Was loving this store until I learned how much of a square these employees are when it came to the subject of hemp byproducts. Proceeding to get upset and say were supposed to call the cops over this. Because the Hamilton ps1 I had on my person had an empty cart(at the time perfectly legal thc0) in it he assumed I was high in public. Dont support profiling so I wont be going back.The equivalent of a cop asking about the faded beer can in the bed of your truck.

The young man working was polite and respectful. This was My first time in Vapor Bank or any other Vapor store. I told him I didnt know the first thing about vaping. So I first wanted to know how to put it together and how to get it to work. How to keep it working and how often could I use it. Before I would to take it a part and rebuild it. I was very impressed and please with how he was able to help me.

Knowledgeable staff, fair prices, close to my house. I would highly recommend this place to anyone trying to quit smoking cigarettes or looking for a new hobby. VB has been my go-to shop for vaping since I started back in 2015 and they will continue to have my business.

This place is a joke. I live near the Mill Road location, so it would be convenient for me to purchase items there. I bought my first vaporizer there (Kangertech Subox Mini). But only once in the past six months have they had replacement atomizers/coils in stock. It has been four months to date that they have claimed to be waiting for a delivery of the item I need. I call once a week to no avail. I usually have to travel to their Green River Rd location, but even then its hit and miss as to if they have what I need. The juice they sell is terrible and out of about 5 employees, only 1 has been friendly and helpful. All of them openly admit that my vaporizer is common and popular, so they do not understand why they do not have replacement coils in stock. I now go to Cool Breeze on south Green River Rd. They ALWAYS have what I need and the staff is friendly and helpful. You lost my business, Vapor Bank. I always recommend Cool Breeze to anyone interested.

I love this place, wont shop anywhere else, they have the only juice I love and there the only place I can get it. The employees are so nice and helpful I go in there, they know what I need as soon as they see me wouldnt shop anywhere else.. Love it❤❤❤. Very rude, the associate was sitting outside when I got there, I held the door open for her to when we were entering and she asked in an aggressive tone what can I get you? No thanks for for holding the door. I asked what salt juices they had, she aggressively flipped the book to the page. I bought a bottle, said thanks and left. No thanks for purchasing anything. I will not be returning.

Friendly staff and a wide selection of different vaping products. They have juices in dozens of flavors, sizes, and strengths. They carry many different mods and atomizers as well as coils or the materials needes to craft your own! They also have the batteries and chargers needed to recharge and power your device. The staff are all experienced and know the store product lines very well. The store has a try before you buy option for many of their stock flavors! If you vape in the Evansville, Indiana area then you need to visit a Vapor Bank today!

I absolutely refused to do business with vapor bank because of the staff in the green river rd location (impatient and condescending staff) but due to an emergency I stopped at this location. The staff was very patient, super friendly and very knowledgeable. This location has swayed me to give vapor bank another shot.

Do not buy from them, they do not stand behind their products had a defective device that was only a week old, and they would not stand behind it and exchange for a different device. They are very unprofessional about their business.

I know theres a stigma in vaping right now but I started vaping when it 1st came about to get away from those stinking cigarettes! This store right here is the only place I personally have ever bought any of my supplies. Im down (and have been for over a year) to the lowest mgs of nicotine now. Im an older woman that has kids as old or older than most of yall who are reading this and do believe that being responsible and knowing what.ur buying in products is a big part in being a responsible vapor. No matter what you think, this has helped me, not hurt me health wise in any way that I know of! Just do NOT order off the web and get stuff you know nothing about!

I just moved to the area and was hoping to find a good vape shop to start frequenting so I stopped in to Mill Rd Vape shop. I was apparently aa annoyance because the employee bit my head off and then wanted to charge me a dollar to taste a flavor. I will never go in and spend my money there! The gentleman, Dylan, in the store was very sweet. He was also very knowledgeable about the CBD products that the store carried. Definitely recommending Vapor Bank to my friends.

Bad business bought a ecig there for $129 something like that and they double charge me for it so a lets say $120 ecig I paid $240 for it and they kept acting like they was gunna make it right but still havent dont anything

The juice was terrible and way out of date I recommend not going to this vape shop.🤮

They dont even let you sample the juice. They let me smell it... Go to cool breeze west they have an incredible staff that is very helpful and they will let you try as many juices that you want.

Amazing service, tons of juice, free coffee, and lots of different ecig choices! Ive met a lot of great people there. Awesome place to go for vape!

Will never return their overpriced bought a mod there and didnt work went there the next day different sales person said that I didnt buy it there and I had a receipt that I did and up talking to the manager and they refunded my money went to Cool Breeze they had the same mod $20 cheaper
