This was one of the best massages Ive ever had. My husband and I did the couples massage with Rose and Nana and they were amazing! The perfect amount of pressure to work out the knots while also being relaxing. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I just had a couples massage. I had Rose and I dont say this lightly - best massage Ive ever received.She found the exact places that needed to be attacked and did it with the perfect amount of pressure. I asked her to go hard so if thats what youre looking for, I definitely recommend her.My wife had Nana. As soon as we got up from the massage, the first thing she said was it might be the best massage she ever had too.So well definitely be coming back and asking for them!

Chose the couples massage. He had Amy. I had Rose. Those little ladies were awesome! They applied the perfect amount of pressure on those tension filled areas that made them disappear!The atmosphere was conducive to an air of peace, serenity.Thank you ladies! We will be returning!

Made a call and got an appointment very easily on the same day for a deep tissue massage! It was an hour appointment and they utilized the full hour. I have many knots in my left shoulder and wing and I had specifically asked the masseur to concentrate on that area and she did an amazing job! Given I had gone for a deep tissue massage, the pressure applied was really good and deep enough to break my knots! At the end, she had provided a hot stone massage which also felt very therapeutic. I’m really happy with the service and the extremely peaceful ambiance. I will definitely be going back again.

Had never experienced a Thai massage before. Checkin for the couples massage was quick, no real explanation on where we’d be going or what we should be doing to prepare for the massage. When we explained this was our first visit, and we were hoping to get an intro, the massage therapists said okay…but one was never received.We added on salt therapy. We were walked to the room and then not told what to do once our time was up. We just left the room and headed to the front desk when the machine turned off.The overall experience could be improved with a welcome and asking if folks have been in before and know what to expect.

Having a Thai Spa Pavillion staff member tell me the default massage we give to most customers [without telling them] is not a thai massage with Thai Spa Pavillion in giant human-sized letters directly behind them as they say this to me, is kind of a surreal experience, and not in a good way.We visited here today, booking was very easy and the staff were kind, but thats it. We booked a couples massage and were excited to try this place based on the reviews. The atmosphere seemed more premium than a similar thai massage place that gives great thai massages not far from this location. We were hoping to get a great atmosphere plus a great thai massage, but that didnt happen for us.This wasnt a Thai massage like we expected. Nor like other thai massage places weve visited nearby or in Thailand. It was mainly light touching and gliding. When asked if the massage received was a thai massage, because it felt more like a light Swedish massage, we were told the default massage they give is not a thai massage... So what we received was a swedish massage or combination massage of some kind (it was never fully explained what we actually got and no receipt due to an upcharge if you didnt pay with cash, zelle, or venmo). It was never explained to us that we would not receive a thai massage when we booked nor told to us when we checked in.My partner said the effort given on his massage was ok, for mine I felt minimal effort was given. Maybe theyre having an off day and were not experiencing them at their best but me and my partner agreed that even if it was a Swedish massage, it wasnt a good Swedish massage either. My partner was never asked about his points of pain nor what pressure hed prefer. I was asked by my masseuse. After the massages, we were not asked if our massages were ok, they just asked for payment straight away. We had to proactively give respectful feedback that we thought we were supposed to get a thai massage, and the staff member seemed unphased that our reasonable expectations werent met.We still tipped, on top of our service, but it wasnt because they did a good job. Thats just general service etiquette we try to honor. Wed be open to revisiting if the staff took more accountability on ensuring were getting what we were expecting, but based on the reaction we got from providing feedback, were not hopeful that will happen. Very disappointed with their service, but we wish them well.They may give great thai massages, but well never know. We do know that they dont give good swedish/combination massages for our tastes. If you do want a thai massage from here, make sure you specifically request one.

Every therapist I’ve had is great. I am amazed every time how these Thai women can address the back or neck problem that I’m having that particular day. They are very intuitive and I’ve left feeling much better every time!!

