Love the hot stone massage, highly recommend couples massage WITH appointment! Smoother process, Coco and Dee did our massages and it was nice + relaxing.

Exceptional massages for unbeatable prices. Ive visited Lotus 5 or 6 times now and every visit has been worth every penny. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I get the deep tissue massage and ask for 90 minutes. Dont let the old building stop you from coming here. Its always clean, the massages are amazing, and the prices are unmatched!

This place is a hidden gem! No gimmicks or fancy frills, just straight up good deep massage. Ms. Coco is such a pleasant, strong lady and i am so glad she did my service. She made sure i felt great during and after the massage. I am so glad i took a shot at this place. Gone are my sore spots and i feel so much better.

The young lady I had was incredible she did not miss a spot. I never and I repeat never fall asleep while getting a massage but I did today!! 10 out of 10 highly recommended and yes we traveled an hour to get there and will be back next month!! My husband and I went here for a 90 minute couples massage. I asked for medium pressure and my husband asked for deep tissue. We have been to a few other places in Fayetteville and this place was by far the best. Do not let the older appearance of the outside deter you from the best massage you will have. My husband has had more massages than I have and he can’t stop raving about it. We will never go anywhere else! Kelly and Coco is who we had…you won’t be disappointed!

Hands down it was the best massage I have ever had! Went in for couples massage for my birthday and walked out feeling incredible. Hands down BEST MASSAGE iv ever received. I came here before and got a foot massage. Im on my feet all the time and chose to take a chance and give it a shot. Yes the building it not updated but they are CLEAN, GREAT PPL AND DO A GREAT JOB. I came back for a full body massage and CoCo did an amazing job. For the review below mine that had a 1 star and talked about how it looks inside and cleanliness, that person was over dramatic in my opinion. This place is not dirty at all or even close to it. I highly recommend this place. Iv had many massages in my life and this was the best. Not only that both times I just walked in and got right in which is unheard of in this industry(from my experience)

Do not judge this place by the outside. I came once for the foot reflexology 3 years ago and ever since then I’ve been coming back! I really want to try the full body massage and based off the reviews on that they are really good. However, I’m on my feet a lot for work so I tend to only focus on the foot reflexology and baby it’s worth every single penny ! From the receptionist to the massage therapist everyone is so sweet and the environment is pleasant. Because of the location you may hear outside noise but honestly they are so good at what they do you will forget that you even hear it. Just go ! It’ll be worth it ! I haven’t been anywhere else since I discovered them !

Lotus Day Spa is hands down one of the best massage and facial spas Ive gone to. I travel often and often find my way back to this location for spa services. I have a bad back and require massages to help elevate the pain. They know exactly what to do and how much apply just enough pressure that I need to feel relief. Lets just say this is the one place to go to for a great nap. Relaxing and very customer oriented. You wont be disappointed.

Just like the old adage, never judge a book by its cover. We received a gift card to this location for Christmas and lets just say well be repeat customer to this establishment. The service we were provided was the 1 hour couples massage. They received us a little earlier than our scheduled time, got us in a room immediately and the therapy was top tier from there. One Swedish, one medium pressure. Hot stones, warm oil and towels for the excess oil, which came in clutch, perfect pressure applied, and a near chiropractor adjustment later and we were extremely pleased and relaxed. No question well be back. If youre in the need for a day away to relax and recharge, this is your location. I look forward to the future with Lotus.

The place is not fancy, but they have great customer service, and most of all, the massage is top-notch. My husband was having back pain, and it helped tremendously. Will definitely return.

I recently received a one hour massage gift from my granddaughter and spontaneously decided to call for an appointment last Thursday. The person answering the phone said someone was available now for a walk in so I went right away. Linda was the massage therapist. She is from China and does not speak a lot of English but she did an excellent job and I will definitely be back! The one hour included hot stones which was my first time using them. That was an awesome feeling as well. I am not a regular getting massages but this experience made me want to go back again and I plan to very soon! Thanks Linda!

