Elements Massage

I just had a 90 minute massage with Memori and she was amazing! Super professional, made me feel very comfortable, and did an amazing job. I feel like a whole new person. My sciatic nerve isn’t bothering me anymore and my whole body is incredibly relaxed. My massage ended 40 minutes ago and I am still tingling with endorphins. I’ve only ever had one other massage experience years ago at a different business and it was very painful. I didn’t experience any pain at all today with Memori. I will definitely be a return customer!

I read a LOT of bad reviews and was so worried about going in for my first visit. It was using a gift card so it was not going to be a huge loss but I’m now convinced the bad reviews are just pocketed ladies from the upper crust of Edmond because this little place was a WOW! From my first step in to my last step out the staff was amazing. The location is small but clean and comfortable. Upgrades were really affordable. Every staff member I came in contact with was kind and attentive. The products were clean as was the equipment. Cannot wait to go again for a CBD and Hot Stone treatment! Ah-ah-amazing!

Listen to me.I have been to a handful of massage therapists in my life. I even used to be a guinea pig for some practicing massage therapists needing someone to practice on.I have had chronic lumbar pain for as long as I can remember. My lumbar has been so painful and sensitive that I would not allow anyone to touch my lower back.The moment I walked into the establishment, I was immediately greeted. I had the pleasure of having Memori as my massage therapist. MEMORI IS TRULY A GIFT. She asked me about my trouble areas, if I would like any water, if I needed a heating pad, etc. The first time going to a new massage therapist can be a little awkward, but I quickly got over that. Soft and mellow music played in the background as Memori assured me to relax. We don’t realize how much are “on edge” in our daily lives until we are truly told to “relax”. Memori had to remind me a few times that it was okay to let go and relax.The most amazing part was that Memori was able to get so many knots out of my lumbar. She utilized all forces of her elbows to break up those knots and move them around until they dissolved. Was it painful? Absolutely. It was that “good-hurt”. However, I would do it all over again. I was sad once it was over because I kind of wanted to fall asleep. Additionally, I was informed to drink lots of water and rest for the next few days.Once I returned home, I ate dinner, did my evening stretches (which were SO MUCH easier, by the way), and went to bed. I HAD THE BEST NIGHT’S SLEEP EVER. I woke up so refreshed. No pain in my back for the first time in 15+ years. Sore, yes - but no pain. I woke up so refreshed that my fiancée was almost worried that it was a dream.Comments & Advice:1. I will be returning to Elements Massage.2. You have knots in your back? Go to Memori because she’ll go after them like it’s a war zone.3. I recommend a drool bucket. You’ll need it.4. Don’t forget to relax. You deserve it!

Do not come here if you want to relax!Massage: 3/5 🌟Massage oil: 1/5 🌟 Did not absorb well. Is this 10W/30 mixed with Astroglide?Environment: 1/5 🌟 Need sound-proofing board. I could hear the room next to me. I could hear children screaming from the business next door. The massage therapist had the music almost too loud in an attempt to drown the noise out...it didnt work.Will not return.

Ian is an exceptional massage therapist. He has been an essential part of helping me cope with chronic back problems while maintaining an active lifestyle. He is friendly, professional, and can provide feedback that is helpful in improving your mobility and well-being. I highly recommend him!

Trish is the only therapist I’ll see. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know her clients. I recommend her all the time.

I had a great massage with Jess - I have a lot of shoulder and neck pain and she was able to work out all the tension and focus on the problem areas very well . Would highly recommend !

Ive been part of the elements membership program for about months now and am amazed at how customer friendly it is. Your unused massages roll over to the next month so they are not wasted, the receptionist staff is always friendly and helpful, and the communication is top notch.I would say the only downside is that their schedule stays very packed so it can be difficult to consistently see the same massager if you find one you really like.

My husband has been coming regularly and I just got my first massage. I can see why he always urged for me to go. The ladies up front are always so kind and friendly. Jeff was my therapist and he was great. My husband has seen several different people there, and so far, Jeannette (sorry if i misspelled), has been his favorite. He has major back issues and has seen quite a bit of relief since going to Elements. Their Wellness Program is definitely worth itPeople complaining about the Wellness Program clearly didnt listen to the receptionist or read the paper they were given to fill out. They explain the program, how you can pause or stop it a long with the time you need to do so. It is not Elements fault you did not pay attention

The couples massage, that we specifically booked for our anniversary, turned out to be just two massages in different rooms at the same time. The massages were meh at best. It felt like they put forth minimal effort in because they assumed we wouldnt be back

I always feel so much better when I leave! I struggle with tightness, knots, etc., which leads to some yucky pain! Britney always listens to where problem areas are and takes care of it💕 Love all of their reminders for appointments too!

Awesome they helped my plantar fasciitis and gave me tips on what to do when my foot is bothering me! Honestly Ive had shots arch supports special shoes and physical therapy for plantar fasciitis and nothing really helped until I went to Elements Massage and she worked on my foot its honestly the first relief from pain Ive had in over a year!! The massage was great too but just cant say enough about my foot pain they got rid of!!! They were all very sweet and helpful when I go back to my sisters at Edmond I will go back to Elements Massage!! Thank you all again!!

Tired to book an appointment online. After an hour or so someone calls me saying I have to give them a card number to book an appointment. No sane person gives out their card number over the phone! Never had to hand out card information to book massage appointments.

Some masseuses give a more enjoyable experience than others, but they are all good. It’s a nice 1-2 hour relaxation time. I go here once a month!
