If I can rate it more than 5, I would! Meagan was absolutely phenomenal. I felt safe and she made me feel pampered. She is very educated and shares a lot of information in regards to my personalized facial. I would recommend her to my friends and family. When I left my session I felt so revived. Relieved and relaxed. Definitely a great first time experience here with her. I also have to give a lot of credit to the Front desk woman Mariellis. She had a very energetic welcoming energy when I walked in for information which led to my booking. Great place

She made me feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed and most importantly she asked me many questions regarding my health to cater my session to my liking and my needs. As I am battling cancer and had some concerns with certain areas etc. She explained everything to me step by step and continue to ask if i was ok. Hector’s hands are a godsend. But beyond that, he is really knowledgeable about the body and injuries. My shoulder has been hurting for months, after he worked it, I slept last night for the first time without much pain. Mary Ellis (sorry if I misspelled your name) but she is the manager at this location and she was so helpful, and although I didn’t need much pushing to sign up after experiencing Hector, lol, her welcoming personality sealed the deal! 10/10 would recommend!

So many amazing therapists in this location! I could name drop so many people who have changed my world. I have chronic pain and these angels male such a huge difference in my life! Today I had Elizabeth talk about skill! Lynn at the front desk always makes me feel like family.

My massage therapist, Leanne R, was excellent. She listened to what was bothering me the most and used the perfect pressure. She also gave me helpful stretches to use to help with some of my problem areas. One of the best massages I have had at Massage Envy for sure.

Welcomed immediately when walking thru the door! I was very comfortable with male masseuse. Felt immediately better with 90-minute massage. Will want the same practitioner again on a regular basis.

Thomas was great; what made my rating not the highest is that this appt was a rescheduled appt. However it was not rescheduled for the same service. I schedule a 90 min Thermabliss appt but was reacheduled a regular 60 min massage with no stones. So, as Thomas was telling me the ending time I brought this to his attention. He informed the front desk and got the stones- but of course this took more time away from my massage. Upon checkout I voiced my displeasure and expected to at least be offered something in return for this inconvenience but nothing was offered- not a free massage; not removal of charging for the stones: NOTHING but “we will see what can be done”. My membership will be canceled.

After weeks of not being able to book my regular therapist from the South Windsor office, I reluctantly decided to try Farmington. Toris excellent service and techniques made it the best decision. Unfortunately I had a negative facial experience with Keith. He really hurt me physically while performing extractions, and when I asked him to be more gentle, he did not comply and made me feel guilty.

Hector is one of the best masssage therapists I’ve worked with in years. He is able to target troublesome areas with ease and uses effective techniques to remove blockages and knots which sometimes restrict movement. Whether you consistently do intense workouts or simply hold stress in your body, I highly recommend him to keep your body on point.

My first time at Massage Envy (West Farm) was awesome. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful in walking me through the building, offering complementary tea and water, and showing me the enhancements. I booked my first appointment with Thomas G because I saw how wonderful his reviews were. In the past, I’ve gotten a few massages over the years , but only with women. Being this was my first time with a male LMT, I was a little nervous but I just want to emphasize how PROFESSIONAL Thomas G is. He was polite, friendly, and clearly a professional due to the techniques he used that I’ve never felt before with other LMT’s. At the beginning, both the receptionist and Tom G ran through what I’d be comfortable (and not comfortable with), and were accommodating to my severe nut allergy (they had a grape seed oil alternative). Throughout the massage, Tom made sure I was comfortable, and the way he draped the blanket made sure I was modest and covered as I should be. As a young woman, that made me SOOO much more comfortable and I knew he’s a keeper. I signed up for a membership that night and am excited to see the progress for my aches and pains. Thank you Tom!!!

I’ve been seeing Chris for a few months now and he is always amazing. His attention to detail and expertise has improved my body’s overall well-being and I’m so glad that I gave him a “try” back in the summer.

