OKC Vapes (Edmond)

The only real reason to come here is the sometimes good costumer service other than that go a block down the road and more wisely spend your money. They have a very very poor selection of everything from juices to gear wish I could say they just sell out but it’s like that every time I go in. The shelve are almost empty. Now the prices are where your really gonna get scammed on the prices $30 for a 60 ml of house juice. Just go down the road and get a premium juice for $20 in 120ml size so if you actually take time to read this take your Business somewhere else

This review is specifically for the Edmond location. I was sold the wrong batteries two hours ago. Didn’t realize until I got home. Went back to the store and they didn’t have the right batteries in stock so no exchange. Asked to return them and they have a zero return policy. Even for unopened unused product that I bought two hours ago.Their house juice is highly variable bottle to bottle and is somehow more expensive than brand name bottles of the same size. If you do land on a flavor you like don’t count on them having it next time. They are constantly out of stock of every juice except their house brand.They also don’t carry atomizers for mods they sell in their store. I bought a brand new Vaporesso mod here and they don’t even sell the coils for it.Take your business elsewhere. I’ll be buying online from here on.

This used to be one of my go to spots but they are always discontinuing the juices that I like. They were heavy on disposables for a while now they dont have any. They did mostly salt nic for a while now its only house juice. The house juice btw ruined my coils in 30 mins. The sweeteners they use must be very low quality. I woulda rather paid 20 bucks for a premium bottle that wasnt going to burn my coils right away. Very disappointed..

Stopped by the drive thru (great perk) to purchase some juice. Ordered 3 bottles of different flavored juices and the total came to $85!!!! That’s is just ridiculous, they weren’t even premium juices! 😳😯👎 $85 for 3 juices... I can’t get over it!I would have given them 2 stars if the customer service wasn’t as decent. They’re are several other great vape shops nearby, go to one of them and save your money.

Tylor was helping me out today and he was super friendly and helpful. He had a lot of good information about the difference between difficult juices and vapes. He never pressured me or tried to upsell me which was nice. The store was really well put together and was clean and organized. Theyre prices are really good too. They are considerably less expensive than other shops I had been too. They dont have a huge selection of stuff but just enough to be able to have a selection to choose from and not get overwhelmed. I will definitely be back!

Paid almost $40 for 2 30 mil bottles. They said was ineligible for buy one get one Tuesdays because they were premium brand. Ok no problem. Then when I asked to have my card stamped they said they couldnt stamp it because I purchased a premium brand. Paid $3 more per bottle, couldnt get the discount and then cant even get my card stamped????? I used to like this store.

Im extremely disappointed in my service here. I bought a vape which worked wonderfully ifor about ten minutes when I got home. I took exactly 12 puffs sitting on my couch when I noticed the tank wouldnt latch and was leaking fluid. It had not been dropped or smashed or otherwise poorly treated. The store insisted that it had been dropped, smashed, whatever and refused a refund or replacement. I strongly advise anyone looking for good customer service to find it elsewhere.

Their juice quality has got way worse. I just threw away a premium bottle of juice $23 after 1 tank because it’s watered down trash. When they stopped carrying pacha mama things went down hill. Idk if they’re hurting for $$ or what but a great place for coils.

