Left message for Ashley twice with no response. Called back & spoke to another person that wanted me to send pics. I did on 03/11. Still no response.
Cancel my appointment abs charge me full amount. I can’t control the fact that tested positive for covid. Do you want me to still come in and spread it to everyone there? There’s no understanding at all here. Policy policy policy!! Screw your policy.
The Director Ashley Jiron was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & HATEFUL the entire phone call! She stated that I confirmed an appointment that I did not. She cut me off every chance I got to speak and every other word was “ANYWAYS” as if what I had to say was an inconvenience to her! I will never return to this place because of her poor service and attitude! I will also spread the word about this encounter!
This spot needs to be shut down. I was essentially robbed. Barely complete services. This place has no privacy. Most of the space isn’t an actual spa facility. I mean this sincerely, this place is a scam. I’m embarrassed I even went all the way up to Edmond to essentially be robbed. DO NOT GO FOR ANNNYYYTTTHHIIINNNGGG THERE.
I went to the reviews based it’s my first time. The worst experience very bad they charged $240 for facial and manicure. They just cut my nails and just polished it. That’s it not even clean it properly
We had a great experience here! Very relaxing day.
The absolute worst place to go and also work, coming from an ex employee this place is a complete sham the “owner” has un qualified people working for her without the proper licensing, scams customers, and also let me not forget she’ll have you sign a handbook that she’ll call a contract then will try to sue you for 5,000 dollars if you don’t work for her for a year after completing a “training program” that will never be communicated to you in any way after you’ve been hired on as a full/part time service provider being payed an hourly wage, then try to say you willingly joined said training program when you never even knew you were in a training program. So if you’re thinking about going here DONT waste of money and time!
I had an amazing time celebrating my birthday. Every person helping was great & maria was really good massaging me. I slept like a baby.
My first experience with the Echelon Spa was getting Botox and everything went rather well ,the next was for lip fillers and unfortunately the lip filler only lasted me for 7 days ,finally I go back for Botox again and I got the exact same amount I had gotten previously and in 4 weeks go by and no results so I called the Echelon Spa and I was told to come back in and Ishe would inject a few more cc of Botox so I did and that was an additional $80 and needless to say I never saw any kind of results and that is after a total of 50cc of Botox injections in so I dont know if they just wasnt aware that their product was faulty or if they did know ,and the little girl at the front desk had a HUGE chip on her shoulder about something because she came at me rudely when I had realized I had left my credit card at home and had to wait until my husband brought it to me in that girl shouldnt be at a job where you are required to communicate with the public.
Great place to get a massage after a long day.Staff was very professional and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
Very unprofessional place. Please be aware there’s UNLICENSED staff that’s doing some of these pricey services. This is so unsafe and these unlicensed people do not know proper sanitation protocol. Please verify that the person doing your service is licensed and there’s evidence showing this. This place should be shut down.
This place is completely awful, the customer service is terrible, they were so mean to my friends and even called them degrading names. Please do not waste your time !
After a long weekend, it was lovely to get a massage here. I definitely recommend it.
Do NOT give this salon/spa the time of day. Don’t waste your breath. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received.
Ashley is great; I totally enjoyed her.
This is the perfect place to go when you’re depressed or stressed, I highly recommend Alyssa! She’s AMAZING
I had a wonderful experience at the spa. I had a great time in Paris and was well taken care of.
They had a pipe accident at their office, but they found a new place for their appointments and it didn’t affect the time or service at all. A+. Will be back.
Amazing. I feel amazing; she did a great job.
Wonderful and relaxing! Definitely coming back for more!
Came here for my birthday and the staff made it a wonderful experience from beginning to end!
Madison T gave my friend chemical burns on their scalp.
Hands down best massage, you won’t be disappointed!
This place is a joke. No one knew what was going on. The interior is a mess. Very unprofessional.
Very professional Staff and impeccable maintenance
It was awesome.
Beautiful place !
Wonderful service all around! We came in to celebrate a birthday and get pampered! We had the PAMPER ME DAY package which was fantastic with 3.5 hours of treatments. The pricing is outstanding too. In our package we did 60 min deep tissue massage, facial, sugar scrub, foot soak with reflexology and a great healthy snack. We can’t wait for our next spa day!
