Foot Heaven Massage

I love this place. I used to go to many chiropractors and massage therapists because of back and neck issues. I no longer go to chiros and although my insurance will probably pay towards my massages, I go here because its more affordable. Ive gone Im there 2x (of many) where Ive been desperate for relief,and two of the ladies always get me back to full mobility. Also, if you can, def upgrade to hot stones! Worth it. This place is great because i still the private room for less $. Do I mind the recommended tipping??? No. its worth it and for the price, you should tip the recommended for the quality.

Been here a few times. Very good massage. I would recommend. Every time i start feeling tense I come here & leave feeling extremely relaxed. The following days I feel all my tension gone.

I have been going here for quite some time but recently I’ve been going more frequently. I absolutely love Eva - she seriously is the best! The place is clean, well lit, very professional & overall great! I highly recommend checking them out. Prices are fair too.I will also add, I usually can always be accommodated day of, however, I typically go around 530pm so that might be part of why. But again- highly recommend!

The masseuse rushed through the massage. Extremely rough touch with little to no feel for what she was doing. Would not come back again for that price

I came with my husband today for our anniversary celebration. This place was very clean and the masseuses were polite and professional. The service menu had many options to choose from. My husband got deep tissue which was the perfect pressure for him. I got the hot stone which was very nice on a chilly day. We will definitely be back!

I came with my friend on her birthday. The masseuses were very nice and offered her a free upgrade. The massage was pretty good and they really worked on your muscles. The hot stone was very effective on my knots. We both enjoyed our sessions. We will be back!

This was the most amazing foot massage of my life. It was like a 5 course meal! Each time I thought she had done the most amazing massage technique she would do a different and even better one! The price was crazy cheap for the service and the woman doing my massage was so sweet. Plan to go back again soon!

I usually dont leave reviews but this has to be one of the worse massage Ive gotten. And to top it off when I wrote $10 in the tip spot the lady told me oh no its $15. And points to the sign. Im sorry maam but you are not going to tell me what I should tip. I didnt even want to do the 10 because of how unhappy I was with the service. My friend also got a massage and agreed the service was horrible. Who ever the owner is please learn that tips are earn and not asked for. The last thing I would say is i actually left feeling worse and with a headache. If you guys want a good massage place just go across the street from this place so much better they were booked and thats why I decided to go here BIG MISTAKE.

Place is clean price is lil over compare to other places i usually go with medium but this time i don’t feel any change the lady keeps back to same area over and over

Giving 2 stars because it was relaxing. I asked for the ONE HOUR MASSAGE FOR $65. I was told ok $75 then after giving my card Im charged even more because I used my card. I put the tip on there, then she has the audacity to tell me that my tip is NOT ENOUGH?! I should have crossed it out all together and given her nothing. YOU DONT TELL PATRONS HOW MUCH THEY CAN TIP! Never coming here again!

We made an appointment and had to wait in the room 15 minutes before the therapists showed up. What was uncommon we also were charged fees upfront that indicates people don’t want to pay, I had doubts that the massage is not so good and I was right. Massage was pretty bad. But that’s not it. We took 90 minutes and I always keep track of time. They were done 9 minutes earlier. We still left tips and did not argue but will not recommend this place to anyone.

Master didnt speak english thats why when you say something she didnt understand and doing massage very quickly

I opened my own business down the road and needed a massage last minute. I called and within 10 minutes I was on the massage table :-) the shop itself was immaculately clean. It was nice music playing and an all over a really good vibe. Jessica was my masseuse and boy was I lucky to have her! She checked in with me multiple times throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was OK. She did everything she could to keep me comfortable. I feel like a new person. Super excited to have found the spot nearby and I plan on being a regular. Highly highly recommend. You cannot beat the price :)

First time here with my sister as my birthday gift and it was AMAZING! They gifted us with essential oil as complementary for my birthday. Definitely recommend and will come again next time !

Since moving to the northwest suburbs Ive been trying to find a new place that has foot massages. I found this place and their hours were convenient. The place was very clean and the staff was really friendly. I got a foot massage (currently pregnant and cant get much of anything else). 30-minutes felt very brief but overall the massage was good and I was comfortable. It was a little pricey for just having a 30-minute foot massage so I might consider not going back until I can actually use more of the services and get more for my money.

I absoulutely love this place. I have had many massages over the years from different providers, some through private spas, big chains and through medical providers. Nothing compares to this place. Truly the best massages I have ever had. Ive experienced massages from at least 4 different staff members, and all of them were fantastic. I also love that I can book a last minute appointment very easily as sometimes, Im in pain and need to get in. In addition to the superior quaility of the massage, the staff is friendly, the place is very clean and ultimately relaxing. I also love that it is locally owned. I 100% reccommend it. It may not look fancy on the outside, but you will be very pleased with the experience. Go for at least a one hour full body massage. It really is worth it!

I live up the the street. I moved to almighty from Chicago and I get regular massages usually in the city bc of my job and a shoulder injury. I’ve been to door heaven many times but this time I got Sophia. She was amazing. Very kind! When she realized the pain I was in she went above and beyond to try to help me. She is amazing. I never leave reviews but this place was amazing! The manager also was great (I don’t remember her name). Very kind caring service. I will no longer be getting my massages in Chicago. I’ll only come here now.

