The place is dirty, poorly lit, and not conducive to relaxation. The massage therapist doesnt seem to grasp deep tissue techniques, the so-called manager has a terrible attitude instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, and they demand payment upfront without delivering services. On top of that, they leave the doors open. Why? Definitely not recommended for anyone dealing with tissue pain from their job!!

This is really professional massage spa with wonderful environment. I came after a long day of hiking with little expectation but the masseuse really know how to press and totally release my pain point and stress with excellent technique. Highly recommended

Additionally, the doors are left open. Why!!! not recommended for the people who are feeling pain in their tissue as a matter of work!!

I received messages from various places, but this experience was the worst, it lacked visible certificates, and was far from relaxing. When you talk with the staff they shout at you!!! I wouldnt recommend it. Get money before any services offered, staff have no clue what they are doing, and have attitude with you!!! Customer is not of matter with them. Passing some customer-sat. courses recommended. Also hire persons who are trained for offering good quality massage!

The massage place is dirty, the masseuse isnt good at communicating, and they dont follow a proper massage routine. The open doors mean no privacy, and theres no nice music. They also rudely show you the bill right away, making it an unpleasant experience. It feels uncomfortable and not relaxing at all.

I asked for a very hard massage, I basically had my back lightly rubbed, told reception this and was still charged for the deep tissue.Not professional reception unwelcomingNot recommended!!

Been coming here for over a year and always been good. Easy to schedule and hold time, massages have been good management has always been good about keeping the quality up.
