I have had a wonderful experience at this massage envy. Yesterday, I saw Kayla to help with back and shoulder pain. She knew where to find all of the muscle knots!! I have also seen Rhonda at this location and she is amazing as well!

Kayla was great! Very considerate and attentive. She does deep pressure which is what I need. Macy at the desk does a great job coordinating and scheduling and making sure I dont miss my appointments. I look forward to every one!

Always have a great massage from Ty, he is very professional and has various techniques depending on needs assessed before the massage. He is excellent at deep pressure if requested. My wife and I have been doing back to massages with him and coming to massage envy for years on a monthly membership. The facility staff is very friendly, accommodating and the business is inviting and very clean. Overall great experience!

Highly recommend Naomi! I asked for work on certain areas and she delivered! She used the perfect pressure and was very intuitive during the session. Feeling so much better now!

Kayla is an extremely talented massage therapist. She has an amazing ability to follow the muscles and search out the knots and is very responsive and attentive to various changes in pressure depending on the areas were working on. Ive been a member for 10+ years and shes is most definitely one of the best experiences Ive ever had there.

Rhonda is amazing! She has been one of the only therapists which has maintained good pressure throughout the massage (I requested firm to deep tissue) and really made my back feel rejuvenated! She is also very nice and makes good conversation :)

April was amazing! I got a hot stone massage, and she did a great job, specifically, she honed in on a left shoulder issue and worked diligently to resolve the issue!!

Kayla is an exceptional therapist. From her knowledge of the body, her intuitiveness of finding all the areas needing release and care, to her unique, natural technique, she is a true healer. In the decades I’ve been getting massages, she is by far one of the best I’ve ever had. I always leave feeling so much more relaxed and healed. She has a genuine gift that is rare to find and experience. Over the years I’ve been scheduling with her she has made a significant difference is chronic pain I had due to 4 collapsed cervical discs that led to shoulder and arm pain. One by one she worked out the knots and contracted muscle tension that allowed recovery and range of motion improvement. She also took the time to research and learn more techniques to focus on my neck and shoulder to better treat me which were methods that no one has ever done and made the biggest difference in my overall healing. Kayla is a gem! I am so grateful for her care and skills.

Laurel provided a phenomenal experience!!!! My only complaint was that the building smelled very strongly of sewage and was very unpleasant and it almost made me reschedule, but the room Laurel took me to had a much better smell so I stayed.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is overpriced and under talented. Also, they short your massages so a $188.00, 90 minute massage is about a 70 minute massage. Lastly, don’t bother telling them what you need because they just do what they feel like doing. If you want a good massage don’t go to Massage Envy.

Jamar is really good. I hurt my back landing a flip badly and had trouble functioning for around 10 days. With one massage he made dramatic improvements. I’m almost back to normal. I think I’ll have one more massage just to make sure I’m back to 100%.I had been worried that I had damaged something. So good to feel nearly back to normal

Talk about a giant jerk around trying to cancel membership. My wife is trying to get her massage credits that weve paid for over the last 6 months. If you call and ask for a manager shes either not there, slow to call back if at all and if you dont pick up not available even when you call back. Try to cancel and you have to show up in person, then they say they wont cancel until a manager calls you to try and give you a hard sales pitch to keep it when you dont want it! No way to transfer saved credits and then after all this they are charging my credit card again when we asked them to stop.I will edit this review if the situation is resolved in a satisfactory manor, which will be the cancellation of my wifes membership and the return of at least some of her saved credits.

Everytime I come in I make sure to schedule with April and she always does such an amazing job! 10/10 recommend seeing her!

There are a group of therapists and some turnaround and it’s hit or miss on specific ones depending on what you are looking for… However I’m looking for Firm and Deep and trigger point and CASSIE is AMAZING. Highly recommend Cassie… 5+ Stars.Also it’s always super professional there and the Front desk staff is always very good.

Geana was friendly and did a great job with my dermaplane, leaving my skin smooth and glowing.

I am an ultra runner and Cassie finds all of the places that hurt and works on them until they don’t. I have PF and she breaks up all of those adhesions in my feet! Honestly, it makes me cry, but it is so great.

Jamar gives an outstanding massage. He really listened to me and what I needed. He was able to go deep in a gentle way that didn’t feel like too much. And he gave me some tips for stretching. Will absolutely request Jamar again for my next massage!

For the past 3 years, I’ve invested in my own wellness via annual membership at ME, and I’ve been thrilled with the value this has provided, and how great I’ve been feeling as a result. Tynika has been such an intuitive masseuse that has treated various aches and ailments, always leaving me feeling better following a visit. The staff at front are also very welcoming and helpful with learning about promotions and new services and features (ie- assisted stretching, etc.). I’m eternally grateful for such a great clinic and great people in our community.

