This is the worst the two guys working there are putting this place out of business, no customer service skills at all. I ordered my stuff online for half the price. I wont be back to this place.

This place has decent discounted vape juice with a convenient menu. Other than that the buying experience is terrible. The two guys that work there act like youre bothering them when you go there. And one thing I really dont get is that the staff parks so close to the entrance that you have to walk around their cars to get in the building. Literally they block the entrance. Take a left off the exit instead of a right and you will find a much much better vape shop with an incredible Selection.

Great place they got stuff for the boys just need cheer up is my only thing but they will go above and beyond for you and will specialty order a woman that was working there mistreated me due to that she lost her job .. they hired a new employee I havent met the guy yet nice man talk to him on the phone good guy the older woman that works there is wonderful Im not into placing names so Ill leave it at that have about everything you need and if they dont just ask and they will order for you ..

This store is well equipped. Has tons to choose from. Unfortunately, due to the 2 men that work there I am giving 2 stars. The customer service is the worst Ive seen in years. They dont help you. They act as if your bothering them by coming into the store. I work to hard for my money. This economy is rough and there are so many vape shops around, why deal with this? I hope the owner or management reads this. By the looks of the reviews it seems to be the top complaint. One of the reasons so many stores close and so many people shop online. I would have gotten rid of these guys a long time ago!

Used to be the place to shop but the vibe there is super negative. The 2 guys working there look miserable and if you need anything they roll their eyes and make it seem like you did something wrong. Its not the head shop it used to be. Its more of a vape shop now. After 20+ yrs as a customer I think its time I move on and hope for the best for them.

The owners are completely rude and arrogant and the prices are extremely high compared to smoke and munch down the road. Literally the last place I ever try if I’m in a pinch for juice.

**Vibrations Vape Shop Customer Service Leaves Much to Be Desired**I recently visited Vibrations Vape Shop in Enfield, Connecticut, and was disappointed with the customer service I received. When I walked in, I was not greeted by any of the employees. I wandered around the store for a few minutes, looking for the products I was interested in, but no one offered to help me. Finally, I found an employee and asked for help. The employee was rude and did not seem interested in helping me. He did not know much about the products and was unable to answer any of my questions. I ended up leaving the store without making a purchase.I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with the customer service at Vibrations Vape Shop. There are many negative reviews about the store on Yelp. One reviewer said, The employees are rude and do not seem to care about helping customers. Another reviewer said, I was ignored by the employees the entire time I was in the store.I am disappointed that Vibrations Vape. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Very nice people my girlfriend and I went into vibrations and got a couple things, afterwards went to the grocery store and the car got broken into and we lost the things that we had just bought, They surprisingly gave us a discount on a replacement, which was very nice. beyond appreciated!!! Thank you so much to the super nice lady, things like that are far and few with the ecomony these days..... Ive been going to vibrations off and on for probably 20 years and still will not go anywhere else but there huge selection very nice people very knowledgeable with every product

This morning I went in and a woman was working, she was extremely helpful, offering her opinions and advice. Very friendly. Ive been thinking about buying a new vape for awhile and today I ended up buying one from her. I wouldnt have even thought of buying one here if it wasnt for her customer service and friendliness, and it turns out the one she helped me pick (geekvape 1FC) I absolutely love it so far, just what I was hoping for.Every single other time I have been here there is two men working, and they absolutely do not want to be there. They hate me, they hate everyone. My advice for the owner would be to spend the extra money to hire people who actually want to be there. They made a sale today that they wouldnt have if it wasnt for that wonderful woman. I think its fair to say that many sales have been lost due to lack of customer service from other employees.

I truly dont understand how this shop isnt 5 stars. Been coming here for over a decade and its always been the best. Its a small shop with a old-school attitude. Great selection of juice, devices and glass. No pretention, high prices or high pressure sales like from their competitors down the street. Chill.

