Gervais Salon & Day Spa - 5th Street Market

I had my haircut with Katie. She is a very nice gal and easy/fun to talk with, however I showed her photos what I wanted (long layers and flowy curtain bangs) — and did not receive what I expected in an $88 haircut. I felt it was very quick and rushed through. Regarding the bangs: the left side ended up being very short and the right side virtually none at all. I also asked to trim the ends but I wanted a lot of layers and shaping (bouncy) — didn’t really add many layers. And the layers she did put in were uneven when I measured them root to tip near the mid section.After seeing that it wasn’t as short as I would like it I politely asked her to make it few inches shorter.. she said “we’re out of time” (it only had been an hour). I’ve never had a stylist say this.I don’t think it was worth a $88 haircut.I’m really disappointed in Gervais when I requested some sort of refund they refused. When I asked then to get it adjusted, they couldn’t put me in until another few weeks.

Took my wife for her birthday and had an epic experience ✅ Luke was assigned to me and what an incredibly talented practitioner he was. He’s an avid mountian biker with over 20 riding an understands what an athletes body could use. His energy is of the highest nature as he has practiced Buddhism much of his life. These elements along with his strength and experience ended up getting me the best massage of my life. I have been receiving body work for around 50 years and have had great massage from all corners of the globe and Luke shines like a light house. 💯☀️💯My wife also really enjoyed her time here as well. The entire team was seamless and the flow was exceptional. 🥰 Bravo 🏆

I asked for a couple inches to be trimmed from my very long hair, I ended up with 12 inches gone. It took years to grow my hair and now it’s all gone. She didn’t finish blow drying or straightening it, just left it frizzy looking. She didn’t even walk me to the register to pay. I just wanted a trim!

Ive been so pleased with the massages Ive received from Sarah C. She really goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are comfortable and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Shes an awesome masseuse!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! I had a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. All of the techs were amazing, the front desk girl was extremely kind and helpful, and the whole atmosphere was one of relaxation! Just what this mama needed for a relaxing spa day!

Ariel was absolutely the kindest and easiest to talk to during the appointment. Not only did she match my natural hair color (which is a unique color) she did it in one process and on top of that gave me a phenomenal cut and pop of blonde pieces. Recently, when I botched my bangs she was able to see me within a few minutes as a walk in and fixed them for no charge; SUCH amazing customer service and dedication to her clientele. Took my wife here for a mani/pedi. Janie and Cora did a phenomenal job. It was a very relaxing experience.They use high quality oils and are extremely thorough. This is also a great salon if sanitation is a high priority.

Katie is an artist! I provided one or two pictures that required cutting ten inches of my hair. Katie immediately understood what I wanted and was so much fun to talk with. It is the best haircut I have ever received, and would recommend her to everyone!

This is the first professional curly cut that Ive gotten where I feel comfortable and not shamed the whole time! For context, I am very minimalistic in what I do with my hair. Megan was really incredible helping me feel comfortable in taking off a lot of length, giving her expert input on styling choices, and even helped guide me with curly hair care that still fits into my minimalist routine. Overall 100/10 experience and will definitely be returning for further cuts with Megan! Before and after photos included! 💕

I took my daughter for her 21st birthday on May 15th for side by side pedicures and we had the best time ever! Both Mandy and Raine were absolutely incredible and made us feel so special and pampered! Can’t wait to come back and see them again in the future!

Andrew gave an amazing massage and the staff was wonderful! Fantastic customer service. Our appointments were the last ones before closing and we were not rushed, in fact we were encouraged to take out time and enjoy the after-service amenities. I dont live in the area but I highly recommend this spa!