Amalena, My massage therapist, is amazing and Stephanie always does a great job making sure my face feels like a 20-year-old again! Front staff are always friendly and upbeat. Absolutely a great experience to focus on yourself and get some self-care.

Ive been to massage envy for quite some time now and my last massage with Cassie was one of the best! Im 35 weeks pregnant and she still was able to find and relieve all my knots and sore muscles! So happy with my visit.

I felt rushed, the massage was not calming and it was not the full hour that I scheduled.

I had a massage at the flagstaff location by Fransisco on Monday night. He was 10 minutes late, and that ended up being a blessing…as my 90 minute massage was anything but therapeutic.I have had much body work and many massages over the years. I have never experienced a more awkward, inept, and thoroughly talentless therapist. He merely rubbed an excess of oil on my body without any plan or direction, missing body parts and obviously void of recognition of how to do even a basic Swedish massage.I found myself wondering how he passed his practice examination.My boyfriend bought me this $180 gift and it was sadly wasted at Massage Envy. A refund or a credit should definitely be considered.

My masseuse was Jamar. This is my second time going here and having him as my masseuse. I absolutely love his methods and pressure. He has unintentionally made me realize that hand massages are some of the best things in life lol. Honestly the place is so inviting and friendly and it truly is a place that I can just collect my thoughts while also having a form of human connection. Amazing place!

The masseur was good and helped to work out my knots. Was disappointed with the timing, I booked a 60 min session but the massage was only 35min. Yes I was running a bit late but the session started at 9.45 and finished before 10.20, nowhere near 60 mins. Was a bit pricey for this timing.

Francisco was amazing! I felt so relaxed afterwards. My achy neck and shoulders were no more! Wonderful!

The massage that I received was great! Charmyane did a great job! She took care of all the knots and even asked if the pressure was ok. Then the power went out , and she kept on working. She adjusted the tablet light enough to see. Shes great!! Too bad for me the massage was only an hour.

I hadn’t been able to get in since the beginning of the year due to staff shortages. This was the first time I had an appointment with Jamar. He was excellent. He always let me know what was next. The massage was not too deep. His emphasis is along the lines of sports and, as I am athletically inclined, we spoke the same language. We talked a bit about benefits of hot stone, which I wish this establishment offered, versus cupping, which sounds like this establishment might begin to offer. I have another appointment scheduled with Jamar and I am looking forward to it.

When you get what you ask for that is a 5 star massage! I was hurting and wanted to relax before going home to bed. My therapists hands showed confidence from the first touch. I will be happy to return soon.

Someone gave me a gift card, so that’s why I came here. First timer. I had a wonderful experience! LACEIA was an ideal professional. I had an hour long session to release the stress tension in my shoulders, neck, upper back, and feet. Everything she did was helpful. She took my feedback well. I told her she can be heavy handed, cuz I’m like a brick haha. + lil extras like warm wet washcloths. She used a variety of techniques with different muscle groups; intuitively found knots I didn’t even tell her about or knew I had. I felt WAY better after the appt. I’m def considering joining their monthly membership plan.

Alexandria did a very good job in providing a deep tissue massage & adjusting to how sore my muscles were. Her experience was evident in how she gave my massage. Keep up the good work!

I had an incredible experience - not only does he have a ton of functional knowledge about anatomy and the source of all my muscle strain, hes also just an amazingly personable and experienced masseuse with a warm, calming attitude. Honestly, talking with him was the highlight of the session, and I left feeling better body and soul!Id also like to thank Bekah at the front desk, who went above and beyond to clear up a minor scheduling issue and was just a delight to work with. I would definitely recommend this place if youre looking for the best deal on a same day appointment youll find in Flagstaff (and trust me, I called all of them). 5 stars doesnt do the experience justice.

I had a 90 min massage appointment for Friday August 5th. Alexandrea said in the middle of my session do you mind of we cut our session to 60 min. I said I did not mind. She did say if anything was wrong or something. I asked her, but she said it was fine. I asked the ladies at the front if she was alright. They said she had a headache when she came in. I think she should of went home if she did not feel good. They did give me a free enhancement.

So impressed! I got a 60 minute facial with Christiana today and it was amazing! Not only was she super friendly and professional but she was very knowledgeable and helpful with identifying areas of my skin that need a little extra love outside of the spa. I left feeling completely relaxed and spoiled from my session. I would definitely recommend her to anyone & I will go back to see her again!