When I called to make the appointment for the salt room they said it was broken but it should be fixed by time my appointment..I call the day B4 and they say it was fixed...so I get there the next day and no one knows how to work it...it makes no sense..if u know u have ppl coming in then u should be educated on the equipment..so I waisted my time and gas. Which could have been avoided..so I go back today and they didnt explain anything they just put u in the cave and leave.. luckily I educated myself..they have u wait for the secretary who was late both times I went..they talk in there language and dont answer ur questions. The only thing I can say is it was peaceful in the salt room..if I had not already paid on Groupon I would not have went back the second time..but I wont be going there again.

I had an honestly traumatizing experience here. I do not believe my massage therapist was in any way trained or licensed. Ive been getting massages for several years from many different places, and I have never experienced anything as painful or violating as this. If I hadnt been in such a state of shock over what happened I would have left after less than 10 minutes.The massage started with my feet being rubbed down with a wet cloth, which was odd, but I was dealing with severe back pain so I tried to keep an open mind. The next thing that happened was the woman giving me the massage climbed on top of me, on her hands and knees. I was absolutely shocked. She gave no warning or indication about what she was going to do, and she did not ask if I was okay with her climbing onto me, which I absolutely was not. I specifically did not book their Thai massage option, so even if that is a normal part of Thai massage, I did not request that service.The rest of the massage was extremely rough. The woman put her full body weight on me while using her elbow, and spent the rest of the massage either applying little to no pressure, or agonizing amounts to the point that I think Im going to have bruises. At one point, when using hot stones, she left one in the crevice of my buttocks, which was extremely unsettling. At multiple points she rubbed me down with wet washcloths, which left me shivering and damp. When the massage was over she left me in the dark and I had to feel my way across the room to find the light.I am speechless over this experience. I wish I would have complained when I was there and refused to pay, but I was honestly completely aghast at what I experienced and I wanted to leave as quickly as possible.

Very clean and straight to the point. They have a LOT of rooms. I came in 10 minutes early and was escorted straight to my room. My massage started shortly after (about 5 minutes early) and ended after my hour and a half. I went to the salt room afterwards and it was so refreshing. I will most definitely be back. The customer service was very nice and there was more than enough parking.

Actually it was not thai style massage, but it was deep tissue, and complete their work for pay. Not super but its acceptable. To consider $70/h its not bad to re-visit. Open till 10pm also kinds of convenient.

The place was clean the restroom was clean. They were professional and on time. The young lady Emmy was so nice and she did a great job. I would love to go back before I leave next week!

I’ve gone already twice, once for a couples massage and my most recent visit alone. It was amazing! The customer service is great, the place is really clean, I get out of my massage feeling completely at peace and no pain! The salt cave is a must if you haven’t done it before, I completely recommend it. It’s just an must do experience whether you’re with your significant other, family member, friends or alone! I will certainly visit again and go for the couples massage with CBD and salt cave!

This is a wonderful establishment. My girlfriend and I got the 1 hour couples massage. I feel completely rejuvenated. The masseuse was extremely skilled, efficient, and professional. The massage was very fluid. The entire experience was serene and relaxing. The atmosphere of the Thai Spa Pavilion is soothing. The decoration and music are very tasteful. Outstanding experience, I will definitely be back to try some more of the features and experiences offered here.

A weird massage experience. Got a couples massage with my boyfriend. Personally, mine was great. Heated table and an awesome masseuse. My boyfriend on the other hand was walked on for most of the hour and left feeling uncomfortable. Also, he didn’t have a heated table and was cold. Experience definitely depends on who you get!

The perfect place to get a massage however, my only issue would be is that I pay for 1 hour and I expect 1 one of service especially if I arrive 15 minutes early that allows for 15 mins to undress and my therapist to start my massage at my schedule time. Your appointment is scheduled for 4;30 they walk you in the room to get undressed at that time so thats 5 minutes to get undressed then your waiting for them to come in that may take another 5 mins now that 10 mins of my schedule time wasted and they stop the massage at exactly 5:30. Thats not an hour that I paid for, and this has happened on several occasions, if it happens again, I will have my credit card payment to reflect time lost or Im going to stop tipping. Especially if you arrive 15 to 20 early.

