The guy with the long blond hair sold us a vape that we did not want. We had asked for a Mod with and internal battery (built in) ,& he ended up selling us one the needed battery bought separately. Now I am out $120 because he had his info wrong.

Excellent experience at this vape shop. Met with Tucker and Abby (please excuse any misspelling). Came in looking for a mod and juice. Very knowledgeable folk here. Friendly with great customer service skills, a huge plus! This industry lacks that nowadays and they knew what wuz up! Coming here again and again!

Cloud Slingers is the absolute best vape shop in town! They have an amazing selection of products and are so nice and welcoming, especially for those new to vaping. Their products are also great quality and reliable. Gigi, the owner, is a ray of light and so knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience, every time. When I moved out from California (where shops are everywhere), finding a place that was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable was not easy. I walked into Cloud Slingers and that changed. The staff is always happy to help with a smile on their faces. I find what I need, every time. If there’s something you like, and they don’t have it, they are happy to take note of what you need and place an order. The manager, Abby, has helped me out on numerous occasions, including help with sourcing some juice I couldn’t even find in Flagstaff! Great experiences. Highly recommend! They are even dog friendly and have treats!

By far the best vape store weve been to. The guy working was extremely friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about all mods they offer, made juice suggestions and even got my mod started for me and explained exactly how it works as I was ready for an upgrade. Awesome price for all I got, though the customer service alone made it well worth the visit. Well definitely be stopping in again! Boyfriend and I are in agreement its worth the hour drive. 😊

Everyone in here is always really friendly and knowledgeable. This is my go to spot for nicotine-free vapes because there so hard to find. These guys always seem to have them for me though.

Daniels overall knowledge of everything in the store is so beyond helpful when Im not exactly sure what Im looking for. Even the most vague questions from my inexperience with the industry are no problem for him. His customer service is beyond what youd expect from any other shop. Hell walk back and forth from a super fun ping pong game and helping customers just to keep one customer happy and in the store. Hes a huge reason I keep coming back time and time again.

My wife and I are fairly regular customers, this is her profile.I want to take a moment to talk about Tatum. She is the always that perfect blend of pleasant and calm. No artificial exuberance, no phony smile, just sincere and genuine personality. Shes very knowledgeable of the flavors and always has a good recommendation for me.Another mention should go to Cole. Also very knowledgeable regarding the gear, but is never hesitant to say, I dont know before finding the right answer to a question. Hes always happy to have a conversation at the vape-bar, and never makes a customer feel like theyve lingered too long. Both of these folks have restored my faith in brick-and-mortar businesses. Ill pay a couple bucks extra if keeps people like them working.

I visited the shop and spent roughly 40 bucks on a giant bottle of juice and 3 or 4 coils. The young gentleman was extremely professional and courteous. Couldnt have asked for a better and speedier transaction.

Ive been going here for sense they opened yesterday I went in planning to spend about $100 the employee offered me a discount for leaving a review and says it has to be done right now at the store I told him I be leave I have or will now the weather is bad and the cell service is too I go as far as to stand in the snow to get service It dose not work. I go back in and ask If I can promise to do it at home the employee responds yes and that that I can come back after that to receive the discount or blow my little less that a hundo now and get a discount next time. Im so unsatisfied with the customer service of this employee I left my voopoo drag BLACK and GREEN with fire L mesh and custom tank there. I dont ever plan on going back there with the sales tactics Bribe for shown positive review that they use shows that the reviews that are good are likely a product of this tactic. Plus complete lack of costumer service knowledge I dont know how they feel shop local works but I dont care to spend my money there but Im sure they dont care ether seems like that kind of place to me. To bad Cole no longer works there.

