This was my first time at True Rest but not my first float (my usual place is under repair).I loved it! It was immaculately clean, the staff was sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they have a great first time float special.If there is one near you, check it out!

Had a great first visit. Enjoyed the experience. Noted some health benefits even the first time in relaxation, decompression and breathing in the salty air. Todd was a great host and the rooms were very clean as well.

First time here. Really enjoyed the expiernece. For starters the customer service was top notch (Todd is great). Very very clean establishment with lots of amenities. Love the atmosphere which leads to a very positive experience as well. Everything about this place is calming. I will for sure be back.

I have been so overwhelmed with life that I just needed to have a me day. I was gifted a coupon for a float spa from my bestfriend over a year ago and decided to join her on one of her many trips. Im with awe I needed and enjoyed the whole experience from beginning to end. Everything is and was wondering here. From the greeting to the see you soon. I recommend any any everyone who is stressed out tired to take a minute for yourself to try it. You wont regret it. Im glad I came to experience for myself and wish I been took advantage of the treatment. ❤️❤️❤️

Yesterday was my 3rd or 4th float and I felt really good . When I lay back in the water I feel weightless and it’s so nice to come relax in your own personal space . Johnny is my favorite, he accommodates me so well . He gave me a bag for my wet clothes which I didn’t even know they had and a wet cap for my hair . He also provided great conversation to everyone he spoke to. Johnny is a great person and I’m thankful to have met him.😊

🧘🏽‍♀️Perfect way, to relax and recharge for the upcoming month.This was my first Float Therapy session, and it was everything imagined it to be. The environment upon entering was one of peace and tranquillity. The ambience was light and refreshing. They start you off with a waiver and short video about the experience.Next, you get a tour of the facility and explanation of how to operate your float tank and suite. Although they have music available or phone capability to play your own selection, I chose to enjoy my first float in complete silence and darkness. It was WONDERFUL!Afterwards you have your option to enjoy the oxygen bar and tea room. They also have journals available for you to read and write about your experiences and hear from others about theirs.I know cool right ⁉️Definitely will be adding more floats in my near future.Thank you True Rest Float Spa Farmington!

First time here. The shower may have been my favorite part! Great float. Tho I found the water and temperature of the air in the pod to be maybe 1-2 degrees too cool. I’ve floated several times elsewhere and one of the greatest things about floating is loosing your senses of physical self. Being slightly too cool, I could tell what parts were out of the water. Over all wonderful and I will go back!

This was a truly Unique & Amazing experience to say the least. It was much more than expected. A very clean and warm welcoming atmosphere.I love how they provide everything that you need as far as all of your essential toiletries all the way down to a hair dryer and slippers...All you have to do is show up.Overall I was satisfied and felt very refreshed and relaxed afterwards. I slept well also.The customer service was Great and the staff was very knowledgeable answering all my questions as well. I will be back!TIP: if youd like to bring your own ear plugs that you feel comfortable with that work well in water..Id recommend. They do provide them however, they are like a putty and you have to mold them to your ear properly. They also have some reusable ones reasonably priced for purchase. (Not a big deal I just couldnt get one of them in right lol).

It was a total release of sadness i mentally experienced piece and calmness as i floated my cares were released and i wept it was and awesome experience can’t wait for another session

I absolutely LOVED my first float! I signed up for a membership. My body totally relaxes. I have a lot of back & hip issues, arthritis & nerve damage. This is the BEST and most relaxing float my body deserves!!The staff is excellent! They are always friendly and willing to help out in anyway.The Farmington Hills facility always feels welcoming. Quiet. Relaxing. I like taking the sand and playing around.If you like hot tea, you must try a cup after your float. Or water is available too.The oxygen bar is really fun. It’s nice to grab a hot tea, sit down, relax while enjoying your oxygen. It’s the best. You MUST try it!!!

