Angelica is the only person I trust with my blonde hair! She’s been doing my hair for over a year now, I followed her from beauty school. You won’t be disappointed!

My first several visits were really good. But, I eventually cancelled my membership after a year because they seem to have a hard time retaining service providers. People are not interchangeable, and once I found someone who cut my hair well or was very good with nails, they went off the schedule. Overall experience is up and down.

Such a gorgeous salon with a full bar, menu with smoothies & other light bites and lots of natural light! Everything from the bathrooms, rest areas & decor is light, airy & beautifully aesthetic. Angelica was so welcoming and a joy to work with! She really went the extra mile to make my experience special and thorough! Much appreciated! ✨

Autumn was AMAZING! I got my lips filled & botox- I left with zero bruising & minimal swelling, which has not always been the case for me before when doing these services. She was fun & professional- Im SO glad I came across her. 1000% recommend & will be going back to see her! Thanks Autumn!

Maya did my lashes and they look amazing! So natural and not heavy. I love them! This place is clean, quiet and the staff are very friendly. I love this place. Been coming here since they opened. I keep coming back.

I had an amazing experience at gloss houz! I went in for a lash lift and tint, with Maya, and she was so sweet and kind! she took her time and made sure my eyes weren’t irritated during the process! I also went in for highlights with Anna P and she was so sweet! She took her time and made sure i loved my hair before i left! Including to the amazing staff that helped me, the front desk ladies were so welcoming and kind!Loved my gloss Houz experience! :)

Overall, it was a good experience. Im in town for work from WI. I spent a couple of hours here on my day off. I arrived for my morning French dip nail appointment, and they scheduled me for manicure, so I was not able to receive nail services. They never called me back to reschedule for the next day.In the afternoon, I had an eyelash extension appointment scheduled. After the consultation, I also added brow tinting. Ive never experienced either service before. Both staff members were friendly, experienced, and took their time to make sure the services provided were completed correctly. Lost a couple of lashes due to them being bent into my eye. I love the look and hope the lashes and henna brow tint last a couple of weeks. I already set up another appointment at home for fills. The salon is nice and modern, and the staff are great. I loved the hot towel and relaxation room. Thank you, and happy holidays!

This was our first time in for a mother/daughter day of service! I was paired with Takiyah for my Spa facial and manicure and my mother was paired with Kay for her Spa facial and manicure. These ladies are amazing and they both really took the time to discuss our needs and really helped us relax. Thank you!!!

I cannot recommend Glosshouz highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel right at home. The facilities are immaculate and exude a sense of relaxation and tranquility.I had fillers done and was really nervous and I am beyond impressed with the results. Not only did the treatments exceed my expectations, but the expertise and professionalism of the staff were truly exceptional. The owner was there and extremely pleasant and helpful, but Autumn and Shannon were absolutely fantastic. Amy the RN and the front desk were also great. I have visited Glosshouz several times and am always impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The relaxation room is heavenly and they offer many lovely amenities including a full menu of drinks. I arrived late to my appointment and they were so helpful in rebooking me same day.

What can I say, wonderful isn’t a word to describe but heaven would be closer! I hope everyone in this state could experience a day like I had from the fantastic facial, best pedicure and relaxing massage- I felt like my poor bones and muscles relaxed for the first time in ages! I just love this place so much. It’s my personal happy place. Autumn is the FNP who performs my Botox and lip filler, and I can promise you she is the best of the best. My lips are absolutely gorgeous (subtly). She is so meticulous and gives so much attention to detail. And she is so fun to chat and laugh with. The absolute best facial I’ve ever had! Ryley is the sweetest and incredibly talented. She and the aesthetician even helped to address an allergic reaction I was having around my eyelids and offered complimentary ointment to use for the time being.

Angelica was amazing! Not only did I love the final look but the experience as a whole was incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind with the needs that I had. Angelica was compassionate, kind hearted and professional. I wish I could come back weekly! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

We loved the treatments and the two therapist Lauren was a wiz with the the facial. Very considerate and caring would recommend. As for Jarrod he was amazing worked all my knots out and gave us a wonderful time. Only small inconvenience is that the booking error didnt seem to be fixed. I have had Botox and a vivace treatment done from Kim and she is amazing! She really takes the time to explain the procedures and happily answers any questions you have. She is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. I highly recommend her!

