Suzanne made my first massage experience absolutely amazing & is such a true professional. Coming on vacation but leaving so much more relaxed and relieved after this experience, will be back to see Suzanne each time we come back!

SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!! This is the WORST location I’ve been to! I’ve been to other Elements Massage and I didn’t have any problems. This place is awful! Once they charged me for a “no show” fee when I haven’t scheduled any appointments, I asked them about the availability but I didn’t confirm and then surprise: a no show fee after that. OK let’s give them a second chance! Another time I booked a 1 hour massage and o tried to use my 2 hour massage gift card as I thought I would be able to split but they said I couldn’t do that, in this case I could use the gift card of 2 hours to pay for 1 hour or pay for the massage out of pocket, so I paid for the hour and saved my gift card to book a 2 hour massage in the future. After that I booked a 2 hour massage and I’ve already asked them if I could use the gift card at their location, they answered YES and when it was time to pay they said they were not accepting the gift card anymore. This is just ridiculous! After many bad experiences I decided to write this review because this place has 0 respect for their customers. I wouldn’t have scheduled a 2 hour massage if it wasn’t because of the gift card I had to use and they were supposed to accept. And then I had to pay 240$ for a massage it was supposed to be paid with a gift card. It’s expensive and I was counting on using my gift card as you previously said you were able to accept it. Shame on you Elements Massage Greenwood Village! Would never recommend to anyone.

Great experience. My therapist was very throughout, she explained what was going to happen, and asked questions about what areas I would prefer to work on the most. She also asked if I wanted to focus on another area before flipping over. Overall best massage Ive had, they actually care about their guests.

Everyone there is so nice and Olivia is the BEST! I have suffered from migraines for years and since I have been going to her, they are much improved. She always asks if there are any other issues that she needs to address, any recent sicknesses etc. She always takes her time and I just cant say enough about her. 10 out of 10

Ridiculously expensive for what you get. I’d definitely go spend your money elsewhereI am aware of your discounted membership. Why would I buy a membership to a place that I do not receive the value? Your membership is even way overpriced for what I got yesterday. I’m incredibly disappointed and spent over $250 with no relief. The cupping didn’t work, I couldn’t even feel it this time. Also my time started late and the therapist even left mid way through to use the bathroom. However didn’t go over even one minute. No thank you.

When I first walked in, the facility was very airy, clean, and open with water stations for a drink, if needed. Then, the two ladies at the front desk were super inviting and made me feel immediately comfortable, especially with this being my first professional massage session and not knowing what to expect. I appreciated the tour and the whole process was super helpful and easy. Once in the room, Susanne was phenomenal. She listened to be concerns and even offered suggestions for products she thought would be beneficial for me during our session (note - it was!). I highly recommend Elements Massage. I cant wait to go back.

Great massage studio. Friendly staff, always clean and welcoming. I have seen multiple therapists and highly recommend Rachelle. I have had ongoing pain in my neck and shoulders for about 6 months. I have even tried PT for it. Rachelle was the first therapist who was able to pinpoint the root cause of the pain (upper traps) and has consistently focused on that area. The problem is progressively improving thanks to the massages from Rachelle. She has also given me suggestions for stretching and improving posture to help eliminate the problem.

My experience here was excellent. There is a lovely entryway with seating and water available while you wait for your appointment. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The employees at the front desk were incredibly polite.The massage itself was lovely, there is both ambient music and lighting during the massage with careful consideration for your preferences. Overall a very nice experience that I will definitely be returning to.