My wife and I go to this location to pick up vape juice being the closest place from the Mass border. Even though their prices are competitive and have a great selection, the staff there is incredibly poor. They are rude, unprofessional and make it obvious that they do not like their job. On top of all that, were in the midst of a pandemic and the staff including the owners cant be bothered with wearing a mask but expect the customer to have one on.We decided to stop going here and actually drive an additional 20 minutes to another shop. Word of advice; youre not the only smoke shop in town, replace your staff and youll see a big difference in business because I know were not the only ones who feel this way considering the long list of negative reviews pertaining to poor customer service at this location.

Went in yesterday to buy a vape setup to quit smoking. I havent bought any vape products in years due to mass banning them. The vibe was heavy and both guys were slumped in thier own corners. Clearly I was bothering them. I came with specific wants with pictures from a friend who told me to go thereIf it wasnt for my friend sending a list of what to get, this guy would have let me buy the mode without batteries or a charger. He was No help, I wont be going back. I spent 174 bucks and didnt even get a thanks come again.In my opinion, go somewhere else

The woman there was nice enough to order a specific e-juice flavor for me, oddly (though brand new to store) it had expired 2 months prior to purchase. Unfortunately I never seem to go when shes working anymore. The man most frequently there (son of owners) seems aggravated people dare step in the store- knowing exactly what you want and having him get it behind the counter is met with sighs and eyerolls, so God bless if you actually need help- better off going to Voltage Vape or Discount 360 Vape if youre in need of the least bit of guidance. Still give it 3 stars, despite the atrocious customer service and expired juice, because of the variety they offer (juice, devices, coils, etc.) If youre lucky enough to go when the woman is working there- its a nice experience. Good luck otherwise.

Bought vape juice the other day and just opened it last night. Noticed that it tasted different (same brand Ive used for years) and looked, the bottle is expired.I wasnt going to leave a review about their poor customer service and how both of the guys looked like someone you would encounter on a street corner begging for money for their habit.They were very rude, couldnt answer my questions when I asked for a specific flavor. Literally shrugged his shoulders and sat back down to eat.Go up a little ways, just over the bridge to Voltage Vape.

We went in the other day, the people there were miserable and they made us feel super unwelcome. We were so uncomfortable so we left without buying anything.

Ive gone here before, they have a wide variety of vape juices at reasonable prices, but the employees here dont seem to care about customer safety one bit. The employees I saw today were stoned out of their minds, not wearing masks at all. If you wanna do that, at least put up a plastic barrier between you and the customers. Ill be lucky if I dont get sick. I will be contacting the health dept. about this location.

Bought a vape (geekvape H45) that was 55$ and defaulty and they wouldn’t help me out when I brought it back with the receipt the next day.. they’re only suggestion was to turn it off and charge it.( when it was clearly a very defaulty device) Went over to voltage and bought the same one for 5$ cheaper with a promise that if i brought it back with any issues within a week they would’ve covered it and replaced it. Other then that they have some okay options. Wouldn’t recommend risking buying an expensive device and having them take care of you if they sell a bad product. Vape juice is good to go though..

E juice is usually expired, and they like to rub off the dates. I only buy juice here because I have to. Also the guys that work there are rude and have no personality. Maybe get some juice that tastes and smells like what you should be getting. And actually help customers when they come in rather than sigh and act like you do t want people in the store.

Wanted some help figuring out what i want for a vape to help me quit smoking. Found the guy there to be entirely unhelpful and uninterested in trying to answer my questions. Very unhappy with the service, definitely wont go back.

The guy that works behind the desk where all the e-liquid is, has a terrible attitude! Extremely rude and he makes it seem like you are nothing but a hassle to him. Other than him, the place has a very nice selection and fair, competitive prices. Would have given a much better rating but the person mentioned above just ruins the experience everytime like clockwork. I only go there when I happen to be in the area, otherwise I bring my business elsewhere.

Good lord, the staff is extremely callous and rude. Everytime Ive visited, the clerks dont bother to acknowledge your existence - especially the young man with the dark hair (shocker, hes the owners son. Nobody would willingly keep an employee that incompetent.) The last instance, I basically had to beg to be rung up.Two stars for good prices and selection. Not enticing enough to keep me shopping here.

Very good selection but do not expect any hospitality. You ask a question and get a very monotone non-descriptive answer. Come off very dickish and like you not trying to help the customer. Will avoid going here again if Im in the area.

