I had a blast last night at Blairally Vintage Arcade. Seeing walls of Pinball Machines brought back childhood memories. I saw Sweater For An Astronaut and they slapped! There was delicious Dark Beer on tap at an affordable price. Local shows are the very best and I appreciate seeing a show on a Thursday. The Whiteaker Neighborhood is a cool place to hang out.
I love this place. The drinks served here are delicious and arent too light on the alcohol. The bar tenders are so sweet and personable. They are also very talented with their trade. I love pinball even though I am horrible at it and there are many pin ball machines to choose from.
Took my 17 year old little friend out and just had to take her here. Havent been here during the day in years and was happy that it was the same cool scene as I have experienced on slow nights. They had cool music playing, the lights were still low, great staff and the place had a nice little crowd but it was not overwhelming for her first time out with me.I love pinball and got her to play some but we really had a blast playing the big old school Mario cart arcade game! She went on to play some super Mario Bros.We had some yummy fries and I had to order the best chicken wings I have found yet in Eugene to have her input. She agreed that these suckers must work out with how big their legs are! Funny! We were offered all the sauces on the side so we could try them. We both agree that the spicy is perfectly made and has a great flavor and isnt hot just to be hot.It was a wonderful day and I hope to make it a more regular thing for us!
This is an amazing community hub with an array of amazing vintage pinball machines, arcade games, events, and colorful patrons. This is my FAVORITE place to go when I’m in Eugene. If you want to fall in love with the neighborhood in NW Eugene this establishment will assist. I’ve acquired a new found appreciation for this up-and-coming neighborhood due to unbelievably cool places to hang out like Blairally! GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!
Huge fan of this place. I come here every Monday night to play fighting games with the Eugene FGC. The fact that this place lets us have locals here with no cover charge is simply amazing. Thank you for letting an organic scene thrive.
Came out for 2000s music night and damn this place got crazy fun. Lots of fun people, great environment, great music. The DJ was amazing and entertained very well. The drinks were priced reasonably and the bartenders were energetic and matched the overall energy of the bar. Definitely will be coming back again.
This is the best hang out spot in the whit. One of the best barcades in the country and the spot that makes me think of eugene the most. If your a beercade or pinball fan you have to visit. One of the only places i have seen the 1992 bally dr who machine in great working order.
Went on a Friday cuz heard the pinball is free. Unfortunately only the older machines they own were, still fun to play em. Cool place and one of the best options for dancing in Eugene. Warehouse feel that has some decent DJs coke thru. Service was quick and friendly!
Lovely staff, affordable drinks, fun arcade consoles/vintage pinball, and a variety of good music on offer. Very queer friendly and draws a diverse crowd. Definitely a great place to spend a night out in Eugene!
This place is great, with a major caveat. Literally every time my gf and I spent the night here, we would return home to find a social media message from a (different) total cr33p letting us know he was watching us from afar. So cr33py... Watch out, women—they hang out here in numbers...
Very lively, contemporary clientele in a vintage atmosphere. 80s night is a blast.
Pinball, arcade games, and live music. What more could you want? A super nice staff? Done!
Always a good time. They have a whole bunch of varied events and shows. Its a place Im excited to bring my kiddo with me.
Great place to play pinball and get drinks!
This place is so neat I really like it they let kids in till 9pm I went to see a friend place so music there it was amazing. I would go back here any time the stuff is friendly and you cant go wrong if they got music going on. Price where okay the arcade is really cool if your a pinball lover like me. I hope to see more music at this venue.
I really want to give this place 5 stars but it is always so SUFFOCATINGLY HOT in there every time I go. And they dont keep the fans running, I can never stay for longer than an hour because I feel like Im dying, and also probably getting COVID due to lack of ventilation. The fries and sauces are good tho 😂
Pretty alright arcade. Half of the pinball machines were in working order. Another arcade machine was not working and another her really needed some maintenance. Prices for games were alright. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of drinks on tap. There were two dogs off leash inside. They didnt approach us, but there were some barking fits at times. Kinda strange.
Fun little place especially after nine when no kids allowed hahah
My favorite bar in town whether youre looking for somewhere to have a casual drink with a friend or looking to turn up on the weekends they have amazing shows on the regular. They have tons of vintage pinball games. The bartenders and security there do amazing at their jobs Ive never had a bad drink or bad experience at Blair. 11/10 highly recommend
Its a nice place to play some games, have a few drinks, a sandwich or dance the weekend away at.
