I had an experience recently that truly emphasized the meaning of stellar customer service. I wanted to purchase a product from a store but it unfortunately ran out of stock. Rather than simply turning me away, the owner went above and beyond. Not only did he recommend another store where I could find what I was looking for, but he also gave me a 10% discount voucher to use there.This was an act of generosity that, frankly, I was not expecting. It’s not everyday that a business owner would direct a potential sale away from their own store, let alone offer a discount at a competitor’s. The level of consideration and empathy shown was heartwarming.I was truly touched by this act of kindness and I believe it speaks volumes about the character of the owner and the ethics of the business. This is the kind of experience that makes you want to return again and again. I wholeheartedly recommend this store and the wonderful owner who puts customers’ needs first. A five-star experience, no doubt!

I live in AZ but Im from Detroit and whenever I visit I look forward to going to Johnny Weekends vape shop in Farmington, MI. Compared to every vape shop near me, Johnny Weekends is always 100% better. I seriously stock up when I go to Michigan. You Farmington area vapers are super lucky. This vape shop has everything and seems to have every mod, vape product and juice line before anyone else.

This place is great, they have good products, good deals and good customer service***. (***Minus the young blonde girl. She was really rude when I was trying to explain what I was looking for. She dismissed what I was saying to show me products I wasnt even looking for, only for her to tell me thats all we have. It wasnt even what I was looking for, I saw her attitude getting more and more aggressive, so I left without getting anything.)Ive not had an experience like this here before, and I know if the owner or one of the other workers was there, it wouldve been a complete opposite experience, because all Ive had here has been great experiences.Ill tell you right now, if I see her behind the counter, I will walk immediately out. Hands down my new favorite vape shop.The atmosphere is unique and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable, genuine and personable. Amazing prices on their collections. If they don’t have something you buy consistently, they’ll order it for you. They don’t over charge for mods or accessories. And they’re OPEN LATE! I work bizarre hours and am a total night owl, so this awesome small business has become one I can rely on. Especially in a current world where everything is closed at random times, and nothing is open late. Super happy I found them.

I wont go anywhere else. Great prices on everything. Everyone who works there knows the products and will help you make the right selection. Ive been to many stores and this one wins.Google prompted me to update this but they are still the best place to go. Not much to add other than they are the best place around. Needed butane and everyone was sold out. Thought Id try here and Im glad I did. It appears to be a house converted into a business so when you walk into the back entrance youre greeted by some stairs that go down to the basement or up into the kitchen. Walk through the kitchen then dining room and then into the shop. It sounds like itd be weird but somehow, it all flows and its not weird at all. Its actually a really cool spot. I was greeted by a gentlemen who was friendly and easy to conversate with. Luckily I bought the last can of butane he had on stock. The prices are good and the atmosphere makes you want to stay and hang out. Definitely recommended.

I am new to refillable vapes. They were Very helpful recommending a new vape device for me. Answered all of my questions and went through all of the options available. Excellent customer service and a huge selection of juices and supplies. They are not located anywhere near my home but I will definitely keep going out of my way to go here.

Man this place is awesome, from the history of the house this shop is in to Johnny and his knowledge, to the line of all the vape juice, mods and pods. This is a true VAPE SHOP, had everything and pretty much anything you need. My mesh burned out to my squonk mod profile rda, and he had me covered in the times where everywhere pretty much carries only pods, and has no knowledge of true Vape products. I will definitely be back to visit. I appreciate the conversation, knowledge and letting me set my profile rda in shop to get back on road to Florida. No need to go anywhere else. I promise youll be satisfied coming here!

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They are very helpful and this store has truly proven themself to be a respectable and trustworthy place to shop. I purchased a vape battery that at the time was advertising a lifetime warranty, the manufacturer went back on their word, but the staff at Johnny Weekend Company still honored the original warranty, and replaced the battery with one of higher quality-no questions asked. I highly recommend this shop, fantastic business practices and very ethical behavior from the staff

I have been patronizing this shop now for the last couple of years. I must say they have quality people and quality products. They have a variety to choose from whether you need a vape pen or just want to try out new vape flavors. The staff is great. The owner Mike is always very friendly and helpful.

Really nice friendly atmosphere. Good pricing with on the spot deals. Also carries CBD oil in one-brand which I tried. Not bad, but not as good as my regular oil. Ill talk to Mike though chances are hell get what I like if I ask him to. Thats how they roll at Johnny Weekend.