I have been coming to the shop for well over a decade Used to love coming here and would tell anybody I know to go to this place. Unfortunately when I see the 2 gentlemen Working I turn around in the parking lot and go up the street to another shop Because I do not like getting rushed around or them making me feel like I am making them go out of their way by doing there job. Went in (I am from SC) looking for a similar product to my normal. She started being very helpful, until I decided that I would check elsewhere before making my purchase. (Sorry, not sorry) As I was telling her this, because they didnt have the product I really wanted, she completely cut away from the conversation, mid sentence (I planned to come back, because she was really nice and helpful at first) and began speaking to someone else. Very rude and I wont be buying from them, ever.Went down the street to Voltage Vape, didnt get what I wanted, but purchased anyways because he was much more helpful, understanding and professional.

The young guy with the piercings has the worst customer service. Why is he even there if its to annoy the customer and provide vague in helpful answers to anything. The place smelled good so I asked him what it was and he couldnt even try to figure it out, just a shrug of the shoulders. I think they should have been got rid of this guy. Anyway cool stuff there just horrible customer service.

Real good selection of pretty much anything vape related. Huge selection of vape juices, salts and devices. They also have coils for many devices. They also carry a large selection of smoking paraphernalia from simple pipes and bongs to higher end pieces. All items are very reasonably priced, with many things on big discounts.

Great family owned shop. Yes customer service sucks,. 2 sons working for dad. But the young lady is super nice. Great prices, and they are informative on the products and juice.

I have shopped here on a weekly basis for years. Theit selection is excellent and their prices are more than fair based on the local market. However, on a MORE THAN REGULAR BASIS the 2 rude, dismissive, dirty, unkempt young gentlemen that are sometimes working there are offputting at best. Today i asked a simple question about a new product they carry and the condescending, rude anwser i got back has sealed the deal. I WILL NEVER SHOO HERE AGAIN!!!! Every time i come here i am appalled by the way these 2 kids treat customers. The older lady and gentleman who work there are always oolite and helpful. BUT these young men have officially driven me away. Sad for tgeir business

Called to see if theyd have just a simple glass beaker bottom and was told they absolutely did starting at $50. Made the 35 minute drive just to find out they in fact did not have anything, and the closest thing was in sale for $95...used to love this place, and while the younger male employee was great, the older female vaping behind the counter who I had talked to on the phone was obviously not knowledgeable.

I drove 20 mins out of my way to come here today because the two other times i came here we met with the owner whom was so extremely kind and helpful. Today i needed some O rings for my tank that when i asked if they had them was told right away without even looking that they didnt have them, even though a moment later i saw them right in the top counter smh i mean seriously could i inconvenience them a little more. But i still thought i would buy some extra juice cause they have such a large selection of juice ( that is a #little overpriced ) . But i got more eye rolls and Attitude that i could imagine!! I am so disgusted with the staff that is there when the owner is not there. I mean does he know that this is going on???

I swear, every single time I walk into this store I feel like they don’t want me to buy anything. Between the terrible customer service and their general lack of knowledge about their products, I am so glad that there are two others head shops within walking distance that I can give my business to. A very minimal amount of effort would turn the store around.

I’ve been coming here for about 10 years. Just recently I was having trouble with my vape not reading the atomizer. After going to 3 other vape shops who couldn’t help me whatsoever, I come here to Jessica & Glenda who have helped me multiple times before and within minutes they solve my problem!!! I will not be shopping anywhere else other then Vibrations. These women are amazing and provide OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you so much ladies, I can’t say it enough!

Depends on whos working. Most of the staff is rude, espically the kid with long hair. He sighs if you read the vape juice menu for too long, and tries to rush you. Asking him to do anything makes it seem like youre inconveniencing him. The older man is awesome.. hes just never there. With that being said I changed from a 2 star to a 4 star because I’ve noticed other staff members being more friendly. They have a decent selection of juice as well.

The guy that helped me was super unfriendly and not knowledgeable at all. There was another guy working and he should of asked him if he himself didnt know the answer to my NOVO vape question. Also not accomodating. They wouldnt even let me use my husbands debit card!!!

