Love this place. Super great staff. Larger selection of beers, vapes , cigars , glass and silicone products. I get lots of birthday and Christmas gifts from Zakks. Great little spot and good prices. Great selection of hemp wraps.

This is a convenient stop for me, the guy that’s usually there is friendly and helpful, he’s helped me pick out some pretty good flavors and try new brands. They seem to have a pretty diverse selection. Haven’t had any issues with the products. They also have these special chocolate bars that are a pretty good time. I’ve never seen them anywhere else.

The owner was super helpful and friendly with evrrything Definitely will be going back for good prices on vaping supplies with a good selection of micro brews!

I like the place very good business . I like most of the employees here only have a couple complaints one about an employee here and that is the cashier from last night (8/14/18) and he charged me for a beverage I didnt buy . I only bought one beverage during this visit witch was a calyso and I got charged for the calyso I bought and also got charged for a stacks 24 oz can and I didnt buy the stacks cant buy the stacks since I am not 21 . Still like the store just not the cashier from last night 8/14/18 , and my other complaint is about the business owner fails to see that a mistake was made and I was in the wrong for addressing the issue that I had and actually tried to make me feel bad for doing what I was tought to do when I had an issue with business like I am not happy with how I was treated as the customer by the owner of the store on my visit on 8/21/18 I have had no prior experience like this at this store these two dates but I hope I dont have a itn experience like this at this store in the future because I really like this store and would like to return but just hope I have a good experience the next time I come , I really felt that me and the owner werent on the same page when it came to settling the issue and that was really irritating to me and hopefully improvements are made in the future sorry that I couldnt address an issue I had without being talked to like I did something wrong . and he kept on trying to talk over me and I felt that the owner was rude and disrespectful during this experience .

Its a nice little smoke shop if you like cigars they have a selection of them and cheap smokes and beer and sodas also a selection of glass pipes if you need something like that.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good beer selection, including nearly a dozen on tap. Excellent vape variety as well, at the best prices Ive seen in the area. They have eeasily earned my loyalty.

I SPEND AROUND $200.00 A MONTH HERE NOT ANYMORE. I shop here frequently for vape products, growler refills, and some other unique items. The people employed by the owner are very friendly and have never been disrespectful. THE OWNER OF THE SHOP HOWEVER is a different story. Everytime Ive ever been in the store with him present the energy is different, everytime I have had an encounter with the OWNER I have been met with an egotistical human whos so rude I have no idea how people are employed by him. Perfect example: today I go in to get my weekly 39.99 refill for vape juice and forgot my prescription glasses because it was sunny out so I had the sun shades on. I was struggling seeing the percentage of nicotine in the juices. A new employee was nice enough to assist me while she was helping the owner who was doing inventory with a other gentleman rudly cuts in and says for me to tell him what hes looking for so he can tell ypu if they have it or not. The 3 employees looked stunned when I was like OK Ill just take that juice there since I know what it is and I dont wana be a bother by asking any questions before making a purchase. One of the ladies who helps me frequently says Im sorry, hes having a bad day.

When we first moved up to Everett we didnt know anyone. All the employees at this store are amazing and help you with whatever you need. Ben, the owner, is an amazing person who cares more about his customers than making a dollar. Everyone Ive met Ive recommended they go there than any other store. Theres been times weve gone in just to talk because some of the workers, Ben included have also become our friends. Even though we dont live in Everett anymore, when we do go down there we always stop by to say hello. The atmosphere is friendly and no one is judgemental. At one point there was a homeless guy who always went there trying to better himself and they gave him a job so he could. This smoke shop is more than a convienance store its also like a family. Both my fiance and I wouldnt dream of going any where else!!

I was rushing to make it by 11pm cause they said they are closed at 11. Came at 10:56 and the guy on white suv was leaving. Such liers!!! I got so disappointed

A beer and smoke/glass shop put together! They also have a growler filling station, though I’ve yet to try it. Good selection of beer not often found in south Everett. Service is always friendly.

