Red star is awesome and my go to place for vapes. The selection is excellent and prices fair! The main reason I keep shopping at red star vs other shops is the manager Harley that works there. She is FANTASTIC with customers and always puts a smile on peoples faces!

Cool and friendly staff. Shop is clean and organized. Staff is really knowledgeable of all products and will make suggestions if you’re like me and never know what you want. They even have a flavor testing station to try out certain brands before you buy them which extremely convenient, I haven’t seen that at any shop before. Highly recommend.

If there were more stars to offer my husband and I would 5+ Stars. The staff is amazing with great product knowledge and a welcoming friendly environment. Katie and Harley have made us long time customers.

Such an awesome little store. I was on a roadtrip from Michigan and needed things for my road trip. The staff there was so nice to gave me detailed information on what I was buying and even made me try it before I left the store to make sure they were selling me a good working product, which really shows the company cares about their customers. If I come back through Flagstaff I will be coming back.

Very friendly staff. Great prices and great selection. I have gone here ever since I moved to Flagstaff and have not had a complaint, they are helpful and do their best to get you what your looking for. Even when there was an issue with a product I bought they did everything in their power to fix the issue.

This is by far my favorite vape store in flagstaff!! The staff is always very welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. They are not pushy with sales or upsells and have no problem answering any questions you may have. If you need time to think or just to look they let you do your thing and are ready and available when a question may arise. Was spending $80 dollars every two weeks at Red Star Vapor and really liked them, wanted to continue bringing my business to them. The first time I went in I got 4 disposable vapes including Funky Republic at $20 per vape. I came back in and the shop looked the same but a different sales person was working and told me the deal was still in effect but did not include Funky Republic because they are now $27 Dollars. I went to the smoke shop next to Walmart and got two Funky Republic vapes for $40 so I know they make money at that price point. My question is why throw away $160 dollars in sales per month for this and not to mention word of mouth sales leads out the window.

I was out of town on vacation. Stopped by to get coils and juice. Store was very clean and the tall girl with colorful hair helped us. She was very helpful. She had great recommendations and knows what she was doing. Would recommend whoever is in the area.

Really great service and knowledge from the staff at this location. Both Reece and Jen know their stuff and are incredibly friendly and patient. Reece in particular helped me get set up with an upgrade to my device, she really knows all the minor differences which was a big help.

Just went in today 5/20/20 because I have USAA I had my card frozen due to me traveling. well to top it I went because my mod fell and the glass that holds the juice broke. The associate working that day black curly hair(didn’t get her name) was super patient with me. She waited for me to take care of my situation helped me get a new glass and was super friendly. Basically I could not believe the customer service there. If I was her manager I’d give her a raise. You can’t get service like that everywhere. Red star vapor keep up the great work hiring exceptional associates and love your prices. You can’t beat them!

I absolutely love this place. The workers are always super nice and fun to talk to, in addition to being really knowledgeable about all kinds of vaping products, and theyre eager to help you find things and Ive even gotten some really good recommendations from them. Their house juices come in awesome flavors for a good price and this is the only place I know of in town that regularly stocks tips and coils for my tank. Im bummed that there isnt a second location on the other side of town near where I live since the drive is so far, but hopefully, one day there will be! Until then, Im willing to make the 20 minute trip just to get my vape juice and accessories at my favorite shop each month.

I was driving through Arizona and was running out of vape juice so I looked up vape shops in Flagstaff and called Red Star and I’m so glad I did! I was driving a large box truck and wanted to ask about parking and the staff was helpful from the get go. Very knowledgeable, and good at describing flavor profiles for the vape juice they have. Hands down this is the best place to go if you want to get started into vaping! I’m pretty new when it comes to vaping and am I glad I chose this place to get started. Counterfeit coils!! Im not lying, they do not have the holograms/qr codes on the boxes to check them. I wouldnt care if they were good coils but they have high nickel and destroy my mouth. Owner should serve time for this.

Because I wasnt impressed with other vape shops in Flagstaff, a sister in Chicago would get me what I need and send it to me. That is until yesterday. I stopped in Red Star because I wanted to purchase another Mod and was greeted by Reece with a smile and a willingness to help me out. I was so impressed with her! She seemed to know exactly what I wanted and needed and was so knowledgeable about all the products in the store. I highly recommend Red Star Vape for anyone needing vape supplies and wanting to talk to someone that is pleasant and seems to be truly wanting the get you what you want without any kind of pressure. Wonderful staff and this place is my go to!

This review has been a long time coming... let me tell you, the exemplary employees here highlight the importance of excellent customer service---a factor sorely lacking in many in-person retail interactions (getting worse each year). Since walking in a year and a half ago for the first time, this vendor has had my business exclusively for several reasons. It was immediately apparent how on the ball and ducked up each employee was in regards to knowledge of the *many* products available. It was evident they took the time to research each product and fully verse themselves in the industry, specifically how it was represented in the news and in the local legislature. Real dedication. I would be remiss if I didnt also mention the quality of their in-house e-juice and especially their in-house CBD cartridges. Bottom line: I leave this store each time in a better mood than when I entered. Thank you for the lively discussions and patience in regards to my endless line of questioning.