Little nervous at first due to look on the outside, but dont let that stop you! Very nice people, clean bathroom and beds. Had the hour couple massage, mine was light pressure and husband was deep tissue. He said it was the best deep tissue he has ever had. Even using hot stones during the massage. One huge thing was using a hot towel to wipe down the extra oil left behind! No where we have been has done the hot towel wipe down. Always nice to support small businesses. Great first experience, we will go back!

Fair price for quality service. Lately, I have been experiencing tightness in my back muscles, and persistent shoulder pain. I had a very thorough 30 minute massage, and I absolutely loved the heat therapy techniques. I dont have anymore tension in my back and arms, the difference is incredible. I am going back for either the 60 or 120 minute services as soon as I can.

I refuse to believe these other reviews can actually be real. This place is absolutely disgusting inside. You know how they say don’t judge a book by its cover ? JUDGE THIS PLACE BY THE ITS COVER. Staff is unsanitary, building is gross and could use some re-modeling. I got a basic facial for $70 dollars, the “esthetician” had nothing set up. She basically played on face for an hour and then slathered what could’ve been Vaseline on my face. She put a mask on my face for what could’ve been 20 minutes. It was one of the masks you get at the dollar store. Her technique to apply the few products she did put on was pretty terrible. She barely spoke English, so it was a bit harder to communicate when whatever she put on my face was burning and I asked her to wipe it off. Overall terrible experience, writing this review to warn others. I don’t think anyone is licensed to be giving facials in this establishment.

At first looking at the dhop I thought ummmm no. Lol what the heck but boooyyy! It gives old school nail shop. I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage from Linda! I kept dosing off lol I will be back. I walked in, they were friendly. Unfortunately before you know it, the hour is over too soon lol I spent my Saturday building bunk beds, rearranging and redecorating. I feel much better now. Ready for the work week!

My husband and I called for a couples massage, and were able to be fit in the same day for our appointment. It was our first time at the Lotus Day Spa, and we were not disappointed! The staff was extremely pleasant and professional, providing great customer service. And the massage was definitely one of the best! We have had massages at other places in town, but this one was hands down the best. We will be coming back! I highly recommend!

The therapist did a great job on my Massage. She was well skilled, used hot stones and cupping techniques.Her pressure was good, detail and deep. She worked my back well and focus on my spine area to where my concerns were.Only complaint is she didnt speak English well nor were the rooms decor nicely or a spa ambiance as Im use to. Walls were plan with no pictures or decor and no heated table. For that I took a star but the service was still good.

I had an hour message today, half foot and half body by NaNa for my birthday and it was beyond AMAZING! Lotus deserves every star they receive. I will definitely be back in a couple weeks.I suffer from arthritis of the lower back and Ive had for surgery and was a little hesitant because every time, in the past, when Ive gone to Massage Envy and other places they have really hurt me and left me limping for days. Lotus was not like that. NaNa was so gentle and I was left feeling refreshed and like a new person. She used the hot rocks and they were everything! This is the place to go if you want a very relaxing environment and very knowledgeable technician!! She broke up all the tension and released all the stress I had built up from 6 kids lol. Loved it!

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. From the outside of the building I was not expecting the service that I got. I didn’t catch the name (bit of a language barrier), but I got the 90 minute massage from the tiny Asian woman. I love deep tissue, and she asked if I wanted “hard” pressure. I kind of judged her that she was too small to hurt me. Boy was I wrong. She worked those elbows in deep. When she hit my calves I almost came off the table, but she got things broken up and knots out that at least 4 other massage therapists have failed to get through. It was worth every penny. Will definitely visit this place again next time I’m at Fort Bragg. It was very clean and pleasant inside and the staff was very nice

This place was amazing. My gf and I was running late and they wasn’t rude about it or nothing. The massage was perfect we feel so good and the prices are good.

I recently came here for a European facial and i must say this has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. The towels that were used during my session were dirty towels, I’d wouldn’t be surprised if they were used towels. The lady that did my facial used excess grease on my face irritating my skin. Everything just seemed unsanitary

Made a last min walk in. They were prepared and very nice. The place was clean and a relaxed vibe. The two ladies at front were dope, and the massage was great.

