A magically relaxing place!I went looking for a massage to help get my migraines under control, and I’m so glad that I found this place! I had a good feeling about them from right when I booked the appointment — they ask all about your preferences, from how much you like to chat during a massage to what kind of music you like to listen to. I’ve seen Yessi twice for massage, and the cupping has really helped loosen up the tight neck and shoulder muscles that contribute to headaches! I also just tried my first float and it was so relaxing and fun! I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Northern Arizona Massage is a local treasure! I have been with them for about 3 years and have seen 4 fantastic providers. Their space is clean, modern and spa-like and their staff and therapists are friendly, professional, and top-notch listeners. I have received prenatal services, hot rocks, and cupping with lengths varying from 60-90 min. I highly recommend Kristina, Claire, and Karol and would still recommend the other therapist that I have seen, but she retired. Book now!

A few days ago I had a full body massage by Sam. Best ever! Havent had a full massage since I left CA 2 years ago. She worked on an old injury site and some knots and they feel wonderfully loose. I recently started going to Audrey for my massages and I am so glad I found her! She has made my daily pain minimized substantially all the while being so attentive to areas where the pain stems from and the amount of pressure during the massage. I highly suggest anyone with reoccurring occupational pain (or really anyone, for that matter) to have Audrey work on you, you won’t regret it.

We were welcomed as soon as we came in, offered tea and electrolyte water right away. All staff members were amazing. This was my wife and I first massage and it was amazing. They took care of us super well and it exceeded our expectation. Definitely coming back again.

All the staff I interacted with was kind and helpful. Sam gave me a perfect full body massage before I ran the Sedona Canyons 125 ultramarathon. I was feeling lots of nerves and she created a calming experience that was perfect for both my mind and body. It helped me have a great race and finish strong. If I am ever in the area again, I will return.

WOW! Better than I could have hoped for. Emma is a master at what she does! My husband and I booked the cranial/sacral session with her and she is AMAZING. I only wish we were going to be in Flagstaff longer to try out the other services. Im pretty sure we will sleep like babies tonight!

Patty is IT! She listens, checks in, stretches, and knows which areas need a little extra TLC. Pressure was firm to deep, conversation was light, and atmosphere was serene. This massage was everything I needed to relax and also flush out tension.Ive gotten many massages over the years and never had an emotional experience. (Tbh, half have been just okay, some were good, few have been excellent.) Pattys energy brought out an emotional release in me, and I feel that this connection enhanced my overall experience by not only loosening up my muscles but, also by releasing tensed up feelings/thoughts/emotions.Im looking forward to going back next month.

Incredibly overpriced and discriminatory. Like I said incredibly discriminatory as you can see from their response, So much so the owner felt it necessary to have a race fueled fever dream argument with their self over a perceived applicant. How pompous and ignorant can you be ? INCREDIBLY it would seem there is No reason for such a dangerous business owner to be in operation let alone in a community

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and decided to do a couples massage. Absolutely fantastic experience! First time for both of us. Everyone was so friendly and we left feeling very relaxed.

I was not really sure what to expect with my first time doing a floating session, but it was AMAZING. I really wish I got the front lady’s name because she was such a sweetheart and made me feel so safe. I will definitely be back!

I went in for a float and didnt know what to expect. When I called to book my session, the woman on the phone was friendly, helpful and very easy to talk to. The facility is in the best location, its very clean, very calming and I cant wait to do that again.

It was amazzzzing! Yessi was great and she really worked on my problem areas like my neck. She even taught me some at home exercises on how to keep myself aligned after hours of desk work.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. What an experience, from start to finish. The building and atmosphere is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet, a very serene healing environment. My therapist Rachel was amazing, shes so kind and friendly and my massage was deeply relaxing and healing. They ask you some questions to tailor the perfect experience, like scent, sound, and pressure preferences, and it really made my experience unforgettable. Go get a massage, youre worth it.

I loved receiving a massage from Karol G. Her ability to relax my muscles and reach problematic places gently had me feeling amazing long after this massage. Her touch was fluid, gentle, but appropriately strong. Highly recommend, cant wait to get another massage.I did a float here too, clean serene and lovely environment.

I cannot say enough great things about Karol. Ive seen her twice now for intense problems with my neck and lower back, and she was so supportive! She listened to me when I asked for firm pressure, and answered all my questions about my problem areas and what muscles/joints she was working on. Each experience has been comfortable, relaxing, and I leave feeling like a whole new person. She also has a friendly and warm demeanor about her! If this is your first massage I highly recommend Karol to make your time more comfortable.

I got a deep tissue massage with cupping from Emily while on vacation. Hands down, the best massage I’ve ever received. I asked for DEEP deep tissue and she delivered. She was knowledgeable about muscle and tissue anatomy, communicated well, and perhaps most importantly, made me feel comfortable. I wish I lived in flagstaff just so I could see her every week. I had the pleasure of receiving a 90 minute integrated massage with the hot stone add on from Emily. Emily took the time to talk with me about what my physical ailments were and what I was hoping to receive. She did a fantastic job of focusing on my troubled areas while still giving a soothing full body massage. She made sure to check on me as far as physical pressure, and heat from the stones were concerned to assure that I was comfortable and receiving the best quality massage from her. I had an AMAZING massage with Claire. We are visiting from the valley so hot and my friend told me about this place. She said ALL the therapists are wonderful and I dare say no one has topped Claires work in my experience. And I get regular massages. Book and enjoy! This is especially true if you are dealing with any issues. She really worked out some residual tightness in my neck and shoulder.