I had a great experience here. Being fairly new to quitting cigarettes and vaping, the young guy helped me with everything I needed to get my mod up and running. The next time I came in after shattering my tank. He helped clean it for me and got me all set up, ready to go!

They sell cheap products for more than they are worth, I bought 2 spinner 3s, an E-Cig pen and 1 was bent straight out of the package. The other just wouldnt start, I went back to resolve the situation but they do not take digital records. This place is really a disappointment and Id highly suggest northern lights, which is about a 2 minute drive.

First time customer and thought the place was cool till you have to match the name on the bank card to your ID. It shouldn’t be a big thing if I’m showing you a LEGAL & LEGIT ID and i was treated poorly. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND AND NEVER COMING AGAIN!

Good selection on juices. Priced average. Older gentleman is nice and super friendly. Although they do need to be more knowledgeable on the vape products. Everytime you ask a question the answer is, its good. Idk about you but its hard to find a good juice and 3 out if 5 I try I dont like, so there is no way theyre all good. That being said I get it, its a business and the selection and friendliness is what keeps me going back. I wouldnt buy equipment here though. I showed them my smok procolor and they looked at it like it came from Mars. Thats like being a car dealer and never seeing a Honda Civic.

They have a great selection of e-juice and vape products. They just dont carry all of the popular stuff they also have some drippers and Mech Mods, coils and R.t.as. I recommend this lil shop to anyone looking for actually vape gear not just the usual stuff that everyone is carrying.

I went to get a vape mode for a friends birthday and this guy was so rude like I was bothering him for asking questions spoke to me like I was stupid. Ill be sure to tell all my vaping friends to stay clear of this place. Very sad. I walked out and went next door to northern lights. They were very helpful and friendly got two mods and 4 bottles of juice. Sale and customers lost for vibrations. I really cant believe this guy still has job idk mybe he owner or owner son..sad

They dont really care about the job, which honestly didnt bother me its like a lot of head shops. The problem is that they dont wear masks or require customers to wear masks. Theyre just in there breathing all over the merchandise. I was in there last week (and nowhere else) and this week Im sick and freaking out. Now I need a covid test, thanks.

My main vape squeeze. Everyone in there is very knowledgeable the owner is an awesome guy very friendly. The only note able thing is one of his sons takes a little time to warm up to but once he starts to get to know you he is extremely helpful and really knows his stuff when it comes to teaching you how to make custom builds. The first rda I bought there he took the time to show me how to make an awesome coil set and made me a custom build wwhich was awesome. They have a great juice selection and the best prices around.

Will look you in the face and lie to you and sell you counterfeit goods. I have seen evidence of them selling fake RooR brand water pipes. When confronted with the item being counterfeit and unused will not issue refund and double down on their lies, and disrespect customers who they have ripped off. When I pay good money for something I want to know that it is exactly what it is supposed to be. If you have a willingness to sell counterfeit goods you will do plenty of shady things.

I went today to this store..2/19/2022....they seem to have a lot of variety....but the personel omg...they dont even know what they doin...so unprofessional!!!!...just walked out...telled em off and they lost a almost 200 dollars sale...You ask questions and the dude so rude dont even know what he selling....never goin to this store again

Not sure what happened to this place, it used to be my go-to smoke shop but the staff is rarely helpful, barely speaks, and overall just made us uncomfortable the last few times we have gone. Miss the amazing older guy that used to run the game- he knew customer service.

Best vape shop in a 25 mile radius, possibly all of CT. The staff is very friendly, theres a rewards program, and the selection of premium eliquids they carry is huge. They also carry beautiful glass pieces.

The lady there is the best, she’s very polite and knows everything about every vape, very helpful. the young kids are in space somewhere!

Dont buy vape products here. The people that work there are incompitant and have little to no idea of what they are talking about. I was sold many different products that were apparently known to be faulty and more than what I needed and the stores NO RETURN OR REFUND policy makes it really frustrating. I would only use this store if u already know you want. I recommend voltage vape shop on state street in Springfield for any and all vape needs.

