All I can say about this hidden gem is WOWWW, rose is amazing, she made sure she used the right amount of pressure that I desired. The facility is clean and they took me immediately. You can book online or pay at the front. I will definitely be back to this place. Bliss massage will now be my go to place in massage. If you are sore and need a great massage, this is the place to. Today was my first massage ever, it was phenomenal. My husband booked me a 60 minute massage with Rose, she was perfect!! She got into the massage throughly and kept making sure I was comfortable the entire time. She applied the correct amount of pressure and was super friendly. I absolutely adored her. I am coming back monthly - my husband too. This is going to be our spot. It is just that good. Ive had two kids - painful epidurals and just the wear and tear of life. I walked out of there feeling brand new. I highly recommend this massage place. I think all of the staff is nice and friendly - I had Rose - so I can only testify to her services but I believe all of their massage therapists are awesome. Please go see them, You wont regret it!

I got my first professional massage today as a Mother’s Day gift from my wife and when I tell you Rose did a wonderful job! Even though my sinuses were bothering me I really love my first experience. So I will back to see Rose and this time with no sinus issues lol. Thank you :)

Post surgery for a month and my entire body was in PAIN. Found this spa by chance and in the capable hands of Ms. Rose. She listened. She expertly foucsed on my problem areas. Half hour into my 90 mins massage I asked her to pencil me in for another session for the following week. Best massage, at a very reasonable price point. Clean room and bathroom. Very pleasant and professional staff. And I cant say enough about Ms. Rose. Give her a try before you go anywhere else for pain relief in Fayetteville.

Had a couples Massage with Rose and Lin and it was a phenomenal experience. The massage was very high quality. I wanted deep tissue and Rose kicked my butt in the best way possible. The price was better than most studios in the area. It was clean and they were both friendly and professional.

My sister and law and I decided to get a massage for the first time ever. We were both anxious and also really excited to get one. Our experience from the time we got there, and the time we left Bliss Massage was a very pleasant and relaxing experience!We booked an appointment online, and as soon as we got there we walked into very calming and environment with relaxing, “zen” type music. One of our massage therapist immediately greeted us and were directed towards the massage rooms.& oh my gosh. This was the BEST experience ever!!!My sister in law is blind, and they were VERY accommodating for her. She also suffers from “Functional Neurological Disorder”, or FND, which can cause her to have serious muscle spasms. They were really accepting of that and did not mention this to be a problem whatsoever.Overall, it was an amazing first time experience and we left super satisfied with what we paid for. I had Len, and my sister in law had Bing Bing for our 1 hour long massage. They were soooo amazing!! We were so glad they told us their names because we will be requesting for them each time we go. We plan to go back every month now!!!

I booked a same day massage with Rose and I was extremely happy with my experience! I have a lot of experience getting deep tissue and sports massage and this was easily one the best Ive had in the past 2 years. Rose has an excellent touch, maintained consistent pressure, and worked efficiently to address all of the problem areas without skipping anything else. The location was clean, well maintained and the other staff members I interacted with were pleasant. Ill definitely try to schedule with Rose again in the future and recommend you book with her as well!

If I could give zero stars I would. My mom sister and I came here for Mother’s Day, despite the location being in a not so good area but everything went well. Decided to book again for my mom’s birthday and a take out aunt this time as well. I received a call a few days before the scheduled appointment saying they were canceling our appointment due to maintenance. So the day of appointment I decided to call and they were open. I asked just to see if they had anything available and they did at the same exact time we were scheduled. So I said I thought you had maintenance which is why I my appointment was canceled. She began stumbling over her words and said no we didn’t have maintenance. I asked why no one called to reschedule or apologized she didn’t say anything only that you now have to use the website to book. I let her know we will not be coming back and they showed very bad customer service.

The massage was very relaxing, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We got a couples massage, and it took my masseuse 10 minutes to come in after my husbands massage started. To the point where the other masseuse had to look for her. So, my 60 minute massage was really 50 minutes. Then they offered us water and never gave it to us. Thats not a big deal, but we didnt know that meant the massage was over. Just overall, it could have been better.