Great place. Great beer and everything to do with Vapage. From my 1st visit I knew I had found an amazing. Ben is crazy smart about anything to do with Vaping. Ben and Wil are the perfect Batman and Robin. His tobacco is kept inside a real Humidor with every kind and tobacco.When I have any questions I can go and ask them about it and I leave with a smile.This shop is the HOT SPOT if you are looking to leave that nasty habit of smoking (Ive smoked cigarettes for 40 years ) he gives me a hard time about smoking because I asked him to helps to make me accountableHe also has some excellent beers and Ales. ...Ive never even seen some of his inventory.Go check this place...Ive swear youre going to become a regular just as I have. He is helping me to stop smoking.I still slip a Lil bit( but dont tell him ok?)

I am pretty easy to please. Tonight, the owner was rude. I bought a product which I didn’t use right away. A couple weeks later, I opened the package. I discovered the batteries were terribly corroded. Tonight I went in with a friend. I didn’t bring it with me as I didn’t even plan on going there. Long story short, I basically wanted him to know what happened. It was a $12.00 item. I didn’t ask for anything. I just wanted him to know he has defective product. He was evasive, short, blamed me for not bringing it back the very next day. He informed me I would NOT be getting a refund or replacement. I assured him I didn’t want or expect anything and that I just wanted him to know in case he was getting ripped off by HIS supplier. It seemed the nicer I tried to be the more impatient he was. The store was not busy. There was only one other customer so, it’s not like he was stressed. I whole heartedly recommend NEVER shopping here or any other location. In my opinion, he’s a bit of a jerk. Prices are high and the quality speaks for itself.

This is the best Smoke & Vape in North Everett. Prior to finding it I was driving all over town in search of mods, juice, and elements. Now Zakks is my one stop shop!The owner, Ben, took his time showing us different product lines and options, letting us open, hold, and test them. Politely excusing himself when other customers stopped in for ciggs, then coming right back. I heard him greet a few customers by name and noticed he had their orders memorized. I was impressed. He is super knowledgeable about everything he sells and has exemplary customer service skills. I ended up really happy with my purchase. Few stores know how to really welcome a customer anymore. But this place does!They have a large wall of glassware - bongs, pipes, and whatnot. A huge, well organized vape section. A dizzying array of tantalizing juices. They sell kratom, CBD oil, and probably salvia too, if you like to get down like that. And a large selection of specialty sodas and beverages ices the cake.

Super friendly staff, great selection

Was a cigar novice when i started coming here, mostly just used these guys for picking up cigarrete tobacco or gas station cigars. The afficianado here, joe, helped me out one day when i asked about cigars. Hadnt planned on getting any then, but joe was so good about helping me that i bought their sampler that day. Been going there ever since. All three of the associates that i have delt with have been great to talk to and ask questions. They keep a small selection of cigars, but have been great in seeing about special orders of cigars and tobacco for me, and gave a pretty good rewards program for frequent shoppers. Recommend for the smoking novice and long time smoker for any needs.

I used to be a regular customer of this place. Recently, the customer service has fallen COMPLETELY APART. Not getting to specific, they dont treat all customers the same. If you live in the Beverley neighborhood, I advise finding another smoke shop to spend your money at.

Nothing different than that but thats a true blonde and Smart shoppers and reaseaved more hours at the store since two and a half years ago now this is actually the coolest smoke shop Ive seen and almost all the rest states have been in in about 30 different smoke shops in the West of U.$. Just your everyday bodega. If you want a decent beer selection youre better off at the local supermaket, let alone a bottle shop. Smokes can also be had within a block, with better selection and lower prices. If yellow beer and vaping is your thing, then this might be your place.

Great customer service. Been coming here for a couple years to get my vape needs. The owner gets to know the locals on a personal level. Highly recommend

I called ahead and talked to Ben to verify they had new elements for a vape pen i had... on the phone knew exactly what I wanted...I went in only expecting to buy that piece turns out they had exactly what I needed and then some...super knowledgeable of there business I ending up buying a whole new set up off his word and sales skill and he was absolutely spot on...I love my new setup its easier to use smaller more efficient and I could not have been more pleased plus I also got the original part so now I have two set ups...Go to this smoke shop for all your smoking needs glass etc...spend your money its worth it....

This place has such an amazing deal on vape juice and when u buy two e-juices you get 15% off they also carry Bad Drip which is one of my favorite lines 2 bottles and a coil comes to like $36.00 after tax...when I was going to any other vape store just one bottle was almost $30.00 and the coil was like $6.00 so I was spending $36.00 for one bottle and a coil its like I get a free bottle everytime...and the workers are very nice! 😊❤️
