Midtown Smoke & Vape II LLC

Was having a great experience until I bought a Geek Bar Blue Mint Friday evening. It worked just fine for awhile then it started sputtering. It has 93% juice and 78% battery as displayed on the device. I know it’s not out of juice. I got more juice in my mouth than smoke and it didn’t last long. after I’d taken a hit, it would hiss and continue to hiss for some time after. Tried to take it back but the girl working Monday evening was super rude and said they can’t take them back. Not cool to sell faulty product then not offer some type of replacement for it. I’d settle for an Elf Bar at this point. 😒

I deleted my first review and decided just to edit it just a little bit as I learned some of the employees names. I don’t have any issues with Midtown. The shop is great. Wish they sold American Spirits. :( Prices could be better cheaper, however I do have issues, however with the people they have chosen to hire. Monica always has an attitude. Have seen her be rude to countless customers numerous times. Even yelled at a few for no reason. Josh is great. He’s like the only employee there that doesn’t have an attitude and always seems to be eager to help people leave satisfied. Always has the best recommendations and really knows the product like the back of his hand.There was a guy that used to work there, though I never caught his name that was very lazy mostly weekends and Monica had no issue talking trash about him either to anyone who would listen . But then again she even called her bosses pushovers, and people pleasers. Brooke is not that bad honestly, she could use a little shaping in the customer service department, but overall not terrible like Monica. Midtown has chosen to do nothing regarding these employees and their disrespectful behavior towards customers. I love all of the products, the selection the cleanliness of the store. It’s just the employees that they have there that make people think twice before choosing Midtown. It’s such a wonderful store. It’s just a shame that it’s ruined by the disrespectful employees that work there. If you get rid of those disrespectful employees that work there or maybe get them to shape it up their behavior it would really be the best smoke shop in Flagstaff and I would definitely vote for them to win that award. But until they make that decision, I will shop elsewhere for my nicotine products

Tonight I had a nice experience in this shop. Its very well stocked with devices and liquids from all brands. Brooklyn is a fantastic shopkeeper, and an amazing person. She advised me at best! Totally recommended!

I like their selection but their prices are just too much for me (almost $30 for a vape?!) but I also like the fact that when you get a vape and it doesnt work, you can bring it back and theyll exchange it but it seems like only the guy working in there will do it Monica never does it. Even though you can exchange the vape when it doesnt work, its still not worth the amount of money. They are definitely looking to make more than double the profit by selling these vapes at a higher price. ($28 for a Geek Bar, $26 for an Elf Bar, $25 for a Lost Mary, $29 for an Orion) Monica and Brooke definitely seem like they cant handle this job. Monica always has a snarky attitude and definitely tries to rush through people. She seems frustrated all the time based off her sharp tone and her constant need that yell at people. She needs to start taking her time with each and every single customer that comes in there, regardless of how long they take. I know I definitely dont like feeling rushed or listening to her get passive aggressive and snappy with people because they have questions to ask about certain products. Brooke is just too loud and obnoxious and a little over the top. She is not very knowledgeable regarding certain products.

Going into midtown is always my favorite thing to do, Monica and Josh always are welcoming when I come in, they help me with recommendations for flavors an to me it’s not just a vape shop. It’s a beautiful place with beautiful people. I have never felt so welcomed in a place till I walked in that shop if you want a vape shop that’s always fun when going in this is the place 100% wouldn’t go anywhere else

Had a great experience. Attendant was super welcoming and helped me pick out my first piece since I have limited experience. Did was super nice and friendly.

Very pricy. Go down the street to Trader’s to avoid the 25% markup they have on their vapes. the cashier did NOT like me questioning the prices. Have had good experiences but can’t go anymorePictures attached are prices from Traders, right down the road. The same vapes are $23.99 at Midtown.Would be a 1 star if I hadn’t talked to some cool people at midtown before!

This is the best vape shop in town. The owner and his staff are all super friendly and helpful. Such a great experience every time I come inn.

I just left the store, and Josh the owner treated me great!! In a day and age where customer service seems to have been forgotten, Josh remembered. He was quick, charming and gave me a smoking deal.(pun intended) So to anyone reading this I strongly suggest check out Midtown Smoke and Vape, youll be glad you did.

Been shopping here for a while now great people. Unfortunately, you hired new employees who are rude and need to have a little more knowledge of the products they are selling. Monic who was very reluctant to give me her name please learn to have a better attitude and customer service. I now see why my husband chose to not come in again and send me. Surprised that you made it past your interview with that type of attitude. Lots of other places to buy vape products in town wont be back. Please do better Midtown when hiring.

Been coming here for about a year now and the owner is truly one of a kind one of the nicest and coolest people I’ve ever met, makes it a very positive environment, if you need anything at all and he doesn’t have it he’ll order it for you and have it to you in a week true customer service is shown here!!The other co workers are amazing as well Monika and Malachi are always positive and make the environment great to be in all around, and are always more then helpful truly a great smoke shop here in northern az

Purchased some E-Liquid, got home to open it and it was expired by 8 months. Check your juice before you vape it! The expiration date wasnt on the box, but the actual bottle.

I was calling around this morning (New Years Eve!) Trying to find a place that had a Puffco Peak. This shop was 6th in my calling lineup, and was the only one to answer. Not only does he carry them, but he has the whole line up-Peak, Pro, Proxy, etc and all at the market price (nothing marked up beyond expected).I went in to get the Puffco Peak, and the owner at the counter was the nicest smoke shop guy Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was knowledgeable and helpful.He was also willing to order kilo bags of shisha, when another local smoke shop refused to even consider it.Between the above and the fact he does a military discount, we will no longer be going to the other place we usually visit. We will go here for now on!

Best shop and deals in town! This place has everything, Nic, devices, glass, CBD, papers, and anything else you would need. The cost is anywhere from a couple dollars cheaper for pods/juice to massive discounts ($50-150) on their high tier glass. One of the only shops to carry big brands of smoking devices (puffco, Cookies, La Carta, etc.) The owner is a super cool dude and puts in the WORK to make it successful. Highly recommend 👌
