Massage Envy

It was my first time getting a massage at Massage Envy and Justin was my massage therapist. I have been having left sided sciatic pain related to an old ACL knee injury on that side and arthritis in my neck causing numbness and tingling in my hands and fingers. Justin was very knowledgeable. He used various techniques to provide relief. He also made some suggestions on how to better KT tape my knee and leg. It was a good experience and I plan to return.

Nice relaxing massage. Worked out sore muscles there is therapist Does excellent Therapy good job.Win ahead and updated my membership. Its nice to have someone who understands the human body no which Parts which pressure points are hurting so other people will be able to function the next day.6-17-2022 .

Had a 90 minute massage and I needed a massage when I left. She never really massaged at all just ran thumb and then just just poked and held her thumb there for a long time. I asked her if she could massage and move her hand around but she didn’t. I’d say maybe 30 minutes maybe I felt massage but not much more. Definitely not worth 105.00. Won’t be back.

I’ve been getting massages lately, and the staff here are very good and also very nice. My massages have been very good, helping break the pain in my back.My back has improved immensely since I began coming here. I always feel so much better after a good back massage.Thanks for improving my life, Massage Envy!

Great place to treat yourself to a massage. Very friendly staff. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Highly recommended for health and wellness!

Massage was ok, but definitely short and very rushed. Not nearly enough time spent on any of the trouble spots that I requested. I was called back 15 minutes late, pretty sure it was more than 10 minutes for the consult/undressing, but still done at the scheduled finish time. At checkout they were all about trying to get me to sign up for their monthly club & pushing me to reschedule in 3-4 weeks. There are several other places in town that are around the same price as massage envys membership rate, but youre not gonna get pressured to sign up for anything, and youll actually get the true 50-55 minute session you pay for.

Staff was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable with the entire experience! The massage and facial were both perfect! Ill be back for sure!

If I could give ZERO stars I would, and the dangest thing is, Ive NEVER even been here!! I called to book an appointment, and the gal who answered was extremely rude, to the point I actually mentioned they had poor reviews and she didnt care a bit!! Just to save you time... I was told for a couples massage, it would be $55/a person if youve never been to them before, if you HAD been there before, it was $95/a person!! Are you kidding me?! So much for appreciating loyal or returning clients, I even mentioned this, and she simply laughed!! Therefore, I have never been, and have NO intention of visiting this place!! You can even read my other reviews, Im possibly TOO honest at times, but I typically leave GREAT reviews!!

Clean, comfortable atmosphere, but with a huge emphasis on trying to upsell customers on products. The length of time you pay for also does not match the actual massage time you receive. They tell you upfront that they subtract a total of 10 minutes for dressing and undressing, but in actuality, you have to factor in waiting, and forms, and sales pitches-- all of which goes against time youre paying for. I ended up losing over 20+ minutes of table time. I paid for an hour and ended up with a 28 minute massage (some of which was my fault). The masseuse was polite, but the work was done in a rushed and mechanical fashion-- like an assembly line. The rest of the staff is nice in a distant professional manner, but they seemed less than interested in my concerns. I have had many massages at different places and this is the first time Ive ever had to complain. I spent over $110 and an hour of my time to relax, but ended up more stressed out and tense than when I arrived. It was not my first visit, but it will probably be my last.

The service providers are wonderful, but the aura of the clinic is quite depressing once you enter and isnt worth the time or money. The front desk associates arent very professional and are completely understaffed. Half of the time I try to schedule an appointment, I am put on hold or nobody answers the phone. Along with that, there are very few service providers who work there and when someone is able to answer the phone, I have to book weeks out in advance to get an appointment only to spend part of my massage hour doing a long, unnecessary consult.

Rachel was absolutely AMAZING ! I asked for medium to deep pressure and got so much relief for my extremely sore shoulders, neck, and back in just 50 minutes. The place is very clean and the lady at the front counter made sure I knew what to expect.

Run by francise owners who dont care about you or their employees, only thing they have in mind is numbers. Extremely understaffed, always getting put on hold, and you have to suffer weeks before you can actually book appointments. The service providers are amazing and deserve better. Wont return or spend a penny on this clinic till its run by other people.

My husband and I have both had massages here with Doraine! This place is excellent! We scheduled a couples massage, it happened to land on a day with horrible weather so due to complications we were unable to get our massage ☹ BUT the GM was so helpful! Also special thanks to Bri, for waiting for our appointment! This place rocks!

Great place to get a massage! They have many people to choose from.They even offer stretches, face waxing and facials.Ive been twice, but Im a member, so Ill be going every month.The employees are kind and answered all the questions I had.

Staff is RUDE, inconsiderate, unprofessional and I highly recommend that you save yourself the headache. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Worst massage ever.

As a person who deals with chronic widespread pain, receiving a massage to relax, relieve stress, and most importantly relieve tension or stiffness truly makes a difference! I recieve Bi-weekly massages to accomadate the issues I have, but also to relieve stress and as a stay at home mommy being able to have a moment is nice every once in a while!! Trying to find a good therapist that takes care of your needs, learns your body and you feel comfortable with can be super hard! With becoming a member with massage envy I have found all I was looking for and more! Any time I have called for a massage that is out of my normal bi-weekly period the staff will do what they can to make sure i will be taken care of as soon as I can. The massages they offer along with the aromatherapy and Natural lotions they provide are quite amazing as well! I have had multiple therapist which has worked great for me, but also will be nice to start scheduling with the same therapist which is always an option! Each therapist will provide you with instructions regarding your after massage and provide the hours/days they will be available if you would like to schedule with them again and if not thats not an issue either. They have Multiple options regarding massages, packages, and pricing. I love how the staff will match you with the therapist that would fit your needs! Also, the murad facials and aromatherapy products they have available are oretty awesome!! So many programs to offer and so many options! Definitely go for it, give it a try! You wont regret it

This location is absolutely horrible. The front desk staff is unedcucated and rude, the manager is a coward and has no business in customer service, and if you attempt to cancel your membership, they will give you the run around. I urge you to go to an actual spa for your massage needs, and if you do happen to utilize them, consider yourself warned of their practices.

My Man Paul has magic fingers, hes the best. Left their without a bit of pain, that was the first time in a long while I had NO pain anywhere. Wish it could of lasted longer but thats what happens when you have chronic pain. 5***** Paul

Massage envy offers a price point that is highly competitive and this location has been making significant improvements to their management and staff that has completely resolved some previous complaints that I had. Keep up the good work!

Dorian is amazing! I absolutely loved going here not only do they do a great job in general, but also perfect with prenatal massages!

The therapist are extremely friendly. They give you a consultation before they begin. My body feels so much more relaxed, highly recommended!

Mislead by website and staff. If it says massage then it should be a massage. Not just putting your hands on someone and leaving them there. Also was not told something would cost extra when I was asked if I wanted to do it.

She listened to my needs I left feeling like I was floating on air best massage ! Works recommend to anyone!

Cannot get appts right, scheduled me all wrong and my contract ends with confusion so I end up owing more money. I will not return.