Great staff, very clean and proper materials used for a moist environment i.e. Tile in the pod/shower rooms. Also like that you can hook your own music into the sound system. Ive paid for the membership here. That is how much I like their space/service.

It was the first time I tried it and it was amazing, the ultimate in meditation. I felt so relaxed the rest of the day. Will definitely be doing more.

Always have a great experience. Ive gone many times over the last 2 years. Its a very healing, peaceful environment with salt lamps everywhere and soothing music. My float room is always clean and has everything I need. Im never rushed and enjoy taking my time using their post-float amenities (hair dryers, yoga mats, and oxygen bar). Thank you! 🙏

It was a cool experience. Try it out with no sound and no lights. Its a little scary at first but just breathe and you will like it.

The staff is super polite and helpful. I love going at least once a month. It’s like driving your car and your windshield gets really dirty. Then you clean your windshield and think to yourself wow that was really dirty. It’s like that going into the float tank. You see the world more clearly and the reset is amazing.

My daughter and I visited True Rest for the first time…and enjoyed it fully. I loved it, she liked it too and wants to try again soon. Planning on bringing more family members in the future.Floating was great, relaxing, refreshing, new. For me it was a reinforced break, a slow down moment, detachment from the crazy busy world, and for a bit of time focus on me (doesn’t happen often, I’m a single mom working almost all days of the week). The lovely treatment we received from Johnny Marshall was crucial, especially in the beginning. He welcomed us sincerely, introduced to the facility, explained everything patiently, prepared for the fun new adventure, and was there to help with anything genuinely. We were given a gift card for Xmas and floated for the first time today. It was fantastic, will definitely come again. Staff was exceptional.

Very clean and luxury experience.Great explanation by associate of the facility and amenities included. Everything you’d to shower and get ready after floating is supplied. I was able to relax in the soothing pod. I enjoyed the oxygen bar after, was a nice surprise.I would do it again and again to relieve stress and anxiety. I was able to let all my troubles disappear for an hour while in the pod.

This was my first float and I honestly didn’t know if it would live up to the hype and it does! My body felt so relaxed afterwards like I just had a long deep massage. My mood was even different.... in a good way :).Highly recommend!

My first time going a few years ago was all but okay. Everything was nice and relaxing until….. while floating in the water I noticed things floating with me. Hair, floaties etc. I was so grossed out it made my skin crawl. Never wanted to go back since. Water not clean enough for me

This place is relaxing, Johnny and Emily are great! They make you feel comfortable, but I wouldnt go when Todd is working, he is irritating and Jerky and makes you feel unwelcome.

Just finished my 2nd float. I tried it once about a year ago and actually got this one for my gf and I for Christmas. By far the most relaxing experience and well needed for myself as a high stress individual. Perfect to calm the mind and racing thoughts, nothing beats the relaxed state of finishing a float.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff who took the time to explain how everything worked and was extremely attentive. Facility was very clean and very calming. First time float and I had a restful sleep last night. I dont have any specific pain so I cannot comment on whether the float helps with pain but I know I will be coming back. My husband has a lot of back pain so I am looking forward for him to try a float as well and we will report back on if it helps his pain. There are a few tips for first-timers which help so read the tips on the website before floating. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing place. After only 20 minutes I was so relaxed that I couldn’t feel the lower half of my body. Not feeling my lower half (starting at waist) made it feel like a massive load just lifted from my body. Will definitely be doing this again and would absolutely be recommending other people to do it

I am so happy I chose to do my first float session in years. Emily was amazing showing me the space & helping with the oxygen bar in the cozy lounge. I loved the float pods, my first experience in a pod, it felt very futuristic. I had a magical float session, it helped me so much with my depression & I even felt energized, had amazing sleep as well. I was so pleased with my session I bought a membership to treat myself & I will be back monthly💜

At one point, I would’ve given this place a five star review. However, after the recent events where they redeemed a float, even though I did not come and float, they no longer deserve a five star review. Don’t get me wrong. It’s a very relaxing experience. However, I don’t agree with them just using your floats, even if you do not come physically in person and float.

