I had a great experience yesterday at j&m vapor. I went around 4 yesterday and I was immediately acknowledged by a guy who I forgot to get his name, and another associate, named flowers. I was extremely indecisive but they were very knowledgeable and patient with me. Flowers helped me pick out two vapes and helped me pick out a flavor. They have great customer service which can be tough to find here in town. Not only that, but the prices are great! I’ll definitely be back! 😊

I’ve never been to a vape shop with such a friendly knowledgeable staff! Also great prices and variety! Once I had a mod that wasn’t working right; Johnna’s husband completely cleaned and rebuilt it for me right there as I watched! Handed it back to me and said, “No Charge “!!! This mod is still working great ever since!

Purchased vapes from new location in downtown Fayetteville and been a customer for years! Had issues with two vapes due to leaking juices and was told nothing could be done even though they were recently bought within 2 weeks and never even got a chance to charge them. I had to throw away the vapes(my money) with no compensation. The gentlemen in the store at the time did not seem to try to help. Not good customer service.

Simply put..the best vape store in Fayetteville, NC! The staff is knowledgeable and they are willing to serve you with a smile! I appreciate the fact that the staff acts professionally and they are always willing to help. Selection of products also an A+

These guys are the best. They literally want you to just be safe, upon seeing the state of my batteries, he said they rewrap batteries for free, and then he literally put back together my mod that was falling apart like a beast. Its been perfect ever since and all I was there to do was buy a new coil for the tank I literally purchased there. Bro they made my whole week. Id give 6 stars if I could, no joke. Baja blast in the can for .50 like wow

This place will always be my go to! They are super friendly. One time I had to go in by myself (I have very bad anxiety) and I was talked down on my anxiety attack and felt very comfortable. Another time I purchased a new vape and a couple days later it was having issues. They didn’t have another one to swap out so they gave me a loaner until a new one came in! Such a friendly family feeling environment! I will never go any where else!!!

I was drawn back by people telling me how low their juice prices were now, but found that once the sales tax and excise tax were added, it was practically the same as anywhere else. Selection was good though, so no complaints there. But hardware prices were a whole different story. Some gas spent getting to the next closest shop is well worth it.Didnt have a great customer service experience in the past. Not bad, but not great. At least two years have passed since then and apparently abrasive is the default setting for employees now.Nice looking, clean shop but parking was always a problem. Not their fault, just a function of their location.Final grade: C. If I need juice and am on a call in that area, they are definitely an option. If I need anything else or want good conversation, Ill keep driving.

Not sure who the guy was that helped me and my mother out tonight . But he was patient, answered all of our questions , kind , funny . The best customer service I have EVER experienced. He did not try to oversell me . Made sure Me and my mom knew how to use them Thank you J&M ! You have earned two regular customers!

Ive been going to J&M for 2 or 3 years now. They always answer any questions I might have with sincere patience! They always have a solution when I need one. Love me some Cat and Johnna but all of the family and employees are great!! 5 stars for sure!!

Lowest prices, most patient and helpful employees. It was a little hard at first to find this place, so I tried all the other shops. This is the nicest, non salespersony, keeps your items in stock, lets you test juices, awesome deal and points system place Ive seen anywhere. Dont let the small building fool you. I hear theyre moving to a better building anyways.

We happened upon this place a few years ago because the other vape shop we were going to was closed. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt right at home. The staff was very professional and courteous, with answering all of our questions. Now, its as if were family, but not the kind you dread seeing during family events. I cant imagine any other place Id trust as much to give me top notch info, instructions, and to keep me squared away with all my needs. Many times weve went in to get my fix (Kiberry), and his fix (Crimson Monk), and ended up staying for a couple of hours just hanging out and enjoying each others company. Theyre also great with our kids coming to hang out with us as well.If youre looking for a place with a great selection of products, and professional advice, this is your place. If youre also looking for a place where you can say its like a home away from home, youve hit the jackpot here.Did I also mention they support veterans? Well, they do. If you catch Mike, Chris, or Kat working, thank them for their service, because Im sure theyd appreciate it. J&M sends out care packages, and also support local charities as well. We love you guys, and appreciate all that you do for so many people...even the ungrateful ones!

There prices are very GOOD. I was in there this morning and got juice and coils. Always friendly. I call them the mom and the daughter. Both are great. Someone said there prices are high they are not. The beat the other shops in town and even some online prices. Great shop.

They charge a $1.00 membership to taste their juices, which is ridiculous. Their atmosphere is mellow but their establishment is located in Downtown so, its a drive from Hope Mills. Although it will serve in a pinch if you run out and youre down there at the time. Their juices seem to run approximately $5-$8 higher than most natural juice vape shops I have found so, I will stick with those.