1at time i came here the 2 women were amazing & I would have given 5 stars - 10 even if it were possible. Came here a 2nd & 3rd time for issues with my Vape Stick - young-ish male at counter was so rude, so lazy, refused to help us with anything , rolled his chair 10 ft. Away from me smoking his own vape and straight up refused to help me or my friend with absolutely anything. Due to this guy i will - we will, NEVER EVER come to Vibrations ever again. SO RUDE. SO LAZY. SO UNCOMFORTABLE.

If I could give these people a -100 I would . I drove one and a half hours to go there yesterday purchased a water pipe and when I got home it leaked like a sieve! I did everything I could to fix it to no avail. I called today and spoke to what sounded like a young lady who proceeded to tell me that the product I bought leaks on everyone that they would not exchange it for me and the only way I could fix it was to superglue the bottom. THEN she proceeded to hang up on me . SHE HUNG UP ON A PAYING CUSTOMER!!! I wasnt even a rude I was very cordial and when I explained to her that super gluing a product I just paid $30 for isnt an option for me I just wanted to do an exchange she hung up on me . I tried calling back three times within a half an hour and they wouldnt pick up my phone call . This has to be hands down the worst customer service experience Ive ever encountered. Not only are they selling a product that they no leaks but when I customer tries to exchange it the only option they give you is to superglue it with your own money and if you want to talk about anything else but that theyll hang up on you!!! If youre going to be on the street you are much better off going to Northern lights who I mistakenly called before calling vibrations about my problem and they were willing to ship me at replacement at no cost!!! Once I realized I didnt buy it at Northern lights but at vibrations I was hung up on by the lady at vibrations . 199% completely unacceptable and unprofessional and Im going to make it my personal mission in life to destroy this companys image. I cannot wait until I get a hold of one of the owners . DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESSS!!!! Use Northern Lights!!!

I have been going to Vibrations for about a year now. The Vape products have been good and the service has been good as well. The selection is good and the people who work in the store have been very professional. I will continue to use Vibrations for all of my Vaping needs.

Overpriced China glass, vape juice and e cig spot, staffed by clueless, rude individuals and owned by folks who dont care about customer service or the glass art community. See their competitors a few hundred yards down the road

The store is pretty cool. There is a good variety of smoking products. The guy that helped me though, was not helpful, or friendly.

POOR SELECTION AND RUDE STAFF! I bought 3 bottles of by girlfriends favorite juices from here which were $28 each and any where else they would have been no more then $25 but thats not the problem the issue was the juice was old and had turned brown. When I confronted them about it they just said yes thats what happens when juice gets old but theres nothing we can do about it. DONT BUY JUICES FROM HERE!

Ummmm.... the two dudes working in this place were incredibly unprofessional , rude , and offered zero knowledge about theyre products , actually provided false information about something and told us we had to buy an extra battery and a charger for a vape we bought, and told us it didnt have an onboard charger , which it did , that being said they have an insane amount of juice and other products , just wish I didnt have to do business with them

I go here occasionally. Im not really a fan of the place because of past experiences but my gf loves this place. I will give them credit, things have changed since my first time going and im definitely ok with it but not really my first choice

The man assisting me seemed like he didnt want to be there. He didnt help me at all, barely answered my questions and was very vague.the selection of wraps/papers was very limited as well

Massachusetts has ban so me girlfriend and mom went up to get some vape juice coils and maby a bowl but the two young employees were absolutly no help at all.. Kinda seemed put off we had questions and was in there bothering them verry disapointed alot diffrent fron when i remeber vibrations bak in day when it was just a head shop went there for coils for 2 diffrent vapes a bowl and juice for 2 only left with one bottle and 1 set of coils bc i was so disgusted

Terrible selection compared to the past few years, the lady said the selection was moved around. Mostly half the store is dedicated to Vapor E Cigs. Overpriced, waist of time, small selection (East Coast/SYN/& GRAV).

Depends what you are looking for Tobacco pipes and products they are very knowledgeable and on the other hand half the store is a vape shop now and it seems like the staff is clueless with those products.