My mom, sister and I visited Bliss Massage for Mothers Day and we thought we had a great experience. I didnt like where it was located but it ended up being nice so we booked again for today. They called earlier this week to cancel due to maintenance my sister called today and low and behold they had open appointments at the time we were supposed to be there. When my sister asked her she said they didnt have any maintenance. They didnt try to reschedule or apologize, we are lost as to why. One thing is for certain we WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!! This is bad customer service and it seemed they didnt care. It cost nothing to be nice.

First time booking here, great people and great service. Once I came for my appointment, there was no waiting and was immediately being serviced which was nice. Rose was attentive and professional and would recommend her again. Definitely gonna be a next time

I scheduled an appointment got the confirmation email so I paid the 28 dollar deposit.. and no one is here for my appointment. there was a sign on the door saying closed Saturday and Sunday but will be open on Monday. I showed up ten minutes before my appointment and stayed fifteen minutes after my scheduled time. sent an email letting them know no one is here and called 7 times and still no response. I definitely want my deposit back and I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back here.

This is definitely a if there were no stars I would choose that moment. I booked a couple massage for 5pm on our one night a week that we’re without our son. We arrive to the appointment and are greeted and asked our name and to fill out standard paperwork. After which we are escorted to the room to undress. Shortly after undressing the front desk clerk knocks then enters the room (this will be the only time she knocks prior to entering). She then asks our name again and says she’ll be right back 🚩🚩🚩. We are skeptical but still looking forward to the massage. We then hear her having a conversation right outside our door about a double booking and are instantly aware of what’s going on. She comes in again to tell us that we are not on the schedule but to hold on. I proceed to get dress because we are already 10 mins into our 5 o’clock massage and don’t have time for this back and forth. As I’m dressing she comes in a final time (without knocking) to tell us that we have to come back at 7 since we are not on their schedule. I inform her that this is a mistake on their part and if I wanted a massage at 7 I would’ve booked for 7. They offer no other resolution and we leave, obviously with more tension than when we walked in.It seems to me that their system of scheduling is poor and instead of acknowledging the mistake they swear that I am in the wrong. I suggest you spend your time and money at a more organized establishment

I had very bad pain in my neck and upper back. I couldnt move without feeling it. Went and had a deep tissue massage as well as cupping. Had the best results I have ever had with a massage. The cupping relieved so much tightness in my back. After 2 sessions I was in no pain and felt a lot better than before the pain even began. I will definitely be back when needed. I would definitely suggest you give this place a try.

I called around town and Bliss Spa was the only place that answered and could see me the same day. I requested a deep tissue massage. My massage was excellent! My massage therapist was Jason and he was very skilled, proficient, applied just enough pressure as requested. I didn’t encounter any of the issues that are mentioned in other reviews such as bad smelling sheets, people in and out of the room and music being played on the phone. I literally went in for a deep tissue massage, and that’s exactly what I got. I was initially afraid that I would get a wimpy, half hearted Massage. And my experience at this place with anything but that. If you work out four times a week or are any kind of serious athlete, do yourself a favor and get yourself a massage. It is so good for muscle recovery.At the end of my 60 minutes I felt like a new person. I was so pleased that I immediately booked a an appointment for my husband as well. I highly recommend Jason if what you’re looking for is a high pressure deep tissue massage.

Went for the couples massage, they got us in the next day which was very quick. Decent pricing but limited communication before massage. Would like to go over tender spots or problem areas before hand so they know what areas to be cautious about. This was our first massage ever, they did get the lumps and knots. Overall a good place to get a massage.

