Honestly!! Best massage ever! I couldn’t turn my head without feeling pain and I now can do that. All the stress and tension is gone. I felt comfortable through my session. Thank you Vivian Spa.

I needed to relax and relieve tension in my back and neck after camping driving and they were amazing. I was able to walk in within 30 minutes of seeing if they had openings for a massage. I didn’t get the masseuse’s name but she was amazing and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed after the session. Very reasonably priced as well compared to other massage places. I wish I was local so I could be a regular!

I love reading people have a hard time understanding their masseuse... Know YOUR place. Know where you are and the decent of the people who are willing to touch your over privileged self. ( we live in a world where translation is at our fingertips by the way )I have digressed from my point, I apologize; I can speak only for myself and the fact I will travel 1.5 hours to see the small yet powerful, wonderfully attentive, soothing masseuse.HANDS DOWN! Hard, Soft, vigorous to loosen muscles, light pressure, or to simply be touched - Hey I dont judge. Learn to communicate that for no one can read your mind.TIPS: To Insure Proper Service. - Yes - Tip the person willing to touch you.20.00 min is the LEAST you can do. FCS your treating yourself to a massage... you have the funds to tip the person doing it.

Worst, and most expensive, foot massage J ever got. And, the place smelled funky

I got a massage here recently and overall the experience was ridiculous. I could hardly understand the masseuse and she could hardly understand me. When I came in, she made me pay upfront. There was a $5.00 convenience fee because I payed with a card. The massage was decent, but after, I offered her a $10.00 tip and she urged me to tip her $20.00. Then I offered to meet her at $15.00 and she still wouldnt accept it. I can be somewhat of a pushover, so unfortunately, I gave in and tipped her $20.00 on top of a second $5.00 convenience fee. So I payed $80.00 for a 30-minute massage!!! Absolutely absurd. I will never come to Vivian Spa again and I urge others to look elsewhere as well...

My visit to Vivian Spa was truly a relaxing experience. The ambiance of the massage spa was so fresh and calming, it instantly put me at ease. The massage therapist who performed my Swedish massage was incredibly skilled and attentive. Every stroke was perfectly executed and left me feeling rejuvenated. I cannot wait to book my next appointment and bask in the great vibes of this wonderful establishment!

Vivian Spa is hands down the best massage spa in town! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The massage therapist was knowledgeable and attentive, making sure to address any areas of concern. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and left me feeling rejuvenated. I called to schedule and was told to just come in. I came in and was told she could do 45 minutes. The prices were different than online so I questioned her. She called out someone else who told me the prices were wrong and old on the website. She then told me they could only do 30 minutes (I wanted 60). The price for 30 minutes was double what was online and then they wanted a $5 charge for credit. I told them never mind and walked out. Very disappointing considering the reviews were fairly good.

I came through Flagstaff for a work trip and was looking forward to a nice massage. However, when I scheduled my appointment the night before they didn’t sound like a business. Also when I arrived the next day for my appointment, they didn’t even have me listed. She made me pay up front and them asked me for a $20 tip before I even got the message. I took my money and left instead. I strongly discourage anyone from booking here. Unprofessional and rude. Also the woman was coughing and spitting into the garbage while talking to me. It was disgusting

Decent price, clean rooms, and nice decor. My therapist was not very good at focus work on my neck, even though I asked three times and told her I had a tension headache. They also answered the phone twice while we were in session. Not a sketchy place though, like most spas in the area. We walked in while on vacation, and they saw both me and my mom at the same time. Her therapist did a great job on the swelling in her ankles from all the walking. The staff were really friendly and kind.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Their advertised prices are lower than what they charge once you get there. The massages were mediocre at best and the owner argued with us and tried to block our exit when we GENEROUSLY left a 15% tip demanding that we leave a minimum of 20% this after we had already been charged more than advertised price and received sub par service! No winner they had no customers. Go somewhere else!

As someone who suffers from chronic back pains, I highly recommend Vivian Spa. The massage therapist was able to target all my trigger points and provide relief that lasted for days. The spa was clean and had a calming atmosphere that helped me to fully relax during my session. I appreciated the kind and respectful treatment I received and will definitely be returning for another swedish massage.

This place was ridiculous, do not look at the reviews because according to the people there, there is new management. I went last night with my wife after making an appointment via phone call. Website says it’s $60 for 60min, well when we arrived they said it was $70 for 60min so I showed them the website and asked why, there response was old website and manager and that it’s now $70. I looked at my wife and said whatever we got a babysitter and we need a massage so I said fine but you should update your website and then they said ok that will be a $5 fee on top of the $70 each for convenience. Nothing was convenient, and they were rude. This is probably the second bad review I have ever written but I wanted to inform everyone that the prices on the website are wrong and they don’t care to change it or honor it. I wish I could have experienced the massage but because of the customer service and pricing I didn’t even want to. Please be cautious with this business because nothing is right. Hope I can reach people before waisting there time and money.