As soon as we walked through the door, the staff was very courteous, kind and welcoming. This was our, my wife and I, first time so we both had trouble completely relaxing while floating but after multiple attempts. I figured out the best position for me to place my arms was straight out, side to side. Like a bird with my palms raised to the sky. After that, I found myself drifting in and out of consciousness. I realized. Hey I’m totally relaxed. Now I must admit 2 days later, I feel more energetic than I’ve felt in a long time.

Johnny was an AMAZING guide during my first visit! He made me feel relaxed and did a wonderful job explaining everything and how to make the most out of my first floating experience. Everything was very clean and a very nice inviting environment.

The entire place is very welcoming especially for newcomers! They do a great job of explaining things and walking you through all there is to know. Todd was our host and did an awesome Job.

Not going to lie, I was nervous, but the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and gave off very calming vibes. The shower afterwards along with the toiletries available made it that much more amazing. Tip: bring fresh clean clothes. I wish I would’ve thought to do that instead of changing back into the ones I was wearing before, but I didn’t realize there was an option to fully wash & shower there. I thought it was more of a quick rinse off. I also like that they go over membership options with you, but they aren’t pushy about it. Everybody hates feeling like they’re being pressured to sign up for something, so I appreciate that it was the complete opposite of that. I’m sure I’ll be back!

This was the most relaxing thing I have ever done for myself and my husband. We wanted to try something different for our anniversary this year and I must say that self reflexion is important especially when you are sharing your life with another person. Is quite a strange sensation for the 1st time. Relaxing and enjoyable. As I dont meditate, it was very hard for me to push the thoughts out of my mind and just relax. I think the next time I will turn the music off and close the lid For total Sensory deprivation. They do need a chair in every room so you can sit and get dressed and not try to stand up on the Wet floor.

I did my first float recently. I was bit nervous ahead of the appointment, and even thought of cancelling on the day of float. However, I am glad I didnt. The friendly staff eased me into the experience, and while I was planning to use relaxing music from my phone to guide me through the experience, I ended up trying the complete sensory deprivation. After walking in, no one was at the front desk; INITIALLY when Todd arrived he was rude, flustered and forgot his manners. The actually therapy in the pod was enjoyable and relaxing. But, it is true that first impressions, often leave lasting impressions.

This is by far the best float experience Ive ever had. From the moment you walk in the door, you begin to relax with the soothing ambience and genuinely kind loving staff. The service is phenomenal. The amenities offered are very thoughtful effective, efficient and flows perfectly for a streamlined top-notch spa experience. I got a membership immediately after my first visit because it is a no-brainer for myself care. There is no other experience like floating ! This has helped with reducing anxiety, reducing my back pain and my spine feels more aligned. I always leave feeling so joyful and grateful. Very clean, kind staff, highly relaxing. Upon walking in, it’s slightly humid but smells great! They give you sandals and a tour of the tank room and the little chill area where you can rest after your float experience. Very zen. (I love the tea by the way,) Such an amazing experience for a first time floater! Would definitely recommend this place.

Had my first float today and what a great experience. The facility is super clean. I was very impressed with the amenities. They provide everything you need. Shower, towel, washcloth, sandals, ear plugs, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hairdryer. The staff lady was super friendly and answered all my questions. You watch a video before your float that provides great information. They have a lovely sitting room for before and after your float with coloring books, journals, drawing pads, tea and water. They also have an oxygen station which I hope to try next time. The atmosphere in the entire place is very calming and relaxing. The float itself is not what youre expecting... its better. It was a very unique and almost indescribable experience. I felt like I had no worries in the world afterward and my calm continued throughout the rest of the day. Highly recommend to try!