I came for Bingo, which was a blast.Sadly the service here is SEVERELY lacking. Two separate orders to our group were messed up. The first issue was identical orders placed together one of us got our food after 10 minutes the other waited 40 minutes before asking about it only to find it still wasn’t ready. We ordered tator tots… not impressed. The next issue was after an hour part of our party did not have food so they asked and they were informed someone “took” the order, Why give out food buzzers if you aren’t going to bother to check?I guess they really aren’t prepared for a large volume of customers or really don’t care either way. The environment is cool but the service for “BASIC” food items is very very poor. We will be back for bingo but will eat before or after for sure.
Amazing EVERYTHING!! Never had a bad time. A great place to be lost and found, riding the rollercoaster between the amazing people, fantastic games that take us back to middle school when we used to actually have fun, and great bartenders always ready for a good story :-) Always a GREAT experience. Worthy. IMO
Last night Rortron was spinning & oh my gosh, his mixing is on point & his music selection is unlike any other DJ. The Hot Dog cart was outside selling their famous dogs, the staff inside & out was nice & friendly as always. They played the Blazers game earlier, right before Rortron went on at 10, so there was room on the dance floor, which isnt normally the case. Usually its packed & that is fine with me! I love feeling the dancing folks intoxicating energy, but it was nice to have room to Boogie all over the floor last night. I added a snippet, hopefully the video loads for yall. Theres just no better happier place than Blairally ♡Last night was the 80s Club Reunion, with all Vinyl spun by DJ Jon Supa J Smith. He is the most talented & kind Gentleman & his Fiancee Melanie is beyond sweet. His 80s music selection is bar none & his genuine energy is an exact match for this Club. Great food, great atmosphere & even greater Music. Rortron, Mandy Mac & Ready Steady Soul Club all spin here, so if youre looking for a place with no hate, no violence & nothing but Love, Blair Alley is where you should be. Oh & dont forget, some video games & Pinball machines are free play.Friday nights, this is where you should be! So much fun, excellent DJs playing the 80s & some free pinball & video arcade games!??! What more could ANYONE ask for??
This place has it all. Vintage arcade, live music, dance party’s, reasonably priced bar food and drinks, and a supper friendly and helpful staff. It is in the Whitaker neighborhood and is walking distance from delicious pizza, smoothies, Mexican food, Ethiopian food, and multiple food trucks. My only complaint is the door guy takes his job a little too seriously and most the time I leave when he shows up because he is so annoying 😂 won’t stop me from spending my money there though lol.
I cant get enough of the free arcade games. 80s dance night was definitely more like 90s dance night. However everyone was drunk and dancing and having a great time. Street fighter 2 was on fire. Gravitar might be one of the greatest arcade games ever made. Mad props for keeping the arcade scene alive.
Super rude lady serving at the bar. She denied my real ID because she thought it was fake. She went looking for the blacklight but couldn’t even find it. Didn’t even offer to have her manager come take a look just flat out refused service. I was totally sober and there was absolutely no reason for her to believe my IN STATE real ID card was fake.
A great cheap date night or family day. Youll have a good time.
First time here! I was here to listen to the band(s). The atmosphere was great with lots of arcade style games.I really enjoyed the Grilled Cheese Sandwich Pizza Style! Trust me its delicious. I was only disappointed in the fact that most of their menu was out-of-stock. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. I will be back to try out the arcade and sample other parts of the menu 😊
It was hopping. The line to the bathroom wasnt horrible. Drinks were good. A few pinball machines ate my quarters but not too many. Generally pretty fun. Also, nice folks working there. 👍
Classic, One of a kind Retro Arcade, Live Entertainment, Bar in Eugenes Whiteaker Neighborhood. Be prepared for a cover, most always worth it. Vintage and Most modern Pinball, I played a classic tonight, listened to a DJ, had a Pabst, whats not to like?
The bartender singled me out in a group of three and took literally 5 minutes to look over my ID when Im definitely over 21, she then wouldnt stop touching the other two people that were with me making them extremely uncomfortable. There was also 100% something wrong with the well whiskey. Ive never been so sick from a half shot. DO NOT DRINK HERE!
Really like their set up. Lots of stuff to do and the staff was very friendly. My friends band played there and they got the sound balanced very well, really helps showcase the talent. Definitely one of the better venues I have been to.
Seems like a really cool place. Indid enjoy the arcade, but a bunch of the consoles just ate my quarters. Hopefully things are better next time I go.
I go here on Mondays for nerdy video game tournaments and drinks. Wish the menu of good was in stock more often... but what can ya do 🤷
Really fun place to hang out, play games, and drink. The bartender yesterday was super helpful and the service was fantastic, so I wanted to give her a shout out. Keep up the good work!