Came here with a friend whos also a regular and loved it! Low prices in comparison to other shops and had a near hour and a half conversation with the co-owner I dont know how it turned into a near 2 hr trip but I enjoyed every moment of it

This vape shop is hands down one of the best shops around, i live about 20 - 25 minutes away from this shop and i dont even bother going anywhere else. The staff are extremely polite, and always are willing to help. The staff is so nice! They always take the time to make certain you get exactly what you want, and for a picky vaper like me that means a lot lol. No joke, this is the best vape shop in Michigan. They have EVERYTHING. Staff is very knowledgable, and very friendly. After I found them, I havent gone anywhere else. No joke!They host barbeques, have raffles where you get tickets when you shop. You can win mods and juice and what not. They also have a punch card. Every 10 bottles of juice you buy, you get 10$ store credit, or 10% off.

Ive been vaping for nearly 10 years now, and have avoided physical stores like the plague. The pricing was always horrible, the hardware was always junk, and the people were categorically terrible.Then one day, I wanted to try out a Juul, and figured the prices were pretty much the same everywhere. I was really apprehensive about giving Johnny Weekend a shot, but Im so glad I did.The atmosphere is a wonderful departure from every other vape store Ive visited. Very laid back, nobodys ever tried to sell me something, no teenage cloud chasers trying to fill up the space. Just nice people (employees and customers) kind of hanging out.The owner (Im pretty sure hes the owner) is crazy nice, and really knowledgeable. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers, doesnt sell low-end trash that youd find at most other shops, and his prices are absolutely in line with what youd pay online with shipping -- but with the benefits of physically seeing what you want to buy, and being able to leave with it immediately.One of the things I really love about this place (besides the customer service and prices) is the selection. Uwell, Smok, Fuchai, Suorin, VandyVape, mods, squonks, pods, any gear worth buying is here. When Ive popped in for something new to the market, theyve got it. I dont know how, but Ive bought things from Johnny Weekend when they werent even available at places like VaporDNA, Element, VapeNW, or Breazy.And the liquids! Best. Selection. Ever. Their trial bar is decent, too. Everythings in a Nunchaku tank with disposable mouthpieces. Hell, I took my dad there who had never vaped before, and he ended up walking out with three different juices.This is a long review, I get it. But I cant say enough nice things about these people. Stop reading, drive to Farmington, and give them your money.

Ive been to almost every vape shop in 20 miles. Ive seen every type of shop; the full of high schoolers, the under fernished, the over done, the hazey shop, the mostly juice shop. Seen it. Nowhere have I had an experience as chill, helpful and fair than at Johnny weekends.The store is tastefully decorated with options from mech, salt, sub and intro vapes generally organized along the walls. A large juice selection adornes the wall behind the counter. Any question you have is answered honestly, and for beginners they educate you on coil care and assemble your vape to get you started.With a dope loyalty program on top and occasional raffles, its hard to imagine going any other shop. Wash it down with some classic big band music and you have a store that almost reminds me of my dads old go-to hardware store; Its homely, its trust worthy, and its welcoming. Just walking in is its own reward.

I normally buy my vape stuff online after reading a bunch of reviews and thats always worked out great. But I thought that for once Id give a local brick and mortar a shot when I needed a new vaping device in a pinch. My experience in the store was nice—the guy working was friendly enough and I really liked the quirky, homey environment of the store. After telling the guy what I was looking for in a device, he ended up selling me a Wismec Predator 228. Now, had I been shopping online, I would have quickly read that this device is an absolute piece of garbage. The 510 connector popped out after about a month of normal use. Then it started firing sporadically and sometimes sticking on. I now know that these are both well-known problems with the device that any research whatsoever would reveal. So they either willfully sold me a lemon of a device, or simply do not know much at all about some of the products they are selling. The kicker is that the device could be found for about 40% cheaper online too. I expect to pay a premium in a brick and mortar store and Im fine with that, but with that premium should come trustworthy recommendations and expertise.I recognize that part of the blame is on Wismec for the poor design, and part of the blame is on me for not doing research beforehand. But there is certainly part of the blame on this business, as they pushed me toward a product that is absolutely NOTORIOUS for being terrible and nearly always experiencing serious problems.

Was recommended by the staff at Wild Bills when they didnt have what I was looking for as they are switching over to primarily pod based vapes and they no longer carry batteries these guys do and the staff was vary knowledgeable.