First, the rooms are very cozy and clean.The associates are courteous too, however, the services felt a bit rushed. I booked a 60 min facial. I spent 10 min answering questions, 20-25 min receiving the facial, and another 5 min after to discuss buying products and re-booking another service. I was in and out in less than 45min. I’m accustomed to a more therapeutic/relaxing facial but this felt more scripted and transactional.Most other places include a light head massage and/or light arm/hand massages, while being covered with a warm aromatic blanket, but that was not my experience. If given the option, I would score a 3.5 but I’ll round up to 4. I would’ve scored higher if I left feeling more pampered and relaxed.

Ive been coming here and seeing Mariam for a year now and my skin has never looked better. Mariam takes the time to listen to what my concerns are and makes recommendations based off of what my skin is needing at the time.

Yesterday was my first service from Massage Envy, and prior to that, I had gone to many spas for massages. I’ve always had great service at this location. All the therapists I’ve encountered are top notch. Whatever aches or physical issues I’ve had are addressed. Sometimes it’s just the need to rejuvenate after a hectic work day/week. Farmington Massage Envy is great and Tom is remarkable.Tom to the rescue … more recently I’ve been dealing with painful bouts of bursitis, and while I’m well aware that a massage treatment isn’t a cure all, I absolutely felt 100% better after my massage.If you’re feeling a bit blue a 90 minute massage will give you a fresh perspective. At least it did for me.90 minutes of escape and relaxation … the time flew by.Ask for lymphatic drainage during your next appointment. Something new @ ME.

I have had incredible pain and a long recovery journey after a car accident for over 2 years. I frequent Massage Envy but after an unfortunate session I was wary to return. Bryan was incredible!!! He targeted areas which no Dr. I’ve seen has, was very knowledgeable, and catered to the needs of not only my body but mind as well. I highly recommend Bryan. You are amazing!

I pulled a muscle in my leg. I was having trouble walking and crossing my leg to tie my shoe. I had a massage with Morgan for an hour. He put a lot of effort in to help with my pain. When I got off the table it was a little bit better but still painful. By the next morning it was 100% better I could walk again and cross my legs with no problem I highly recommend Morgan, if you have any Pain going on.

I can’t begin to tell you how much I look forward to my sessions with Thomas! He has like radar where he can find just the things that really hurt and make them better. He’s super professional. And always takes amazing care of me.

I purchased every product recommended to me post facial which my skin had a horrible reaction to, called and was told to lessen use/I could drive to any location to return if needed. I went to a location on my route to work and was told I could not, I was also told how I was instructed to apply product was completely wrong. Went back to this location to return and was asked to sit and wait until clients who hadn’t event finished their sessions were complete. Also was told I should’ve been able to return at first location. Disappointed with conflicting messages and service- would not recommend.

This is my second time in this location. The staff has been so great and welcoming. Marie was great, friendly, very professional.

Ive gotten four facials by Mariah so far. She is truly amazing. Her energy is calming, she is very knowledgeable, she has amazing massage hands and best of all she gives me RESULTS. I always look forward to seeing her AND she gave me a better massage than one of the massage therapist did which was unfortunate because the massage was a waste of money ill be sticking to facials. Go see Mariah for your next facial!!!

I look forward to my monthly sessions with Thomas G. Always a great massage. He listens to my concerns and spends extra time on areas I need. He has helped me recover faster when Im in pain and Im very grateful for that. I always leave feeling better and more relaxed than when I walked in. Highly recommend.The only thing I dont like about the location (all massage envy locations) is the direct recessed overhead lighting in the treatmentrooms. Light beams down directly into your eyes when trying to relax during a session even when they are dimmed. (Tom always great and offers me a towel over the eyes). I dont understand why they dont add small lamps with shades with warmer light bulbs somewhere in the corners of the treatment rooms for indirect softer lighting options like other spas. Just my two cents for improvement.

Excellent services both massage and facial. Hector and Kevin know their stuff. My only negative piece of feedback was the continuous upselling by the front staff. Too much conversation before and after.

The massage with Morgan was very good. The only problem was when I went to check out I found out that it was an extra $40.00. I have had hot stone massage and have never had to pay over my points. I have at least 20 sessions and normally they take 2 sessions off my balance. When I called I asked if this session would take off 2 sessions and was told yes never telling me I would be an extra $40.00. I know the aroma therapy is extra. The manager was not there for me to talk to her about this and she was not coming in till Saturday.