This place is pretty cool. If you go on Fridays its really busy. It has a full bar, video games, loud music and a dance floor. My roomate invited all of her close friends to celebrate her new job. Let me tell you.. we had a blast here. I would definitely go back and I recommend to others who are interested in having a good time.
Its a great place for all ages of kids from the old to the young they cater to all ! Although Im not sure how late the youngsters can be there my grand nieces were showing me up on the games as its been awhile since Ive seen as many pinball, video and table games but all an all had a great time they also have adult beverages for those parents who could use a brief moment to their selfs enjoy !!
Very cool bar with lots of old school pinball machines. There were a few Pac Man style games throw in as well. I had a blast! All the machines need quarters so be sure to bring cash to make change.
I was in town and was really looking forward to checking your place out with a friend. We showed up and were stopped at the entrance and informed of a $4 cover charge. OK… No problem. Went to pay the cover charge and ya’ll wanted cash only and would not accept card payments. We were instructed to go inside the arcade to pull cash out of your ATM as you took our IDs from us. We went inside and after multiple attempts found out that your ATM inside hasn’t been working. Came back outside and given back our IDs and sent on our way back out into the cold & wet rainy Oregon night, leaving disappointed after a bad customer experience.
Blairally is the most Eugene bar in town. The staff is amazing! Great place to see good local and touring music acts.
I love this place! Great music, lots of great people. The bar can get overwhelmed on busy nights and it can take up to 45 or so to get a drink, but the music is good to dance along to while you wait. I especially enjoy the 80s and 90s nights because that is the music I grew up with.
Friendly staff, decent food and experienced bartenders. They have a wide array of pinball machines. Some old some new. All fun. They also have a ski ball machine and some vintage arcade games. Less crowded with college students than Level Up most nights. Very laid back crowd.
If a bad dj and overpriced drinks are your thing, this is the place for you! In all seriousness though, every time I come to Blairally the bathrooms are ALWAYS broken, the place is absolutely filthy, and the 90s vs 2000s dj (Mandy Mac?) plays terrible B side music that you can’t dance to. There are much better bars to visit in town IMO.
The food was rather simple, but seemed great if you are looking for bar food. Lots of games, great atmosphere, great bartender.
Good drinks, comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff and patrons. They have some free play games (which is awesome), classic games, and if you have a penchant for pinball... they host tourneys and have a WIDE variety of pinball games! Also, bar food/snacks are a joy to eat when youre trying to soak up the alcohol in your system. Its a regular place for me. My brother just recently visited me from SoCal and I took him there one night to show him around... he then made me take him back EVERY night he was still here. Its great fun, love it. Keep it up guys!
Always love coming to Blairally. Wide selection of vintage games, and the day we went, many of them had 100 credits loaded on them. Attentive wait staff. Delicious food and drinks. Smoking section is far enough away from the door (and covered!) to keep the smoke outside where it belongs.
Fun place. Great theme nights and entertainment. Local DJs, and musicians play here regularly, making a lively atmosphere for hanging out with friends. Attentive bar staff, good strong drinks, and even some space to actually dance. The arcade games are a blast, too!Come here earlier in the day with your kids and teach those guys some pinball!
This place is one of the OG spots in Eugene to have fun with friends or family. Love these guys.
Fun games and trivia was a great time! Bartender was very attentive even with a pretty packed house.
One of my favorite places in Eugene. Decent bar food, good selection of drinks, lots of classic arcade and pinball games, and my favorite: 80s night every Friday! Its such a blast with lots of really cool people and a low cover charge.
Everytime I go here, the nostalgia sinks in (in the best possible way). Its all ages until 9, so you can bring the family if you want. Ive also gone a couple dates here and they were fun. Nothing like pinball, brew, and the chance to catch a local performance from time to time. P
I love Blair Alley. Its a friendly place, very old Eugene. You can come as you are, whomever you are, and dance all night with no bad vibes or attitude. No matter how awkward you are, you will fit in just fine. The music is exactly as advertised. There are good drinks and tasty snacks at reasonable prices. Its also a great, cheap, place to take kids before 9pm, so you can enjoy beating them at the video games you grew up on.The dance floor and main areas are also wheelchair accessible, and pre-covid, there was usually a chair or two on the dance floor.
This is a great spot. The staff is always friendly- they’ll often give me free coffee or free refills on my soda since I don’t really drink. I can spend hours in there playing games and people watching. I was pretty sad last time I went in there because they no longer have the fast Ms. Pac-Man machine, which was my favorite. But oh well, I still enjoy coming here.