I purchased the 60 minute deep massage. They immediately helped me at the desk, sent me back to the table and I had to wait max 2 minutes for her to get in the room. She was very sociable and kind. Would love to go back again. 😀

Don’t waste your money going to this spa. I gave it 1 star solely because they took us same-day, but other than that, I can’t say much positive about the experience. My girlfriend and I came here to run the Spartan Ultra race. When we got to the door, it was locked, and had to knock and call multiple times before anyone answered. We told them going in to the appointment (couple’s massage) that we had just ran 32 miles in the race and needed deep tissue massages to work out the knots and soreness. I also warned during the massage about the rope burns on my legs (because of one of the Spartan obstacles) and to avoid them even though I had covered them up for protection. She rubbed the burns anyway, which hurt tremendously and caused them to bleed. She also rubbed out my bruises instead of my knots, so I left the massage feeling the same, if not worst, than when I started. Also one of the massage therapists kept coming in and out of the room during the entirety of the massage. It wasn’t relaxing, nor do my muscles feel any better, thus my recovery process is going to be even longer now. Like I said, don’t waste your money here. Book ahead at a different spa to get the most out of your recovery.

I’m from out of town and was searching for a last minute massage; Bliss Massage was able to take me in same day! Although I was nervous about trying a new place, this was probably one of the best, if not the best, massages I have ever had! So relaxing and she worked on the spots that needed it the most. I definitely plan on returning during my next trip to Fayetteville!

The absolute WORST!! I’m still in PAIN from my massage!! She was super rough on purpose!! My husband tried to surprise me for my birthday so I tried not to complain but why am I now in pain?! The lady kept leaving the room so I did NOT receive my full 60 minutes!! The WORST I would NEVER recommend this place!!! ZERO STARS!!!

By far the worse massage me and my wife have ever had. From the moment we walked in, they didn’t give us instructions on what clothing we’re taking off. There was no pressure and no synchronization on body parts. They would bounce around from upper arm, lower back, hand, upper back, and lower arm literally! Then wouldn’t do the same massage on the opposite side. We paid for full body and my wife lady didn’t even touch her feet. Her lady was literally caressing her arms and legs than actually massaging them. We both put medium pressure and get professional massages all the time, but this one was something a 6 year old could of done better. Then wife lady kept talking telling her to breathe. We paid for 90 mins $210 was the original total with a $53 deposit. So we only owed $157 but charged us $183. They never mentioned the additional charges prior to booking. We literally paid $235 for the worse massage!! 0-10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Had a relaxing couples massage. They were able to get us in on a Saturday with only a couple days notice. The inside was clean, and relaxing. I had the prenatal massage and my husband had the deeper tissue. We both left relaxed and happy!

I specifically asked for a female therapist. My session was interrupted three times to use a translation app. Most people go to a massage therapist to relax and let the stress melt away, and I am no exception. I was off-put by the abruptness of the session and how my main requests werent even a priority.That being said, I was in need and the therapist did do a good job. Cupping was a new experience, and I dont know I would do it again, but it does feel like the procedure did help. I didnt like that when I let the therapist know I felt pain or discomfort, he didnt stop.Conclusion: dont promise me something and then leave me in a position that makes me feel vulnerable. A massage should never add stress, even if the outcome is favorable. I should never be told to expect one thing and then get another.

The price I paid after my massage was more than what I was told during booking and confirmation. She said it was for taxes but since when was tax $15-$20? The massage was good though.

I was dealing with a lot of pain from a physically demanding job. Everywhere I called could not get me in until end of January into February. My work hours and very unpredictable. Being able to schedule a day or two in advance was a big bonus. The massage therapist really focused on the areas I identified as my problem areas. I am so glad I went. I plan on booking a couples massage for my husband and I next.

I just left there. I can’t rate on a massage but I had set up an appointment via text, specifying exactly what I wanted. 90 minute prenatal massage with a female masseuse. I wasn’t told it was cash only, strike 1. I explained I wanted a female as I heard a male voice in the back. The receptionist tells me that’s fine. I explained on the paperwork I am pregnant. Next thing you know the male is calling me to back, mind you I just told her I wanted a female, so that’s strike 2, he then calls a lady from the back and the receptionist tells her Swedish 90 min, I say it’s a prenatal massage not Swedish. I get to the room and, it does not look relaxing what’s so ever. The lady doesn’t explain anything as far as clothes wise, she tells me to face down lol I’m 25 weeks pregnant with a belly lol she leaves and I just felt so uncomfortable. I walk out and let them know I will not proceed. I will not waste my money and time unfortunately. They seem like nice people but wasn’t meeting my expectations.

