This is the only vape shop I go to. I went in yesterday around 10am Tuesday November 2nd 2021 and the girl that was working there was the nicest person I have ever met in my life I seriously could not believe how nice she was she needs a raise for sure!!!

Much appreciated that they were open on a Sunday evening! Broke my tank at work and not only did they have the replacement glass and tank I needed but I ended up buying a whole new mod as well. Dude that was working was knowledgeable and helpful.

My brother loves to patronize this store. I gave him a ride but I use a wheelchair and the strip mall does not have the easiest access. It was very hot waiting in the car but the store staff graciously gave my brother cold drinks for my son and i as we waited outside. Excellent!!!

Travis is amazing! He has always helped me with with the questions I need answered and even gives me juice recommendations based off what I have and haven’t liked in the past. I absolutely love this vape shop! It is the only one I will go to. The employees are amazing! Their sections of mods, tanks and juices are exceptional! I went in previously in the week to get an idea of the prices. I went in this evening (11-08-17) and decided on a MOD. The prices, after looking around and comparing, are the best in the area. Jordan was amazing with her customer service skills. She answered all of my questions with knowledge of the product and understanding of my inexperience. Everyone there was so awesome. I got a great mod setup and everything by the great staff. at most shops you get judgmental looks if you ask any beginner questions. but the staff was more then happy to help me and my buddy get what we wanted!

Ran in the door 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday and fully expected an annoyed clerk or bad service. Not the case at all! Very helpful and not acting rushed or bothered that I came in so late. I really appreciated it. Awesome Sunday special too!

I have shopped at Sky Vapor for about 2 years and I am so impressed with the customer service that I receive there. When I walk through the door, Jordan is usually there greeting me by name and asking me if I would like a bottle of “Truth” in 6 mg. It is so rare anymore to receive such personal service, and very refreshing. I have not had to ever shop anywhere else since being referred by friends. My brand and flavor is always stocked and I refer all of my friends as well. Thank you Jordan for going the extra mile for your customers. It really sets your business apart from the rest!!!

I went into the shop today with a lot of questions and all of them were answered extremely well. I wanted to get more flavor from my vape and Liam helped me for almost an hour with all my questions. He didnt try to sell me the most expensive stuff or send me away. He helped me pick the correct stuff for my needs and even set it all up for me! Ill be back for sure. Im glad I went in!

Expert level vapers only please. Definitely no questions allowed, unless you want a 21 year old kid scoffing and rolling his eyes at you. The kid working at 6:30pm on Sunday 3/20/22 is the one that finally pushed me away from this shop for good.

The woman that was working was educated on all the various brands/types of vapes and she was very sweet and patient while I decided which flavor I wanted.

Seemed great - super friendly, helped me pick out products as I knew nothing...got home and realized the liquid was not the same as when I was there - it was supposed to be a tobacco flavor but tasted like maple syrup! Went to another shop the next day - was told the liquid was really watery and might be old. Then I was informed the vapor pen I was offered was an old model they didnt even have anymore and hadnt seen in a long time - I checked online and it was half the price! Basically, I feel like I was hosed for being a new customer - not happy!

Great vape shop, descent selection of rigs. Hella selection of juices which is awesome. Pretty limited parking but there really good at helping people get the set up they are looking for and the price they want. I got 2 full set ups for 240$ which is a great price for what i got. This will pretty much be my shop i go too, might check out Galaxy just to scope it and see how their selection is.

This place is the ####! They will help you with any question, help you need and just about anything you want or need to buy!!. Doesnt matter how dumb the question is or if you have asked the same one 10 times they will help with a smile. The staff is top notch and will make you laugh and make sure you leave happy. The employes are AMAZING and they are full of information. They are there to answer any questions and you are acknowledged that you walked in the door right away. Not only are the employees awesome the owners are as well. They are all kind, courteous, helpful, and respectful of everyone that walks in there door. These guys were so knowledgeable! I have to quit smoking for a future surgery, and they helped me find a no nicotine disposable vape and took the time to answer my 1000 questions about lower nic vapes, vs no nicotine vapes, vs using juice and my own vape or disposable. Both the gentleman and lady were super nice and Im so excited about my no nicotine vape I just got to help me quit smoking!

The lady at the desk, completely understood the problems I was having with my smoked tank and suggested a new coil. Stopped the leak and doesnt drain my battery like the old coil did. I came in thinking I was going to have to buy a whole new tank and she was completely honest and saved me a few bucks! Keep up the good work lady, I wish I had gotten your name! Im a total newbie to vape, been smoking 46 years and ready to move on. The young woman there was extremely helpful, answered every question I had, plus a lot of information I didnt ask. She helped me make my first vaping purchase and its very happy with it. I chose there because the reviews/ratings were excellent. I can see why. Id highly recommend this place for anyone, especially newbies like me.

Went here cause my buddy has a vape mod that I thought was cool. So I asked him where he got it and he told me Sky Vapor in Everett. So went there to get it. He said it was only 35 to 40 bucks. Well he was wrong it was $60.59.So me and my daughter go in and find the mod that my buddy had and I asked for black on black on black. The employee said oh that would be the carbon fiber. I said wrap it up then. Paid for it and left. Well what I did not know was that you can do further modifications on the computer to this mod. You have to download the program to modify it but it is compatible with windows. Well I was excited and downloaded the program and all I needed to do the modifications. Well when I plugged it in to my laptop it said it was not the limited edition carbon fiber one I wanted and the employee said he was going to get for me. For starters there was no new box only open ones and the employee could not find the right box and I asked if that would be a problem if I had an issue with it that it was not in the original box? So he noted that on the receipt and I called it good. So when I looked on the laptop and it said that it was the Mashup I was shocked. I called and explained it and he said sorry about that but told me to come in and he would fix the issue.Went back and was told that there was NO carbon fiber models left. So he gave me my cash back. He was apologetic and very professional. He turned a not so good situation in to one that was decent.