What an amazing set of talent they have at Glasshouz! I came in today for an open house that I had stumbled upon scrolling social media, and what a beautiful Spa!I had initially received 36 units of Botox from a lovely lady, and Im so sorry, I cannot remember her name, but she was so thoughtful! And with the little guidance on what my problem areas were, she quickly and effortlessly popped all 36 units throughout my face in an instant! I never even felt the needle!After I was escorted out of my room and up to the checkout counter It had turned out that not only did I qualify for a wonderful discount through their BFF program, I had also won one of the raffles! Throughout all that chaos from the O.H. they were able to get me into Autumns amazingly talented hands. She had 1 syringe of filler to work with, and skillfully, masterfully transformed my once stubborn and deflated cheeks into the beautiful plump cherry cheeks that I one knew in my early 20s.Looking forward to returning as a regular client of Glasshouz and all of the amazing people there!

Kristen is one of the most lovely people! So professional, softest touch you could hope for when it comes to getting stuck with a needle, and just so dazzling! It didnt stop there! Decided to treat my daughter and self to a spa day at the end of the conference shes been working on for the past 2 weeks. Signed up w Glosshouz after reading reviews. Oh my gosh! What a treat! The massage was out of this world, hands down the best massage ever. Then we had a mineral soak followed by pedis. I could have been happy w the massage and soak. I was refreshed and ready to go after that, was antsy during the very good pedi. Its a very wonderfyl atmosphere. If I lived in the Denver area, this would be my self care spot.

I have been going to Glosshouz for a year now previously getting lip filler and many lip flips done and had nothing but great things to say about Lauren who unfortunately no longer works there. I called at the beginning of the week to set up an appointment with Kim, who I have never had an appointment with, to get filler and spoke to one of the receptionists to schedule a time on 04/24 and she was able to schedule me at 3:30. I arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment which I called ahead for and when Kim took me back she asked what kind of botox I was getting. I informed her that I made the appointment to get filler and not botox. Immediately she told me she was not going to do my filler as I was very late and takes over an hour to do and she had an appointment at 4. Previously it never took anywhere near an hour, but its okay because she is not Lauren and I understand it can be lengthy. She also asked me where I was getting my filler and I told her I wanted more in my lips and immediately she gave me an ugly look of disgust and judgment and told me Id need to find someone else to do it. I explained to her that I was not the one who made my appointment and that it was one of the receptionists who made the mistake. She rudely continued to say that she was not going to do my filler because she did not have time and did not attempt to find any solution for me. At a point she said that wed go up to the front to see who scheduled it for me to let them know there was a mistake, but when she walked me to the front desk she blamed the mistake on me and that I made my own appointment and I was very late (I was only 5 minutes and on the website says there will be cancellation or fee for 10 minutes or more). Kim was rude to me from the moment she called my name to the moment I left. She failed in making me feel comfortable enough to want to return at all which sucks as I have been a huge fan of Glosshouz. From the receptionist scheduling me for the wrong treatment and to Kim being unprofessional and disrespectful from the jump, I am confident that I will not be back and better not see a cancellation fee on my card as it was not my fault.

Lauren achieved the natural refreshed look I have been trying to achieve for years. Lauren is professional, educated and very talented. She takes her time and listens. She targeted the areas that bothered me and I finally have the look I have been striving for. I highly recommend Lauren for all your aesthetic needs!

Very disappointed in the lashes I got. The lashes fell off in chunks. Had my lashes for 2 days in total and there are no lashes left as everything fell off. For the price Glosshouz charges youd think the lashes would last at least a week. I had this problem last time I got lashes here but I thought I would give them another try, unfortunately now I know not to go back. They do not have good lash techs and very over priced for the bad quality you get.

I’ve been here multiple times for various services. it’s really a hit or miss. my most recent massage had the most horrible table for me to lay on. not only did it squeak and shift every time she touched me, the head rest literally snapped off in the middle of the massage. i was quite literally concerned it would break and i would fall throughout my massage. incredibly hard to relax in that kind of situation. i told the blonde lady at the front with the undercut at the end about it and she couldn’t have had cared less. one of my other appointments i had a facial and the girl had a chair that squeaked every time she moved as well- drove me nuts! a can of wd40 would do wonders in this place. the services themselves are great but i’ve had so many issues that are just them being lazy and careless. i think ill be finding another spot for my treatments since they can’t fix their equipment or bother to apologize for it being faulty. disappointing to say the least

I had my prom updo done by Angelica. She did an amazing job. She’s very kind and friendly. I have had my hair done by her several times, and it has always been a wonderful experience.

