I tried calling the store a few times to ask a question but no one picked up. I waited awhile and tried to call back the same day, an now they have blocked me. Just to see I called from the house phone, it would ring but still not answer.

Seen this smoke shop while passing by and wanted to see the selection they have. When I walked in, the store didn’t look organized and everything was all over the place. Also rude customer service it’s like I was talking to a wall I wasn’t greeted or suggested anything they were just staring at me. Wouldn’t recommend coming in here unless you want to waste your time!!

The last three times I’ve gone and got Elfbar brand, I got fakes. I will not be going back. Spending 24 bucks each for them to be broken after 2 uses. The most recent one was obvious. A picture is listed. The bottom was cracked open too.

Vape island is probably one of the worst vape/smoke shops on this side of Fayetteville. Outside of their limited selection of just about everything, the quality of their products is sub par to say the least. One top of that, I’ve been on two occasions with two separate workers and each time they were very rude. Just basing my observation on the basic of customer services they fell short each time. No greeting, no suggestions, no promotions just a body in a store going through the motions. To add to the customer service or lack there of, my products were never bagged or handed to me just left on the counter up for me to grab. I completely understand why there is barley any traffic through that store despite being at such a convenient location . Fool my twice never again. It saddens to me such a profitable business being jeopardize due to management flaws. 1 star was being generous, I would not recommend at all.

Tralicia is dumb. Half of her complaints are not in the control of the store. This place is great. Im here like twice a week.