The bar staff is on point with the mixing. The arcade is really cool some games are free. The stage is intimate and great!!
Super cool place, lots of vintage games. Hot dog cart was awesome and the beers are not expensive! Went after a concert in Eugene and had as much fun here as the concert
It is a fun place for gaming and dancing. The staff are helpful and keep the place safe for patrons. Many times when I was locking up or unlocking my bike, they have checked to make sure I was ok. Once some creepy drunk was bothering me and they came to my rescue. As a woman who often flies solo, a safe environment is essential to having a good time.
If you like pinball, and classic vintage 80s video games this is the spot. Kid friendly till evening, beer and full liquor bar. Light menu. This place is awesome! Best arcade in town by far. Check it out!
Night time is better. Getting food or drinks takes foooorever..brought tickets to see the jungle brothers at 9pm and it’s 11pm and still nothing.. rip off… plus a lot of ganes don’t work. Disappointed
Great place for cheap drinks, cheap food, and cheap entertainment! Pinball machines, old school favorites like Galaga and Pong, and even ski ball! Under 21 can come until 9PM. Food includes pizza, wings, and even macaroni and cheese! Games are 25-50 cents unless you want more plays 😊
Nice owners, dark, a real bar, not super great for kids, but its doable. Watch them, mixed company, some spooky games... Free game time is fun, more kid-friendly! Adult times its a good old-fashioned bar
Best place for pinball and delicious drinks:)I just want to slap some ballz around and have a drinky poo!Great bar food:)I could eat this $#it every day!Friendly service and music on some weekends:)I danced untill my pants fell off and my shoes cought on fire!It was like Nicholas Cage in Faceoff!I feel reborn like Jim Carrey in Ace Ventura when he is climbing out of the rino!I played untill I looked like Johny Dep in the movie Blow when his kid is being born!
Decent selection of arcade machines. Tons of pinball!80s night is a blast at this bar. Everyone is so Whitaker made here 😆. The bar tenders are really kind. Only thing I can critique is that dance floor is very small and the bathrooms are disgusting.Anyway if you are looking for a good place to have a beer and dance with your friends. 80s night at Blair alley is your place.
One of my favorite arcades on the west coast. Blairally has great pinball machines - including a nice assortment from the 60s and 70s - and a good selection of other video games. They have my favorite Elvira pinball machines.Good drinks and food. I love that I can get high end Redbreast whisky here and an Olympia high boy!
The bartender took my real id and kept it until my friend reasoned with her. She said they stopped issuing ids like mine in 2018 but mine was issued in February 2019. Very angry and disappointed
Blairally is the best spot to hang out and play vintage games! They keep the pinball machines in great condition, which is surprising for how old some of the games are. The staff are friendly and the food is great. Free Play Fridays are a great way to have a drink and a good time for cheap. This is the first place I go when I visit Eugene!
The food is alright, theres an 80s night I heard. Sometimes a cover charge and dress code but it is warm...always friends staff and a good old-fashion. They have a change converter so you can tip ur bartenders well.
Great place to bring the family! Always friendly staff and the food is amazing! Always baked, never fried. This is an arcade before a bar. Thats why its called an arcade and not a bar. So you you dont like kids? Come after 9.Also, THEE best place to watch Blazer games! RipCity!
I was pleasantly stunned at the large number of perfectly restored machines, pinball, arcade that are there. For 25 cents at a time I played so many machines I broke a sweat! The proprietor of Blairally even came over to see if we were having fun, yes we had fun!Im very impressed and pleased.
Great food choices. Lots of cool drinks. Totally family friendly! Check out their free play Friday if you’re tryna save a dollar. Plus they have this oldschool bowling game where you actually roll small bowling balls. Killer!
Very cool experience! Over 20 classic arcade games. Some of them are even free! Great inexpensive food, and friendly staff! And kids allowed untill 9! Definitely will be back! Loved the atmosphere!
Good music, decent drinks, great staff...But why is everything wet. Like.. literally everything. Surfaces, people, the air, everything.Everything is wet. All of the time. Its like a swimming pool.I do not understand.
First time in was this week, and really enjoyed it. Like a dive bar with lots of old school games. A more fun spot than Dave and Busters and more charming!
