This is definitely the go to spot if you’re near Dunn Loring and Mosaic. I always come here if I’m in the area. The one thing they get right is the customer service, Moe definitely goes above and beyond. I even asked for a brand that wasn’t in store and the next time I visited the shop he had ordered five different flavors for me.

Ive been here a few times and had the worst experience. The kid that seems to be the manager is rude to customers and is unable to answer basic questions about the products!

To begin I’m a regular customer but unfortunately this was last time coming here to this store and highly don’t recommend anyone to come here , i came in this afternoon due to a thc disposal pen just not working & another vape that was making noise /tasting burnt as you know there’s “nothing “ they could do about it mind you i purchased about a week ago employees & owner gave me a hard time about it not that it’s anyone’s fault but it’s crazy that I’ve spent an x amount of money with them to not be able to exchange the devices that clearly had problems……

They got fake vapes. Gone twice here to give them benefit of the doubt both times have bought two vapes both times 1 of the vapes did not work I came back to see if they would do anything about it. First time I came back they said no box or receipt they can’t do anything so 2nd time I made sure to come with receipt and box and packaging, they still said no to the exchange - said I should’ve tested in store before I left lol. What a joke. Would give em 0 if I could

Easily the best vape shop I’ve been too in Virginia. The guy Moe ( big afro) helped me find a new flavor that I’m obsessed with now. 10/10 spot will be returning.

Didnt help at all with the questions I had so I just decided to buy a vape. $100 for a vape that, come to find out, costs $60 at every other tobacco king in the area and go figure, theres no return on vapes. You better becomes friends with the workers before you purchase or youll get ripped off.

I am a regular customer of this store. 2 months ago I bought a vape and today it stopped working. I had to go to the store to solve the problem or they would replace the equipment and they only told me that I had to buy another vape. The vape I use is not from The cheap ones precisely seem to me like they want to make me look like a fool who will at least replace my equipment. The vapes dont last 2 months and they are changed