This was probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. I hate doing reviews but don’t waste your time. The spa music was played from a phone, you could hear doors opening and closing in other rooms, the massage oil had to have been baby oil. My skin absorbed it so quickly. The massage felt rushed or as if the lady doing it didn’t know what she was doing. The therapist wanted to talk and ask questions during my massage. There was the most annoying clock in the massage room that ticked the ENTIRE time. Don’t waste your time.

I went in for a prenatal massage this weekend. I appreciate the availability because I was able to be seen same day. I asked for a soft tissue prenatal massage but masseuse was rough. I kept having to catch my breathe. There was a language barrier so it was hard to reexplain my needs. I was also not impressed that no oils or massaging essentials were used. She strictly used Jergens and baby oil which I was surprised. Could of had a simple run down at home if that was the case. Not impressed.

My husband and I found Bliss Massage on the internet. Since it had good reviews, we decided to try it. We called and booked a couples massage and we are so happy we did. I had Dee but my husband did not get his massage therapist’s name. Both were amazing! We had deep tissue massages done and both ladies had strong hands. We may be sore tomorrow but Dee told us to soak a towel in boiling water with epsom salt and rub down with that. We had a great experience here and I would highly recommend Dee. 😊

This is a great place. As soon as i walked in greeted with a smile and taken right away , no 21 questions about weight etc. Mrs.lulu took great care of me and paid my lower back extra attention like i asked. They are blissful massage spot and will definitely return. Prices are fair too

The service is really great if you can catch them. The hours online are not accurate. Tried to come at 5 and they were closed on a Wednesday. Tried to go again on Sunday or Saturday at 6:50 and they were closed again. Super inconvenient when you want to get a massage after work. Just call them and verify before you waste your gas.

Freeman is absolutely amazing. I stand long periods during work and also have flat feet so I experience a lot of pain. However it is, Freeman left me feeling refreshed and truly relaxed. Very professional and makes sure you’re comfortable before and in the beginning of the massage for a positive experience. I will definitely return. I have been using deep tissue massage for over 20 years. I developed shoulder and elbow problems which could not be resolved by my usual therapist. I found Natasha more than two years ago and within three visits my pain was gone and has not returned. I have severe back issues which requires extensive work every two weeks, PT, medication, and chiropractic have all failed to relieve the pain. Natasha and staff keep me working, on my feet and still enjoying a very active life without surgery. You wont regret the treatment you receive at this establishment.

There was a sheet to fill out before going in that addressed everything from health to targeted pain areas.As you enter the room youre greeted by a warm intimate setting with soft aroma and soothing music. The massage table is neated fitted with clean matching color sheets including the towel at the face rest. There is a chair to also a place to place your things.The masseuse allows you to change and then comes back in on you in a few minutes. When ready you lie under the first set of sheets facedown. The masseuse starts of with a moderate pressure and adjusts to your liking. I went for the deep tissue massage and like it harder than most and the masseuse was spot on!The masseuse used an oil made with a mint and lemon. The smell was subtle that I didnt notice till my shoulders were being worked on when I was lying on my back. The masseuse had good communication and ensured I was alright periodically throughout the entire experience, but not where it was overbearing like some other places Ive visited in the past. Although the masseuse used what felt like just the right amount of oil not to feel too oleaginous, the masseuse made note to ensure to dry each area with paper towel after finishing each spot.The masseuse hit every targeted area that I noted prior to getting into the room with skill and precision. When finished paying was as easy as checking in(you pay after). I paid with my card. Friendly note there is a $5 fee for using card that is of course listed on their website.The masseuse also provided a bottle of water after as customary by most professional masseuse to help the kidneys and pancreas. Currently my best massage experience to date. I will definitely go again.
