Dont get me wrong I like this shop but stopped by today to get the Geek bar, one of the best vapes out. My only problem is the $27 dollar price tag, I found it for 18 or the highest $20 and that is just a little to much.

The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful in finding the perfect vape for me. He was knowledgeable and didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing things myself. He even did a how to demo to help me figure out the mechanics. Overall amazing customer service, and walked out with exactly what I didnt even know i needed!

I walked in and noticed the wheel of deals and was greeted by a young man. I asked him about his favorite flavor of Reds and decided to purchase it for $22. I remembered I wanted to get some juices for my boyfriend as well. He told me I wasnt allowed to get anything else besides the Red juice. I still wanted more juices for myself but was hesitant, as the young man told me I wasnt allowed anymore. I bought the one juice and walked out super bummed. I looked online for the flavor and saw it was $9.99. I also didnt get to spin the wheel of deals. Ive been shopping here for years. I love the friendly atmosphere! They always have what I need. I recently bought a new mod and the guy that helped me gave me the wrong ejuice. I came in today and Mikea hooked it up with the right ejuice. He was super helpful and friendly. I liked his high energy he had. I highly recommend this shop.

By far the best service and product selection youll find in northern Arizona. Ive been around the entire state, tried countless vape stores but Ive never felt the need to write a review till now. Hands down best around in my opinion. Danes awesome and knowledgeable.

I have gone to many vape shops but somehow I always end up going to either one of the stores. I say this because the employees are super friendly and funny and so I like to stick around and have them recommended me products that I eventually end up buying. The other day at this location there was a girl there working which I assume was new since I have never seen her there but she was super fun to talk to and made my experience so much fun being there I believe her name was Kaylee with the energy that everyone gives off. This place will not rip you off like Vapor Vortex or the other terrible places.

Got my first vape here. Cole was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain how to set it up and prime my new coil. Gonna recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues. A++++

We travel around the USA in a rv and stop at many shops and restaurants but as far as vape stores, about once a month for supplies. Many of the vape stores we stop in are empty because of the supply shortages. This store was full of many of the best popular brands, plus their house juices. The best part of our experience was the customer service. Even in a very busy tourist town, they were the friendliest bunch of young adults I have met in a long time. The young lady that help us the most out of all of them was very knowledgeable about the brands and tastes of the inventory. Cloud Slingers is the only vape shop I will shop at. Awesome selection of pretty much anything for vaping as well as awesome staff. Both Ben and Tucker are very knowledgeable and patient especially to first timers. Defiantly go see these guys if its your first time or if you just need supplies.

The customer service was good at first. When I asked to order accessories for my product they said they would but never came and the manager acted like nothing happened. It was demoralizing I used to think good things about this location and theres no refunds and theyre store credit is sketchy when ur exchanging for a different item but prices are cheap for juice all I can say thats good about the location

I give the business 3 stars because of the selection of juices and supplies. The staff have became rude on my last few visits. One in particular, Dan, talks to u like u are stupid and you should be lucky he is helping you! It is embarrassing when his friends or other customers are hanging out in the store and he is putting on a show for them. I know there is cameras; but idk if there is audio....hmmm. There is one staff member in the evenings who is very helpful, I dont know his name.

I come here for my vape juice. They always have it in stock. The juice is double the price of my regular vape shop but they are closer to my home so sometimes its more convenient. They do not carry my coils.

I use to smoke cigarettes and had never had an interest in vaping until I walked into the shop and Tatum helped me out. She hooked me up with a mipod and was so patient with me and was so helpful the entire time. I will only go to see her and have never had such an awesome experience like this one!

Since they changed their name and decided to let go of some of the former staff I am happy to go in either location and shop again. Decent juice line decent mods and tanks. Several of the newer mods and tanks they dont have but I still frequent them because they are by far the best vape shop in Flagstaff. Not going to find much of you are big into RDAs and Rtas like I am but for the everyday vape connoisseur theyll have everything you need.

I have looked around Flagstaff for a better vape shop then Cloud Slingers for a few months and have not found one that compares. They have a very large inventory of vape flavors and reasonable prices. There are two stores with great hours and helpful staff. The store I shop at most is on Steves and its almost always the same people who work there. I like shopping where I see the same staff over a long period of time.(6 months or more) It tells me that the owners treat their staff well enough that they stick around and usually appear to like their job which makes me more comfortable with the store and their products. They have monthly specials that they post on a board in their stores and if you are really tight on cash but just gotta get your vape juice fix, ask the guy behind the counter if they have any vape juice going out of stock or what I say is I got 5 bucks to my name what you got back there. The staff is way cool and quick to help each customer as best they can with no snotty attitude. The prices of their Vapes are good comparatively speaking. This much I know for sure, I priced a tear drop salt vape at a store by McDonalds on Milton in early August 2019 and then went and priced the same vape the next day at Cloud Slingers on Steves and it was ten dollars less than the store on Milton. Just saying....if getting a good deal for your money with plenty of choices and good customer service is what your looking for in a vape shop then Cloud Slingers in my opinion is the place to go.

This is the only shop in flagstaff I could find that sold anything the experienced vaper is looking for. Was able to go in and get the pre-built coil I needed, get it installed and had a great time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

After being a customer for at least 6 months and spending approx. $500.00 at your store I purchased a SMOK Priv v8 kit that did not work at all. I brought it back asking the staff to stand behind the product they sell and let me exchange it or upgrade. i was given some bullcrap about the co. policy of no exchanges what so ever and that the FDA will not allow it. In other words sorry about your luck but thanks for the $50.00. How in the hell can any co. act this way and say to a regular customer, sorry see ya.I will not be back and will be sure to spread the news about this to as many vapers as i know.I am only one guy but when you piss me off like this i am one loud guyKen

I even had the exact coil I needed in my hand (size and all) I will never ever visit this shop again. Seriously I cant believe this guy gets any business at all.