A friend gifted me a certificate to Gervais for my Birthday, which was back in June. It was technically for a message, but I honestly could of used a pedicure instead, so I was pleasantly surprised when I called when they said I could use it for anything! I called after mid July ish, and yesterday was their first available for a pedicure (7/31). I explained when I booked my appointment how I wanted gel polish, and I was quoted at 85 dollars. They sent me a reminder text two days before my appointment so I could confirm or cancel, and when I went to confirm, they had me fill out some questions about my health, which I thought some questions were a little too intrusive. In any event, my appointment was at 9:15am, and when I arrived, the receptionist offered me some lemon water, which was nice. Rain came to greet me, and I cannot convey how nice she is! She was so friendly, and we seemed to click, so we had a nice conversation. My toe nails came out perfect, and she listened to what color and sparkles I thought would work. It was super relaxing the room I was in, and I really liked the calming music and the aromatherapy smell!! The chair was a little up high; I didnt have a problem, but if you have mobility issues, it might be a tad challenging (of course Rain offered to help me). The chair wasnt a message chair, what Im used to at other nail places. The hot neck warmer felt amazing as well :) When I got done, Rain kindly escorted me out to the reception area so I could pay. The receptionist was helping another lady check out, so I was looking at their products, which are spendy, in my humble opinion. I couldnt afford a 46 dollar of leave in conditioner spray, so I got a travel size one (still 14 dollars but I had a gift certificate). When she rang me up, the total of the pedicure and travel size spray wasnt adding up to the price she gave me, so I inquired, hence my 4 star review. They apparently charge 3 dollars and some odd cents for them using eco friendly products. I just feel that that charge should of been conveyed to me when I booked the appointment a few weeks ago. Yes, this charge is stated online, but if people call to make an appointment and they are new, I feel we should be informed of the eco friendly charge. Other than that, Im impressed at what I saw, as the place is big and very relaxing! Again, thank you Rain for taking care of my toes, and I hope to see you again in the future :)

Very nice clean place of business! Staff were professional and facility was amazing. I had a 90min restorative massage which was super relaxing. I did notice my particular masseuse chose to wear gloves and for me I find it a bit more therapeutic without (although I completely understand that the reasoning behind why gloves are beneficial in a sanitary sense) just my personal preference if I were to go again. They offer a complimentary foot soak, sauna, or shower service after which was really nice way to keep the relaxing vibes going. Overall a great experience

Sarah is the ABSOLUTE BEST masseuse EVER!! She has a true gift for tuning into the body/muscle dialogue and finding and working out each issue, even the minute ones you might not have been aware of. The place is beautiful and I would try it again for a different service. My brow wax provider was very hurried and rough, plus my brows look uneven and she took way too much off.

It was an amazing experience. I had a facial and they did a great job. I counted at least 20 different lotions and creams that she put on me.

I recently enjoyed a spa package here, including a massage, facial, and nail treatment. I must highlight the massage experience – the therapist had strong, skilled hands. Unfortunately, I dont recall her name. A pleasant surprise was the well-equipped private shower room with cleaning supplies. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

I scheduled 6 services for 3 of our employees for our employee health and wellness day. It didn’t seem like they were used to accommodating three guests of the same party at once but they did an excellent job. All of our services were amazing (3 massages 3 nail services) with the exception of one pedicure that seemed a little rushed which is understandable due to party size. 100% recommend, we’ll be back!

Raine was awesome! I only get a pedi about twice a year so I’m sure she had her work cut out for her. The experience was relaxing and enjoyable and I will certainly look forward to seeing her in the future!

I had my hair cut by Jimee at the market location. She took the time to really listen to me and to do what I asked (mostly layers and lighten the bulk of my wavy hair). Its just what I needed and she executed it beautifully. Thank you Jimee!

The service providers and front desk staff are so kind and talented, and they do an exceptional job at making guests feel comfortable. Worst blow out ever at 12:30 today with Kyle. She flat ironed my hair to straitened it.She was in a hurry to finish my hair and go to lunch and it shows.

Amazing 🤩 spa experience! Got a massage by Libby and she was exceptional!! Just the right pressure and let me just fall into a light sleep towards the very end! Then followed up by a warm foot soak while I waited for my facial! I was offered refreshing ice cold water and hot tea to sip on prior and while I waited for my next service!The facial was dreamy and Kesha did a fabulous job! She was very intentional and passionate in what she did and even helped me pick out the best product after!I did the sauna 30 minutes prior to my appt as that is complimentary and that was so soothing! It opened up the pores and relaxed my muscles just perfectly! I then showered real quick before my massage so I didn’t go into that smelly and sweaty that is also a complimentary service here and provide Aveena products to use that smelled heavenly!This is the spa you want to go to and indulge in, they take good care of you!!

My one and only appointment at Gervais! I had my hair dyed one color! Except one quarter is about two levels darker than the other 3/4! I let the stylist know I was worried about the difference in color she let me know it fade or level out. Over a weeks time and the difference has not changed. The darker top and lighter bottom is annoying. I love the color on bottom and wish they matched, however if I want it fixed they are charging me another $125! I already paid $190 to have this train wreck!