I make the long trek to this location because its the only good place in town! The exterior is very nice looking. As you skip up the cobblestone path you feel like a child in an enchanted fairy tail entering a beautiful candy shop of lung cancer. This place has all the basic juices, best flavours, and none of the bogus ones. At least, the bogus ones are clearanced and shaken out like a case of bad fleas (for a dirt cheap price if you can stomach the outlandish flavours)! Theyve got every nicotine level for every flavour and the newest, most delicious ones at that! The dudes are friendly and the best part about it is they wont spew their knowledge around like some insecure salesman with verbal diarrhea who doesnt know when to quit even when you know what youre doing/what you want. They are all honest, knowledgeable, and wont hype up an opinion to make a sale. If something is lame, theyll tell you but in a nice way. This place even has a drive through for grandpa and a reward program! They have happy hour specials and even a nice bathroom with a tampon-flushing warning! That shows they care. They only carry a few pieces but they are all the best and newest ones. They do online delivery too! If you want something, theyll get it for you. They also appreciate humor and wont stare at you like a stoned aboriginal when you talk nonsense because youre hungover. Awesome! Hands down the best vape shop Ive ever visited in the city; Ill never go anywhere else! You shouldnt either! Youll want to come back more than once. Only the most quality merchandise here. Their house juices arent nasty!! They are actually really, really good and wont rot or distort in your tank just like your favourite pet goldfish! Try it today, you wont #ragret!

Generally an awesome experience besides today having to tell some dude with shades on at the drive through that I wanted to ring two orders up separately THREE times even though he refused to “ no I’m bringing them up together “ ?? Dude was being snappy and broke a 100 with all 5s 😂

This was my first time in the store and I was IMPRESSED with the customer service and selection!!!! The two young men who were working were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I sampled and asked multiple questions (Im a newbie to vaping). I most definitely WILL be back to this store and will recommend to friends, since you have a website/on-line store. Thank you

This place was amazing, not only do they have some of the best deals on juices. But the staff was so friendly and helpful especially Neeson and Shayla. They helped me figure out what I needed for my new vape and some juicesI should try next. I highly recommend this location to all my friends and coworkers to shop here for all their vape needs.

Theyre so nice, every employee Ive encountered theyre not in your face about buying the most expensive of anything They are there to help you get whats best for you attachment and let you try many flavors that youre interested in. THE ONLY SHOP I GO TO! With a wide variety of everything and decent prices!

Went for the first time to this store yesterday and I absolutely loved the experience I had!! They hands down have the best juices and employees, I went to a different one is Edmond the other day and bought some liquid and compared to OKC Vapes it tasted like crap!! And also every Tuesday they have a buy one 20mL get one free!!!

Great place, fantastic juices, and great prices. Staff is always nice and so helpful. The know what they are talking about. I wouldnt shop any where else. THE BEST HANDS DOWN

Don’t shop here, former employee. They won’t ever have your juice, nor coils. What’s the point of shopping here? Oh customer service. I quit after getting my hours reduced to 8 or 9 hours a week: I had trouble getting my final paychecks and after two weeks got ahold of the CEO Hong. I expressed my anger, because they couldn’t produce the postmarks of when they sent out my checks. And she then threatened to take out 30 dollars of my check and to shut the F$*K up and come pick it up. When I went to cash my tiny paycheck, the bank responded with they can not deposit this and not tell me why (the check bounced)

So, I came in 20 mins before closing (not on purpose, I promise). I was very demanding on what I wanted in a vape (no leaking, stays charged, etc.). Chris and I cant remember the other guys name were insanely helpful. Didnt rush at all, and were more than willing to walk me through all of it. I appreciate it.

The people that work here are super helpful and friendly, with an emphasis on friendly! I enjoyed my experience here and will definitely come back when I’m in town

Mermaid potion. Excellent flavor, terrible name lol (I’m a guy) most house juices i try burn on exhale but this location has a smooth flavor. Will be buying from here again 👍👍

1st time I have been there I was greeted as I walked in and told him what I needed payed for it then answered all of my questions no issue.

They have sales on the smaller two sizes through the week at certain times, just make sure you ask, and the nicotine MG dont affect the price!

Sorry okc vapes...you guys are high priced and selection not so hot. If I ever need a coil I can count on you to be out of what I need and 3x price than if I drive 1 more mile or so.

Only worried about juice. Never have accessories for your vape. Asked for weeks about a certain product i brought from there and they never did anything about it. Smallest selection of gear in OKC.

Great atmosphere... The staff is very professional, helpful, educational and have a very strong knowledge of all of the products.