No problem, I can add comments. My reasons for giving the spa 3 stars were hygiene and sanitation. There were two employees the day I was there that were coughing throughout the time they were servicing customers. Also the person that serviced me I believe had just eaten lunch and hadnt washed their hands before starting the massage because I could smell it on their hands. Neither one of those situations make for a relaxing pleasurable experience. However, the massage itself was good.

I came here today for the first time with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. We got an european facial. It was amazing! We both love it, so relaxing!! We also truly appreciate that they wore a mask during the facial. We will come back for sure, thank you!

The first time I went to Lotus Day Spa I’d been looking for somewhere to get a massage for weeks and a lot of places were already booked up. I was in tears, my neck and shoulders were so stiff I could barely turn my head. Immediately when I called they told me they had appointment availability that worked for my schedule the same day. Zake gave me such a great deep tissue massage that I felt so much better when I left and I was so glad I went. Since then I’ve been back at least 10 times and it’s great every time.

My husband and I got the couple’s massage and it was amazing! Great prices, we called and they were able to take us in immediately, and massages were great. This is officially my new massage spot!

This was our first time for a couples massage at the Lotus Day Spa. We had called other places and no one was able to fit us in for weeks. We were able to get in and enjoyed a much needed amazing deep tissue massage. Will be going back here on a regular basis.

Yall, I got the best massage here! I went in for a Swedish Massage and while it was full body it also felt like a deep tissue instead because of the depth and pressure my therapist applied when working out the tension in my neck, back, and shoulders. It was just what I needed. He made sure I was comfortable and even found some achey/tired spots I didnt know I had. After he worked out my tight muscles, I opted for the hot stones also!!! Yall, it felt perfect! He pinched pressure points and stretched my arms and legs, appropriately and professionally. I thought wed went over my 1 hour, but he managed the time very well and didnt go over a minute. It was an efficient and effective therapy and I appreciate it. The room was clean, I could hear the shop next door but it wasnt obnoxiously loud, and I didnt feel oily after. This spa has been in Fayetteville for a while and I regret not trying it sooner. They offer Shiatsu massage ( which I want to try next), reflexology, table massages and more Im sure. He was not chatty, which helped me to relax and enjoy the massge as well. But he did speak when he needed to confirm the treatment options. I believe his name was Siak or Zack who did my last minute decision massage and wow! They are open late so after a hard days work mosey on by and relax. Its reasonably priced and I will be back.

I did an hour couple massage with my husband, Frank was my therapist and I can say I feel completely relaxed and my body feels amazing. The environment was calming and the front counter staff was so nice! (And I loved her outfit).Thank you for the amazing massage and experience. Not sure where I should begin. I guess I can start at the bathroom since I went there first before my massage. The bathroom had cockroaches on the floor and there was no toilet paper in the stall. I should have left then. I had a male masseuse, which is fine but I don’t think that man was a licensed masseuse. It was given..he didn’t know what he was doing. He was just free styling on my massage and was pretty much doing random stuff. Normally when I get a massage I don’t want it to end. I was so ready for him to finish my massage that’s how bad it was. Only good thing about the massage was the heating massage table, and he stretched me at the end. Even the mints they have up front were stale. I am new to Fayetteville and from the reviews I thought this would be a nice experience, but it was not. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Decided to check this place out after looking for a place that did a couple’s massage. We called them to see if they had availability and they were able to book us the same day. Kelly was incredibly nice, her and Nana did our massage. This was the BEST massage either of us have EVER received. Forget about any other massage place, this is the place to go. The hot stone massage was incredible. When we arrived we were both in a lot of pain, but left feeling brand new. We plan on coming back at least once a month. The service was great and the people were very nice and professional.

I was practically falling asleep on Kellys table as she massaged me. Room was quiet and clean, everyone was really welcoming, and Kelly was a great massage therapist and Ill recommend her to everyone. Go check them out!