Highly recommend gervais salon. We had manicures and pedicures. Both Rains and Cora were very professional but personable at the same time. Will request them next time.

I took my best friend here for her birthday and got us both the essential facial and an hour long massage. The experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Both providers were communicative and skilled. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. As a salon owner visiting from Portland, I was very impressed, and will be implementing new things at my own shop based on this experience. Can’t recommend them enough.

Katy is a wiz. Since shes been cutting my hair, Ive never once left the salon with a haircut I didnt love.

First time coming here and wow Im amazed! What a wonderful place this is. My appointment was for a pedicure with my partner and we were taken to a room that was a bit further from the hair salon. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. Once we were finished it was very surprising to see that the salon was so busy since the nail room was so quiet! The warm neck towel and the chairs were incredibly comfortable. The nail techs do a very thorough job at cleaning the cuticles and shaping the nails. The colors they have are minimal and are displayed in a book but honestly I dont mind that since I personally dont like having to sift through hundreds of options!

Ruby made the whole experience amazing. Her enthusiasm and approach felt very genuine.

To work with an experienced stylist could be paying near 100 no matter your hair service. Went in for a 23 min haircut and wash, for my son and was charged 80 bucks. Felt a bit robbery like to me. Ive been to salons where the stylist keeps things reasonable according to the cut. Won’t be returning for salon- maybe the spa side is more ethically priced.

I asked for a. updated haircut and my stylist, McKinzie, totally delivered -I love my hair! Gervais is a wonderful salon. Highly recommended!

This place is great! I got a massage with Andrew and it was amazing! So relaxing and works on muscle tension release areas. This spa was just what I needed, they really focus on the details. Clean, calm, soothing - quality. After relaxing massage, got a warm foot bath with tea. Love this place, recommend.

You can tell a lot about a company by the way they handle their mistakes. Five stars plus to Aubrey who had to share the news about a very last minute cancellation. She was able to address the problem and understood the disappointment felt because our special date fell through. I appreciated her taking care of us and assuring that customer service was the priority. She was able to keep me as a client.

I love this salon. Megan has been doing my hair for over a year now and she does a wonderful job. I love getting massages and facials here as well. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved my pedicure experience with Mandy. It was a brisk fall morning, the room was low-lit, and I was provided with steaming tea and a hot-pack. Once I was comfortable, she asked me if there was anything I needed, anything she needed to know, and what I came in for. Her attention to detail and quality service is a rare find these days. Painting my nails was the least of her concern; I was provided with aromatherapy, deep cleaning, scrub, mask, and massage before we got to paint. My body is relaxed and my feet feel rejuvenated. This is how it should be!

I love going to this spa for massages. The ambiance is worth so much to me and the staff is always so kind and respectful. It’s pricier but worth it I think.

I had my very first facial here. I was spoiled enough to get the restorative facial, it was the most relaxing two hours of my life! Leslie was amazing, I was really nervous but everyone made me feel special and welcome and I felt so spoiled. During the facial I thought several times I want to do this every week! My skin is still glowing and I got it done on Saturday! I am definitely going to book this again and again!

Had a full spa pedicure with Mandy. I highly recommend pampering yourself here. It was relaxing and my feet look 100 times better than when I walked in. It has a very nice spa feel at this location. Loved Mandy and would definitely recommend her.

Their website is so user friendly. I was able to book a same day apt in just a few minutes. They have their stylists listed based off experience, from levels 1-8, making styling prices flexible and affordable, from $30-$80 dollars. Getting a killer hair-do shouldnt be so expensive that its like a rare treat. I want to feel beautiful all the time, regardless of my financial state. Even if you go with a new stylist and pay $30, they are still extremely more qualified than their competition. Ive paid $80 for a cut and felt unsatisfied more times than I want to remember. Lastly, you get to pick your stylist by not only their qualifications and price, but you see a photo of them and pictures of past clients, too. I hate not knowing whos going to cut my hair until Im In the chair. So say goodbye to expensive hair-dos that dont make the cut and check out Gervais Salons website. You wont be disappointed. 🔥💯💥

I was happy with it, but I dont quite understand why she doesnt seem to want to actually bleach out all the old brown, like I want, and get my hair to completely white, which is what I always ask for! 🤔

While we have gotten wonderful salon and spa services here during our time in Eugene, we didn’t immediately think of getting bridal hair services done but we’re so glad we did! Meghan and Kelly did an amazing job from consult to trial to day of with two brides hair and the team did 6 additional styles very effectively and beautifully on the big and busy day. All 7 of us got our hair done within 3 hours which was perfect for keeping the day moving and not making anyone start too early. Everyone looked and felt beautiful!

