Massages here are just okay for me. I like the convenience of dropping in. I am upset that I was being harassed for a tip. I was being very closely watched as I was signing my receipt, to see what I would write for a tip. Once we didnt tip and were asked to do so. They want cash for tip that I dont carry. I was also disappointed that I was wrongfully charged $60 instead of $55 today, and I tipped on top of that. Dont. trust this place. I had a baby 3months ago and have a toddler. The person doing my massage was doing my legs and told me to go to the gym. Not really what you want to hear when you want to relax.

I’ve never had a professional massage before so this was a completely new experience for me. It was amazing! Everyone was so polite and genuinely cared about my needs. Would highly recommend them

Deep tissue massage was amazing. Jenny started off very gentle and increased in pressure throughout the massage. She communicated with me and made me feel comfortable as this was my first massage ever. I was not expecting the hot stone at all but that was a great addition to the massage. It was nice and quiet with peaceful music. Very clean also! Overall I am happy and do plan on returning in a month for another 1 hour deep tissue massage. Thank you Jenny! Oh, also she had a nice cold water bottle ready for me when I went to pay which I was not expecting but appreciated very much.

I did the 1-hour standard massage and it was the best massage Ive ever had—SO skilled, like a muscle whisperer. I left a $20 tip and wished I could afford to leave more. She deserved it. If I could afford to go every day, I think Id be a completely different person.

This was my first ever professional massage. My body feels so amazing. My masseuse took very good care of me. She even used hot stones on my body. Everything was very clean, comfortable and serene. I had an hour massage for $55. I will definitely return back here again in the future.

Jessica is the best. If I could give her 10 🌟 I would. I never leave disappointed. She does the best deep-tissue massage. I was hesitant to leave a review because I was being selfish and did not want to share her. ♥️

My husband and I came here today for our anniversary. It was amazing. I had Yoki and my husband had Jessica. Both did a wonderful job with the massages. Call ahead for an appointment. When you arrive you will let them know the massage you want. We did the one hour massage, regular versus deep tissue. You are brought to your room and told to undress. I remained kept my panties on and took my earrings and ring off. The music they play is calming and helps relax you while getting massaged. We plan on making monthly appointments. Definitely recommend

Ive been to quite a few massage places here in EG/South Sac area and this is by far my favorite spot. Ive only been here three times, and all of those times Ive gotten consistently great massages. I will definitely be visiting this place more often!

I needed some stress relief and Laguna Spa got really good reviews. One call and I made my appt for the next day for an hour body massage. Jessica met me in the lobby promptly and I had my own private room, that I prefer. After getting comfy on the table Jessica came in and proceeded to untie the knots in my neck and shoulders. I told her I like it deep on my back so she asked if I want her to walk on my back. I said OK and she actually climbed up on the table held to some bars across the ceiling and proceeded to walk on my back! I had never had this happen before and I kinda liked it. I still prefer hands though. An hour went by like, well, you probably know how fast an hour massage goes by. This was a week or so ago and I was just getting ready to call for a repeat visit for 90 minutes. Not sure if Ill have her walk on my back this time. Well see....

I love Jessica- She has saved my life more than once. I cry sometimes when my pain becomes too much.. but I have her to help put me back together ❤️

The first thing I noticed when walking into the massage room was the smell of rubbing alcohol, which Im perfectly fine with during covid.The massage itself was great, especially when you consider the cost. It was $50 for an hour massage which was well worth it.Ill be visiting this place again.

So unfortunately I have to rate this place a 1 star. Me and my boyfriend came to get 2 90 min massages today. The massage was ok and the place clean however when the time came for me to pay and add the tip she apparently didnt feel the tip i was leaving was not good enough and proceeded to ask me for more money. I was absolutely appalled. I have NEVER had any business do that before. Just a reminder a TIP is a form of gift NOT A REQUIREMENT. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE AND WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU DONT TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS HOW TO TIP!!!!!! After reading other reviews I see this is a part of their business practices.

Showed up for the 10am appointment and no one was there. Waited 5 min and called. Apologized as they forgot to schedule the appointment. Unfortunately couldnt wait until they got there in another 10-15 min as I needed to be done by 11am. Offered 5.00 off next time. Might try again, but very sad couldnt get the massage, as was really needing it and looking forward to it. Two stars because last time it was really great experience.

My sister & I went to this massage parlor based on the reviews here on Google, and let me say I’m highly disappointed.I didn’t asked for their names because I won’t be coming back anyways. The massage was more of rubbing to kill time rather than actual massage.Next!

Excellent deep tissue massage followed by hot rocks. She found all the sore spots and worked hard to release the knots. I will be going back.

My husband and I had a couple massage. We both loved. Good professionals and the massage was great. Clean and organized place. The rock massage rocks 😅

I was in pain all the time with my back and neck and I enjoy going there because the place was very clean neat organized and beautiful inside. The staff was very pleasant and nice the service is good they made my body feel good got all the tension out of me and I was grateful for that.

This place is great. I go there once a week and they always find time for me even when they are busy. Jessica, the owner is the best. A very clean professional place. I have been a customer for over 2 years. I highly recommend it.