Friendly and professional service along with affordable pricing made choosing a membership a breeze. Clean, comfortable and relaxing rooms. My therapist was incredible. She took the time to listen to what my health needs were and gave a great massage. Looking forward to my next visit.

Briahnna is a great massage therapist! She listens to you needs and works to target the problem areas and doesn’t just go through the motions and spend more time in an area but works to resolve the issue. Stretching, trigger points and various massage techniques she has helped my aching back improve significantly. I have had the same issue for many years and I’m seeing change. Thank you Bri!

Jamar paid close attention how I responded to both pressure and direction, my massage was the perfect introduction back to my self care routines.

Beware of booking online. I booked a massage appointment online for a massage 6 hours in advance. Within 30 minutes they called claiming they do not have availability. The 90 minute massage price was going to be $180 ($170 with the add-on of Rapid Tension Relief), I was willing to pay more for the same service that I have a membership for with a massage therapist in town just because I am in that much pain due to snow shoveling. What a lousy excuse of a business that has the mission statement of “To keep your body working by making massage, stretch, and skin care an accessible part of your daily wellness routine.”

Skeptical as most as I do enjoy a good spa day.You are paying for great services here no so much the amenities so don’t expect a hot tub and steam room or luxurious locker room.I have been a member now for over a year and go as often as I can. All the employees are so nice and helpful, always a smile one their face. The therapist, Briahnna, I’ve used has been excellent! Just the right amount of pressure and fluidity of their massage is perfect.

This is always a place for a great massage. Yesterday I also had some stretch therapy. Both were excellent! My therapist was named, Sage. Try to book a few days in advance.The facility has ample parking and very close to a salon and grocery market and homemade bread store.

We enjoyed being members here for many years. However, for the last year or two weve had countless bad experiences and just recently ended our memberships. Weve had therapists smell like cigarettes, talk for 60-90 minutes straight, Ive shown up and had to leave because my therapist was running 20 or 30 minutes behind, my husbands therapist wasnt wearing a bra at one appointment. When youre alone in a room touching a stranger you would hope theyd be a little more modest and professional, it made us both pretty uncomfortable. The front desk workers are very sweet and professional, but we just dont want to go back. I suggest supporting a local professional over a chain, thats what well be doing.

Chloe was wonderful. She gave you time to relax and she even engaged in good conversation. Afterwards, she even gave me water to make sure I was all good. Would love to see her again.

Disappointed in my massage as well as the options of therapist. My therapist was very sweet and I’m sure she did the best she could but it felt like I was being tickled by ladybugs and I was there to get a massage. I do massage for muscle therapy not for fluff and sleep time

Great masseuses! The therapists only make $25/hr of what youre paying though so if you love their work, either tip them or quietly ask if they do work outside the clinic.

Jamar always does a great job even made me fall asleep (so embarrassing on my part) I usually will make an appointment with him if he is available

Had Bri as my massage therapist for the first time and it was the best massage that I have ever had. She is very professional and thorough. She’s definitely an asset for Massage Envy.

MY MASSEUSE FELL ASLEEP about 15 times during my massage. The one star goes to the receptionist for handling the matter as best as she could, but I still could not be more disgusted by my experience at Massage Envy in Flagstaff today.I told the masseuse that my neck and shoulders were my main concern and that I would leave the rest up to her expertise. The first 5-10 minutes were fine, but it quickly became apparent that she wasnt experienced, or at least that was my first thought. As I was lying there I couldnt help but think of how inconsistent she was. The pressure was really firm and then a suddenly no pressure at all for 2-5 seconds, then firm pressure again. When I could tell that she was seated and the sudden pauses became more repetitive I started thinking that she was falling asleep. I didnt want to say anything because maybe she was fresh out of school and was still learning. However, when she moved from my shoulders to my feet I looked up during another sudden pausing and saw her leaned up against the wall with her eyes closed. Are you falling asleep?! Her first response was no, which was quickly followed by Im so sorry. Thats so embarrassing. That woke her up. She went maybe two minutes over the scheduled session and apologized again when I was walking to the front.I get it everyone makes mistakes, but FALLING ASLEEP while Im paying for a service!? This was BS! Even when she was awake the massage was still terrible. When I lived in Phoenix I went to the massage therapy school and the students there were FAR better than this girl.To make matters even more frustrating, they still charged me $49. The receptionist did apologize and offered to schedule me for a free massage, but I have no intention on ever going back here. Not only did I waste an hour of my time, but I walked out of there more tense than when I walked in.Im not a member, thankfully. I was planning on joining, but after this experience I will never go back here. I will gladly pay the extra $20 or more for a professional relaxing massage.