Anya and Shelby provided pedicures for my daughter and me. Both are very detailed, gentle, and kind. They go above and beyond making sure my daughter understands every step of the process and feels extra special on her pampering day. Thank you both!

This place is just a disguised hole in the wall spa with below average employees/services.I paid nearly $1500 for a couples 6.5 hour spa day. I was expecting five star quality and in return I got nothing but unsatisfactory services.Coming from a guy saying all this stuff, this place has no business advertising themselves as a high end spa. If you’re looking to go here for services, do yourselves a favor and avoid the headache by taking yourselves elsewhere.

I came in for a mini pedicure and my appointment started out with the girl telling me she didnt want to be there. she was not very pleasent my whole appointment, complaining about how she is poor, never smiled, and rushed through my appointment (no massage?) the pedicure itself was way below average and not worth the money at all, i can get a normal pedicure elsewhere for the same amount of money with a way better outcome and someone that actually is pleasant to be around.

Maya was fantastic! She took time before doing lashes to be sure I would have the perfect set! Definitely coming back!

I had a really great experience with Lauren! I’ve been wanting to try Botox in my jawline for a while now but was too nervous. She explained the benefits and helped me feel comfortable to try it out. I’m really happy I did and look forward to my next services with her!

I cannot recommend this place enough! From the second I walked in I was immediately warmly welcomed by Amanda. She had me fill out some basic paper work and served me a complimentary beverage, which of course was the best. I had An Amazing massage, topped off with a facial by Mya. Loved her! Blown away by all of it. I am a woodhouse spa girl and that changed today to Glosshouz! You won’t be dissapointed

My second time here at GlossHouz and I’ve loved both experiences. Autumn is very experienced and injections were virtually painless. My only suggestion is for the younger receptionist to be a little more professional with clients by a) offering the complimentary drink or cocktail by name and b) taking each client to the waiting room instead of saying ‘it’s over there through that door.’

Lauren is the best! Best price on medspa treatments in the area (with a membership). I really wanted to like this place to make the most of my membership and have a one stop shop...But unfortunately everything else about this place is falling seriously short. Ive had a seriously bad experience with every other service Ive received there (nails, waxing, eyebrow henna, hair coloring, blowouts). 5 stars for the medspa, 1 star for the rest of the place.

I never leave reviews but I am shocked at the quality of service for the price. 100% not worth it.We purchased a couples “One Blissful Day”, which is $1400 dollars expecting to have service from “expert aestheticians” as stated on their website. Each person who services us was not an expert in massage therapy, facials, nails, nor hair.1. The massages were not 60 minutes long. We asked for deep tissue massages and were given light pressure all the way through. The massage also should have included reflexology which one of us did not receive.2. The “soaking bath bliss” had no aromatherapy. It was simply a bubble bath.3. The “luxury custom facial” was not luxury. They advertise 6 types of facials which I was not offered. I asked for a simple dermaplane treatment which is supposed to be an add on, and I was told by the “cosmetologist” that she did not know how to do it.4. Mani/pedi for both of us were not good. They are not nail techs. They did not have the proper tools to remove or apply dip nail polish which is disappointing when dip is advertised on their website.During my blow out, I also overheard a cosmetologist who was coloring the girls hair next to me say that she promises she wasn’t winging the coloring. I’ve had my hair colored many times by professional hair stylists, and I can assure that the girl doing the clients hair had no idea what she was doing. It was very disappointing.I left feeling very underwhelmed. Overall, you can not charge premium/luxury prices and advertise service from experts when no one that we received service from was an expert at anything. It’s truly not the employees fault; It’s management overpromising their services with under qualified staff.Pros: good smoothies and I believe it’s a great place to bring kiddos for mani/pedis. The staff was very friendly and respectful

Kim was a very good “injector”/“technician”! Made sure I was pleased with everything and was very clear on what I had to do for my aftercare and when I asked her for a list, she made sure I had one before I left. Would definitely recommend :)