These ladies fit us in for a 30 minute couples massage right when they opened. She could tell I was tense on my lower back so she used hot stones first to loosen me up then communicated very well asking if it was too hard or comfortable. She was able to read the tension in my shoulders and adjust her technique. Definitely recommend!!

Called Tuesday morning for last minute massages after a long day of hiking Monday and they were able to set up a 2:30 appointment that afternoon. They didn’t take down our names or anything so I was concerned they wouldn’t remember, but they did. We got a 60 minute couples massage and it was very relaxing! It was my husbands first massage and he enjoyed it!

Before the appointment started, the therapist said I was late and I wasn’t, my appointment was at 4:30, there was a miscommunication, because the therapist thought it was at 4:00. Prior to my appointment no one informed me that cash was preferred as the customer must pay the credit card merchant fee of $5.00, and she told me this right before running my card and I had no time to even think about it or think about the tip. I had no cash with me and so the therapist did not receive a tip because I was not about to pay another $5.00 to run my card. The therapist I saw said she was there from San Diego for work, and she was leaving the next day. This therapist had no technique that had anything to do with deep tissue, Swedish or reflexology. I kept asking her to lighten the pressure and she didn’t adjust anything. The massage was not good and not relaxing. She left the room At least 5 times, not really getting anything, and just saying very quickly, “hold on”, while I’m laying there half naked. I just felt so uncomfortable. I’m not sure if they have sheets, but all she used to cover me was a very small Bath towel. Just not what I’m used to. Long story short, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place was bizarre in many ways, our first interaction with the personnel was awkward and did not understand what we wanted. They wanted us to pay and tip them first which I believe provided with poor quality service. I calculate the tip based on the service I received. Let’s talk about that, the staff talked most of the time and were laughing while my lady and I were trying to relax. Not sure who messaged me but she cannot be certified, her message using her feet at the beginning hurt and was constantly stepping on my spine. My back massage was more of a caressing my back and to top it off placed a warm towel on my back for 10 seconds and then removed it exposing my back to the freezing ac. I do not recommend this place.

My masseuse was good... but there were so many issues that I didnt enjoy myself, cant possibly give any more stars, and wont go back unless a lot of things change.1. If you pay with a card there, there is a $5 charge! They say its from your bank but its irrelevant - the business needs to find a way to get around that charge just like every other business. When I scoffed at the charge, she told me to walk over to CVS and use their ATM. I did that - cutting into my massage time - only to find that THAT ATM charges me $3! Later, I got another $2.50 fee from my bank in addition to the ATM charge, so I ended up paying even more than the original $5. This card-charge is something they should share with every single person over the phone before they come in for their appointment - I easily could have stopped for cash! Failing that, they certainly shouldnt recommend that you walk to CVS without mentioning that youll still be charged a minimum of $3 there plus your banks fees later!2. They have you pay and tip! before receiving your service. This is awkward and unprofessional. For a bad massage, I will tip 18%. For a good massage, 20%. For an excellent massage, 25%. I chose 20% since I couldnt possibly know. We should be allowed to pay and tip once we know the quality of the service!3. My masseuse didnt ask if I needed to use the bathroom before my massage.4. They covered me with only a towel. This was problematic on so many levels. My feet were never covered at all and they were FREEZING the whole time. Also, the towels are small and I am a large person (~200 pounds). I felt really exposed and uncomfortable the whole time, and sort of vaguely cold all over. What reason in the world could there be for not using light blankets as Ive had in every other massage in my whole life?5. Two employees came in to the building while I was getting my massage and both talked very loudly, seemingly unconcerned with this being a place of relaxation. On two occasions, they actually spoke through the door to my massage therapist who RESPONDED TO THEM through the door while massaging me. All of this was distracting and unprofessional.6. My masseuse left the room 4 times - 2 times were to get hot towels and stones (this is fine) and 2 times to go speak to one of the employees that walked in (absolutely not fine!!!). Even worse, on every single occasion that she left my room, she LEFT THE DOOR OPEN!! She knocked it to nearly-closed, but didnt latch it. Especially knowing that there was another person right outside the door, and being barely covered at all by this thin towel, I felt incredibly uncomfortable. At the end of our massage, when she left the room, she STILL didnt latch the door! I had to stand up quickly and try to wrap my towel around me and then close the door fully myself.7. I lost a few minutes in the beginning of my massage because of the CVS/ATM trip. Then my massage ended 4 minutes early. Losing 10 minutes on a massage really matters. Theres a reason you pay by the minute. I like a lot of pressure, and I think my masseuse was tired, but thats not how it works! All in all, I went to this place because it was a little bit cheaper than other places. But in the end, I got 10 minutes less for my money, and spent $5.50 on ATM fees so I dont feel like I ended up paying the same price for a less formal service. Even though my massage itself was good and my masseuse was really dedicated and friendly and gave good pressure, I wasnt able to really enjoy myself because all of these issues. If all of this stuff changed, Id go back. Until then, Id rather spend the wasted ATM fees on giving a bigger tip to my masseuse, and to feel warm and relaxed during my massage. As a final note, the communication/language barrier did make it somewhat difficult for me to ask for what I wanted. I think the barrier was small enough that it wouldnt have bothered a lot of people. However, I am really directive in my massages and like to ask for specific things, and my masseuse had trouble understanding my needs.