Sarah, the young lady at the desk, was friendly, knowledgable, and helped me understand the service options - which led me to join Massage Envy.Wendy, my massage therapist, is excellent. She not only listens to what I say I need, she asks good questions that help me to be clear with her and myself about this. When she works on me, she is very intuitive and seems to know just where I need attention and what level of pressure and intensity. Ive recommended her to others, especially my daughter, who has reported back that she like Wendys work very well. Do not fall for their promotional ads! This location has cancelled 3 times because of no therapist. They gave me 3 credits. I have cancelled my agreement with them. They will have charged me for 5 massages that I have never received by the end of my agreement. So sorry.Beware!

Ive been coming here for 2 years and I plan on renewing my membership. Jim is my go to therapist, because he has great fingers and excellent pressure. Very professional, have never had an issue. I once came in late and there was no issue.

Today was my third massage ever, 2nd at this place with Emily. So I dont have a lot to compare. But Emily is thoughtful and an excellent communicator. I feel comfortable and she seems aware of what I ask her. I will be requesting her again.

I cancelled my subscription in August 2019 and they have still been charging me every month! When I signed up for a membership I was told by the girl who signed me up I could cancel at anytime. NOPE! anytime after a year, in the tiny fine print of a multi page contract. I finish my year and hold up my contract. Go through ridiculous hoops to cancel. I had to talk to the manager of the store as to why I want to cancel after my contract had been completed. Then they keep charging me! Find a local massage therapist that does good business, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME with this horrible establishment!!!

The masseuse ignored my comments on two occasions that he was massaging too hard. When I informed him my fingers were feeling tingly, he stated thats OK and continued. By the end of the massage, my entire arm was numb and tingling. I informed the front desk immediately, to which they responded call back if its still happening tomorrow. I kept in contact with the establishment, and spoke with the owner numerous times. My arm was numb for almost three weeks! I had to get an MRI ($$$$)! The dr. concluded it was a pinched nerve. I informed the owner and she was not open to helping me with the expenses accrued from the massage! WILL NEVER RETURN. I am upset with the lack of commitment to make things right and stand behind their actions. Extremely disappointed a business would conduct themselves in this manner.

Loral did an amazing massage. She listened to my needs and addressed them all. Her technique and pressure was spot on.

I called at 9am to book an appointment for a massage for myself and a facial for my son. Flagstaff is more than an hour drive from where I live. I arrived at 11am the same day even if my appointment is at 11:15am. They told me to wait in my car. They texted me at 11:30am that the therapist is now ready so I can come in to see them. I went to the front desk and they asked me to answer some questions about contact with people with Covid etc. I told them I work at a hospital. They told me that they cannot give me service due to I am a health care worker. They did not tell me over the phone that if I work at a hospital, they will not be allowed to render service to me or my family. I told them that I drove an hour and a half for this appointment. They said the owner does not allow them to. I asked if my son can be seen but they said no because he lives with me. So advise to any health care workers that wants to get a facial or a massage in this branch of Massage Envy, just dont tell them where you work and answer No to their questionnaire. Or just cancel your membership with them. That is what I did and they will reimburse all my credits back to my bank account.

This franchise in Flagstaff needs to dig their head out of the sand....they charged $40 extra (on top of the $60 i already pre-paid for the service) because I could not make it to a scheduled service,. Ive had experiences where this company calls to cancel/change appts within a couple of hours of service, and I get zero for the inconvenience.I hope you enjoy the $40...because its the last dollar youll ever get from me.

Massage therapist was great. Massage was great. Though I have huge issue with being quoted a price over the phone at time of scheduling then at time of massage the price was not honored. Even after I brought it to the staffs attention.

We have been members of Massage Envy for at least a decade. Since I live in constant pain, it helps to get a therapeutic massage now and then, to stop the muscle cramps from getting too severe.

I have been using Massage Envy for about 9 years. I have enjoyed the different types of massages that they offer and use the cbd aromatherapy when I have a session. I would recommend them.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for a year. I go to the spa once a month and get an amazing massage. The receptionists and massage therapists are friendly and welcoming. The therapists listen to my preferences and give me the type of massage I need. It is clean and has a relaxing atmostphere. I have gotten massages at fancier places like resorts in Sedona. The massages I get here are equally as good at half the price.

I’m disappointed. I’ve had an account for years. Despite government CDC guidelines stating you do not need a mask if you have vaccination, ME demands masks are worn on property.I’m canceling mine and my daughters account. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Massage itself was fine, but the 60 minute massage was closer to 45 minutes.
