I used to hate going to buy a new vape, but I actually like going here! The owner is always so kind and helpful. I even got my friend to go there and she loves it. He does whatever he can to help out his customers and I highly recommend buying your vapes here over any other place in Erie!
I came in the other day and a new employee named Kyle gave me good prices, was super friendly, and laid back. Zach was also amazing,, he was super helpful and informed me more on a good amount of the products. Highly recommend this location!!

This establishment is rude,unproffesional and sells faulty vapes to their customers. When you take it to them to show them it’s not working/faulty, they get loud, yell at you and chase after you outside and come up to your car, snatching your vape out of your hand. Mind you, I had another adult in the car and my child was with me. Disgusting behavior. I would put zero stars if I could.

I’ve only gone to this place twice. . . I probably will not return. . .The first time I came to this place, everything was relatively fine. I just got two disposables and got out.However, the second time I came in, I got the same thing as usual, and I nearly spent $90 on two disposables (the same exact two I bought the first time.)The guy at the counter was very pushy for me to buy something, and kept lowering the price until he reached $65. . . For two disposables that I previously paid only $45 for the last time. . . The sign on the displays also said both were $24. I knew something was going down, so I left without buying anything and went to a different place.The workers also looked younger than me, and I’m 22.
Zac was very helpful. Helped me with I understanding different products I didn’t know about & very friendly, welcomed me with a smile & great hospitality definitely would recommend to anyone looking for products! Very nice people in there always not just Zac they have always good staff working there.

Zac lied to me. He didnt have what I wanted & called Danny at another location, as that is where his order was located. Zac then told me store location was 40 mins away. He didnt want to tell me where the location was. I so happened to be driving by Dannys shop on peninsula and 26th st. Dangerous Danny is great. His attitude, demeanor, energy, and customer service is amazing. Hes smoke shop is my new smoke shop.

I will never be back here. People that work here dont know their products at all, and they will tell you whatever they need to tell you to make a sale. I had to laugh when he tried to tell me that the jar on the counter was actual marijuana. I dont know how stupid you think I am, but no, you do not have a jar of illegal substance on your counter in the middle of Peach Street.Make it worse, they have absolutely no Integrity when it comes to the things they sell. I bought a vape from them that immediately stopped working, and the guy said the best he could do was sell me a new one.Finally, when it comes down to it, this is the most expensive vape store in Erie. You will pay upwards of $80 for a vape that you can get at smoke cave on State Street for 45.