I decided to get a massage pretty last minute and went with Lotus Day Spa after reading some good reviews online. I made the appointment on the website for a 60 minute full body massage. I was immediately taken back to a quiet, clean room upon arrival and KWA was my massage therapist. When she started, she asked if I was okay, making sure I was comfortable. She got so many knots out of my back I didnt even realize I had! You can tell she takes pride in giving you a great experience. It was the most relaxing hour I have had in a very long time. I left feeling like a brand new woman! No one has EVER released pressure points in my face until today. This morning was my first time here but it definitely will not be my last!

Frank did an excellent job on my massage today. He did exactly what I ask for and made my 1st time visit top notch. I definitely will be coming back to him. He is the best!!!! The staff is very friendly and offer you a warm welcome as soon as you come in.

I just had a basic foot massage with my father for his birthday, and the entire experience was amazing! I have never gone to a legit spa for anything, especially since covid began, so this was a nice introduction to a somewhat normal world.:) My massage therapist was very kind and through with her work, and all the staff were kind and welcoming. My husband I booked a few day’s out for a couples massage. The salon is a small place and not extraordinary but the massage was wonderful. Had a deep tissue massage and the pressure was spot on. I am a crossfitter and needed the deep massage. Will definitely be back!!! Wei-Wei was awesome!!

When looking for the building it said Yucca spa on the outside but all indoor signage read Lotus Day Spa. Lotus Day Spa was incredible about getting my girlfriend & I in as soon as I called to request an hour deep tissue massage for 2. The receptionist was very friendly about getting us checked in while we filled out the assessment paperwork and waited for the room to be cleaned. The ladies performing the massage were polite and professional. They avoided putting too much pressure in areas of concern and put just the right amount in all necessary areas, even ones I wouldnt have listed on the paperwork. The ladies are very attentive to your specific needs and modify the massage according to your preferences. Highly recommend for your massage needs.

My best friend booked a girls day here and we got the combo massage. There was a little confusion at first regarding our appointment, but they more than made up for the confusion. They took us in immediately and were very professional. A lot of massage/spa places Ive been to, they want to engage in small talk that last the entire session, but not lotus. Lotus was very professional, they were not chatty, they gave us a nice, quiet atmosphere and was very attentive. I did not want to leave. Afterwards I felt refreshed, rejuvenated and at peace. I can honestly say they are hands down the best and I will definitely be going back.

I had Tracie and it was the best massage Ive ever had. She was skilled and extremely relaxing. My husband and I got an hour foot massage/reflexology. My husbands massage was way too rough and not relaxing. But 5 stars for me because Tracie was PERFECT! I will be back to see Tracie.

I booked a massage and called 3 hours earlier to see if I could come in 1 hour earlier, no problem. The lady was nice and I asked for firm pressure. From the hundreds of masaages that Ive received, it was just mediocre. I felt some pressure and after that, it was just massaging around with light pressure and some other tool to massage me. I felt okay afterwards, not like a wow. Maybe I needed to express I needed someone stronger, but thought when I stated firm hard that would have suffice. If Im in the area again, I would try one more time.

I had an hour foot massage with D. She was amazing!!! I am 9months pregnant and my doctor recommended to get one just to see if it would kick start labor, but I was so focused on just how the massage felt and relaxed that I didn’t even care about that lol I would totally recommend booking with her.

I recently visited this business to get a foot/body massage. Kelly was my therapist and as she was started the back massage, I immediately asked if I could have more time. Her hands are amazing (soft and strong). My back feels much better as she applied Chinese medicine to my back during the session which helped the stiffness within my back. Not only is her massage outstanding, she gives a very good foot massage as well. If youre looking for a very skilled therapist, call and make an appointment with Kelly today.