I dont normally do google reviews and honestly never had. But this is the one store Ill honestly do a real one for you guys. Today my girlfriend and I went to vapemania and seen three associates from there store in there! Come up and talk and one of them hands us seminar tickets that they werent gonna use anyway. Ive been there about a half dozen times and honestly I keep going back because of how awesome yall are! I never will shop at another store ever again, even out of store you guys still treat people right! Thank you so much!!!

J&M is such a great little vape shop. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, exactly how a small business should be run.They go out of their way to provide a full line of juices and are always introducing interesting new lines and products.

I have been going to this store exclusively for the past 3 years. When I first moved up here and was going to different shops trying to find one I liked, I was told by an employee of a different vape shop that J&M was the best in town. These guys are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always make sure you have what you need. I have never been to a better vape shop than this!

To be honest I walked into the store thinking it was going to be like every other vape store around town. I thought they would be selling there products for 10-20% more than you could buy online. But to my surprise it was a mom and pop store. Walking in it had people inside but I was greeted right away and asked if i needed help. The prices were great, I would say the prices were on par with what Ive found online. But the thing that sold me was the fact the person helping me knew exactly what I was taking about. She knew everything about the RDTA I was looking at without even looking at the package. I asked about a few of the devices and she knew about everything they have on display, even a few I mentioned that they dont have. I highly recommend going to this store, you will not be disappointed.

The best local Vape shop for all your needs. Their staff knows what theyre talking about in every aspect of vaping, and are courteous and engaging. You find a great selection of juices and mods, and if they dont have something theyre perfectly willing to order it for you. The stores are kid friendly and they enforce a child friendly atmosphere. Visited here about 4 times and LOVE the owners/operators. Their customer service is spot on! Their knowledge and selection of products and juice is unmatched from georgia to north carolina to minnesota! They make feel right at home immediately. They are attentive to your needs. My favorite vape shop. They sell ejuice, many many kinds, as well as everything you need to get started. They have a bargain bin for when money is tight, which I love. This company also supports our troops via care packages! Veterans will feel welcome. I and other customers enjoy chilling in the store, (chatting with the nic tenders, trying a few flavors, etc) so it feels a bit like walking in to a bar or lounge.The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Ive had them wrap my old batteries twice, which they did gratis. For a small fee you can try flavors before buying, which is very nice!

I evacuated to the Fayetteville from Carolina Beach when Florence came through and unfortunately during that time the glass on my tank broke.. The people at this shop jumped through hoops to find a replacement glass but my tank was pretty old and none could be found. They set me up with a replacement tank that I still use to this day.Anyway they were great and I will visit again when I go back up there!

I love them. They are so helpful that’s it’s nuts!! I moved from NC a month in a half ago and when I got home my mom instantly broke my vape. I called from Atlanta to get help with my vape. The customer service was on point. The guy helped me all the way from home and wouldn’t stop until there were a solution for my problem. Turns out my vape had brain damage due to the drop and it blew the coil up so I had to get/change the coil and give it a lil lubrication on the coil. I’m so excited to start back using my twister vape. Great job guys!!

J & M Vapor is the absolute best vape shop in the Fayetteville NC area by far....and in my opinion the best shop I have been to. I travel and vape quit a bit and have been to numerous shops locally and out of state and can say in my humble opinion.....J & M is top notch and the best! Yes they have great juices, an outstanding selection of mods, coils, equipment, and everything vaping related but what sets J & M apart from their competitors and other shops is customer service. J & M seems to remember what so many other shops have forgot or dont give a damn about....and that would be that customer service is critical and the backbone of any successful business. J & M makes their customers feel appreciated, valued, and important to them. The friendly positive vibe the staff shows is amazing....and so refreshing. I was brand new to the vapeing when I walked in the door. They spent over an hour talking and teaching me about my set up. I love going in there . they talk to you like a person and not a sale. I was planning on spending at least $50 and they talked me out of spending money and just focused on the rig I had. There super friendly and well rounded on all levels of vapeing. A must go if you want anything vape.

Hadnt vaped in 18 months and needed a refresher course. Brought in old equipment and was taught how to use it again. Very helpful people. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Got me hooked up and on my way.

Been wanting to quit smoking for a long time. I knew nothing about vaping except what a few internet searches shown me. This shop had great reviews and now heres another one. Customer service was great. I got all the answers I wanted and answers to question I didnt even know to ask. Prices are great. Similar to online stores. I purchased a vape system that they recommended and Im very pleased with it. This is my vapor shop now, I will get all my supplies from here. Its also in a beautiful part of town.

Recently started vaping again after an almost 3 year hiatus. J&M has been my go to shop. The staff is great, knowledgeable and the shop is an all around awesome place.

That dont give a darn attitude you get when you come in is what I live for. They still nice tho. Unfortunate for me its awfully far. But whenever I catch myself downtown I stop by. I go inside. I sit down. And I cry.

Their prices are pretty good when it comes to coils but they charge an extra $6 (supposedly its some kind of tax) for juice but no one else does that.