I have been to many many massages all over, and i felt incredible after my 90 minute! Deep tissue, with the hot stone made me feel like a new woman. My fav hot stone techniques so far. So relaxed!

I really do love this place for foot Massages, my only concern is their tipping structure. Its a suggested $15/20 with suggestions that $15 should be given for Good massage and $20 for an excellent massage. Well when I go there for $25 dollar foot massages, Im not going to tip $15 nor $20, just because I loved it. Ill always tip a good 20% which is about 5 dollars. I always feel like I get a dirty look when I tip $5.Listen if Im getting a $60-80 plus massage then yes $10-15$ would be acceptable, but Id like to just go in for your quick $25 dollar foot massage, dont make me feel guilty because I tipped you a healthy 20% which is $5. To be fair theyve never said anything, which is why Im giving them still 5 stars but just letting you how I feel when Im directed to look at the tipping recommendation. I think you should leave it up to your clients to tip as little or as much as they want and get rid of the sign.There are many days Id like to go in for a foot massage but simply dont because I dont want this stigma feeling like Im a bad tipper. It also never fails, everytime Ive tipped $5 the cashier gets quiet, seems dissapointed and Ive even heard some mumbling in Chinese. Ive never been told Thanks for the tip. At that point I just want to leave as fast as possible making it very uncomfortable for me.Thanks for listening to my feedback, I will still be back but wanted to let you know how I truly felt about your tipping structure.

Got a last minute massage and it was amazing, I felt like a new person afterwards! The place was clean, my masseuse was professional. She listened to my concerns and worked out my problem areas. So glad I found this place! I recommend this place for anyone in need of a good deep tissue massage. The extra $10 for deep tissue is so worth it

Date and time of service: 10/1/22 3 pm. Asked for $20 tip after initially tipped $15 on receipt. Massage was ok. Consider not asking for extra tip as it could hurt business. First and last time going there.

This is perhaps the best place in the Western Suburbs. Very good massage place. Everyone is professional, competent and kind. I moved away from the area and find myself driving 20 minutes to come back after some bad experiences.

Upon entering I was able to speak to someone immediately. It is a professional establishment & a relaxing environment.I purchased a groupon for a massage & I got in within 5 mins. I truly enjoyed the massage. She was able to target all my pain points. I play basketball semi-professionally & I honestly do feel amazing after.I definitely recommend Foot Heaven Massage!🙌🏽💯

I returned from a week in London and after walking 10+ miles nearly every day and a 9hr flight back I googled foot massages near me. Just dropped in and got me in and offered me new person discount without me even asking. Great massage, i did the 1hr combo. I no longer live in the Chicago area but will be telling my friends who do live around here.

Massage wasn’t good and the lady left the room 10 minutes before the time was over. I don’t like businesses that try to cheat. The will never succeed. Pick some other place for the massage.

Response to owners post: Having me give you a date so you can watch a video and then maybe scold yourself or a manager is useless. After a forced 33 1/3% {$20 tip} tip on a $60 massage, doesnt become the cheapest price out there. Not only did you ask for a bigger tip, you asked for a $20 tip as you pointed out to a sign on the counter giving asking for a $15 -$20 tip. Because of your poor response to my post and trying to pass the blame, I will not be coming back. Absolutely a poor business practice.

First time trying a foot massage place and decided on trying the combo massage and I had Amanda she was amazing!!! Words can’t express how I felt afterwards. I have been going the past two years to therapy for my back and all I have to say is her massage was so therapeutic for me. I bought 6 more sessions I’m definitely happy that I stayed to get a detox on my feet and try their eye relaxiation as well. I’m very please I wish I can give them 100 stars

Decent massage, but not as much focus on the feet as I would have liked. Also a more than I usually pay for a similar service. Id go back as its right down the street from me.

Pretty good massage. There are curtains that separate each person but its open to the other people. The combo massage with the clothed body massage is okay but a little abrupt, both me and my wife thought the same, with two different massage therapists. Ill probably do foot massage version only next time, which includes neck and shoulders.

Very clean place and nice people. The foot massage I had was amazing! It has been 4 days and my feet still feel great! Will be going back very soon!

I had previously had an incident where I myself wrote a one star complaint, however after talking to the manager she gave me a piece of mind. It all turned out to be a misunderstanding. I have always had a great experience from the minute I walk in the door. I’m greeted right away and offered the specials they have which are too good to turn down. I’m glad I went back!!!

I had to call back to make the appointment, when you arrive you have to pay the tip ahead of time. What happens if you have a bad massage. The massage itself on the feet was repetitive, there were kids there in another stall which was distracting. The massage itself was not worth the money, go to Foot Magic on Roosevelt, way better and cheaper!!

Terrible! Came out out feeling less relaxed than I did walking in. Paid $85 to be violently rubbed with lotion. Save your money!

Service was great! Place is clean. The message therapist listened and concentrated on my neck and shoulders which needed more attention. Would definitely come back!

The 30 minute foot massage was wonderful. Perfect for sore, tired feet.