Ive had a few services done at Glosshouz. Putting all of my experiences together, I cannot recommend Glosshouz based off inconsistent quality.Blowout Services- My friend and I both recieved blowouts. Ive had a good amount of blowouts at a few different salons and this lines up with most of them.Lash Extensions- I recieved Lash Extensions and had to get them removed within days. The application was not good, was rushed, and very painful during and after. Everytime I blinked, it felt like my eye was being stabbed by the butt of a lash the size of Texas. Turns out the lashes were applied incorrectly and clumped together onto multiple lashes causing pulling. I did a Lash Tint following the removal with no issues.Facial- The actual facial was great. My technician was wonderful. However, I was not taken back to the treatment room until 40 minutes to an hour past my appointment time with not much communication from the office staff.Manicure- I cannot recommend Manicure services at Glosshouz. My friend and I came in for a 10:15 appointment on Saturday Dec 22nd for a Dip Gel Manicure. My nail color was great, but the application was extremely poor. My nails were thick, rounded, and looked like an acyrlic overlay was applied. It was hard to pick up things due to the thickness. My friends manicure looked great with the exception of a few thick places and poor application on the sides were it looked like the polish bunched up. She had a 7pm flight out of DIA, and sent me a photo of here nail that had already chipped. Almost half the nail chipped off less than 8 hours after application. I called the next morning to remedy my nails, and was given a complimentary shellac manicure, as well as the tip i paid returned to me. The staff were very apologetic. When I called that morning I asked if the woman who did my nails was working because I wanted to avoid a run in that could cause me some anxiety. I was assured that she was off that day. When i arrived and began to speak to the office staff, I was approached by the woman who did my nails the day previous and she began asking me about why i didnt like them, etc. A situation I really REALLY wanted to avoid. I was very uncomfortable.My friend reached out to Glosshouz to get a refund for her services and she sent them pictures.They assured her, as well as me, that she would get a full refund since she was out of town and had to get her nail fixed before Christmas at a different salon in Liberty, TX to fix the chip. The date today is January 6th, and she has get to receive a refund, and hasnt heard back from Glosshouz regarding this issue despite several attempts to reach them to remedy this.Based on inconsistent quality I cannot recommend Glosshouz. You never know what you are going to get. I can appreciate that they remedy the situation after but i shouldnt have to go to a salon two separate times to get a proper manicure, and I will never get any additional services at Glosshouz. I cannot recommend it to my friends either.*** The photos attached were taken the SAME DAY as our initial manicure services on Dec 22nd.***

Bailey T is the best! I went here after someone really messed up my hair (I get blonde highlights) and I’m never leaving. She always sees and fulfills my vision and gives great advice. I’m so happy to finally have found someone I trust with my hair!!

Came in for brow shaping and tint. I have very light brows. Kay did a great job on both. The head and neck massage was also a nice bonus!

Anna Z was great! She explained everything to me and price differences between procedures so I could choose what would work best for me. She gave me next step recommendations and got me scheduled. Can’t wait for my next micro needling.2nd micro needling went really well. Anna is great. Already scheduled for my next visit.3rd micro needling was not bad. A little redness to be expected. Anna was great, always explains what she’s doing and asks if I’m ok during the procedure. 5 stars

I love Glosshouz spa for everything from mani/pedis to Botox and massages. Skilled and friendly aestheticians, a beautifully relaxing atmosphere and excellent customer service. The BFF member program is a great deal!

I had an appointment with Amy last weekend and she was amazing. Amy was very thorough with my intake and follow up. I really appreciate that she listened actively and took measures to ensure my safety. I have been going to Glosshouz for the last 4 years and their high level of customer service exceeds expectations.

The facility was easy to find,they offer a vast array of services and was very clean. I wish they would have told me the nurse I was scheduled with was not as experienced and unable to inject all sites. She was kind and upfront about this. However, this would have been nice to know as I must go back for an additional appointment now. That is an inconvenience. I had a new client discount that I am sure will not be considered for the upcoming appointment.

I went for Botox for the first time and I had an amazing experience. Yana was amazing and I was so comfortable with the experience. I left feeling amazing and so excited about the results. It is absolutely amazing so far. I love coming here and every time I book services with Anya I leave feeling beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a massage with Mei and it was the best massage I have ever had. I am in constant pain due to a neck and shoulder injury that happened years ago and have weekly migranes. I havent been in pain since.

I have been going to Glosshouz since 2015 for my Botox & filler appointments. I started going for weight loss shots and have lost 17 lbs in 6 weeks. Kim does a fantastic job. Every time I go, I love the results and highly recommend Glosshouz and Kim!

I have to admit Glosshouz was the cleanest beauty bar I’ve been to in Colorado. I was very happy to hear they work with alle as well. They had a wonderful program that offers you deals when you sign up. I didn’t do it right away but I am definitely thinking about it.

