Great store. Great prices. Best vape store in town and super professional staff. They have the best selection in town. Definitely my go to store. They have a huge selection of vapes, delta, and kratom. The new manager Emily is amazing. 😋

The quality of the staff and store itself has significantly declined. Not only has the interior been neglected but the woman usually at the front around 2pm will purposely hang up on phone calls and is incredibly rude and unhelpful. She blatantly stated I dont know with quite an attitude when asked about a product and then proceeded to ring up and hand me the wrong item. If it was possible to review negative stars- I would.

Stopped by try take a look around as we just moved to town. There were other people standing outside the shop and the doors were locked. It was around 1pm on a Sunday. The stores hours clearly posted on the door and here on Google stated the store should have been open at 10am. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they may have stepped away for lunch, we left to run some errands and came back an hour later. Store still locked and no employees in sight. Guess we will try another shop in town.

Great place! Jasmine behind the counter helped us find the CBD and vape products we needed. She was knowledgeable and very nice. She even showed my girlfriend and I some new music artists to check out! Love having this as our local go to!

Dear Elgin Community,These guys are a rip off, they are charging 2x for all their products, avoid using this place. I would recommend using Smoking Burnout Smoke Shop as they are selling the same products at half the price. On top of it Vapor Maven as the worst customer service. Their staff is rude and arrogant. I use Geek Bar pulse, Vapor Maven is charging $27 for it. You can get the same product from Smoking Burnout Smoke Shop for $18. They are also charging almost 2x for other products. I spent close to $100 every month on vapes. Im taking my business away from Vapor Maven and giving it to Smoking Burnouts. I will end up saving $50 every month.Once again AVOID using this place and try other shops

I thought this was my special place as I did not go in to Austin as often. I found that this establishment would be suitable for my needs. However, 3 times I have gotten their vape brand which is called loaded lemon drop it has tasted of menthol. I have ignored this issue until today. I walked in and simply asked to exchange it because it should not taste like menthol. I was told no, that once it is opened, they cant exchange it. Riddle me this, how are you going to know that the product is defective unless you taste it? Something needs change.... So, be aware, if you buy defective juice YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT!!!

Excellent experience! Kayla was very knowledgeable and talked through all the questions I had. Explained all the differences in products thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. Great selection of devices and liquids. Prices are fair (I still love brick and mortar so I can inspect items). Would definitely recommend and Ill be back.

The heavy set white women , seemed really snide. Ever since the old manager and all the previous staff left, it feels empty. Although new staff is friendly, it will never be the same. Nor better. It’s sad to see that the women behind the counter seemed so happy and excited that others weren’t there. It was highly unprofessional. Speaking about work matters in front of and to customers is disgusting. Posting reviews under various profiles of hers trying to damage a young persons reputation for a company. I believe her name is Alexx wood or something. She posted under another profile as candiance or candy something as well. It’s just gross. But I think the Owner should rethink his hires. I’ve never seen a company so desperate to hurt others.

If I could give this place a negative 00000000 I would. The new manager Alex is lifeless rude and is ruining business over there and does not know how to handle herself with professionalism. She is the worst mistake the company made. Please hire someone better.

Went in to buy some products, not really knowing what to get or how it worked. Bethany was absolutely amazing and helped me figure out what I needed. She made the whole buying expirience super easy! She’s nice and knowledgeable! Thank you Vapor Maven, and thank you Bethany!

Shady company. Can’t keep products in stock. Can’t keep employees. Always make you jump through hoops just to purchase items. They id literal elderly people in wheelchairs and deny them, forcing them to wobble back to their car with empty hands.

I had a terrible experience here. I bought a product with my card and was over charged almost $40 and 20 days later have still not been reimbursed for their mistake. Have tried but no success. I have called and gone into store and received nothing but a receipt showing im owed a credit but 20 days later no resolution. In other words this business seems to have stolen my money and doesnt have a clue or even made any attempt to rectify the situation. I would be cautious when shopping here it was a huge mistake going into this establishment and I really was disappointed by the entire thing.

I absolutely love this place...all employees are nice and friendly. The store manager is always helpful. Definitely will keep coming back!

So far Ive had a great experience here. Recently moved into the Elgin area and this will be my go to shop. Great juice selection. Always clean and nice to be inside. Employees have been polite, friendly, and knowledgeable so far! Ive managed vape shops for 10 years and this one seems to be run pretty dang well! Havent let me down so far! If youre looking for some juice, coils, or disposables I think this is a good place to go!

Every time I go in, the employee who is there (always the same one) is super friendly and helpful!! It’s a clean, open environment with a great selection of stuff. Definitely impressed with this location!

By far one of the best smoke shops Ive been to I just moved out here and this is the second one Ive been to and will be my new smoke shop for sure the ladies there very nice and friendly love the atmosphere , good vibes, definitely recommend.