Absolutely love them , they never disappoint! Sad My favorite girl is no longer there “Elizabeth”. Surely miss her! But they got great new staff , Tom continues to be fanstastic! He always knows how to take care of those target areas. And Hector was just the absolute BEST today was my first time with him. Keith was awesome! Ive only ever had 1 or 2 facials in my life before, and I now feel like I want to make this my new routine! Wow Marie is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. She could sense exactly what my body needed without me even telling her. She took her time and really did an incredible job. I have never received a massage and stretch at Massage Envy like I did with Marie.My body and mind felt so refreshed after.

Absolutely fantastic and healing massage from I think Morgan?! Its been a long time since someones been able to really do what I needed and he did without me even having to ask! Ill be sticking around because of this experience.

Tom was great wasn’t sure of his methods but I certainly walked out feeling better, I thought it was going to be more deep tissue, but the pressure was perfect feeling great.. Massage Envy is the place to be!!

I had Bobbie for a 60 minute massage. It was my first time at ME, and she made me feel very comfortable, explained the process, and answered any questions I had. The front desk staff was also very helpful and checked me in promptly. The check in process helps them understand where I needed more focus and what Im comfortable with, which I really appreciated.

A very positive experience! Kristian, Dori and Savanah all greeted me as I entered the building. A very warm welcome. I was offered a cucumber water right away. My therapist was Bobbie. She was professional and friendly. She maintained my privacy meticulously and provided an outstanding hot stone massage. Nice ambient music in the background in a room that was slightly darkened. When she was done and I was nice and toasty she provided another cucumber water. When I was leaving Kristian offered a no pressure sales opportunity for me to become a member. When I declined she didnt get pushy. All of the front desk women nicely said good bye in a nice friendly way. I will go back for another massage in the near future.

I have been to several locations, since approximately 2013, and while everyone has been good my services in the Farmington location has been the best! Keith is one of THE BEST Estheticians and Morgan is an Amazing Massage Therapist for anyone needing relaxation, a deep pressure massage, or have any aches or pains! I highly recommend these two!

Had a joint session with my 11 grandson and was happy with the way things were kept private. Joint rooms but Bryan was very considerate of closing the door between us while disrobing. My service was very relaxing and my grandson actually fell asleep and I had to wake him! He’s hooked now😂

I was scheduled for a 60 min massage only to receive 45 min. In my profile I requested a deep pressure massage and that isn’t what I got. I mentioned this to the girl at the counter and she did compensate me charging me for a 30 min massage. This was my 1st visit to your facility and I don’t think I will be back.

She is focused on what muscles needs the most work and suggests a plan for my next visit to continue working on any of the tension areas that arent able to be released with one session. Shes the ONLY one that has been able to provide this great type of service since joining MEs membership.

The experience was nice while it lasted. The service was a chemical peel. It cost me 120.00 for about a total of 20-30 minutes total procedure if that. When you book it states an hour. The rest of the time is them talking to you about your skin type and other skin related topics this is where your hour is taken up. For the price I was expecting more facial experience. Disappointing and not happy with the price for what I got out of it. I will not be back for more.Sandy

I get my chemical peel done every month by Melissa, she is very professional, well educated and sweet. Also, Massage Envy follows COVID-19 safety measures to keep me and everyone safe and I feel comfortable coming back.

I usually go to Genesis, but I thought I’d get the hot stone massage. Genesis doesn’t do the hot stone massage (which I would strongly suggest to get). Tom gave me a wonderful massage with the hot stones which was soooooo good. This was my first hot stone massage and I will be booking more in the future between my regular massages with Genesis.I have been going to ME for years, first in Cromwell now in Farmington. Genesis is pleasant, listens to my requests and I always walk out feeling like a new woman.

Tom was on point on focusing on the areas i mentioned, especially my neck. His style is firm and at times deep pressures but i did not leave there with body aches. Will schedule him again. Thank youuu!!!