This location has gone above and beyond being stuck in the middle of a rough situation when the Hampden & I25 location shut down! Although their owner Thomas only owns this one location they have taken in a lot of upset and confused clients due the owner of Hampden and I25s poor choices and being so close by.When I was booking my massage, I was under the impression that I still had the ability to use my sessions and gift cards from my membership with Hampden and I25. Their front desk team caught this by taking the time to look ahead and into every client to try and catch me before my appointment. I was emailed called and texted to make sure I knew the situation and that unfortunately due to the situation outside of their control. They are currently unable to redeem anything originating from this location until future notice and wanted to give me the chance to cancel my appointment with due notice prior if I no longer wished to come in.Not only did I appreciate the time and labor they are taking to take care of clients like me and look out for us to the best of their ability. When I arrived for my appointment, I saw firsthand the treatment they are getting by others effected by this and it is not fair to this great team. The ladies up front are nothing but apologetic doing their best to work through a horrible situation for EVERYONE involved. And the manager is very quick to offer solutions to try and make things right or getting you the contact information needed to get with someone who can if she is not able to.I love this Elements Massage Location and will recommend it to all my friends and family based on how they have handled drawing the short sick in this rough situation alone and the amazing quality of massage I have received every visit.Please be kind to those working in customer service and understand that under any franchise individual locations are always owned and operated as such. Dont take your frustrations out on these kind people who are doing their best to take care of their customers and business.Thank you DTC team and I cant wait to come back in for my next massage!

Terrible experience at this Elements location. I have been a long time Elements customer, and have visited multiple different locations. This was my first time at this location. My husband scheduled a 90 min massage for me as a Christmas gift. Upon arriving, I was informed that they did not have me on the schedule, despite me having an email confirmation for that day, time, and with a masseuse at their location . It was a massive inconvenience. Wasted time, childcare arrangements, gas, and it took away the joy of the gift from my husband, and he felt bad even though he did nothing wrong. The owner, Thomas, was in the office that day, but wasnt able to come out to talk to me so the receptionist had to keep going back to speak to him. He offered me a complimentary 30 min massage extension, but I had to reschedule for a different date, and the next available that was offered to me was 16 days away! The masseuse that was offered to me for that day is an elite therapist so there would be an up charge to book with her. I asked if that fee was able to be waived due to the circumstance, and was told no. At this point I had been standing in the lobby for 30 minutes with no resolution. Here is what should have happened (within 5-10 minutes of me being there) to create a great customer service experience that would have had me happy to return as a regular customer: We are so sorry for the error on our part. We would like to reschedule you for another day this week and comp the cost of the massage due to the inconvenience this has caused you. Instead I left with no rescheduled massage and very disappointed I had wasted an entire afternoon, instead of the relaxing 90 minutes I was expecting to have. I hope this experience will help this location better their customer service experience, and when errors do happen, know how to handle them to not loose customers.

Their membership rates are fairly affordable. I use my HSA so it works out pretty well but every massage I’ve received from here has been incredible. All of the therapists are very good at what they do.

My massage with therapist Tami was incredible! I informed her of the areas where I felt most of the pain and her magical fingers found the core of the problem. She worked on the area until I felt some release. It wasn’t a format massage of 15-minutes here then 15-minutes there. I’m counting down the days till my next visit

Inna is phenomenal! She listens to the reason Ive come into the studio and customizes each massage to my needs. The front desk staff is friendly! The environment is peaceful and calm - you leave with a feeling of relaxed euphoria. Highly recommend!

Massage was one of the best I’ve had. Therapist exceeded expectations to make me comfortable. Therapist focused on an area I did not ask for and skipped another area which was actually the reason for the massage. I could have said something in the session but because of how great the massage was and all the efforts the therapist went to in accommodations I chose not to. This location also seems to be one of the cleanest of the chains I’ve visited.

Great massage, just what I needed. This place is really clean and everyone was friendly. I felt nice and relaxed.

While I enjoyed the business itself, my therapist (Inna) was about 5 minutes late and we ended about 5 minutes early (She was polite and professional regardless of these experiences). Additionally, her thumbnails were not fully trimmed and I have a scratch on my arm due to that. I may try a different therapist depending on if the company reaches out and tries to remedy the situation or not.

TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED!!I was there cause I got a gift card and since the first time I called I said so and even said that my sister in law bought the card in there they didnt take a time to double check my card to make sure it can be use in that place. Plus after I finished my massage (which it wasnt good at all) I gave my gift card to used it but for my surprise they said it wasnt valid in there. Thanks God I always can use my credit cards in any emergencies times but imagine if someone go in there with only the gift card what they would do? NOTHING!!! sometimes they couldnt afford it. So Im totally disappointed on the way this place are selling gift cards without be able to use it at the same place!!! So definitely NOT RECOMENTED AT ALL because inset of sending someone to relax, Im gonna send someone to have a nightmare in this place!!