One of the cleanest Float Spa around. If you have never done floating before, then do try it once. It (salt) helps a lot in relaxing muscles and reducing stress, and I am even sleeping better the evening I go for float. You probably dont want to do much after your float, but just relax so I prefer evenings for float, but everyone is different. I got the 3 float package, and I finished it only in 2 weeks. The shower is super clean, the tank is super clean, specially as compared to other places I went to, I havent seen a single hair on the tank or inside so 10/10 for cleanliness. Lights and Music really work fine - I can chose to keep lights on inside the tank, which is a plus for me. This is my new found interest, and so far I am loving it. I wish I could do this more often, it totally changed my life. Also, staff is so good, they treat you like friends, not like customers. After float, you can have herbal tea in the recovery room, which I never miss. I will keep going here as I really like this place!

What a wonderful experience. I have floated at other places but True REST is by far the best place I have been to so far. The spa has an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. There was a lovely sitting area where I sat and relaxed while waiting for a friend to join me. I enjoyed the introductory video before the float. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The float room was beautiful and the temperature in the room was great. The added bonus after the float was the oxygen bar. Truly a very relaxing experience. I enjoyed it so much that I have purchased a membership and am looking forward to my next floating experience.

I HIGHLY recommend True Rest. I floated three days ago and I still feel great. I walked out feeling like a new woman. I felt/feel the most relaxed I have ever felt. I havent felt anxious since my visit. I havent had a migraine or neck pain, and I usually get them multiple days per week. The atmosphere is really calming and the staff was so nice and welcoming. The lounge is very nice. I was told that it just gets better with each float and if thats the case (which I know it is), I will definitely be back as a regular and I cant wait for my next session.

Not only is the float amazing, the entire experience is wonderful. When I walk in the door I am greeted by name, sandals are handed to me, and my time to relax has begun. The staff is amazing, and attentive to any wish I may have.The rooms are very clean!! And I love the shampoo and conditioner they have. I always leave feeling relaxed--and energized!My only disappointment is that I do not go as often as I should---something that I need to work on...Will make my next appointment soon!!

They service is always phenomenal from the greeting to the closing. My friend signed up for a membership after the float she called spiritual. I won as a friend that day. I recommend this to anyone who needs a quick getaway from the world. Take some time to relax and find yourself. It takes a while to get comfortable the first time but once you do, you let go and let the water take control. Relax and enjoy! I floated for the first time ever yesterday. I enjoyed it very much, and would love to go back. It IS a little pricey (worth it, mind you, but still ... ) but they do have some great incentives if you pay attention. The facility was clean and relaxing, and the only staff member I met was great - friendly and helpful. They have everything you need to prepare, float, and get ready to go back to the real world.

What an experience! My first time I was kinda nervous, not knowing what to expect! The person at the front desk made sure I was at ease, explained the whole process and set me up! Floating is awesome! I felt great during and after the float! So relaxing and what a reliever of stress! If youre even close to considering, do yourself a favor and just try it!

This place is awesome. I haven’t felt this good in a long time! After my car accident it’s hard to find something that’s healthy and combats the pain, but floating did just that.I’d highly recommend for anyone who is experiencing chronic pain or anxiety.

Bring flip flops, leave street shoes at the door. Shampoo, conditioner, body was and towel are provided. Its lovely.

Had a lovely first-time experience at True REST. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The facility is clean and state-of-the-art. The float was amazing and very relaxing. The membership terms are very reasonable and a good deal. I definitely will be visiting again.