Had a luxe facial with Takiya today and it was wonderful! My skin feels amazingly soft and we chatted for quite some time about my skin and what the best options are. I have gotten a lot of facials and they usually are great, but Takiya spent time massaging neck and shoulders and even the top of my back. This is one of the most relaxing facials Ive had.

Have had two great pedicures here and the staff are amazing and so friendly. Tried the UpNeeq eye brightening and opening sample and really can see results. Right is before and left is after UpNeeq. Much whiter eyes and are more open after the product. I will be going back here again and again for services from this wonderful team.

Ive gotten tons of services at Glosshouz and highly recommend! The space is beautiful and I enjoy having a mimosa or glass of wine at each visit. Brooke and Selma greet you so warmly at the front desk and make sure you have everything you want or need before your appointment. Kaylee is an amazing and efficient lash artist and Bailey is a highly skilled colorist. I recommend becoming a member because the money goes directly to whatever service you want. Do yourself a favor and make this your self-care spot!

Josephine was wonderful! She took extra time to take my old gel off and my nails turned out beautiful. Both a manicure and pedicure were super relaxing, she was so sweet, I just love coming into this place.

I am so frustrated with this place. I signed up for the membership quite a few months ago and did some lashes, a prenatal massage etc. I recently had my baby and wanted to treat myself to new hair before I go back to work I wish I had never came in. My first appointment, I go in and show the stylist a picture I will attach. It is basically a very ashy blonde with a dark root smudge. I paid almost $300. She gave me brown hair with yellow highlights and nothing near what I wanted so I emailed in. I then was forced to pay another $150 (50% off lucky me I guess) to get my hair fixed and about 5 and a half hours of my time. As I get ready to leave the stylist says I need another toning treatment because my hair is yellow she told me I could wait until her next appointment was done (she was doing extensions) or come back another day. She also said they had an at home toner I could put on for 5 minutes so again had to pull out my wallet and pay almost $35 for an at home toner to fix another mistake that wasn’t fixed. I do exactly what she says, apply it on the yellow spots and set a timer for 5 minutes and my hair is purple and yellow. I had to end up toning over a light brown color so I didn’t look like a 5 year old got ahold of my hair. I am furious with the hours of time and all the money I have spent trying to get a simple balayage. My hair is beyond damaged and I hate the way I look. I would not recommend this place for hair color at ALL . I like it for other services which is the only reason I gave 2 stars and I think that was generous.

She took time to explain the difference between the different filler formulas to be sure we were using exactly what I needed along with any side effects to look for.If you are looking for an incredible injector, go see Lauren! I started going to Glosshouz for eyelash extensions last year. The women who work there are always super nice and welcoming, the facility is well maintained and comfortable, and my lashes looked good. However, the quality of the work (lash isolation, placement, how much glue was used) varied by the lash tech. A couple of times I got sets with really heavy extensions and lots of glue. Because of this I pulled out a lot of my extensions and natural lashes along with them, so I decided to take a break from them.I had recently started the membership to save money on fills, so I ended up with some money in my account that I needed to use. I decided to get my hair cut and colored. I wanted to do layers and balayage. I told the stylist that I wanted to go lighter (as blonde as she could get it) without any warm tones. She explained to me that since I had previously colored I hair that it might take more than one session to get it to blonde.So she does my hair and from the front it looks pretty good. The piece in front lightened pretty well to the blonde color I was going for. The rest of my hair had reddish highlights. I asked the stylist if she had used a different dye for the front piece and she said no and that it dyed a different color because it was closer to my scalp. I could understand if the roots (that had not been previously exposed to dye) turned out a different color than the ends (which have been exposed to dye). But I don’t understand why the strands in the front would dye any different than the strands in the back.I explained that I wanted the rest of my hair to be highlighted like the front pieces and was told I would have to book another balayage appointment, so I did. I thought about it more though and realized I would be paying close to $400 when combining the price of the first appointment and second, so I ended up cancelling.So now I’m kind of at a loss. I haven’t left my hair down all summer because of the funky blonde front/red back coloring. I also don’t want to pay another $170 to get it fixed.

I have been coming here for about a year overall I enjoyed the Botox services. I had to move (military family) and still had credit left on my BFF savings when I canceled it in December. Due to the nature of our life/career we could not return to Denver until May to use the credit that I already accumulated. The staff was unable to honor my earned credit because it had been past 3 months since the account had to be canceled due to military reasons. Such a shame that a local business that I referred many clients to refuses any flexibility for my circumstance.

