Really beautiful renovation, and still just like the old Looking Glass, an awesome variety of product. Really cool, rare, and colorful pieces, all local or USA made, so paint quality is safe. As soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted by Sara Gracie. I was trying to decide what to get and she had another customer come in who she helped. I had questions so I had to wait my turn since it was only one employee but she thanked me for being patient and allowing her to help the other lady. She was genuine and kind and with that kind of service and personality you guys have my business many times over in the future. ♡

Very nice inside. Clean and spacious. The girl inside was extremely helpful and informative. She was honest too, could have pushed us onto a more expensive product, but like t us know there was a better buy even though it was cheaper. Good sign of well run place. Had a good variety of things and some products I havent seen at other shops. Prices are good, you get what you pay for. Worth a stop inside to find what youre looking for.

I will no longer come here for any of my glass or art needs, it used to be one of my favorite stores but I have not been in a few years. The other day I visited, was the only customer in the store, was not greeted when entered and when I asked for help there was a heavy attitude in the womans demeanor. I needed help with a specific item and they had no idea what I was talking about nor did she make an effort to understand. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted in the store. I was in sales for 3 years and I have never seen such lack of customer service and support since I did that day, so I walked out and took my business to a shop nearby, walked in and was greeted, and i got the exact piece that I needed within 1 minute with the friendliest service. That same day I visited 2 other shops in fayetteville to look at selections and even at those stores I was greeted when entered and assisted with no attitude, bought an item at both locations and left wanting to go back in the future, however I will never give my business to The Looking Glass / GLASS Smoke Boutique and I will tell my friends where to go elsewhere, because fayetteville has a huge selection of glass shops that have employees that care about the customer experience. This business needs to work on hiring associates with friendliness and customer service experience, because nobody should feel bad about shopping for glass.

LOVE this shop! Have been going here for years and have never left unsatisfied! The staff is super sweet too. Purchased a glitter pipe and it was defective as soon as I brought it home but I called and they offered to fix it/replace it which is really WONDERFUL! The first time I went here I had a really good experience, I wasnt sure what I was looking for, just a general idea. It was a clean, and well organized store, the employee was really helpful in answering my questions, asked relevant questions, and she also showed me a variety of goods that I might be interested in. I purchased exactly what I was looking for, and left with a smile on my face. I dont recall her name, but she was very pleasant to do business with.

The renovations are great, the shop has a professional feel and less head shop feel. They support the local glass blowers and carry some name brand products. The stores employees could be more attentive and less distracted by their phone. But overall i recommend this shop for all your glass and smoking needs. The products are moderately priced for the qualities.

The glass is usually always nice 10/10! but i havent been enjoying the customer service latelyi like sara and i havent seen gabby in a while, dynamic duothey both know their stuff and i feel like the newer people need more educationthe environment just hasnt been as comfortable to walk into

Went on Sunday with a friend and the young woman working there was pretty rude about my friend wanting to learn more about the swag bag they were offering with the purchase of a specific product. Too many other shops in town with excellent customer service to return to this one and encounter that young woman again.

My homegirl and I went in today to get a new piece. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about the pieces and where they come from. She was super cute and friendly! As my girl and I were checking out we were talking about piercings and she recommended we go over to Zodiac Tattoo Shop. Sarah’s awesome!

Good selection , some of the most beautiful glass ( The glass is pricey, but handmade glass IS handmade so it’s high quality)- but be sure if your buying vape/concentrate devices and plan to use the with your own vape to be sure they fit your 510 connection. The lower priced ones only work with brand specific devices.Luckily the owner was very kind and made an exception to the return policy and allowed me to swap it out with one that worked. Two trips, but it worked out. So, recommended, esp if your looking for nice glass.

This has been my go-to spot for over 7 years now. I can sum up their selection of glass in two words: quality and variety. They always have what I need, and the staff are some of the loveliest people you could ever hope to meet! 5 stars all day.

Not your typical head shop. Its bright, airy, and open. The staff was very, very nice and helpful. They have a good selection of papers that I dont always see at other local shops. They carry monq vapes and at this time I believe they are the only shop in Washington county that does.

Very Friendly on when I am just looking or buying. Have purchased three of the Water pipes they sell, each is still around in good working order as well as in its original intended beauty. I do suggest you check them out.