Found this day spa by searching through Google. All I knew was that they received very good ratings from the community so I thought they were worth a try. When I got there I was a little confused because the naming was different from what I found online (Yacca Foot Spa) and it looked dark from the outside with all the draping. But as soon as I walked in, Kelly greeted me with a wonderful smile and made me feel comfortable with my decision to go there. I chose the full body massage and foot rub, both at good prices, and spent the next hour relieving my back tension and muscle tightness especially around my calves and feet. She applied moderate pressure which is to my liking and kept me engaged with small talk. At the end of the session, i felt like a brand new person with my small aches a thing of the past. She kindly gave me mints and a bottle of water afterwards and, did I mention how nice of a lady she is? I enjoyed the visit tremendously and am looking forward to the next time.Come see Kelly for a relaxing massage when you are looking for one. She is excellent at what she does!!

A really friendly and helpful staff. Overall enjoyable experience. I had some stiffness in my upper and lower back, and after my session I felt great. The owner was conversational and had years of experience. Affordability was great as well as the service, I would reccomended without reservation.

I had my first facial and the place was quiet and soothing the staff knew what they were doing and the price was affordable. I had a well detailed description of the steps the lady did before she started and whiles she was doing my facial will recommend and will coming again.

On impulse I walked in for a foot massage. The room was comforting and relaxing. My tech, Frank, used the right amount of pressure. Five days later I went back for a full body massage with hot stones. Frank was my tech again and I walked out feeling relaxed.

I think I got the new guy, Frank. He is amazing, i got a total body massage for the price of a foot massage! Price outstanding also. Very firm hands, make you feel like you really had something done. I had an appointment this evening at 5pm. I arrived at 4:50 to find the doors locked and lights off. I messaged the company and waited until 5:15 before deciding to leave.My appointment was booked online and I recieved the confirmation email. I even confirmed thru the website chat appointment time and date. I drove across town and left work early for this appointment just to arrive to find it closed, then had the pleasure of driving home to raeford in rush hour traffic.All in all not a good experience, unfortunately.

There are plenty of places to get a massage around Fayetteville. This one is by far the best. The staff is very courteous, the location is clean and soothing, and the the service is amazing. Kelly is phenomenal. Youll walk away feeling like a different person each time. Prices are great, especially compared to other places around town that only want tips. My new massage place and my new masseuse lili is absolutely amazing! I Could barely stand up straight and the fru fru places of course couldnt get me in. A quick phone call and 15 mins later i was hobbling in absolute wonderful service, everyone was so friendly and my masseuse lili seemed to know exactly what and where my issues were and a hour later i was standing straight again and able to move freely. Miracle worker she is! So guess where my new place is? Thats right! already booked my next appointment! Thank you lili!!!!

Nana gives the best massage Ive ever had! Lotus Day Spa is easily missed, because of its location, but it deserves more recognition than it gets. Its definitely one of my favorite things about Fayetteville now!

My daughters and I had facials at Lotus on May 5 and we were completely satisfied with all three ladies (Kelly, Alley, and Sarah). Lotus Spa was clean and comfortable.

Visited for a couple massages based off the reviews. These reviews must be fake or paid for cause our experience was horrible. I don’t think these people are licensed massage therapist at all. My husband and I both are in pain from their techniques save your time and money

I was having a lot of back muscle spasms. They were able to get me in right away. I had an hour massage from head to toe along with hot stones during the process. They are very kind and want to help you resolve your pain. Thank you so much ladies!

Not impressed this time. Had an over the top experience last year. Massage mediocre. Only massaged our back side, was told we had to request if we wanted to be turned over. ??? Didnt get our facial as planned. Also felt we were overcharged compared to last visit. Disappointing.

Ok, let me say...This place does look a little sketchy from the outside. However, once you are inside they really do roll out the red carpet for you. I got the 1 hour foot massage. This also included a neck/shoulder and hand massage. It was absolutely amazing! I will be going again.

I highly recommend the Foot Reflexology if you have had a long week with work or the kids and need a firm touch. The prices are very much to my liking as I only paid 50$ for the whole hour and the staff are very warm and welcoming! Ima sucker for candy as I grabbed a tootsie rolI on my way out.
