Elements Massage

I had a great session with Sydney. She was just lovely. She asked me question for my sessions, so that she could give me the best massage for what I needed address. At the end of our session, she offered me some maintenance at home stretchs that would help me and my muscles long term and in between my sessions. I would highly recommend Sydney to anyone that is going to be looking for a masseuse at The Elements Spa.

Sydney is amazing! The Taylor Swift of massage , really focused on my problem areas , very professional staff.

Ive had massages with Christina (no longer there), Becca and Sydney and they were all AMAZING. The subscription makes it so easy and affordable. The online booking is handy but the front desk staff is WONDERFUL and so helpful. Many locations forget that the scheduling and front office is part of the experience but South Edmond nails it.Only downside in my opinion, because theyre so good, they are also popular. Worth planning ahead for though.

Love the staff. Skilled technicians and lovely ambience. Love the monthly massage program. Incredibly economical when it comes to investing in ones own wellness.

I have received massage from the Elements Massage for the last one year. The services offered are excellent. All the staff working there are friendly and professional. They make it easier for customers to be comfortable and happy with services offered.

They give great massages! BUT you do not get what you pay for!!I’ve been here 3 times, every time I’ve went I will buy the 60 minute (1 hour) massage and they never give you the full hour!For example:Appointment is scheduled for 6:15PMI arrive at 6:00PM to fill out paper workThey call me back at 6:16PMTakes the massage therapist 5 minutes to come in and get started. So at 6:20pm they actually start the massage.At the end the therapist talks for about 1 or 2 minutes and walks out. Get up to check the time and it’s 7:05pm!!!You do not get what you pay for!!That is a scam!Another reason I do not like this place, even if you sign up for their monthly contract, they never have availability to schedule an appointment, they are always 4-6 weeks out to get a massage completed.

Receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable. My therapist, Sydney, was phenomenal. Totally worth signing up for the membership!

I just had a magnificent massage from Hia. He has great hands and pressure for deep tissue and he incorporated stretching to in to the massage it was divine ☺️.

I usually see Christina, but I’ve also seen Ian a few times. Both are wonderful massage therapists! I would highly recommend both of them. I would also recommend a 90 min session because a 60 min session always feels too short.

HOT STONES!My therapist Cristina was great. She listened to me while I told her my issues and she gave me an amazing massage. I will never again get another massage without hot stones. The heat from the stones radiates deep in your body without burning or making your skin uncomfortable. The music, the atmosphere, the therapeutic technique it was all flawless. 5 STARS!

You are doing yourself a disservice if you dont visit Elements. They are Top Notch... Tell em I sent ya.

Daniel was AMAZING. He listens to you. He works on the area you need and request, and he gets rid of the pain.I’ve had lower back/hip pain for nearly 2 years, which started when I was moving, so I chalked it up to a pulled muscle or something, but it never went away. I didn’t even tell Daniel to work that area because I honestly thought it was something to do with my joints. He found whatever was ailing me and worked it out.It felt so weird because he was able to feel where I had pain, and when he pushed on that area I could feel he was truly working out a knotted muscle. I haven’t had relief from this pain for nearly two years. The best part, I didn’t even go in for my lower back/hip pain, I went in for neck and shoulder pain, but he worked that out too. I’ve already got my next appointment booked with him.Maybe I shouldn’t be putting this out there, I don’t want Daniel all booked so I can’t book him! Seriously, you won’t be disappointed in his technique.

Daniel gave the best massage I have ever had. Never found anyone strong enough to give the amount of pressure I need to get relief. Until I found Daniel. I left feeling the best I have felt in years!

I have been with the for over a year. Service is always excellent, facilities are always clean and smell good and are quiet. The front desk and admin are incredibly organized and helpful. The monthly subscription was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It really is no strings attached and the rollover from moth to month is so handy when I get busy. They have been very accommodating and safe throughout my pregnancy as well!

Jennifer asked me beforehand what areas I was really needing more attention to, which I appreciated a lot! She asked me multiple times if I was doing okay and if I was comfortable, but not too many times where I got annoyed. Its only been one day and my body feels so much better! Plus the area was nice and relaxing, with a peaceful tone. I liked it so much that I signed up for their monthly program after my first session! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The deep tissue massage I got from Jen was amazing, saw a substantial benefit with the back pain I was having. All the staff were friendly and professional, and made sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Elements. In spite of the fact that I was running late, Nadia was super kind and patient and got me checked-in right away.McColl was also very kind and understanding and very patient with me. She was able to make the most of the time we had and addressed the areas that needed the most help.By the time I left, the headache I came in with was gone and the stress from my teaching day was replaced with peace and relaxation. This was honestly the BEST massage I have ever had. Allan did such a fantastic job of being in tune with my body that he found ALL of my stress points and worked them out. Whatever he did with my feet (those who have RA understand painful feet) was PURE VOODOO! I honestly have had so much energy and focus since the massage 2 days ago. Needless to say, this will be a monthly for me now.

