My husband and I always have a great experience at The Spa at Inverness! We will continue to come back for massages. This spa provides great service, friendly staff and is SO relaxing!!Huge thank you to Jennifer and Cassandra for the amazing massages and the front desk ladies for being so helpful with scheduling and rescheduling for our busy schedules! We appreciate you all☺️
My wife has enjoyed a facial at least annually at this spa since 2007. The prices have increased with no tangible improvements to the facial. $165 + Tip for a 50 minute facial is excessive . $20+ increase in the last year..for what??Definitely disappointing. If you want a really nice facial, go here..but the price really doesn’t justify it anymore.
This spa used to be our favorite one around. I went with a friend on Sunday and had the absolute worst massage ever. The massage was nothing more than having oil rubbed on my back for 50 minutes. The facial however was delightful. And the kicker is they add over a 20% tip to the bill before you even have the service. Way overpriced for sub-par service. Will be finding a new favorite
The front desk staff were nice and accommodating. Especially after having to adjust our final bill.*The masseuse up-charged my friends and myself, by giving us upgraded massages, WITHOUT mentioning the upgraded services and fees before doing so!The nerve! The locker rooms are clean but the Chase lounges in the relaxation / waiting room are absolutely filthy. It’s no wonder, because it seems as though that space is (in particular the chase lounges) where teenagers are allowed to hang out. Not in robes like the rest of the spa guests, but in their common clothes, (t-shirts, jeans and sneakers) while on their phones.Yes while trying to relax in the outdoor hot tub, looking inside, each chase held a teen lost in cyber space, shoes and all. No wonder the Chase lounges were filthy,( I’m pretty sure blue jeans are the culprits)as was the indoor hot tub. Let’s just call it cloudy. The whole experience was a disappointment. The best thing about our experience was the professionalism of the front desk staff, and not being overcharged for the type of massage we got, but didn’t ask for,on what was supposed to be a relaxing spa day to celebrate my friends birthday. They should be glad I /we did not take photos.
Hate leaving negative reviews, but this was a pretty disappointing “spa” experience. Was extremely challenging to book and schedule services with the staff not returning phone calls or answering our questions. My prenatal massage did not last anywhere near the 50 minutes it was supposed to be and I was not made aware that the CBD or aromatherapy lotions were an extra $30+. Nail tech was extremely slow, polish selection very minimal with bad lightening, and no base coat used under polish. I skipped my scheduled manicure because we simply could not wait around any longer for her to get to it. Receptionist who checked us out afterwards was rude and unprofessional. Really did not expect this negative experience and bad customer service from a Hilton hotel.
Our massage therapists were top notch. It was obvious they were career therapists with a wealth of knowledge, and they applied it to my wife and I during our couples massage. Both women were also very respectful of the tranquil atmosphere they created, instructing us softly when they needed, but otherwise letting their hands to the rest. We both had the standard, 50min relaxation massage, which included some hot stones to warm up our stressed muscles. I like how my therapist choreographed my massage, working in sections, to finally culminate at where I most store my tension. I also enjoyed the hot towel foot wrap. The spa itself is very comfortable, but modest. My wife and I could imagine a host of modern upgrades to the facility, to really bring attention to the fine details of relaxation and pampering. All in all, a very enjoyable visit, and quite affordable.
I really enjoyed my two days at the Spa. They have thought of everything to get ready for your massage or other spa treatment, including disposable razors, shaving cream and mouthwash! I thought they were reasonably priced as well. With your treatment you have use of their other amenities which include showers, lockers with digital locks, a steam room, a salt water outdoor hot tub that was BEAUTIFUL during a snow fall. This hot tub is separate from the hotel hot tub and pool, salt water as well, which you also have access to.DO NOT MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY.My masseuse, Michael, gave a fantastic deep tissue massage and I highly recommend him.I felt pampered and rejuvenated and will definitely be returning.
I am in town staying at the Inverness. Both times Ive come back Ive had the BEST spa experience. Last time I had a massage with Moses and he is pure magic. Not only is he is an incredibly gifted massage therapist but he is a very spiritual and gifted soul. I plan on seeing him again. Today I had a facial with Karen and was a bit worried because Im going out with friends tonight, but I have zero redness and my skin looks amazing. As someone with sensitive problem prone skin I am thrilled. Yayyyyy!!!
The pool is not as relaxing with hotel guests. But it was still a nice getaway for the day. Massages, facials, sauna room... its nice. Overpriced!!!!
Le gave a wonderful facial. The dermaplane made me look great and! My massage was expert level, too. Hit the pressure points points just right.
Catherine gave an amazing 80 minute massage. Upgraded w the CBD oil and she was quick to change my 60 minutes to 80 minutes on the fly. The ambience is awesome as well.
Not a bad hotel based spa. Massage is a bit steep,50 mins for $145 but my masseuse Cassandra was excellent. Nice relaxation lounge stocked with snacks and tea.Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.FYI: auto-tip included.Bring swimwear if you want to check out the outdoor whirlpool.👎hot oil scalp massage totally not worth it for $25
Great spa, service and amazing staff! They really make you feel comfortable and make sure you have everything you need!
This has really gone downhill the past year or two. Spa was dirty, relaxation lounge isnt relaxing and quality of massage therapist has declined. Not worth the price when the amenities arent there anymore.
For our anniversary we wanted to get really good massages sadly this was not the place ...we ordered the deep tissue, it was the softest a Swedish massage ever... The lady massaging me wanted to talk and tell me about her friends I now understand where the term Chatty Cathy comes from .This whole experience was almost $400 very Disappointing.
Last night they did some work on the hot water boiler system. This morning I woke up to rusty brown water flowing from the bath and sink. The front desk is offering no info on when clean water will begin to flow again.
Such a relaxing experience. From the moment I walked in, to the time I left, the attention was on me to have the best experience possible. Cane out completely rejuvenated.
I get a lot of massages and this was top 3 best massage ever. The staff is friendly, helpful and the massage was great!
Stacy did my brows and did an excellent job. Entire experience was wonderful!
Cassandra was excellent! Definitely my best spa experience to date.
Amazing hotel and staff. Very clean and comfortable. The spa is peaceful and relaxing.
Great. Went for facial, a little pricey, but well worth it. Know what you want ahead of time
I love this place, its peaceful. The massage was wonderful
Swim (salt water pool), soak in outdoor spa, steam in the sauna; repeat.
A great way and place to spend a few hours treating yourself!
