Cool People, they helped me stay inside my budget from the start, that was greatly appreciated, they explained everything about my new machine in words I could understand, answered all my questions, made me feel welcome, did not turn me away or make me feel any lesser when I said I only have X amount of dollars and can not go over.They hooked it up! I Love my new Mod, and my sales person made Shure I got the good battery with it as well, because that was important to me.They get five Stars all the way around, not my first time in their store, and the last few years they have treated my wife with respect and always made her feel welcome, with that alone earns my respect!Hopefully I will not be loosing my mod anytime soon....again......but I know if I do who will help me out and get me what I am looking for for a price that makes me happy, Thank You

One of my favorite shops to go to! This store has a great selection and the vibes are immaculate. Last time I was there I was helped out by one of the employees Erin. She did an amazing job on helping me pick out on the best flavors of vape and her personal favorites. Definitely will be coming back!

Friendly staff, awesome selection, and really great prices... especially right now with how expensive things are these days. I highly recommend not only the store but also the brand Sili which every vape Ive gotten has been top of the line flavorful, my favorite right now would have to be the Raspberry Pineapple. If youve been on the fence choosing a vape store, this would be the right time cause they are always having deals.

Had an issue with my delivery through the mail due to the COVID-19 I couldnt pick up my order however after emailing them of the items I was missing they provided me with excellent customer service and I cant wait to order through them again. Just moved out here and needed a new vape shop. So I looked through town found these guys who werent allowed anymore curbside pick up but mail delivery. I figured I try it and boom they had the 1 flavor I always bought in cali where as other shops around town did not have. Glad I found this shop they absolutely go beyond for their customers. Thanks!Update: Made another order and Due to the mail carrier sending my package back they hand delivered my items! AMAZING! For those who travel you can definately order from these guys they have a variety of flavors and im sure once COVID-19 is gone they will have plenty of stocked up items for everyone to enjoy! Expect delays they arent magicians but they sure do know how to get business done the right way! One extremely satisfied customer here!! (Juices are from second order reorder a few from first batch) The Blue Raspberry is amazing by vapergate and these guys have it!! Thank you Jarrod, and I cant seem to thank you guys enough!!Update update 4/5/23Still my go to shop they have limited supply for replacement parts and pieces, just bought a new mod by geek vape and tank a month ago and it works beautifully 😁 just bought a new $5 drip tip and it complements my mod. They have helpful employees that actually help you and allow you to smell the juices youd like to take home (usually end up taking home 2-5 juices) the 100ml-120ml are ranged up to $26 unless they have a sale then look forward to spending anywhere from $13-$18+ packs of coils range in price as well from $5-$7 for a single coil and $25+ for a whole pack but definitely affordable if your vaping as it is. Depending on your choices of juice or salts they have it all and if your not sure they will help you with that too so you leave feeling happy and confident.

I’ve been vaping for years. Placed an order online for a free base vape juice and coil that I know would work together. It was a Vaporesso Xros pod (1.0 ohm which does work with free base and any higher you would need a salt nic.) I go in and this kid with blonde hair and mustache tries to give me a salt nic version of the free base juice I got because “the coil wouldn’t work with it.” Made me mad because the salt nic version was 1.) Not what I wanted and 2.) $7 cheaper than the 120 mL bottle of juice I purchased. So when I asked to swap the pod instead in case he knew something I didn’t, this kid got mad and told me there was no point in swapping the pod because the juice I picked out was only good for a mod that was 30 watts or higher that would make clouds. And I know damn well that it’s not the juice that makes clouds, it is the device. And then depending on the device you need to watch out and make sure what juice it takes (free base or salt nic.) kid doesn’t know what he’s talking about. If I were the manager I would educate him or honestly get rid of him because he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.Edit:Went in to Planet Vape for the refund on 06/01/24 after the owner responded with “ We don’t have anyone with blonde hair and or a mustache that works for us. Are you sure it was Planet Vape and if so come by we will give you a full refund.”Rude response and when I walked in, there was the kid with a mustache which is funny after saying no one with a mustache works there. I will admit I got the hair color wrong, as he was a red head on the orange side but he definitely had a mustache!Owner asked management if I could take my review down but I’m not cuz that’s honestly shady to try and buy my silence.The owner also looked me up on Facebook (06/06/24) to follow up and honestly that’s creepy. Probably was gonna ask if I could take my review down but, I ignored it and left him on read.I have been going to Planet Vape for years and their employees as well as the owner just aren’t like how they use to be. I will be going to other vape shops for my vape needs.

They kinda went downhill a tiny bit. They got rid of their Clover app where i could get awsome discounts and now its a physical card they hole punch (most people will forget to constantly keep it on them when they decide to go to vape shop) and thats IF the employees will even tell you about it, seems like their prices increased and the vapes are of cheaper quality and lastly some of the employees seem unusually grumpy (some are cool as hell!).DISCLAIMER: they are still a solid vape shop and the owner is a good guy, but this shop not what it used to be.

As others prices are high, staff is generally nice. Selection is middle of the road, not the most but you can get coils and a new vape in a pinch. I think they pitch as the more upscale vape shop, I am low scale.

The young man (manager) that helped us along with a young female were both exceptional with their knowledge and help in finding the correct devices for me and my wife. This store has a ton of selection, awesome flavors and set up everything for us. Even showed us how to take care of them fill them and do everything we would need to our new vapes. HIGHLY recommend them for all your needs, everyone in here is super helpful and nice ... will be comming back

Jarrod is always super helpful! He tends to his customers needs and will even go as far as ordering something in if you specifically want it. When I say that Planet Vape has superb customer service, I mean it. I moved from Tennessee and I couldn’t find one place in town that had it. Planet vape was able to track it down and get it in the shop for me and I’ve never been to another vape shop since. 10/10 would recommend.

If you are thinking about buying product from this establishment do yourself a favor and do it. I ordered late at night and the very next morning someone personally contacted me and proceeded to let me know when my package was shipped. I already checked the tracking info and it is set to arrive in just 3 days! I have never ordered from a place that was so timely and polite.

I would give them more than 5/5 stars if I could. The owner really cares about his customers, and is extremely knowledgeable about every item in the store. He has many options to pick from for anything vape you are looking for, and the price is very reasonable. I’ve went to many of the vape shops around town, and I can definitely say that planet is the best out of them all regarding price, customer service, and product diversity.

Jared not only puts his customers first he is amazing at his job and he doesn’t look at it as only a job it’s a hobby a lifestyle everytime I go in there he does nothing but help me out and give me the best deals in town there product is cheap and great quality. I will start by saying the Owner is Amazing, first time in the shop and needed some help/information that most would probably shy away from, the Owner, and one of his employees gave me full attention in assisting me puchase a new device and explain how to opperate it as well.