First visit. Signing up for the membership... that should speak for itself! Mei was fantastic, and all other staff were very kind. Excited to come back.

The staff were super friendly, and the space was extremely cute and cozy. Not to mention my technician Heidi was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and made the process super quick and bearable! I’ll definitely be back!

I received a gift for a mini spa day from my husband. I have sciatica and a lot of muscle tension throughout my back and legs. Jarrod was an AWESOME massage therapist! He used the perfect amount of pressure to release the tension in each muscle and explained exactly which muscles were causing the daily pain I’ve been experiencing. After the massage and bath soak, I left that massage room feeling like jello- in the best way!Jo did my pedicure and she was a delight. Very personable and calming energy.The environment is very modern and clean yet still warm, inviting and comfortable. Not “hospital sterile” and cold like some other places. I also love the bar option. While it’s not a necessity, it’s definitely appealing to and appreciated by those of us that like to enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail when we want to relax.Highly recommend a visit!

This is my third time back for my Botox, and I leave super happy each time. On my most recent visit, I had Autumn as my injector. She was very honest and real about what areas I did and did NOT need done. This is super important to me because sometimes I want too much done when in reality I don’t need it. Autumn gave her honest opinion on everything I asked, and I waited a few days for it to set it before writing a review; it looks amazing so far! Oh ya- and the treatment you receive here is amazing!! She’s experienced, she’s dedicated, and always knows exactly what I’m wanting done and how to get it there!Story here: I tried one of those at home bleaching packs as an experiment (I know, I know, shame on me. I knew it would not come out at all as expected but wanted to try it anyway to save a buck). My hair turned out to be THE definition of brassy. Imagine all of the shades of blonde hair from brass, to blonde, to a weird blonde with brown at the ends. That was my hair for months. I thought I would have to go back to brown hair (which I accepted but was sad about), but Bailey worked her magic and got my hair to the platinum blonde I actually wanted. Seriously, GO TO BAILEY at Glosshouz!

One of my absolute favorite spots in Denver is definitely this place. What sets it apart is their fantastic membership program that not only lowers prices but also allows you to use the credits for future appointments. Ive personally indulged in a range of services, including eyelash extensions, botox, fillers, and even enjoyed some mommy and me mani/pedi time. While I must admit that the pedicure wasnt the absolute best, the overall experience of getting pampered in a spa alongside my five-year-old is truly the highlight. Without a doubt, its one of the top places I recommend for some delightful mommy and me pampering.

I absolutely fell in love with this place! It’s gorgeous first of all, and everybody I talked to was overly kind and professional. I did a whole day spa package so I had Emily, Jarrod, Takiyah and Dee! All of them amazing at what they do. Every one of them started up conversation and then let me enjoy my service, which I would rate 10/10 to all. Takiyah and Dee both educated me on certain things about my skin and were truthful about it all. Dee even had them make me a special drink for my birthday :) I’m very very pleased with everything I got done today and I will be back! Oh and the front desk ladies were also awesome 👏 the only name I got was Samatha but the lady who worked the morning was also great!

I would not recommend getting eyelash extensions done here. The first time I got them done they looked amazing, however the lady that did them left before my next fill. (Because they looked so great I did end up signing up for the membership.) I got put with a different lady for my fill and she did an awful job.(clumped together, and over half fell out within days) I voiced my disappointment and they scheduled my next fill with a different lady. I was even more disappointed this time. (Super clumped together, painful, some were pointing down and other directions they shouldn’t be.) I left them on less than a week because they looked awful and felt awful. So I then got them removed which I had to pay more money to get them removed. voiced my disappointment once again and all they could say is sorry. No solutions to fix the problems, nothing. I then tried to cancel the membership but due to it not being a full 90 days I had to wait. So fast forward to yesterday I call to cancel and am told once I sign the cancelation form it will then be canceled in 30 days so I will be charged AGAIN. I am beyond upset to say the least. All the money I have wasted to basically get my natural lashes destroyed and the money I’m basically throwing away for a membership that they make really difficult to cancel. And yet still all the manager can tell me is she is so sorry and totally understands but won’t offer any solutions.

Lauren was great! She recommended other options to me that worked better than botox, and I love the results! She also was the least painful of all technicians I’ve seen over the years. I’ll be back to see Lauren!