This place has it dialed right in on their target audience. Pinball, 80s and 90s arcade games, alcohol, and retro music make this spot a nostalgia heaven. This place serves as shining example of how a childhood activity plus alcohol equals a phenomenal adult pastime! The games range from free to play to 1.50 $ with most machines activated with a mere 50 ¢. Be careful not to rest your drink on the arcade controls. I saw several glasses broken, as the playing surfaces on most of the arcade machines are ever so slightly too slanted for a stable drink holder. Some of the machines have cup holders though and the pinball machines all seemed safe. The atmosphere is casual. There was a 3 $ cover on Saturday because of the DJ, but for me the cheap arcade games made it well worth it.
Loved it! 80s night dance party was the most fun I have had in Eugene in a very long time. Great staff! The DJ killed it! Will totally be back! 💖
I love the atmosphere here, and the bartenders are great. I feel like they communicate with you without actual words involved. Drinks are good & well-priced. Will definitely be back!
Its the sturdy choice. Theres always something happening. (insert appropriate tone to elude to not knowing What it is that is happening but strong in the belief that it is, in fact, Something)The outdoor area is ample, with games to play and plenty of seating. The drinks are strong and priced like a bar. The indoor area is packed with pinball and too many tables in competition with the tiny dance floor.DJMandy aka Amanda Fischer, whose name I may have spelled wrong, is the best thing mixing in this rhythmless void that is bar DJing. Find her, follow her, Venmo her all your money.Be here if you dont mind extreme temperature switches, stirring your own drinks, and beat transitions so smooth youll buy them a drink.
Friendly bar tenders, too bad alot of the older games seem to be disappearingtotally made up for by the reasonably priced drinks and great staffThank you! ps you have a fantastic way of unjamming the coins in some of the arcade machines 😂
For a good time go to Blairalley Vintage Arcade! Fun place with a funky edge. Loved the pinball machines. We went in the afternoon and had a good time for very little money. There were probably 25 people there including families with kids of all ages. Came back in the evening and the place was packed with adults of all ages, dancing and drinking and having a really good time. Im looking forward to visiting BVA again.
Cool place.. but they have their BEST games lined up on the dance floor, so you cant play them?????Cmon guys, you have waaaaaay too many pinball machines, and not enough ACCESSIBLE, working video games. Rearrange them and ill be back, but not until then.
Fun place to hang out! The games are cheap and oldschool. You dont have to pay a ton money to have a good time. Their food is good and their bartenders make great drinks! They make their own jalapeño tequila which makes a great spicy margarita! Hands down my favorite Barcade in Oregon.
Great atmosphere and great selection of pinball and retro arcade machines. I saw some wrestling happen here. It was a scheduled event, not just some dudes goin at it because of a misunderstanding or something. Also I asked the bartender what happed to a game they used to have. It is one of my favorite games to play. Turns out they just moved it about 2 feet to the left of where it used to be. Back to the wrestling though. It was very cool. It was the first time I had been to a wrestling event. It was Ellens first time too. I dont remember if I asked Dexter or Alicia if they had been to wrestling before, but Caleb, Cavin and Alex have been to a bunch of wrestling events.
So much fun! Good snacky food. Great bartenders (Blake is my favorite Lol hes so funny and sweet if hes still there). When they have shows @ night sometimes they are always a blast too
Every Friday night is 80s night and a good time is had by all! Its a great time for Gen Xers to relive are best selves and everyone else to see what they missed!
Great arcade but needs more bartenders. Bar is ALWAYS overworked and it makes their service suffer. I like this place but every Eve ends up the same. One bartender, 10+ ppl at bar waiting to get drinks/cash out, lots of angry grumbles at lack of service. Just add another evening bartender shift!
Super chill arcade bar with a stage and a good sized dance floor. 70s, 80s, or 90s themed nights once or twice every month. Usually, theres no cover charge, but if there is its cheap (mine was $3). Located in classic Whitaker eugene, close to Ninkasi and Hop Valley. Great selection of beers and ciders and the cocktails are awesome!
I went on 90s night and despite the large amount of people, the bartenders were on top of drink orders and even managed to have a good quick conversation with me. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the DJs choice of 90s songs was pretty weak. Not that Im jaded, they were just not what youd expect
They have some of the best comfort food ever created in a bar kitchen. The wings are super good, and I tried to get the sauce recipe out of the cook and he said it was a secret and he signed a nondisclosure agreement so he couldnt tell me. Lol.
This place was pretty cool. They have a lot of arcade games, and the bowling game is awesome. Ski ball is the best if theres no line. Beers were cheap too. Most games are $.25
This was my first time there, and I didn’t have the best time here, but not because of the venue or customer service (which both were awesome!).The reason my experience wasn’t phenomenal because there was some dude who just couldn’t take a hint and proceeded to keep bothering my friend and I, even though we made it abundantly clear we were not going to sleep with him (I mean we told him straight up!).Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you to the bartenders, they were amazing! They were keeping an eye on my friend and myself, and interrupting this weirdo to ask if we were okay. This creepy dude reminded me how gross men can be sometimes and you guys simultaneously showed me how wonderful they can be at the same time! Thank you! Thank you!!