True Rest is lovely place. The staff is welcoming, helpful and cool. The pods and rooms are clean. The floats themselves are deeply relaxing. Treat your first float as a learning experience, the later floats will be much more calming because youll know what to expect and how to relax your body and mind. There is an option for a light in the pod and a calming music. I prefer no light and music on. But they also have an aux cable thats hooked up on the wall if you wanted to plug your phone in and try listening to your favorite music. They will give you a quick tour, show you the pods and explain the steps. Basically you get to your room, undress, put in your macks silicone ear plugs and then take a shower, making sure to wash your hair and body well. Then youll slowly turn the temperature down until its cold and then turn off the shower. Dry your face then get in the pod and close it. Make sure you head is by the opening, not your feet. The water is around body temperature, maybe a bit warmer, so thats why they have you turn the shower down to cool at the end, so you can adjust to the water. There is also an intercom button in the pod if you have any questions or problems. I highly recommend floatation therapy! Excited to try out the new location in Utica when they open!

This was our first float spa experience, and it exceeded our expectations. The facility was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We could not think of anything that we would change. We felt very peaceful and relaxed after the float. It is a unique experience that everyone should try. We will definitely return.

Once you get in this place, it is a great experience. It is nice clean and they are very friendly. The floats are amazing and peaceful sleep.I have only on real grip with the place. it is very hard to get a hold old of and return call. I do not like the automated text system.

Today was my 1st float.......everyone was very welcoming! I watched a little video so I knew what to expect. Then I was given a tour. The suites are private, including a shower. They supply everything but a brush.I have chronic pain in my hands, back, knee and ankle. Im hoping that repeated floats will help this. So far so good, pain has lightened. I also struggle to get a good nights sleep.....I feel pretty relaxed so hopefully I can drift of to sleep soon.Definitely try a float!

Indescribable awesomeness. Its a hour of you time with no disruptions. The staff is amazing, very friendly and accommodating. First time and not knowing what to expect, I thought it was as great experience. The staff was nice and polite, the instructions were detailed out and I felt really refreshed afterwards. If they were not so far away, I would have signed up. I wish I could have picked out my own music, some Pink Floyd would have been good.

I went into this a bit skeptical. It sounded interesting, though, so I bought my first float on Groupon. I did some research and had a solid expectation for my first time. Most people said the first time is difficult to fully experience the benefits, and that was true for the first 20 or so minutes in the tank.After the initial mind-racing, why dont I know how to relax feeling, I finally calmed down and allowed my mind to empty. At this point I feel like I was in the tank for an hour already, but it wasnt even half over. The rest of the time was a bit surreal. Ive never felt that relaxed.True Rest made me a believer. The room after the float helped me come back to the world. The whole experience was great. I signed up for a membership that day. Looking forward to my monthly float.

Absolutely loved my first float! Never expected to come out of my first visit having signed up for a membership, but thats exactly what happened. And not because of a sales pitch. I had already made up my mind discussing it with my daughter in the dressing room, when they overheard us talking at the oxygen bar and came through and started to explain their offerings and we basically stopped her so I could ask a couple questions, because I knew I was committing. By the time my questions were answered, my daughter signed up for a membership also. I originally visited on a personal recommendation from my doctor, I have severe arthritis, severe psoriasis, high blood pressure and anxiety, among other ailments. I feel it was extremely helpful in just my first visit with some of those conditions symptoms and I look forward to what my future visits hold.

True Rest, Rest is what you feel when you leave this establishment. This past Saturday November 18th I went for my 3rd Float and every experience is completely different. Staff is very welcoming when I walked in the door I felt like the show Cheers where everyone knows your name lol. The atmosphere is very relaxing, easy going, refreshing, calm, warm and so much more.When experiencing my float I immediately got in with no hesitation Room 2 seems to have become my second home. This time I felt like I was a burgundy brownish leaf that was floating on a rain puddle after fresh rain I felt weightless and just relaxed and then I went from feeling like a leaf to feeling like I was walking on mars and reaching up at stars that I saw when I opened my eyes from that towards the end of the float I felt like Michael Phelps coming off the blocks with a burst of energy that made me feel excited for the after effects of my float. True Rest has truly become my second home and I love see the wonderful staff who know my name. If you want to experience a great joy that will allow you to not focus on everyday life and just experience a meditative state True Rest is the place to be where everybody knows your name.

