Jessi is a talented hair stylist and incredible business woman! I started going to her to prepare for my wedding day and she kept my hair clean, detoxed and beautiful leading up to my big day. My hair has never felt so healthy in my life! I also can’t thank her enough for her kindness in working with me and my chemical allergy that is found in conditioners and some cosmetics.Her salon specializes in organic products and she is always kind enough to have me double check the bottles and have clean brushes. This was so refreshing compared to other salons and makeup places where I was denied the extra support or they did not want to take the time to make sure I wouldn’t have an allergic reaction. Highly recommend checking out this amazing salon and team!

Jessi and her staff are amazing. My first visit was in September and I had not had my hair cut in about a year. Jessi takes the time to be sure you are getting what you want and that it works for you and your lifestyle, your hair type etc. I also want to give a shout out to her Hair Growth Oil… I had a bit of thinning around the temple areas as I have aged - and this oil has saved my hairline!!! I cannot use most of the “popular”products (You know, the ones that pop up when you google an issue) because of the ingredients. I have zero allergy issues with this oil, IT ACTUALLY WORKS, and it is a delight to use… Wait until you smell it… AMAZING. I scheduled my appointment for a haircut with great ease and timeliness, and the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with the warmest welcome, which continued throughout my entire visit! They maintain a professional, up to date atmosphere that is kept very clean and are very accommodating to their guests! I just got my hair cut today at Jessi Francis in Farmington Hills and had a great experience! My hair’s very long, thick, wavy hair that had gone much too long without a haircut. Irinie did an amazing job with my haircut, it looks and feels much healthier but it still very long like I was looking for. She’d also done a blow-dry with some straightening after and my hair feels very smooth and soft. Highly recommend!

Jessi Francis Hair Salon and Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Farmington. I have been a client since March 2024, when you walk thru the door you feel welcomed right away, the energy you feel is positive, calm & relaxing. My first visit was a facial and hot oil scalp massage with Shanti who is amazing, she listens to your concerns, addresses your issues, provides you with recommendations and makes you feel at your best. My next visit to the salon was for a hair consultation with Jessi who is incredible and the most genuine person you will ever meet in life. She truly cares for her clients and wants to help in any way she can to help you achieve your end goal. My last few visits have been with the sauna, and it has been so incredible for my skin, the difference it has made in the last 3 visits has been life changing. Last time I was in Nicole was just fabulous she was so helpful and when I expressed what I was trying to do with my skin and hair she was so knowledgeable and even gave me more tips that I could do at home. These ladies are truly amazing & incredible if you are looking for a salon to call your home this is it, you wont find anything better!

I can respect that Jessi can work her magic when it comes to women, however if you’re a man. Stay AWAY! I take pride in my hair, and figured that $75 towards her services would suffice a premium result. However, that is by far from the truth. I’ve tried my best in building a relationship within Jessi’s service. I was disappointed in three different occurrences. As patient as I am, I caved in hoping for the best. But in turn resulted in probably one of the most horrendous acts of customer service ever. The interaction opened with the basic request. How I visioned my haircut. Keep depth within the sides of my hair, and keep a decent length on the front to blend within my sides. Jessi proceeded to cut my hair, in turn botching the sides up to an unfixable degree. She then went on to say, she would have her employee come and finish the job. Horrible customer service, I’m paying for your service, and you can’t try to fix your own mistake? Knowing she messed this up. Her employee then got out the clippers, cutting my sides to an extremely short degree. This was not what I came in for, and not what I was expecting at all. Now I’m stuck with extremely short hair, and the worst cut I’ve ever experienced. Stressful sights only illustrate the true character of an individual. When things get complex for Jessi, she will exclude the basic care for her customer. I will feel the retribution of her actions, and there’s nothing I can do. I’ll just be a little sad for a couple months. Basically bro, don’t make this your spot. I’m not playing with you, so don’t get played by her. PS- I do respect you did not charge me, due to the retribution of your actions. However, I don’t care about money, I came in there for my hair. Now I’m stuck with this sorry appearance, for a couple months. Hair takes time to grow back. Don’t drop the ball on me, for the lack of care you’ve demonstrated towards me. Especially when I’ve paid $90+ countless times, for your service.

This is the best salon & wellness spa I’ve ever been to! Jessi is the absolute best she is so warm and welcoming and the atmosphere of the entire spa is so relaxing. I went in with damaged oily hair and came out with brand new shiny soft hair!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I went there for the first time last week. Jessi is super sweet and friendly which made me feel right at home. I immediately felt welcome and comfortable in her space. I was also pleasantly surprised how many services she offers! The vibe is relaxing and spiritual with a beautiful energy that I have never experienced at a salon or spa. She spent about 10 hours within 2 days to transform my brassy blonde to a cool-toned bright platinum with fresh layers. I was amazed how meticulous Jessi was with the foils and haircut. The results exceeded my expectations! Definitely recommend this salon, especially for color. She uses the highest quality color and products, totally worth the price.

I’ve gone a few times now and each time I go see her I’m shocked at how good it is! My skin is amazing afterwards. I highly suggest! Went in for a simple haircut, unfortunately it was horribly botched. The decor is tacky and serving sad beige mom, fake and commercialized spirituality, I would never recommend in a million years.