Did a good job taking time to remove old gel polish and new gel polish was very nice. The description for the cherished pedicure said there would be a massage and masque. It took an hour just to remove gel, do the basic pedicure and then repaint. No massage and masque were done as described.

I had a massage with Kristi today and it was over the top amazing! She is a very skilled and experienced therapist, it was one of the best massages I have ever had, I highly recommend her! Kaitlin and Anna at the front desk were awesome as well- we so appreciate all of you!!

If I could give no stars, honestly I would. I’m BEYOND fed up and disappointed with this place. For starters, the owner is terrible. The staff turn over here is so high even if you luck out and find someone you like they’ll be gone by the time you need to book your next service. I’ve been coming here on and off for about 6 years. I had a “balayage” done back in may by Robin but my hair came out looking lightened like it had highlights in it, not at all the results I was hoping for. It was still pretty and I’m sure others would enjoy it, but after paying $300+ for a balayage and ultimately leaving unhappy with my hair I decided to call them and ask for them to fix it. Complaining is the scariest thing of all time for me to do, especially when it comes to something like this, I feel like I’m insulting someone’s skill and being hurtful which isn’t at all my intention. They got me rebooked a couple days later to have the balayage fixed by Lish and she did a great job, they gave me a cheap “discount” which I feel was pretty unfair considering it’s not my fault they didn’t get my desired look the first time, but proceeded to have me pay to fix their mistake. Flash forward to 5 months later (current) I book for a balayage “touch up” with Shelby. I was told over the phone since I’m still really blonde I would be charged for a partial highlight which is much cheaper then a balayage, and that my hair trim would be $25. Instead I was charged $230 for a full balayage and $80 for the hair trim. My hair looks absolutely horrendous. I really don’t mean to be rude but honestly I’m so embarrassed by it that I called out of work today, my friends are all saying how they wouldn’t of even left the salon looking like this (but in my defense they were closed already and my appointment ran late) my blonde is no where near the “cool tone” I asked for, it’s literally yellow/orange, it’s not blended well and blotchy. My roots have blonde all over them which wash out the money pieces, etc. I can’t even describe how bad it looks. I can’t stress enough how much I advice people to avoid this place. It’s a total embarrassment, waste of money and at the end of the day you’ll be paying and damaging your hair more to get it fixed from a more experienced professional.

I love my hair because of Bailey! My hair is naturally dark brown/almost black and she’s taken it to the next level (actually). If you’re looking for your next hair color or stylist, I highly recommend her.

Do not I repeat do not book here! I made a reservation and confirmed it with whoever handles their text support and thought everything was fine then i get a text saying my reservation cannot be honored because they are overbooked. Terrible customer service and clearly don’t care about over $600 in sales. Will never recommend any one here and will be posting this review everywhere. Terrible customer experience for someone who didn’t even get to go to their appt.

Kaleigh in the medspa does outstanding work! What a great asset to the team here! Her approach is tasteful and balanced and she really knows the products well and is able to make great recommendations to get desired results. She has a great eye for detail and what is aesthetically pleasing and natural looking. I was impressed with her consultative approach and excellent “bedside” manner while working with me. She was sensitive to pricing and working within my budget to achieve an end result I am very pleased with! Thank you so much!

I have been wanting to switch from blonde to cooper for a long time. I went to many salons before to find the perfect one but I knew none of them would give me what I wanted. I had a hair consultation with Mercedes and I knew that she was the one. During my appointment she was very kind, professional and overall easy to talk to. I went in for a laser hair trearment. Lovely spa very clean and with a friendly staff. I was giving a tour and gift bag . I was serviced by Takiyah, she was very kind and explained the treatment and after care very good.

Anna L. has been my lash technician for the past 2 1/2 years and has always done a great job! Im very sad that she is leaving Glosshouz as she will be missed.