Floated for the first time today and it was a great experience. It was so relaxing and when I was done it felt like all of the tension I had been carrying in my shoulders was gone! I didn’t want to leave! Plus, the staff was very friendly and it was very clean! I’ve already scheduled another appointment!

This was exactly what I needed to clear my head and relax. The salt water float is unlike anything I’ve ever done and is truly euphoric. The oxygen bar is super legit too. All the staff were super friendly, everything was clean, and overall my experience was amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve done a float at a different spa before, one that made it another 5 years before I bothered to do another, and True rest truly made up for that first experience. The actual float tank is the perfect size. The location is very clean and pristine looking. There are tons of imeneties after the float- dryers, deodorant, tea and even an oxygen aromatherapy bar too. Will be back!!!

I received a couple of gift cards for True REST for Christmas and thought Id try it out. I had never floated before, but had heard about it. Took my wife and we really enjoyed it! Very large, clean and relaxing environment. Friendly staff were knowledgeable and informative and they gave us a tour of the facilities before we floated. Rooms were private and lockable from the inside and large. All of the amenities are provided by True REST. The float was VERY relaxing and words cannot do the experience justice. Oxygen bar was a great treat afterwards and helps rejuvenate after the float experience. Tea, flavored and regular water available afterwards and no pressure to leave after the float. Plenty of time to adjust to the experience afterwards in their beautiful and comfortable waiting room. I highly recommend giving them a try!

First visit I went because I had a Groupon. Very nice relaxing oriental inspired music playing and complimentary flavored water and tea (though the tea was cold it was a very good strong flavor, and Im not ordinarily a tea lover).They gave a brief tour before the actual float, and the rooms feel spacious and have their own individual showers (love the privacy). Though the float is an hour I went at the end of the day and accidentally went over because I didnt hear them saying time is up, though they were forgiving and understanding about it.However, the communication about membership was very confusing and the way the Groupon discount applied; I have never experienced such complication with trying to sign up for something. If not for this added inconvenience I would have given 5 stars.

The experience is relaxing and therapeutic. You canFloat with or without a bathing suit and each pod is in its own room. The rooms also contain a shower which you use before and after the float. You truly float, I tried sideways to see if the epsomsalt does keep you floating. Afterwards there is a hygiene bar which has little thing like q-tips or deodorant but more importantly blow dryers. There is a gorgeous lotus there to take a pic with. You end with the oxygen bar and tea. The 60 mins session takes around 2 hours for new floaters.

Second time floating and I will be back, for sure. It was my first time using a Groupon. I always perceived Groupons were cheesy and the businesses may fuss. Anyhow, no issues with the Groupon and staff were super nice from the call, intro and exit. Floating is what it is. However the setup of renting their tanks with amenities, atmosphere and staff - makes it that much better an experience.In conclusion, they offered some nice packaged floats at the end with no pressure. And I will be back on a 3 float at X price for use in 6 month period. Very reasonable price to treat your body, mind and spirit to an hour of bliss.Solid business model and management offering Great floats!

Had my first float and loved it so much I became a member. My experience was awesome.... the staff is wonderful and the spa is so fresh and clean. Even has an oxygen bar with essential oils. They served me lemon water and wonderful steeped tea. The float room itself is better than home with my own shower ,shampoo and conditioner. Then a different room with creams , blowers to dry my hair and even yoga mats. Location and hours (open 7 days a week)are perfect for me. I work for holistic doctors who often recommend epsom salt baths but a tub at home can’t compare to the float here. So happy I amd here THX,!