After 10 confirmation text and a confirmation call they lost my appointment. Front desk girl was rude and couldn’t give me any explanation as to why they just lost an appointment. Hardest place to get into and customer service is a joke. Do not recommend whatsoever and will never be back.

This Elements location is beautiful and clean. The receptionist is friendly and knowledgeable. The massage therapist was excellent, and I feel so much better! I finally slept well after my massage, and that hasn’t happened in a long time.

Massage therapist was Matthew. Very knowledgeable and personable. I have experience in muscular manipulation and he was top quality. Book with him!

Ebony is wonderful! She listens to you and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. I have been going to see her for a year and a half now. I live over an hour away now, but it is totally worth the drive. Elements is the place to be!

I was in so much pain. My back was spasming and I couldn’t find relief standing, sitting or sleeping. This was my first time to this location and so I was assigned to Charles. He was knowledgeable and I felt confident he knew what he was doing. He helped relieve my pain and then sent me home with stretches and other things I could do to help it continue to heal and to prevent it from getting this bad in the future. I normally wouldn’t have chosen a male but Charles made me feel safe and comfortable. And I walked out of there feeling so much better.

Staff and therapists have always been friendly and professional

I am an MD specializing in Hormone Replacement, Pain Management, and General Wellmess, with an office just up the street from the 15th St Edmond location. I had called and left several messages asking for my monthly membership to be terminated, had even spoken to an associate on the phone asking for termination of my membership. Yet the monthly autodrafts continued...for AT LEAST six months after I called requesting termination. When I finally had time to stop by in person. I was told that I had to sign a piece of paper for the autodrafts to stop, which I did. I asked for ALL credits, for at least ten 90 minute massages, to be put on gift cards and was told that was not a problem. Called today to use a credit for the first time and was told that ALL of those fraudulently charged monthly massage credits expired 60 days after I signed that piece of paper. That’s news to me. I was not told that. This is THEFT. This franchise owner needs to be investigated and I will report her to the appropriate regulatory agencies, including my attorney, for embezzlement and theft of monies. I am extremely upset with Elements Massage. I have sent emails and mailed a letter since Covid hit asking to cancel my membership. The first go around they said they did not get (I have emails) the 2nd they said email is not sufficient and I had to sign a form. I signed the form and mailed it as well as emailed it. Here we are Nov 3rd and my credit card bill has yet another deduction. I call today and no manager is available. They are forcing me to report my card as stolen because the credit card company says they have an agreement with this vendor not to stop automatic payments. I have not attended the place for a massage since Covid and should not be charged from March until now. I did all the things requested and quite honestly if they cannot locate it, not my problem. I usually do not write reviews or say anything however after over $500 and numerous attempts, I have earned the right to be upset. Beware of signing their contracts unless you expect to have deductions past your cancellation date. I will never go to Elements again for a massage.

Daniel is the best massage therapist in the state of Oklahoma. He has like a sixth sense for tension and knots.

Worst massage I have ever had in my life by Jen. She asked the pressure I wanted I said deep tissue. If she felt a knot she did not even attempt to get it out. Previous massages they work until is completely gone. Totally was not deep tissue. Horrible maggage. I feel like my money was completely WASTED.

For one thing! An hour massage is $80 which does not include gratuity of $13-17 dollars. My masseuse was just ok.....and lastly an hour massage turned out to be really 40-45 mins because she started late and stopped a quarter till to allow for dressing time. I will Not be back

Teresa is fabulous. Puts focus on areas you request and offers reliable suggestions to help keep you feeling well. The facility is well organized, clean and top notch from start to finish. Highly recommend the facility and especially Teresa.

The staff was very nice and professional. The overall experience was awesome. The one thing I didn’t like was that you could kinda hear the stores next to them; because they are in between 2 other stores but obviously that is not something they can control

Difficult to find a person knowledgeable in trigger point and myofascial release. Allen is professional and good at his craft. Highly recommend for people with arthritis or spots injuries as a more natural alternative approach to treatment.

I always go to Elements Massage for my massages.Every experience is just as relaxing and relieving if not better than the massage before. Doesnt matter who does your massage, they are ALL amazing!
