I definitely recommend!!! I went for my first appointment today. I explained to Alphonso where I was experiencing the most pain. I went in bad shape, but felt 10x’s better after my session. He worked those areas range of motion, gave me tips for follow on self care. I will visit his office on more frequent basis. Thank you Alphonso!!