Nachos from the kitchen were great! We had alot of fun dancing. Good place to dance but recommend getting drinks before you show up.Drinks were expensive and we didnt enjoy them. We had a mule with gin and a AMF. The ginger beer they used was made by the bartender I was told. It was very different. My lady wanted a AMF and it costed $10 at 1230 am compared to the $7.50 at 1030 pm, then the bar tender admitted to making it with to much cherry flavor so it was just a super strong cherry drink. The bartenders have a unwritten rule about how the provide service and how they decide who to serve next. It isnt very fast but they dont look overwhelmed.
One of the best vintage arcades in town. Really kind staff, and a lot of games to play. If you go there, please keep in mind that the machines are very old, and take many hours to repair is damaged. So be gentle!
The bartender was pretty snobby with us. She acted like we didnt exist for a while. We had her make us bloody Marys. They were pretty gross. Also, apparently children are allowed in the bar. There were several running around. I wasnt into that at all.
They are actually open 4pm to 2am Mon-Thu and 2-2 Fr-Sun. Good food. Great games! Family friendly. Special events, live music Blazer specials. Its the bees knees.
This place is great. Good food, awesome video games and nice workers. And on fridays they make some of their vintage games free to play. How cool is that? Me and my son have spent many hours here.
Fun place but not very disabled friendly as its hard to play if youre seated in a wheelchair or walker.
Good place to play some classic and Truely vintage games. They have free play days as well. Good bar selection with good prices. Check it out if you want to play the original Asteroids or Gallega or pinball for a quarter.
So they have some free machines and thats cool plus they have a good choice of some older games however most of the games you paid for did not work or would not let you pay. Most of the ones that did work are in poor condition. I didnt even bother trying to get any of my quarters back because there was a DJ playing for a small rave on the dance floor if you can even call it that and it was too loud and too busy to bother. All in all I probably wont be returning.
Love it...is a picture on my history. However...my wife walked in, stuck to the sticky floors and said nasty, time to go wouldnt want kids, doing what kids do, running around here. Place is awesome if it wasnt a touch nasty. There are other options localy that dont have this vibe. Easily fixable and almost awesome!!
This is my favorite Eugene bar, no contest. They offer a good selection of liquor and a great choice of brews, local and not-so-local, both bottled and on tap; they have great bar food (my son and I fully endorse the Cheesy Tots and homemade soups); and, all of the staff members are oh-so-very-cool yet still friendly and always helpful. These attributes alone put Blairalley among the cream of the crop for bars in Eugene, but then theres the games: Pinball, PacMan (a four player table!), Donkey Kong, Ski ball, Space Invaders... The list goes on and on. I paparticularly enjoy the old old pinball games, the ones where the bells and whistles are actually BELLS and WHISTLES, but the selection also includes up to the minute titles like The Walking Dead. The location also serves as a venue for small shows, has dedicated dj nights, displays by kcal artists, and offers a weekly Sunday Brunch. Its all ages until 8pm and does a great job of attracting an all ages clientele. This is particularly true on Fridays, when many of the games are loaded with credits and free too play, which is a great time to take your kiddos, as many locals do.
I think Ill return for eighties night because house night was lit. I was talked into heading over by a coworker, and Im glad I have it a chance. Door and bar staff friendly. Oh yeah and theres like a bajillion retro arcade attractions.
Its fun to have a few drinks and play the old pinball machines.
Lots of pinball and great atmosphere. Had a good time with family for a night out.
Amazing. Incredible atmosphere, great music, cheap but yummy drinks, overall one of my favorite spots in Eugene. 80s night is so much fun!
Bartenders and servers were very nice! The 80s night dance party took forever to start though, and the djs seem to have little to no enthusiasm about the night. Fun for the games, idk about the dance nights though.
If I brought propane for your heaters instead of cash for my cover charge would y’all have let me in?
Fun, cheap place to get a drink and play old pin ball games. They have live music with a cover charge some nights so call ahead to find out. Staff is very friendly
Lot of cool vintage arcade and pinball machines. Most of them take a single quarter to play (a few take 2). Music was a little loud, making it hard to hear anybody that wasnt standing right next to you. While minors are permitted until 9 pm, it isnt really great for a family outing if you are bringing younger children (under 8 or 9 years old).