It looks like the management haven’t address the issue with the manager Kim because that’s exactly what happen to me when I tried to resolve the issue I have with them. I have called for appt and they told me I only have 30 min left of my membership and I wanted a 90 min session and was told that it’s ok to pay the remainder. But what they didn’t tell me was they will charge me 120 for the remaining time. They said it’s because I am no longer a member after that 30 min, that I have to pay the non membership fee… THEY NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT THAT PART. Be aware of this please as I have told my friends and they are going to be cancelling their membership as well.

At front desk great people but the woman who gave me the massage, Im not sure if she knew what she was doing I mean, I left with more pain and during the session it felt horrible. It was my first time and the last one, I think . Unfortunately, I bought a gift card for my boyfriend. Hopefully they do a great job with him.

Poor communicator. This is what I took away from our conversation with Kim, the manager on duty. Very unprofessional. I tried to reschedule, not cancel an appointment. She went on a rampage telling me over and over again she has to charge me a cancellation fee. (I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE, NOT CANCEL). Too bad we were really interested in buying a package.

Thomas was excellent and really worked out the tension in my stiff knotted shoulders. Genesis has great rhythm and flow, no sudden jerky transitions and I was relaxed after.

Massage Envy is a great establishment I received a facial and my Esthetician Keith was wonderful and very knowledgeable about my skin and the products, he let me know step by step what he was applying on my skin and it was an amazing experience I will definitely be purchasing more products for my at home skin care routine and booking more facials in the future I give this place and Keith five stars and two thumbs up

They will NOT address any of your issues. Beware!It started on 2/15/19, I called my Massage Envy store to place a freeze on my membership, the woman on the other end was very nice an emailed me the form to place a temporary freeze on my account. I emailed the completed form back on 2/18/19. I didnt hear anything so I emailed Massage Envy again on 2/20/19 asking them to confirm they received the freeze form and to be sure it was still ok to come in for my scheduled massage on 2/26/19. No response.On 2/26/19 I got to my Massage Envy store for my regular monthly 90 minute massage and they tell me that they dont have me in the system for that day and cant reschedule me right then because they were undergoing a software issue. While I was there I asked why I hadnt gotten a response to my freeze form email. Jessica Saxton came out and gave me her card. We confirmed the email address and she said she would look into it personally as well as have someone reach out to reschedule me for my February massage. I left the store.On 3/1/19 I emailed Jessica about an update and also stated I would like to cancel my membership since I have not heard from anyone at Massage Envy. Nothing. No response.On 3/4/19 I emailed Jessica again about an update and still received no response.On 3/5/19 I called the store, asked for Jessica and was told she was in a meeting and would be calling me back. Its noon the following day and still NO ONE has reached out to me in any manner.As I write this I have called my Massage Envy store twice during business hours and received voicemail because no one picked up.I would contact the owner, Anthony Vidal directly but I cant seem to find his contact information.Clearly the store doesnt seem to care about my membership.

My boyfriend being the kind man he is got me a gift card as a Christmas present because I’m disabled and have been needing some relief. He even scheduled the appointment for me. He definitely thought it was weird that they ask for a card to book an appointment but figured it was so they know you would pay. Nope turns out it’s so they can charge you the full amount if you cancel. Which after some investigation on there website isn’t even listed on that page. So my gift card was wasted on there dishonest business practices, to prevent them from over drawing my bank account. I would recommend going anywhere else unless you can afford to throw away money or not be ripped off. Oh and the manager who was supposed to call me back because she was gonna “get me in” never heard from her so add lying to the list of crimes.

Poor customer service. I gave my self a chance to try a nonclinical facial this time. I called them to scedule a same day appointment, and the employee on phone scheduled me on 7pm. After i cut a distance, I arrived to be shocked that my appointment didn’t appear on their system!!!! So with this business it’s very okay to scedule an appointment and to drive there to eventually find that your appointment wasn’t appropriately scheduled by the staff member was on phone with you even though confirming that the appointment was 100% scheduled. However, with all the miss was happening, all they say that they “were sorry.” At that point I didn’t feel that I was dealing with a business that respects its customers so I stopped dealing with them, because as a customer I like to feel that am valueble. Their staff is horrible, this business doesn’t care about emplooyeeing a well trained and professional employees that can contribute to customer satisfaction and boost their brand image. Very unprofessional business.