I woke up this morning and decided it was well past time for my next haircut. I found Gervais. I am very allergic to a lot of different hair care products, and saw that they use Aveda, which I’ve been using since I was a kid, and I’m not allergic to. I sent a text to the number provided and was answered within minutes. They were able to get me an appointment a couple hours later. Katie was my stylist, and she was absolutely amazing. I got a haircut and the botanical conditioning treatment. She also blow dried and styled my hair. She was so pleasant, friendly and personable. I am completely satisfied with the result of my experience here today, and will be back for regular services from here on out. Thank you so much, Katie and Gervais!

I like the convenience of going to the spa while staying at the Inn at 5th St. The person who gave the massage was very good. But the spa itself needs cleaning and an update in decor. In addition the massage table I had was old and uncomfortable. Even the sheets and towels looked and felt old. One of the points of going to a spa is to feel refreshed, but with old decor and supplies it’s hard to feel that way. After 25 years in business it’s time to do a deep cleaning and replace equipment and supplies at this spa.

As always had a great experience. Staff were polite and knowledgeable! They went out of their way to make sure that provided excellent service to you the customer! Thanks to Kylie for being on top of things and making it an enjoyable experience!!!

I love this salon. Its so clean and well run. Ive received great cuts and color from their talented stylists. Even when I wanted something tweaked, they were super accommodating to have me come right in and make the changes I wanted. I really appreciate the artistic skill of their stylists and always look forward to visiting them!

This was my third maternity massage here and it was so wonderful! They have amazing staff that make you feel very comfortable. They offer hot tea or water before and after the massage and you can shower in one of the private showers or soak your feet after the massage. Always a wonderful experience I will most likely be getting one more massage before the end of my pregnancy!

Cameron has a gift! She has helped me get my grey healthy again and guides me towards what’s best for my lifestyle. And as always, Gervais is the best salon and spa in town. The guest services specialists are always polite and knowledgeable. The treatments are amazing and the space is relaxing. You won’t be sorry.

Grace was absolutely amazing! The best massage I’ve ever had. She listened to my concerns and worked my troubled areas. She even sent me home with some stretches to do at home for some relief between treatment. Please cherish this absolute angel!

My hair is VERY thick, has a curly layer underneath and a straight layer on top.I explained to Katie that I wanted an easy-care, wavy, wash and go haircut. A tall order, yes, but after listening to me, studying my hair (I had washed, conditioned, air-dried and slept on the night before.) and viewing a picture that I brought with me, she worked her skillful magic.I could not be happier with the haircut, her personable nature and I have another appointment with her booked for October.I am looking forward to working with you again, Katie!

I have been going to Katie at Gervais Salon since I moved to Oregon 1 1/2 years ago. I got lucky on my first try - she is so sweet and does an amazing job! She is very good at asking questions to make sure I get what I want - because I’m usually very indecisive! But she is persistent in getting me to voice what I want - and as a result, I have never had a bad cut, style or color - every time it turns out better than I expected! Also, a shout out to Kayla as well - I have gone to her for waxing and brow tinting. Love her! So nice and relaxing to spend time with her pampering me like I deserve it - because I do! And all the people who check you in and out - seem genuinely happy to see you and help you. Great products and experience!

I absolutely loved my pedicure today with Mandy! She was absolutely attentive, experienced and made great conversation. I have never been this satisfied with a pedicure & I am so relaxed. Best massage I have ever had. Do I need to say more? I will... My husband and I went for our 1 year anniversary and they truly know what they are doing. I left feeling taller, with much less stiffness to my neck. Wonderful experience. I also got a haircut for the first time in a year and a half and my stylist was so nice and patient with me. I really appreciated it.