I was immediately taken back to middle school! Tons of pinball tables plus old school video games like pong, donkey kong, dancing, music; when I was there 80s classics were playing. Staff and patrons were friendly and approachable. Bring your quarters.
A favorite for family night OR date night! We only wish there was a more substantial choice for vegetarian dinner... a veg burger would go a long way to keeping us buying beers and playing games longer!
I went to 80s night and it was incredible fun!! The place is so cool, and they have and open space so you can sit and talk
You like vintage pinball?Theyve got it!You like modern pinball?Theyve got it!You looking for more of a classic standup arcade experience?Theyve got it!More into sitting shotgun with a full sized blaster and taking on the descending aliens on the life size screen?Yup, you guessed it.Theyve got it!All of this and more can be had at Blairally
Nest collection of vintage pinball machines and video games
A great space with lots of fun vintage arcade games and events throughout the week. I love that some of the games are free to play and the outdoor seating area is very cool!
Friday free arcade games and events are a blast. They have themed events and activities. Check their marque board for upcoming events. Wish the beers were less expensive. I limited my drinking because of the higher priced drinks...
Cool concept, and a cheap date night. The bartender Tuesday night was great, however she seemed to get backed up. Maybe a barback or a second bartender during rush time would be helpful?
Really nice arcade! Not a huge selection of games but there were a couple good surprises (like Pong) and most importantly the one I was looking for was there: Street Fighter 2... Manage to get my LEL name in first place then went home with a smile on my face :D
Love going to Blairally! They hosted a fantastic thanksgiving dinner. They have very friendly staff and you can play games for hours. Its a great locals bar.
Fun little place. The games are all old and I wish they would upkeep them a little better. However Im sure the age of some of the games makes it hard. It has a vintage feel for sure. Good beer taps too
Owner and his girlfriend were awesome. My buddy and I stopped by not realizing they were closed. Owner fed us some delicious BBQ and showed us around.
Fun place with 80s music to dance to on a Friday night, and when I was there a few weeks ago, free play Ms. Pac-Man - an 80s kids dream! Oh, and the drinks are strong :-)
Love this place! Vintage arcade, bar, concerts, dance nights... Great drinks and food! Nice little hot spot in the Whit!
This is fun for the whole family. Great food and drinks. It has a bar inside and Friday’s even have free play night for some of the games, plus the kids can stay until 9pm
Fun place to hang out. Not as loud as I was expecting. Good arcade and pinball machines.
Definitely a lot of fun! 80s night on Fridays is a good time and excellent people watching. Selection of games is pretty good for such a small place.
Like the grocery store, or jail maybe? its important not to make eye contact with anyone you dont need something from. Staff deserves raises, bonuses, and Nobel peace prizes
We really like this place. When they arent too busy the service and drinks are good. But when slammed for an event they dont always have enough staff on hand to handle the deman. However, the vintage arcade games are awesome!
I was pretty excited when I came across an old arcade. However, I was disappointed with how shabby the inside was. A decent portion of the games werent operational too. They have lots and lots of pinball. The Iceball game pretty much skiball was fun. Blew through about $5 and was bored. Too much of a dive bar for me I suppose.
.The unique experience of the Game Play from timeless favs like MsPacman and Missle Command are complimented by a Menu Perfected!!Comfort foods like Kraft Mac n cheese, Mini Pizza w/pepperoni, Shoestring Fries, Tater Tots, Plus Great Sandwichs, and Specialities almost too numerous to list here!!Great Staff and Bartenders make your evening complete..If .it sounds like I cant say enough about Blairally Vintage Pinball Bar and Grill, your Wrong! Cause its time for me to get a Drink!!!Come visit and see for yourself!Minors Welcome until 9 p.m.( dont tell Mom..! ) just kidding!Matt Kennedy
An awesome bar with some of the best vintage arcade games around.
This is one of my favorite bars in town. Its like Cheers only I can bring my kids (until 9) and play arcade games💜💚💜
Cool, if youre into pinball machines and older classic video games. Otherwise I wouldnt bother
Awesome place to play some arcade games. I was there on a Fre Play Friday, which was awesome. A small cover lets you play many of the games for free. Along with a themed dance party. Fun times.
Some of the pinball machines took coins and didnt work, wouldnt return coins.
Super chill spot for night time fun, run into this place for some time-killing activities. Free play Fridays are great. Blunt Graffix puts up ultra dope lithographs up there.
So we have two retro-cades in town. This one is filled hipsters and your typical Whit weirdos, the other is filled with bros. Take your pick. I liked this place a lot more before the bar was installed. The focus was more on the gaming. I still like it far more than Level-up though. Blairally has far better maintained machines.
