Favorite nail salon in the area and quite frankly ever.I have been going there for the past year and a half and have yet to find a better service and quality.I always get a UV gel filling. My nails last easily for 5 to 6 weeks without any chip, color stays on perfectly and they are about unbreakable. The quality of product used is remarkable.I have gotten a few pedicure which I was very pleased with each time.100% recommend this salon.I am moving out of the area next year and one thing I know is that finding a similar nail salon is going to be near impossible.

So happy with this place! It was more expensive then I normally pay but well worth it. It wasnt a rush job. The man who did my nails seemed like he genuinely wanted them to look good. My nails are clean, cut & filed evenly and well polished. I definitely will be going back.

The 1st time I went there the owner did my pedicure. It was the best I ever had. I did not have the same experience yesterday. Un-fortunately I did not get the nail techs name. She was the youngest tech there. She hacked my pedicure. The polish looked as though a preschooler did it. I asked for a basic pedicure and I believe she was mad that I didnt want a more expensive service.She also did a manicure and this was actually good. because of this I didnt say anything about my pedicure. I had to go to another salon today to have it fixed. I will never return to Modern Nails again .

Ive been coming here for a couple of months. Though they take their time, the quality of the work has been so-so. I tried a few more times and my last gell fill was 2 days ago. Within hours one nail chipped in the corner. The next day, after gently hitting my nail against a chair, half the tip snapped in half and broke. Another nail had a chip along the side as well. I went in today to have it fixed. The woman rushed through it in between doing someone elses nails, and applied the tip crooked. For the one chipped nail all she did was apply glue to it. Didnt even put poliah on it. She didnt charge me which was good because this is pretty bad. Im not.going back.

New favorite nail salon! Just moved to the area and tried this place for a pedicure. I got the Green tea, included a 20 minute massage (Tina was amazing!!) with wax wrap for feet. My feet and calves feel amazing and my toes are gorgeous!! I’ll definitely be back.

This place is fantastic! Pedicure services unlike anywhere else. The place is clean, and every tool was taken out of a sealed case. Wendy was kind and professional. She knew how to do a real foot massage. I wish I lived in the area so this could be my regular spot. I highly recommend Modern Nails!

Wow! so I just called, thought I would treat myself to a Pedi before vacation. Never been here before, a male answered the phone (whoever he is)Conversation goes like this: Hello, I said is the Modern Nails, he says can you call me back after 12! and hung up?Im like: did I get the right phone number? (haha),In fact I did..... now why would I call back when your hours start at 10am and it is 10:15am and you tell me to call you back?Guess what, Im not calling back, that was unprofessional and I will patronage another salon!

Im in the area visiting family, so I was amazingly surprised at how wonderful modern nails is. I had acrylic nails removed an a gel polish. The hot wax an shoulder massage was amazing. Definitely coming back next time Im in the area!

This place is the best!! Great customer service, amazing selection of colors for gel, and always super clean. They have a rewards program and take appointments as well as walk ins. Massages are great too!

Ken is great at doing my nails!! Absolutely love them, they are very neatly done and the polish doesnt chip very easily.

I was a regular for pedicures at Tranquility in the Enfield Mall. When they closed I came here because I heard it may be owned by the same person. I was disappointed. More expensive. Not as clean or well maintained. Cut my foot and immediately applied something without asking me. No idea what it was. Rudely complained about how many coats it took because of the color my daughter chose. Not the relaxing experience I hoped for. Disappointing.

I had never been to this nail salon until today. I had such a good experience, the man that did, my pedicure was excellent. He really spent a lot of time making my feet look and feel amazing. I will continue to go to the salon from now on.

They always take their time with the nails and make them look really good. My nails never break and they last for a really long time. 100x better than other places Ive been in enfield.

The people were very nice and the massage part of the pedicure was good. However the polish portion of the pedicure was not of good quality and started coming off 3 days after my pedicure. Also got a shellac polish which is chipping only 3 days after the manicure. Based on this in would not recommend this salon.

I have been to modern a few times and have always been very pleased!Today I went for a mani and made the mistake of not looking at my nails before I left!Just a regular mani and they look like I did my nails, did not let them dry and stuck my hands in gloves! Nail polish missing on some, all nails have smug marks!I am so very disappointed and will never ever go back!I am not that picky but I could have done a much better job myself! Now I have to take it off Snd do it myself

Gel Pedicure (April 24, 2022). I chose the second to lowest priced pedicure, which was the herbal - - $43.00 was the posted price on the wall.I was charged almost $80.00! NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Horrible. My cuticles (which were healthy to begin with) were bleeding after a dip powder manicure. Went back for a second time for a regular manicure (I don’t know what I was thinking), and the mani lasted a whole day. No apologies or refunds offered. Stay away.

This is the only place I go to . Kevin is the best and always does amazing with my eyebrows . Other staff is always friendly as well .

Loved this place my kids and I went for manicures and pedicures. The service was great as well.

Sloppy. Won’t be coming back. Would not recommend. Only gave 2 stars cause I liked the massages.