THE MOST AMAZING PLACE EVER!!!! I started floating about a month ago, and now go multiple times a week and it’s changed my life in the best of ways. The staff is amazing... we have great convos, the showers are beautiful and the water is always warm. I’ve been able to heal physical pain, detach from unhealthy emotions, and calm my mind. Afterwards you can try the oxygen bar, which leaves you feeling refreshed and ready to go. They have an awesome retail store full of cute tops and SALT LAMPS. Today was AMAZING! When I say I just found my fountain of youth ! I honestly thought Id leave sicker than I walked in. I left feeling about 60% better! Its been a looooooong time since Ive felt half way normal. They said it may take a few sessions to feel the benefits but I felt it today, which makes me wanna go back every week! I am a fan of floating, but not all floats are created equal. I love this place. I first visited the Austin, Texas location when I lived in Texas. I was glad to hear a location was in Michigan when I moved back. The spa is incredibly clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating,and the experience is divine. I like to bring my own meditation music for my float. They have connections in each suite and will even loan you an adaptor for a headphone-jackless phone. My favorite place to float!

I WILL BE BACK! First Float was all I needed to be hooked!Everyone let me tell you this place is immaculately clean. I walked in and was greeted and given a quick tour since it was my first time. Then you are shown to your room. In your room is the Pod filled with salt water and a shower with shampoo, soap and conditioner. You have a towel and wash cloth for after your float to shower with. You put in ear plugs they provide and rinse off. Its time to get in. You can leave the Pod open or close it. I chose to close it. There is also a light that changes color or can be shut off. I went for it and turned it off. They start music for the first 5 min of the float and the last 3 min. Other than that you are in a sensory deprivation, anti gravity state. It. Was. Amazing. My body aches were gone and I slowly drifted into the most peaceful sleep. YES I slept! For what I assume was about 15 min of the float. That 15 equated to more than an entire nights sleep. Not joking. The music at the end it what actually woke me up. You lose track of everything while you are in there...it is blissful. After I got out, I showered and got dressed. I went to the prep room where they have deodorant, face wipes, blow dryers, cotton, qtip, lotion and yoga mats to use to get back to your day. Once I was done there I walked to the relax/chill room where I sipped watermelon water and wrote in a journal. I was amazingly calm. About 15 mins after I got out while relaxing I started feeling really energized and jittery...almost like I drank a couple red bulls. Holy cow I feel like I can take on the world right now! Most people it says feel a little sleepy...not me I was ready to go! My body feels a lot better now (about 3 hours after the float) than when I first got out. My bad back/neck didnt like being smashed back by earth gravity initially but now it really is staring to relax and the pain it going away! Im so serious I bought a membership! I am so excited to have found this! Thank you True Rest!

Every float is different! I love it, get my zdn and deep deep sleep and relaxation, except today a lady was upset with D who was working all by her self. The lady was 15 minutes late for her appointment and decided to start screaming and yelling at the employee D. I had just fallen asleep when this happened. Long story short I was comped for my appointment for today. If you are late you are late, you shouldnt ruin everyone elses experience because you had a bad day. D handled the situation in the most professional way! 5 stars to you girl!

Best floatation therapy place Ive experienced out of 4 facilities in two countries! Great facility and friendly helpful staff, maybe a tad pushy on the membership sales but will definitely be coming back!

I have a difficult time decompressing from the day to day grind. Massages were hit and miss and never available during later hours. I wanted something in addition to my yoga and meditation routine.True Rest Float Spa was referred to me by Todd the manager. He hooked me on a BOGO special they were running. The first float was spent mostly getting used to the environment but I’ve been able to more quickly enjoy every float afterward. It’s relaxing in a multi sensory kind of way. Just what I needed.The oasis prep area has combs, cotton swabs, hair dryers, etc. for after shower needs. I also like to take a few extra minutes afterward at the O2 aromatherapy bar while rehydrating.Couple of tips: 1) Shut your phone off for everyone’s benefit. 2) DO NOT shave prior to your float. The salt water concentration will find every knick you have on your face, legs, etc. OUCH! 3) Come as natural as possible. Remove your makeup, wash your hair and skin of products prior to your float and let the process work. 4) Float naked. There is total privacy and this is all about letting go, so let go.