They were terrible and rude... i left frowning... but anyhow, this is about red starSo Im going to say that not only was the customer service fantastic, but their selection was awesome as well (very clean and organised too). The staff was patient and accommodating. The place is little spendy but everything in this area is. Its worth the extra dollar or two. Never go to Cloud slingers!

Been here many times and the staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I did recently come in to purchase a coil, and was handed the wrong type. I did not realize it until later that day. But when I came back in to get the correct one I was met by David, and he was more than helpful to correct the issue. Overall very helpful staff and great shop.

I stopped by Red Star to get some CBD balm, and left super satisfied! I wasn’t really sure what I wanted when I showed up, because I don’t know much about CBD products, but Katie was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the balm, which has been perfect! So Ive been here a few times now and also to many of the vape/smoke supply shops in town. This one is my favorite. Only when the green haired chick is working though. Katie or kate I think her name is. Shes my favorite!!! Super knowledgeable about my mmj supplies I need on the regular. Also she doesnt hover on you while youre checking out the new merch. Shes readily available when I have any questions.Easy to talk to. Which from when I used to be a supervisor/manager at local places this was KEY! Its also super hard to find in people in the retail world with people skills like this.I always leave better than when I walked in with her helping me out. Red star has the coolest chick on the west side of Flag \m/^_^\m/

Stopped in an hour before close for a new disposable, was in and out in 5 minutes. Don’t remember his name but the man behind the counter answered my questions, was very friendly and nice to talk to.

Horrible experience. I bought a second vape there after asking if I could return it and the ASSURED me if I had my receipt and original packaging I could. When I went back after not using but the packaging was open I was told I could not return it. The sign indicating it was at the very end of the store where its barely visible to customers. This was again after I had an employee tell me I could. The manager said just because you have buyers remorse doesnt mean you can return it. So giving out faulty information just to make a sale isnt a great way to run a business. Employees are only concerned with making sale and not about the customer at all

So, I am completely new to the vape world and was extremely nervous about picking a disgusting flavor or wrong Mg amount or paying too much. When I went in I had a TON of questions. Jordan was helping me and he was INCREDIBLY informative and knowledgeable. In addition to being a great sport when I joked, and being super polite, he showed me the top 10 and helped me pick a flavor I loved. I will be going back. They have earned my business for sure.

Going back from Modesto California to Joplin Missouri I found my batteries to be low. I had already exhausted my first set of 18650s and my second set would probably give out before I got home. Katie to the rescue! She set me up with a car charger and the price was very affordable! (About $14.00) I made it home the next afternoon without a hitch. Came in from Scottsdale while camping, busted my glass and unknowingly had the wrong coil in my tank ( for 2 weeks and it’s not even the same brand 🤦🏻‍♀️) bc I let the Scottsdale location replace my coil without checking. I was ready to just buy a new vape all together. The ladies there didn’t try to upsell me, instead they educated me, sold me a new glass, the right coil and sent me on my way. Highly recommend 🙃

I came into this shop with my girlfriend today. We both vape and I went in first and purchased my nic salt juice while my girlfriend went to use a bathroom next door. We just drove up from Phoenix. The girls working were very involved in a conversation with themselves and a co-worker who I assume was off shift. I asked if I could view a menu since I wasnt being offered much information to my questions but was told there is none. I made a selection entirely based on my own since all she told me was the names of the juice and not the actual flavors contained in each. I was quite dissatisfied with the customer service, as Ive been to this location before and felt welcomed. I purchased my juice and went next door to the gas station to buy myself and friend in the back seat a drink. My girlfriend went in sometime after and experienced the same customer service experience.After handing my friend his drink in my car, I went back inside the vape shop to ask if I could use their trash can to throw away a wraper from my trip. One of the girls looked at me and asked, you know we can see you right?. A bit confused, I asked what I did, she told me she saw me give my juice to the person in my car, implying I was buying for a minor. I was pretty shocked, but not as shocked as her face when I pulled the bottle of juice I just purchased out of my own pocket. They seemed to have no words after realizing her assumption was completely false. I was given no apology, I told them I didnt appreciate being called out for that. I was incredibly insulted and I will not be returning to any red star location in Flagstaff or Phoenix.

The staff (one in particular) was very rude. I will not be visiting again. Very disappointing costumer service none of my questions were able to be answered due to negligence. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless you want to go to a place that cares more about appearance than their customers. Also this store has a no children policy so if your in a hurry and have your child with you this is not the place to go they will not sell to you if you bring anyone under the age of 18 inside the store. I personally would rather go to a different vape shop than leave my teenager in a vehicle unprotected in the heat.

Broke my vape yesterday and went to this vape store. Matthew behind the counter was very knowledgable and funny. He helped me pick the right gear for my lifestyle. Ivr bought the juices there before and they are a great deal. Kind of cool store and great staff.

This place has no many options. If you are looking for anything they will have it. They have everything from pipes,bongs, disposable vapes, and rechargable boxes. Not only that they are getting CBD products but even some THC products. Couldnt be happier.