Friendly staff. Easy to talk to if you dont know something. Helpful. Only issue is they have at time given me the wrong coils for my mods. Its frustrating because I could to buy it online for cheaper so I would expect someone working in a store to know these things. Other then that great place

One of the few places that I go to. Always something new to try and if you pay the small charge and I mean its laughably small. You can try the juice before you even buy it to be assured its the one you want. Anytime Ive had equipment issues it was taken care of swiftly even if it a manufacturer problem.

The most knowledgeable and kind employee, Josh out did himself in explaining how a tank and mod work to the uneducated. 10/10 Ill always come back for all my vaping needs

They dont carry Nord 5 products at all, so I had to buy a Nord 4 pod and borrow a friends so I could vape

My go to vape shop for 5 or 6 years now ... Friendly clean safe environment ... Great at giving recommendations when unsure of new Brands ... Reasonably priced product and a free soda for customers i dont go anywhere else.... This was the only vape shop that legally continued to provide products to customers during the Flavor Ban(that i knew of)

Very very helpful people and knowledgeable. But I went in with a specific problem and they kept telling me that it wasnt what I was saying it was something else. I insisted I knew that my vape was broken and kept showing them where and they wouldnt accept that that was the case and had me purchase something that wasnt what I needed. Im a little disappointed they couldnt just assist me with the concern that I had and refused to believe that I infact knew what I was talking about...so needless to say Im still stuck with a broken vape. But the store looked great, the people sitting at the bar were far more helpful then the lady behind the counter...but all and all my experience wasnt negative (although it sounds kind of like that from my gripe).

I absolutely love the staff at Sky Vape. I have browsed several vape shops (not only in the Everett area) and this shop is by far my favorite. I have actually became friends with a few of them and they are incredibly rad people. Not only have they always been ready and willing to answer any questions ive had; but a few of them have helped me out by tinkering on my mod when it was acting up, rewrapping my batteries. Theyre always eager to help (with a smile) and for free! Do yourself a favor and stop by this shop at least a few times, I highly doubt that youll regret it.P.S. If you like dessert flavors I would strongly recommend Graham Father

The dude working could have acted like he wanted to be there a little bit more, but maybe he was just having an off day. Pretty small selection to choose from but it’s good to have stores around like this one if I run out of juice. I’d go back but only if I didn’t have another place to check out.

I love this place.. Can just hang out and kick it or get what I need.. Jordan is a rock star! Probably one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people in the vape game.. Always cheerful and so helpful.. Owners are involved in all kinds of helpful endeavors in the community. Because of their people.. Super chill, has good products and actually has 0 mg Vape juice, pretty much a one-stop shop. But it’s more expensive than other Vape shops and you won’t get a good deal.

The staff here are very knowledgeable, and friendly. Many different types of juices, and devices. They offer complimentary drinks ( coffee, hot chocolate, soda, and water, etc. ) Its a safe place to hang out at.

This is my favorite vape shop because the prices are so incredible and they have literally everything Ive ever wanted and everything I need and if they dont the order for you... I went in there once or twice years ago and now I cant stop going almost every week

We just started vaping and love the baton. But wanted to try out the sprite vape. Mind you.. We are new to it but buy all our products here and have had no problems till recently. The employee Tyler said if we were 100% unstatisfied we could bring it back and switch it for other products. And of course that didnt happen. The manager couldnt honor what his employee had said and called us liars in the process. I remember specifically him saying this because we even made a joke what if we are 100% unsatisfied with the color. If this wasnt an option at all why would he even bring up being unsatisfied ..we didnt want our money back.. Just wanted to switch the product out for other products for the vapes we actually like. We will never go here again. They were rude and uninterested in our satisfaction. So just wanted to say.. YOU GUYS SUCK

Ive been here twice for flavors and both times they were completely wrong about what they tasted like. They were both disgusting! They lied to me just to make a sale. Total waste! I will be telling everyone I know not to go to this place because they dont even know what their flavors actually taste like. Awful!

Do NOT buy your mods there. Their markup is close to 95%. And the return policy is a gut punch. Bought an e-leaf ipower priced $59.99 at the store, meanwhile sells for ~$33 online.

Have been on three separate occasions and had a good experience each time. They carry Ruthless juice which is why I went the first time, but I continue to go back because they are very nice. My only complaint is that they dont have much of a variety of kanthal, and no nichrome. $1 a foot for kanthal is a bit excessive, and the highest prices Ive seen at any b&m.

Their knowledgeable. Not always stocked up on supplies. Vape juice prices are high. When the 9 cent tax hit their juice prices doubled. The tax doesnt equal their doubling of prices.

Dropped cigs for vaping and it started 4yrs ago. This is where i started vaping and I have been going solely here for all four of those years. Staff is very knowledgeable about nearly all things vape related. Exceptionally friendly. And they have fair prices on top of a constantly evolving and expanding inventory

I walked in expecting to buy a brand-new box mod, since I had dropped a brand new Eleaf iStick TC100 W just the day before that I bought from a tobacco shop. Before I even browsed the inventory, the lady behind the counter asked if I brought it with me, and she did everything she could to try and get it to work again!My old unit was un-fixable so I had to purchase a new one anyway, but the extra effort on her part made them a faithful customer today.