Went there for the first time to see a show, the drinks were made perfectly, the staff was friendly and speedy and the outdoor live music sound was on point.
Been living in town for years and this was my first visit. Only regret is that I hadnt enjoyed it earlier. Good music, arcade games, and a mixed crowd of all ages to mingle with. Good vibes.
A little grungy, but affordable to visit and play. 80s style video games at 80s prices! Occasional live bands, and fun DJ. Small, but fun dance floor. Well be back!
Retro gaming bar, need i say more? Lots of arcade and pinball games. Decent beer selection, and if chief is in the kitchen, then youll have the chance to get the best reuben in town.
Ive really started to like Blaire Alley, the events are unique, the DJs are good, the place is a blast for leisure nights.
THIS JOINT CATERS TO ANY AND EVERYONE! Music is important and a spot for the game is too! Video games! Flavio brings the heat when it comes to talent.
I really had a good time there it is pretty fun a little warm in there when theres a lot of people old school games like Miss Pac-Man oh yeah I would definitely recommend this place its a lot of fun
Best grilled cheese in town! So good! Full bar, great beer selection.... and games! Great music and TVs for sports too
It is rare to find such a place! Lots of fun! I liked the music the arcade was playing too. Jurrasic Park pinball was and Dr. Who were my favorite.
Fun place to hang out with the kids, every now and then. A bit scary for them, especially once it gets dark. Sort of an arcade dive bar. Great, if that is what you are looking for.
The food is amazing, and nowhere else in town can you play endless pinball in such a cool environment. This nook is awesome, if you can find it. :D
My friend took me here when I came to visit. Great drinks, best pinball, coolest people. Anything goes kinda place. I will be back.
Vintage arcade and bar. Its got some cool old school games. Some free play games, which is cool for the kids to play. But, not the chill, relaxed environment that I enjoy.
Always a fun place. Great drinks, diverse crowd. How can you go wrong with free vintage arcade games?
Always have loved this place if I did get a foothold in the Whitaker Community. Its that or generous and hardworking and they always have the best music and vents in the county I think
It seemed like a novel idea... Until we went in. It was some kind of disco night for gays. 3 dollar cover and bad tunes. Pinball machines are rigged... Either that or I was drunk from a shoddy Black Opal. I wont be going back.
I love to drink and play pinball here! Fun to bring the kids and introduce them to the video games of my youth! Always a blast from the past!!
Great games, good dance parties, and drink deals but the bar line is dumb... Loved all the pinball machines!
Who doesnt love pinball, skee-ball, booze and live music? Great outdoor and indoor venue to enjoy food, drinks and vibes.
Great show loved every minute
Blairally has a great selection of pinball machines and vintage video games.
Wonderful place to go with the family or a group of friends from out of town or even locals who have never been!Dont forget the Frito Pie.And mini bowling.
This place is awesome. Lots of free play games, excellent selection of the classics, and a good beer selection. Great place for the whole family.
Its not kid friendly. I know its a bar-cade but it really just looks like a bar with some old arcade machines. Shouldnt host birthday parties if they dont want children in the facility.
Very friendly place. Fine for kids too (we visited in the afternoon). Hoping to come back, and maybe catch live music there sometime.
Love staff, their service, the old school video games and pinball machines. I had a great time!
So much fun! Great beer, friendly bartenders, and the greatest collection of pinball and video games, all for a quarter!
Great place to spend some hard earned dollars. They also host entertaining events. Check them out.
Fun mix of an arcade, club, and bar. Come prepared with plenty of quarters. Not a large arcade, but decent variety of pinball and some other classics.
This is one of the best bars of ever been to in my entire life .
Fun place to play games. Generally fairly fast service, great drinks. Cool spot to stop in on a night out.
I had a lot of fun here for 80s night. Got some great local Brews and played some fun games!Ill be back for sure
Fun place to dance! Heads up, theres a cover charge and they dont take debit cards but do have an atm inside.
About half the games a FREE play! I enjoyed their grilled cheese and then the Kraft mac and cheese. Very reasonably priced and delicious.
Great old pinball machines, and some old arcade games. I was there on a random Thursday night and all the arcade games were free.Plus theres booze.
Love this place. Cool design, games, and live music most of the nights. Definitely a Eugene must visit spot!
Great variety of arcade games for reasonable prices. Blairally is a good place to take friends of any age for a casual night out for drinks, dancing, and games.
Decent arcade place. A lot of the games were broken.
