Ultimate Vapor

Having visited several vape shops around town I have to say that this shop has the best customer around. Brett is very nice and very helpful. Because of him this is my #1 shop to stop at. Thank you Brett!

Went in today and Zack d. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. He changed my coil and helped me pick out a new flavor juice and cleaned out my tank for me. I love this location and their employees! And I went on the 19th of November and Amber helped me change my coil and taught me how to do it correctly she was a lifesaver !

Troy at the Farmington location was absolutely amazing in helping me. He taught me how to change my coil and even offered to do it from now on .

Out of all of the places I have ever done any kind of business at, Ultimate Vapor has the best customer service. Nate makes people feel like he has always known them. He is kind, helpful and caring to his customers. Other businesses could learn a lot from Nate and Ultimate Vapor. They also sell premium products. Great place.

Came in to see if I would want to start shopping with Ultimate Vapor instead of Greenhouse. The young man inside the store, his name was Harrison if Im remembering correctly, treated me with so much respect and explained how things work and all the different types of products you guys sell.He mentioned to me that he hadnt been with the company for that long but he really knows his stuff. Will definitely be shopping with Ultimate Vapor from here on out if all the employees are as nice as him.

Was sent to this store because the other did not have what I needed. Came to the Farmington store and Harrison was very helpful and had my tank. I have always shopped with these people and they are awesome. Every store will call another if they don’t have what you are looking for. Thanks again for being #1vapor shop

Today I bought a new mod and plenty of juices. I just want to say that. Christine was very awesome! Very helpful. Very pleasant she is just all around. Awesome!

Taylor was fantastic. Helped me pick out the right item I needed. Helped me decide what juice to get based off what I liked. Great customer service. Will be back.

Very friendly, staff helped with all my questions, very knowledgeable, always have had my juice in stock. Couldn’t been happier with the service & will continue to do business with them. Only vape shop I do go to cause I have never felt comfortable in any other shop I have been to at this point in the area.

I have to edit my review only because I have family that managed to get in there and apparently the staff working here are incredibly sweet & helpful! Not open when theyre supposed to be & closes earlier than theyre supposed to. Tried this place twice during their open hours and twice they were closed.