I visit this location multiple times and 8 out 10 times the experience was good. However it was on two occasion with the most recent on Saturday 2/27/21 that the service received was not good at all. When I ask the therapist performing the massage what was wrong, because she was lacking in technic from previous massage and hurting me with her elbows. Which was 70% of the treatment. She stated she was tried and had worked 9.5 hours that day. Not to mention my massage started 10 minutes late. When I attempted to discuss my concerns with the gentleman at the front desk. He explained that the therapist are not robots. Who said I expected them to be. But what I do expect is a quality massage for the money spent for a 90 minute massage for both my husband and I. If the therapist is to tried to do the task then cancel my appointment. Why should I suffer? When ask to speak to a manager, his response was she’s probably sleep. Left my contact information. It’s been 3 days and so response yet. It’s not cool to take people’s money and not give quality service. Keeping in mind I have Refered over 10 of my closest friends to this location.

A great massage 9 times out of 10. Do yourself a favor and dont get Amy. She makes you cover your entire face and head because she thinks youll give her covid. But the worst part about her is that she applies pressure fit for an infant. And if you tell her to apply more pressure she understands and says she will but does nothing different. A very frail young girl who shouldnt give massages to adults.

I have been there many times. The staff has always been very professional.The place is very clean. I have requested a massage with little to no notice, and they usually seem to be able to get me in . There is ample parking and the location is well lit in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to get a peaceful massage. i is the fastest hour of my week.

This place is something special. I have had $300 massages that werent half the quality. I did the $90 90min massage and it was worth every bit of it. The streatching portion of the Thai message adds a truly medicinal factor and I walked out feeling like a new man. Easy short notice online booking and no wait at my appointment time, great price.

Found this gem when I relocated from the westside of the state to the eastside. Visited for a girls spa day consisting of a deep tissue massage and Halo Therapy. I love thier salt cave, you can taste and smell the Himalayan salt as soon as you enter the room. Very calm amd relaxing setting. As for the deep tisue massage, I have had numerous massages in my life, but this by far was the best. My best friend who also took part in the spa day said she has had Thai massages around the world but theirs was by far the best. Out of the three of us, no one had a bad massage session. The environment and ambiance of the experience was extremely relaxing. My masseuse, Lisa, was a small women, nut she was extremely thorough. I could feel the stress, tension and built up trauma release from my tissues. My entire body felt relax/free. I would recommend Thai Pavilion to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Our Therapists use authentic Thai techniques with hot stones and deep tissue massage. The therapists are experienced, professional, and will focus on areas causing pain. This is an awesome place. The place is super clean and top notch ambiance. Once you enter their lobby you already feel very peaceful. The rooms are upscale and very clean. The therapist Mallie is awesome. She is very professional and knows her job. I would recommend Mallie million times. She explains what she is doing every step of the way. So no surprises. I had stiffness on my neck, back and legs when I went in. Felt lot better after the therapy. I will go back again.I have been to Physical Therapy before which does not give good results as this massage by Mallie especially for stiffness.I have not tried other therapist yet. But they all must be great as Mallie as well.I highly recommend this place and try Mallies therapy. They have a discount rate on Sundays.

Overall great massage DAO THAI massage stretches were great really worked out my stiff muscles my only complaint was I asked her to not touch my hair do to the hair products I had in it but she forgot and totally gave me a scalp massage it felt great but all I could think about is I’m about to go to my next meeting looking like I just woke up with bed hair.lol other than my hair mishap I absolutely recommend I’ve been a customer for 4 years. A little said Sang is gone though.

Tong is the best masseuse there is! The way she massages is not explainable her technique and strength compared to other massage out there is in another level. I have sent multiple people to experience an hour with her.

Definitely a relaxing massage. Loved the salt room. Would have given 5 stars but the outside of the building is a little run down and the carpet inside needed to be vacuumed but overall was a great massage.