First of all, I dont bother coming here anymore for vibrant colors because of the incompetence of their stylist i experienced so to save the headache of shopping around for a new stylist after their supposed most experienced stylist in vibrants tried to dye my hair with TONER, I now travel back out to Portland for my Aveda stylist there. Apparently you cant rely on their store hours either because they appear to close early whenever they they want, this isnt the first time ive shown up to get product after work and they are already closed 30-45 min early. Super annoying when theres no other aveda retailers in town really besides their salons. Im going to avoid buying product from here in the future. Also, just keep in mind if you want to talk to them you might as well go in person because theyre not gonna answer that phone.

Gervais is my Favorite Spa in the area ! I have been a customer for several years and they have consistently provided outstanding customer service . Every area I have been in is extremely clean and smells wonderful. The Staff is friendly and accommodating. For my Pedicure I ask for Andrea as I have medical issues which she understands and takes care of me accordingly. Andrea is very professional and I leave the Salon with Gorgeous feet each visit ! When I need a Facial and/or my Brows waxed I ask for Rachael. She makes you feel at ease immediately and is very comfortable to be around. I totally trust her judgment with my skin. I just would never consider going to any other Salon. Thank you Ladies and Gervais!

My facial today was the first experience/service I have had at Gervais and it was amazing! They welcomed me right when I walked in the door, the atmosphere was very inviting and all the staff were very helpful and nice. The space was clean and well stocked if you wanted to purchase any of their products. The lady who did my facial was sweet, informative and made me feel as though she was catering the experience to meet my skins needs as best as she could. I will definitely be back!

My husband bought me a massage and manicure for Christmas. I went in for my massage and manicure today 3/4/22. The massage was great. However, Andrea did my manicure and it ruined my whole experience. I felt the manicure was rushed, she probably spent a total of 15 minutes on my nails. The description on the website says its supposed to be an hour long. All she did was push my cuticles back and slap some polish on my nails. I did not get the arm massage or hand massage with the oils like the description states. I went in with my mother in law and she had a pedicure done. I had to go sit next to my mother in law for a good 40 minutes and just wait because my manicure was so rushed. There was another lady that came in and sat down where I was sitting with Andrea and she got the oils and some mitt warmers on her hands. So I dont know why I didnt receive the same treatment. I felt like I paid $65 for a service that I didnt receive. Overall very disappointing. Probably will not spend my money here again.

I was greeted warmly. The lobby was clean and comfortable. Complimentary tea or water. Raine was my nail tech. She made me comfortable and welcome right away. She was easy to converse with and made my time pass easily. The warm neck wrap, warmed oil hand and foot massage with mani pedi were amazing.

Just had another fabulous haircut from Alyssa Marie! It’s very short so required precision cutting and she absolutely nailed it. I love it! Alyssa Marie is a very, very skilled stylist.

I’ve had wonderful massages with Zak who has a very attentive and calming presence as a fellow human. In addition, he is an excellent massage therapist! Today, he really helped me relax on all levels while assisting to release some tension in my leg, knee and hip. All in an hour session, super efficient. Thanks, Zak!

I absolutey LOVE McKinzie and Rainne (hopefully I spelled that right!). McKinzie does a fantastic job with my cuts, and I recently had color done and she did a phenomenal job. I feel like myself again and that is SUCH a good feeling. Rainne has done my pedicures and she has a firm, but delicate, touch - which is excellent because im extremely ticklish. First time Ive had a pedicure done where Ive felt 100% comfortable. This salon is amazing and I LOVE coming in. From start to finish is a great experience. Bianca absolutely rocks. I have very curly hair and this is the first time I’ve felt like the person cutting it was actually taking into consideration the way my curls form! I had the best experience with Bianca, right off the bat she was so comfortable to work with, so professional and just has good energy. She was very careful about making sure she knew exactly what I wanted and making sure I was happy with the final cut. It was a work in progress, bringing out waves and dimension in otherwise flat hair. Once she was sure we had the same vision she had fun with it and obviously takes a lot of pride in her work. No judgement about my total lack of experience with my own hair, I cut my own hair for years. I even brought in my hair products to ask for her advice and she was so helpful with showing me what might work better to get the results I want with the products I already have. Happy to find my hairdresser, worth every penny!

