Id purchased a Layercake RDA a while back and never followed up on the C2MNT (Cosmonaut V2) but decided to pull the trigger during the Black Friday deal. I was quite surprised when I got it and it was flawless considering I had purchased a Blem.A blem, in this case, is an RDA that may come with machining or finish issues that is typically marked down for such reasons. What I received wasnt. It was perfect. Big shout out to D5 for hookin a brotha up. Thanks, fellas!

First time buyer - place was definitely hard to find and products are a bit pricey....BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT!Staff is amazing (glasses chick with tats...appreciate the help). Store is completely clean and welcoming. Product-line is based on preference, but they had exactly what I wanted and stood by their company policy on returns. Will definitely return for more business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND in NOVA area.

No question about it. These guys are awesome and I have never had such a good experience at a vape store. Really cool and knowledgeable guys. Easy to talk to. No pressure sales and very friendly to talk to. They will hook you up. Great selection. This is my vape shop from now on. Find it by the music store.

Great service, knowledgeable people working there, good prices. Before going to this place the only thing i knew about vaping was that my friends love it. I was taught the basics of vaping in a way someone like me with zero knowledge could understand. They also told me a few tips to turn this into a new hobby for me. Great place, but be careful in the parking lot its like a Mad Max sequel

District F5ve vape shop offered extensive information on products and use as well as great overall customer service. They were receptive to my questions, offered advice, and allowed me to try flavors before I bought them. On top of that, I enjoyed the friendly cats that greeted me when I sat down.

District Fives CBD products are high quality and effective!The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. She provides samples and explains the science behind CBD.I started using the products over a year ago and have shared them with friends and family. The results for me and those trying CBD are impressive -- ranging from stress reduction, pain relief and anxiety abatement to pet care.Eden Center is busy on weekends and the parking lot can be kind of frustrating. But I trust this place -- they were the first in the area to stock CBD products and seem to really care about using only reputable brands and suppliers.

Stopped in earlier today on my way into the office and was blown away by the customer service. After talking to some friends and team mates (vape culture seems to be popular among Paintballing) I was recommended to swing by this shop and get a crash course and my first set up. The staff was super helpful and got me set up and let me try as many different flavors of liquid as I wanted until i found the right ones to take home. I will definitely be telling my friends where I picked up my set up and will be a repeat customer!

Best vape shop Ive been too, great atmosphere. Very helpful and patient. Wide juice selection and have separate tanks for each sample. Carry 18650 batteries. High end mods, Tanks,, RDAs, etc.

Found this place last night after seeing the reviews online. They did not disappoint!! The staff was extremely nice and super friendly, and even gave my brother and I a Vaping 101 introduction. They answered all our questions and then some. They even fixed the issue we were having with our set up (that btw was not purchased from them) and let us try as many flavors as we wanted all for free.

Picked up a black Chi You clone from here. Works great! Great selection of quality products for good prices, very friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. Free rewicking and cheap building. Head here for all your vaping needs, from starter kits and juice to more advanced gear.

If theres anything this place lacks its professionalism. Only two members provided good customer service. The rest were just colossal as*hats. They looked and sounded careless. The only reason why you see five stars for this place is because they bribe you with discounts (which is so low--the hell can you do with 5-10%?). A giant issue that absolutely bothers me is their phone line. I called them three different times to check if the juices I wanted were available and every time there was no professional greet nor were my requested juices available each time (so much for restock). Its just some guy giving a weak hello.. like hes blazed out of his skull. Probably a cell phone number (Ive observed the place and never spotted a landline anywhere). Newsflash! If you provide a number on your advertising/yelp/facebook/google page, learn how to separate your personal number with the work one and greet customers APPROPRIATELY!

So I ordered a Goon RDA off the website because they were one of the few places that had stock. Turns out not to be true, and they are awaiting a shipment. If this was the case I should not have been able to complete my online order. I could have picked it up when a more local place had stock(within a day or so of Districts estimated arrival) Now Im just waiting for the shipment because it would take longer to get my refund credit back to my account to get it elsewhere. Not upset. Just frustrated with the situation when 1 day after my order they update the website to show out of stock, to prevent this exact thing from happening. **Response** Nothing on your website said it was a preorder. If that was the case I would be much more understanding.

To be concise, this place simply owns. I usually avoid Eden Center because I am anxious driving around the area and there are approximately 40,000 people walking around there, but this shop is low key and chill and when I went into almost full blown nicotine fiend mode, District Five not only helped me out but were incredibly gracious while doing so. Thank you.

I ordered a 120 of juice and was very excited to try it.(didnt come in 30s or 15s so I splurged) As soon as I got home and checked the mail I could smell it in my car and on my seat, it had broke open and was all over the package. I contacted district5ve right away just to let them know. I wasnt sure if it was usps fault or what happened but I was just so upset my 120 of ejuice was gone! But district5ve got back to me the same night I emailed them saying they were sending another box out tomorrow morning! Great service!! I will definitely be a returning customer!!!

I just want to say thank you to Ferdy for helping my fiancé when she came to get my setup. She was able to get me going asap and gave me the ins and outs you gave her. I love the setup you recommended to her and your knowledge made her feel at ease picking it out. I personally cant wait to come try new juices, learn, and expand on my setup! Ill be referring all my friends and co workers to you guys at District F5VE!

I love this place! Come earlier in the day to really get the most out of the cats. Love on the them b/c they love the attention! Theyre so accommodating and knowledgeable and always have the newest stuff.

Delicious juice and nice staff. Only downside is the Eden Center parking lot sucks, but its not these guys fault. Im a happy customer

I feel like they did everything they could to get me to not buy anything. Like they said to come in tomorrow because the guy working then will be able to help me. Very weird. There was also a cat.

Location is wrong. Address says its in the middle of the street. There is no vape shop here and the phone number wont work. I drove 4 hours to get here only to be jerked around. Thanks guys.