I had a prenatal massage done by Chris last week and WOW, I was so impressed with his gentle yet loosening techniques as well as his ability to make me feel comfortable every step of the way. Ive used Jessi as a hair stylist (my wedding and haircuts) and she is absolutely incredible, so when she told me she was opening her own wellness spa I was excited to check it out for some prenatal pampering. I cant reccomend Jessi enough, she is absolutely wonderful! I have very curly hair that can be hard to manage. Because of this I have a hard time trusting people to cut, style and color my hair. After my previous hairdresser moved out of state I found Jessi online. She had rave reviews so after contemplating it I decided to give her a try. I am SO glad I did! Jessi showed skill and confidence earning my complete trust on my first visit. Not only is she an incredibly talented hairdresser, she also makes it such a fun and unique experience each time I get my hair done. My hair has never been healthier thanks to Jessi!

I can not say enough good things about Jessi! I was very hesitant about going to a salon because I am allergic to PPD in hair dye, and was so excited when I found out Jessi uses all natural products without PPD. I was still a little nervous though because I wanted my dark brown/black hair dyed lighter, almost blonde to cover my grey better. I knew that this process could take several sessions and probably could be very expensive. Well Jessi exceeded my expectations!! My hair lightened so much and looked amazing when I left there that I do not need to go back until it grows out some! Not only is the color amazing but the cut and style looks great too. Jessi was very easy to talk with, which made the 5 hour session go by quickly!! I am SOO happy that I found Jessi and her salon, I will be back for sure!

Loved it here. Worked with Jessie for a haircut. I havent gotten one in years due to having really bad experiences and never getting the cut I want. But she really understood what I was asking for and I felt like she actually cared how my hair would look once I left and not just how its gonna look styled. She seems like a great and productive business owner. If youre someone who struggles to find a stylist to cut your curls I would go here. Ill be coming back as a repeat!

I have had a reiki massage with Nicole, eye brow wax and facial with Gianna, and hair cuts and color with Jessi. All of these beauties have made me feel gorgeous. They all clearly love growing in their roles and they are dedicated to learning. I always feel like I can be honest about what I am looking for and I do not feel intimated trying something new here. Jessi is so kind and open minded, and actually listened. You will feel more beautiful both inside and out (but especially out) when you leave her chair. She also sent me home with a hair growth solution that actually works. Gianna did an amazing job with my facial, I loved that she was able to be strong when she needed to and also use a light touch for relaxation. Nicole was so friendly and gave me tons of tips to take home and keep my body aligned. I have been going to Jessi for over 10 years. She does a fantastic job. I live out of town. When I found out she opened her salon, I had to get my hair done when I visited. She also makes all her oils and scrubs. Her spa uses all natural ingredients. I highly recommend her salon for hair or spa needs.

Jessi is an amazing hair stylist! I came to her with my hair in total distress. She listened to me and took time to understand what I was looking for and gave me several options to choose from. I’ve worn hair extensions for years and she helped me take my hair to the next level. She transformed my hair with a color correction to help give me the look I was going for. The extensions she uses are very high quality and she is very skilled at what she does. I came across Jessi through Groupon. The reviews and haircuts looked good. I was bit hesitant but I am so glad I got a haircut done with Jessi. She was very sweet. Super fast and the chop chop was done before I could change my mind hahahaha. She did an amazing job. Gave me some wonderful tips on my hair. She was through and clean. Jessi Francis health and wellness salon is unlike any other salon I have been to. The esthetic is bright, refreshing and clean. I usually don’t like being at the salon for long periods of time because of the environment. However, I was at Jessis place for 2 and a half hours and didn’t even realize it! I had two services done including infrared hair treatment and reiki. My hair was so soft, glossy and healthy looking after the infrared treatment. Jessie uses all natural, clean ingredients and she explained each step of the way which I loved. She was very gentle and caring towards my hair which I appreciate since I have sensitive strands. Next I had reiki done with Katalina. It was my first experience trying it out and if you’re on the fence about trying it, don’t think twice! She was extremely knowledgeable in her craft and was so focused during the service. This experience gave me great insight on my energy levels and was very relaxing. I opted for aromatherapy as well during the service to help me relax and release stress. I would definitely recommend this salon and the services to anyone and will be back! Unfortunately, my experience with jessi francis hair Salon and wellness was unpleasant. I would have given it a zero star if it were available.It was supposed to be a 60-minute facial, but it ended up being 45-min—a 25% reduction. When I questioned my aesthetician, she said it was because I did not purchase additional add-on services. She tried to sell me some add-on services right in the middle of my facial. She may be upset since I did not agree to pay for additional services. But taking away 25% of the service I already paid for is not the way to treat the customer. In addition, I wouldnt call the service a facial treatment. She skipped the steps to remove the blackheads and the steam part. When I questioned at the end, I was told blackhead removal was not necessary. She said the machine was not working for the steam spray part and the office manager said it was not always necessary. For the 45-minute (although I paid for a 60-minute) facial, the aesthetician spent half of the time getting the bottles ready and putting the towels and other things away. When I tried to address my concern with the office manager, she said there is absolutely nothing she could do because I purchased the service from Groupon. I do hope your experience will be batter than mine if you decide to go.

The infrared sauna was amazing. The space was peaceful, bluetooth capable controls. There was a walk in shower to rinse off in after the sauna, including high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I am definitely going back!

The infrared spa is absolutely phenomenal for muscle recovery and pain relief. I spent just 25 min in and had hours of relief. you get to personalize your experience the spa is Bluetooth compatible and allows you to play your own music in it! I can not recommend enough since I have been doing weekly treatments I have felt amazing.