I love Gervais! I have gone for several years for hair and massage services. Kayla is the best colorist! She is very sweet, friendly, an attentive listener, and very talented! I havent found anyone who compares!I have also received several massages at Gervais. It is a little more expensive than some places in Eugene, but well worth it if you want to treat yourself. They pamper you with tea, chocolate, essential oils and a great massage, and either a hot shower or foot soak in the end.

McKinzie made me feel pretty again! She takes my weird growing layers, smooths everything out, and fixes my bangs I tend to hack on in between visits. My hair feels so fresh and light. I L❤️VE her!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here! Ive had massages, facials, and haircuts; and I’ve never left unhappy or disappointed! The techs are kind and do a through job. Compared to other spas/salons in the area, they have they have the best atmosphere and services. I’d schedule a month or more advance to get your ideal time and service!

The reason this is my go-to salon is because the stylists never over-cut. Every single stylist I’ve been served by has listened to my requests, and I’ve never left Gervais unhappy with my hair. The stylists here are very good about finding a middle ground between meeting expectations while applying their professional opinions about what would work best.

I had my hair done by Meghan, and I also loved it. My hair used to be long (around halfway down my back), I had a bad habit of pulling at it, and I hadn’t gotten a haircut for quite a while so it was pretty damaged. She knew exactly what to do, and while my hair is fairly short now, it looks amazing and purposeful. I also received the botanical treatment (highly recommend), which was very soothing and my hair feels amazingly soft and smooth afterwards. Overall this experience was incredible and perfect for my first time having my hair done professionally. Thank you so much!

I have been seeing my stylist Lindy regularly for the last 9 months or so and I always have such a great experience. She is so sweet and always does exactly what I ask and does it well! The atmosphere at Gervais is so relaxing, welcoming and kind and all the staff I have interacted with have always been so pleasant! The prices here are a little higher than some other places BUT the level of experience/training and education that gervais provides their stylists to help them continue to learn and grow is so above and beyond what I have noticed at other salons. It is so worth the couple extra bucks to go here over somewhere else. Lindy has taught me so much about the proper ways to care for my hair, how to reduce the damage, what products are important to use and how to use them to get the results I want etc. I truly love going here and I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else!

This salon is always very warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed the spa experience. It is very peaceful and tranquil. I like the fact that the massage room was very quiet ( no outside noise). I get my manicures & pedicures done with Raine. She is so sweet and so informative about what’s going on in the process. The products feel luxurious, she takes her time on both my fingernails and toenails. Each service is worth the time!

I was blown away with the professional service at Gervais! As a first time customer AND someone who has never had their hair dyed at a salon before, I really didnt know what to expect. The staff were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and my personal stylist Amanda was AMAZING! I gave her a very vague description of what I had in mind, and she gave my hair beautiful highlights that fade into a soft blonde at the ends. I was beyond excited!! The whole process was super relaxing with hot tea and a hand massage. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Amanda!

I took my Mom here for a birthday spa day. Booked her a massage, pedicure and manicure. The massage therapist and nail techs all made it really special for us. She left feeling so relaxed and happy. It was her first time at Gervais and she loved it. Will absolutely keep coming back.

The aestheticians who did our facials were wonderful - the experience was so relaxing, they were professional, gentle, and listened to our needs. Booking was a bit frustrating and I never was able to connect on the phone with anyone to put a card down, but fortunately they held our reservations. I booked the appointments as a surprise to my mom while Im in town visiting, but they called my parents home phone for some reason to collect payment and it ruined the surprise for my mom. Meanwhile they still never called back my cell phone. A+ for the gals who took care of us, the reception/booking could have been improved.

The reason why I felt so comfortable going in to have my hair done at Gervais is because even when there isn’t a pandemic its spotless. I know my stylist Kelsey and the other people who work at Gervais took great pains to make sure it was a safe environment for everyone. I always enjoy my time with Kelsey and she does an amazing job with my hair. It’s always fun to work with her to come up with new ideas for hair color or mixing up my hairstyle. Since Kelsey started doing my hair I’ve never had to worry about how it’s going to turn out and always leave happy with the end result.

I have been coming to the Gervais salons for a few years now, and the last year I have been seeing Meghan. She is the best! The first time I saw her I was doing a serious chop and this time I just wanted a trim and some layers, both times she has done an amazing job. Not only is Meghan an amazing hairdresser, she is also a fun person to talk to! Im not an extrovert by any means, but she makes me feel so comfortable and talkative!