When searching for a massage therapist after moving to town, I found this spot as its across the street from my work. I book a massage and was assigned Emily who turned out to be the best therapist I’ve ever had! Work puts a lot of physical and emotional stress on my body + I have some chronic issues but after a massage here, they are so much better! Emily is very attentive and notices the small details that make your body yours. She and the other massage therapists really care about their clients and offer their expert knowledge for additional after care if you have a specific problem. Book yourself a massage here with any of the therapists and be prepared for your life to change!

After several miscarriages, Kristina performed Mayan Abdominal Massage to break up scar tissue from my previous pregnancy. She coached me on how to treat myself at home between our appointments. I received a full body Lymphatic Massage from Claire and it was an excellent session!! Exactly what I was looking for. It was extremely cleansing, soothing and very relaxing! If youre feeling any lympth stagnation or need post opp surgery care, it was super helpful.

I love this place already! It was my first time getting a massage and Emily did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable. They dont talk your ear off during the massage which I really appreciate. All questions are encouraged and she made me feel like there was no dumb questions. Although I can be a very tense person in general she reminded me to keep calm, take deep breaths and always explained and communicated her techniques. This massage was long overdue and she by far exceeded my expectations. 10/10 recommend.

I had a massage yesterday with Erin whi was professional and personable. She took her time in the evaluation and asked what I wanted to focus on. Her hour sessions are truly 1 full hour of massage she doesnt deduct the evaluation or dressing time. She asked if the pressure was good check on my comfort level multiple times. I highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Kristina for over 8 years, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get the kinks and knots out and your tight muscles loosened up. She pays attention to your concerns and addresses them accordingly. I was also able to have one of my appointments with Tosha, who is new to N AZ Massage, and I am happy to say I wasn’t disappointed. She was easy to transition over to after years with Kristina, and I would absolutely see her again if needed. Ive been a regular client of Kristina Wulbern for about 2 years, and have only wonderful things to say about her skill as a massage therapist, her professional manner, and the massage space. She is intuitive, an active listener, and very responsive. Her technique is just the right balance between effectiveness and gentleness--I never feel pain during a massage, but always feel healing. Im 59 and have had hip replacement surgery and have fairly extensive arthritis and joint pain, and she has helped me greatly. Her space is beautiful and quiet, and there is always parking. On-line scheduling is such a convenience! Love her!

While traveling through Flag, I began having a tingling sensation in my left hand that I was able to trace back to a muscle in my very tight shoulder. In the weeks prior to that, I also had begun to have issues with upper leg pain which was hampering my active life as a runner and cyclist. Being active is my mental health therapy, so I knew I needed to act -- quickly.I found Claire and ... woah! She zoned in on all my hot spots like a magnet and went to work. The tingling in my hand is 100% gone and the tightness in my leg has subsided. It was the best massage I have ever had. I just got a massage yesterday and loved it! I struggle with scoliosis and have back pain almost every day from stress and tense muscles, and the massage definitely helped relieve some of the stress and pain. She focused on my areas that were most tense and I left feeling a lot better. She also recommended stretches and specific foam rollers that would help my back which I will definitely be getting. My wife and I just completed the Couples Massage Instruction offering from Northern Arizona Massage Therapy, and the experience was worth it!We scheduled an appointment via text, which was nice and easy. When we arrived, we filled out the customary forms regarding massage areas, medical history, and Rona-Safety questions.My wife volunteered to go first, and got to choose 3 body areas for the lessons to center around on herself. The therapist then left the room to let the my wife disrobe the needed areas, and lie on the table.Upon re-entering, she then began demonstrating a number of massage techniques on my wife, while I followed along with them in turn, essentially giving my wife 2x the massage, with the first half of each technique being by the professional. We then proceeded to follow this pattern for each area chosen in turn.We then switched, with myself lying on the table, and my wife following her instruction, on the 3 body areas of my choice.She was very patient and was able to provide some pointers and workarounds to help make things easier for the amateurs we are. She also recorded the lessons (to be digitally delivered later) (&& after asking for our consent to be recorded), so that we could go back and watch them later to refresh our memories!She seemed to not only want us to enjoy the experience as we were having it, but also wanted to make sure that we could continue to grow these new techniques and our massaging of each other into the future as well, which was super great!We are hoping to come back for another lesson, selecting different body areas, or perhaps sometime down the road improving our burgeoning skills further with additional advanced techniques.

Fabulous, professional massage. Kristina has been my massage therapist for the past two years, or so. She has just added another therapist to her practice, Tosha Tervo. If you are one of Kristinas regulars and are unsure about making an appointment with Tosha, I can say that I just had a massage from Tosha was extremely happy with it. Although no two massage therapists are exactly the same, you will detect considerable similarity between Kristinas and Toshas massages. If you havent had a massage from Kristina before, I recommend her, and Tosha, very highly.

Cant believe how much better I feel today after my massage with Kristina yesterday. Came in with terrible low back pain from lifting some things I should NOT have lifted. What a drastic improvement in less than 24 hours! Feel 100% better. Thanks, Kristina!