Megan is incredible! She is professional and extremely talented. she never fails to deliver exactly what I have asked for. I’ve been to many hair salons in the past and have never found anyone who could do my hair better than the picture I have shown. When I leave Glosshouz I always get so many compliments everywhere I go. I will definitely be back 😊

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I will provide pictures for anyone that would like to see.I HAD been going to Glosshouz a little over 3 years and also referred several family and friends. The last time I went was September 24 2023 for BOTOX service with Amber, the nurse practitioner. Not only was I not satisfied with the service, Amber injected the BOTOX in the wrong area (below my eyebrow) and I am now suffering with the outcome. My eye is swollen and I am unable to see clearly.I wanted to give GlossHouz the opportunity to make this better as I would think they would value a customer of 3 years. I called after the 10 days of injection and was hoping they would offer at least next botox service at no charge or refund my money.I was told more BOTOX will make it worse and was told Botox is a risk you are taking therefore they cannot refund me back.I said this was unacceptable and they sent me home with UpNeeQ to attempt to open the eyes wide during an event, a $10 product, what an insult.I still thought maybe the owner will do something! I asked to speak to the owner, LANI and was given an email address instead of her phone number. I was told she replies back to all inquiries. In the email, I requested to be called back and got a call from Amber. All Amber could say is Oh you poor thing. I advised Amber I had asked for the owner LANI to call me. She said she will have her call me and 2 weeks later, her I am, no call.Worst client service when you have a problem. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

I moved to the Cherry Creek area recently and have been looking for a spa for skin injections and fillers. I decided to try Glosshouz, hoping I made a good choice. Luck was on my side because I stumbled upon a gem in Centennial, Colorado. This place is one stop shopping for all of your beauty needs and if you are feeling a need for some A+ pampering. They do it all from hair, nails, massages, laser hair removal, micro blading, eyelashes, fillers, Botox… I booked an appointment for Botox and Juvederm with Amber. Going to a new place with an appointment with an unknown person for facial injections is quite daunting. I can’t say enough about my amazing experience. The spa is beautiful, clean, modern, large, accommodating and has a welcoming atmosphere. From the time I walked in I felt like I was a princess. I was given a tour and then led to the relaxation room where I waited for Amber to come and get me. The relaxation room was so calm and peaceful. Dim lights, wonderful aromas, beverages and snacks and comfortable seating. Amber came and got me and began the consultation. She was so knowledgeable and kind. She made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly. Amber was gentle, friendly and extremely precise. My experience could not have been better. Thank you Amber and the entire staff a Glosshouz! I recommend this place without any hesitation. I know if you decide to come here you will leave feeling the same way. I Love 💗 Glosshouz 😊

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Cayli, she is the best lash tech! I love my lashes every time I get them done. She is friendly, kind and always willing to hear me out! If you are looking for a great lash tech book with her she’s the best you won’t regret it!

Bailey is relaxed but super knowledgeable can understand what I need. She is helpful with product recommendations but not pushy in a sales way. Bailey is very thorough in every service she does! I trust Bailey and that is important in skin and hair care!

Great experience with Autumn however pricing is shady. I was completely misinformed. Was told I was over charged, handed back credit card to receive refund however refund never processed and now told i was charged correctly.Suggest you publish all pricing including tiering to prevent this issue

If you want amazing natural looking brows, Becca is your go to lady! She definitely has the knowledge and skills to create your perfect look! She made me feel so comfortable and I felt so confident in her ability to make my brows beautiful that all apprehension, fear and doubts instantly disappeared. She is an awesome lady and creates AMAZING brows!

My best friend and I did a two person spa package. The facials and massages were amazing. We felt very well cared for. The hot soak was ok but I probably wouldn’t do that again. Beautiful place with a wonderful atmosphere.

Ive had a really good experience here at Glasshouse as a repeat customer. The first time I came, I loved my hair as I left and then my curls immediately fell out. I decided to call the salon and they worked marvelously with me to recredit my account so I could come in and have my hair redone.When I came it I was able to share what happened with my last experience (I loved my hair but it fell out much faster than it should have). And my routine was adjusted so that my blowout would last for days.Im impressed with the intentionality I experienced and felt pampered and listened to. Way to go Glasshouse! Youve got me as a repeat customer!

I discovered Glosshouz during a very recent mental-breakdown staycation. I was desperately seeking some all around self-loveand I stumbled upon Glosshouz as they had many different things I wanted to do while trying to get my mind right again. Im NOT disappointed they are the ones I chose! Ive had quite a few services done so far. I come from a cosmetology background and can be a bit biased with salon services but also very understanding of individual strengths and struggles. While I have been extremely pleased with almost all of the services and the technicians, I have to HIGHLY recommend Presley!! I got my lashes done for the first time today and I feel soooo much better about myself! We had really great conversations during the process which I appreciate as much as the results! I really enjoyed the dialog we shared with honesty and sincerity making the entire (long) process a very uplifting and positiveexperience!! Im thrilled with the final results and I would recommend her for any and every service she does!! Cant wait to go back! (:
