First time going into Cigarettes & Vapes I just want to say that Sam is awesome. This guy is welcoming, friendly, polite, very informative and his customer service just blows my mind!!! I live all the way in North Riverside and this will be my new go to spot. Sam took the time to explain and answer all my questions. As I am not a beginner smoker vapes are new to me and he really knows his stuff. I really appreciate your kindness it means the world to me😁

This store is literally the best vape shop I have ever been in. Since quitting cigarettes over a year ago I’ve been using electronic cigarettes, I originally used the Juul device with Mint pods. When those were discontinued, it was very hard to find a suitable replacement for myself. Ive tried probably over 20 different kinds of mint e-cigarettes since then and have had to go from one brand to the next as each one became harder and harder to find. This is also true for the number of different vape shops I would go to, hoping to find the brand and flavor I liked. When I discovered this shop, I could not believe the assortment! Not only do they have all the kinds I’ve tried in the past, but they also have a whole selection of brands that I have never tried. I can buy any of the brands in the mint flavor I like that I have tried in the past and had eventually not been able to find at any other stores. It’s AMAZING! Not to mention, Sam the gentleman who helps me when I come in is just fantastic. He knows about the different brands, he tells me whether or not he’ll have the brand I’m looking for again in the future, and he even gives a good discount when I buy them in bulk. It’s awesome. This is by far the best vape store I’ve ever been to, and Sam is by far one of the nicest most genuinely kind individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure to buy from. I almost like this place so much, I’m afraid to tell others about it because I don’t want them to sell out of my favorite e-cigarette brands. But since the service is so great, and the selection is just as great, I just could not leave the store today without writing a review for these guys here, especially Sam! Highly recommend this shop to others, as long as the mint e cigarettes I like don’t sell out because I posted this! Lol.

They don’t give pricing over the phone , tell you price at the counter. Price based off judgement basically

Do not come here. Tell me why I walk in the store, I have never been here before so I look around and ask a question. Then they decide to be rude and tell me to hurry up and leave because Im disturbing their lunch. I wasnt there 10 minutes throughout the whole encounter. Never again.

Very rude. Would never purchase anything from this place by his disposition alone. Not to mention he didnt have the product I wanted... vape juice. Which his sign clearly details he sells. Dont go here.

Not open at 8am on Saturday, as their sign says. Its 8:05 and Im looking at the sign on their door right now.