I had a massage from Judy today, a transplant from Castle Rock, and it was great. I get massages about every three weeks for my back and have been to dozens of therapists over the past 20 years. I would put her top three in my book. And that is saying something.

I came in for a 90 minute massage here today after seeing an add. I chatted with the staff over the phone and they made sure to match me with the best possible therapist for my concerns. Coming into the studio I felt so welcomed and relaxed, And I felt so good after the massage! definitely coming back for another massage soon!

Rochelle was fabulous. I recently started a new job, as well as a spin class and have been super sore and tight in my neck and upper back. I really didnt have to be specific in terms of where I was having pain, as Rochelle was able to find the areas on her own that needed work. I could tell right away that she has a PT background, and truly knows her anatomy, which is much appreciated.I have a tendency to only go for massages once or twice a year when Im really feeling tight and painful, but I actually got a membership this time due to her therapeutic massage.

I have had my fair share of massages, and the one Inna gave last week at Elements stood out in quality. She was cordial, professional, and didnt cut any corners when giving a challenging deep tissue massage. This Elements location is well-run, with courteous staff, a welcoming environment, and a responsive owner. I will gladly return.

After going for over 6 months to 1 MT here, and having him doze off 4 times, I finally decided to switch and give another MT a chance. Big mistake! When I first let her know I was there for a Swedish Massage she said right away that she could not do it light and could only do medium. Not a good greeting and she also let me know she had let the owner know this as well. Her profile is below and as you can see she is listed as a 1-4 in pressure level. A 1 should be light. I think that should be corrected. My massage with Cassandra was extremely relaxing and I felt so much better after! Thomas and Jade were helpful with determining what type of massage I needed based on my stress and pain points. The studio is clean and the location is perfect. I cant wait to come in again next month!

I had such a great massage this week at Elements! This location is really conveniently located, with easy parking, and super helpful staff. The masseuse was really professional and in tune with where I needed the most help. Would recommend to anyone who needs a little break or a treat for themself!

Marcelino listened to where my problem areas were and went above and beyond with the right amount of pressure, stretching and advice on how to ease tension at home. As happenstance would have it, twice before my massage appointment I was struck with pain. Severe back pain from working on my computer daily, and secondly sciatica which I had never experienced previously! Both were excruciating and both times my pain was relieved during my appointment! Marcelino has an amazing gift to pinpoint your pain or area that needs work and miraculously correct it. I highly recommend him and Elements massage!

What a great experience! Everything from the massage to the staff- golden. This was my first massage and it won’t be my last after today. Well run, efficient and 110% relaxing. I can’t wait to go back in a couple months!! Highly recommend this location.

I loved my session with Lee!!! He is truly a professional in his field. I suffer with long term back & shoulder pain, and after an hour with him I let out a sigh of relief thats been a long time coming. The whole experience, from the moment you walk in to the moment you step out, is guaranteed to have that calm and relaxing ambiance you seek for.

Their massage therapists really know what theyre doing! After months of pain, Troy was able to release some muscle tension and the next morning was pain free. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Elements Massage for several months now. The staff and customer service is exemplary. I’ve had Lee and Marcilino as my massage therapist and both are beyond wonderful. Highly recommend.

Negative stars. ABSOLUTE worst scheduling staff. Booked 10 days in advance, got a call to say they double booked and if I could move my appt to a later time. Sure. Received maybe 3-4 confirmation emails and texts only to get a call less than 12 hours before scheduled appt day of that they were cancelling. The. WORST.

I love Elements Massage. They have excellent therapists and friendly reception.

I will not ever call this location for a service again. I’ve had multiple cancellations (one more than a week before the date of service) poor communication from the location and a lack of willingness to help with a remedy. I would not trust them to keep an appointment you set.