They always do a phenomenal job. I commute to flagstaff about once a week or so to run errands and try to get a massage whenever i have time. The gal here always is very thorough and does a great job. Highly recommend

Called ahead of time to schedule an appointment. Informed that only walk ins were allowed and no appointments. Arrived and I asked for the 60 minute massage where I was rudely informed that 30 minute only.” I said no, I would like the 60 minute massage. The woman replied, “You only a walk in, only half hour for you.” So I walked back out. Not wasting my time arguing for a spot. I say don’t go there.

This was quite possibly the worst, most awkward massage Ive ever had. All they have to cover you is a small, cheap towel. The massage therapist left me completely uncovered for most of the massage, including when she randomly left the room without saying anything and left the door cracked open while I lay there totally naked on the table. The massage was very rough and quite painful actually. Ive been having low back pain and mid back pain since I left. They charged me an extra $5 to use a card, which they never mentioned before I arrived. Overall, I felt super uncomfortable and couldnt wait for the massage to be over. I do not recommend this place at all.

Called on a whim for a couples massage. We were seen within a hour. I was extremely impressed with the skill of the therapist. She was able to find the trigger areas and work through them leaving me limber and relaxed. The wife enjoyed hers as well!! 10 stars from us!

Traveling on vacation and pinched a nerve in my neck. Thought we’d have to turn around at flagstaff to head home the pain was so bad. In desperation for relief at 7:30 on a Sunday morning, called all around to get an appointment. Not only did they answer the call but had someone come in early at 8:00 in the morning to meet me. I could’ve cried from the relief she brought. Thank you so much for working with me. Saved us from cancelling our vacation. I’m a massage therapist and this was one of the best massages I’ve had. Really made a huge difference.

This place is by far the best Ive visited ever. Very deep and detailed and the room was comfortable and welcoming. I loved every minute of the massage and Tina was very easy to talk to and very nice. I will definitely be back.

Dont waste your time. We called and made a reservation for one 60 minute massage at 3pm, and two 60 minute massages at 4pm. The next morning we called and canceled the 3pm appt because timing wasn’t going to work out but we kept the two spots at 4pm. We got to the location and the lady at the counter knew nothing about our appts. She then called her boss (in another language of course so we couldn’t understand her) and put us on the phone with her boss. Her boss then argued with us and said that we cancelled our appointment and that we were supposed to come at 2pm. We NEVER had this discussion. There was never a time we had anything scheduled at 2pm. She was very rude and clearly has no communication with her staff. They didn’t write down a single appt we ever made. We were really looking forward to an enjoyable massage while on vacation and that did not happen. Rather, we left very angry.

This is the best massage by far in all of Flagstaff AZ. We have tried different ones in the past but this is our go to spot for my bride and I to do a couples massage. These people are very nice and are very accommodating. If I could give more stars I would.

Went there had a massage and it was ok but what I did not like is after gave them a 15% tip they stood in front of me and would not let me leave until I gave them 20% and I was being nice . I told them after I gave tip to get out of my way or I will call the cops .I finally just walked out . To go there and release stress and they end up causing more stress aweful .Will never 👎🏻 go there again

Deep tissue massage. These ladies are up on the table and using body weight to go deep, just what I needed! They got my friend and I in at the same time last minute (were both female). Will be back if in Flag. Please note, this is Asian style, if you have issues with being uncovered or them working on your glutes and upper thighs, this may not be for you. That being said, its amazing how much pain/tension is in these areas. Broken English spoken here, be patient as they are friendly, knowledgeable (giving preventative tips based on our problem areas) and happy to help you feel better.

Great Asian style massage. I and my wife have been there twice. Both times weve had great, very relaxing, massages. The staff is very friendly and also very attentive to making sure youre getting a great massage.

They had no idea about a special listed on Google. Followed it up with telling me that they charge 5$ for using credit card and 5$ when I leave tip. I asked to leave tip ahead of time and the lady at the front started to negotiate how much tip I should leave. Dont waste your time.

Tina gave an amazing massage. Got almost all the knots out of my upper back. They were super friendly from the front desk back and the rooms were super clean. I will be a repeat customer for sure. You ladies rock.