Well this is my first bad review. 4.9 stars ??? I would give a zero star rating if i could. The staff was rude... well the little guy in charge was aloof and unprofessional and just high and mighty. All the 5 stars are just so you can get a discount. Ive been going to this store mainly for the last 2 years. But unfortunately. the last several times Ive gone here, I come in for specific things and get sold the wrong item that doesnt work with my setup. Cloud Slingers has answered my gentle prayers and finely sold me a vape pen that I can use all month long! I use it when Im basking in the sun, riding a horse, walking on the sidewalk or doing yoga. Its sleek and comfortable in my mouth, leak proof, non-slip and it makes me feel so masculine and pretty! Since Ive begun using this amazing vape pen, women have found me more attractive and approachable. It has given me soft skin and manageable hair and it has really given me the self esteem I needed to start a book club and flirt with the ladies at my local market. My drawings of kittens and ponies have improved too. I am positively giddy. The magnificent manager, Mike, provided the top notch customer service! Not only that he’s easy on the eyes, ladies!!! From now on, I will always come to Cloud Slingers for all my cloud slinging fun!

After I went to like 4 different vape shops. I finally found cloud slingers, and boy was I amazed, they had the cool I needed and tons of juices! I’ve never seen anything like it before. Daniel was a huge help, if I’m ever in flagstaff again I will for sure visit again!

The employees are friendly and professional but there are a few problems I’ve had over the last couple months after choosing cloudslingers as my vape shop for flag. 1. No refunds no matter if they sold you the wrong product or if you bought the wrong thing 2. Their suorin drop pods work for about 3 days and then stop working they told me they can’t do anything to fix it but I can buy another one which sucks because this is the 4th salt device that’s stopped working... the only reason I gave them three stars is because the workers are very helpful and friendly. They might have a lot of juices and inventory but personally I would rather buy from a different store for quality

Stopped for some vape supplies while traveling; very grateful for the late hours. Dude was friendly and helpful. Really digging the in-house CS Pink Panther that he suggested. Bonus points for not requiring a stoopid mask, a requirement that had me skipping most of the vape shops I found in AZ. Five shaka experience. 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙

Went to go buy more coils and they sold me non mesh coils, I ask for the same coil in my mod which Is mesh. As Im leaving I see they arent mesh and was told they dont have mesh coils and cant refund me for the non mesh coils I just bought a minute prior. The lady was nice about it but now Im stuck with 25$ in coils I dont want. It would have been nice to know they werent mesh coils before I bought them. Especially if you wont let people return items they just bought less than 1 minute after buying them. I just didnt think I needed to specify I need a mesh coil when I asked for the same one that was in my tank.The store does have a great selection of juice, and mods, Im just disappointed with how my last trip to the store went.

Mike is the best! I came in to buy a new mod and he gave me all the information I could have asked for. This is the best vape shop in Flagstaff. There are so many juices, mods, nic salts, coils, etc. I’ll never go to another vape shop in Flagstaff! Also, they have so many discounts for veterans, first responders, recovery, and students.

How this vape store has such good reviews astonish’s me. Probably because it’s a corporate vape shop from Phoenix I’m guessing, and everyone who shops there is from that area. This vape shop has no local feel especially for people from flagstaff who shop there. Especially considering how beautifully the interior was designed from the last store that was there. Even if you been in there a thousands times and the people know who you are, you will continued to get Id. Even if the person your with is regular and valuable customer who they recognize and have sold products to in the past if they didn’t and did not have their Id they will refuse service.... which is it not a big deal just the fact they stand awkwardly not saying anything and being rather rude. Which hasn’t happened in the past. But the guy with not as long black hair and has glasses is always kind of rude to me and is always weirdly passive aggressive. Can’t say I enjoy shopping here but unfortunately it is the best juice and selection, not whole lot of options in flagstaff. Also how they constantly change their name is a pathetic attempt to try and help their business. This is my review of this vape store, hopefully it will be taken in consideration.

Being out of town and in the process of quitting smoking, I stumbled across this place. Abby was so informational about so many vapes. We found a disposable vape just for me. And Abby was the first person in the AZ area that had shown me kindness and hospitality in her own state. Told me about an amazing place to watch the sun rises and sun sets. Thank you for your kindness!! Will be returning next year and will make this part of my stop!

Tom help me set up my vape and totally helped me figure out what gear would be best. i went to red star and they had no idea what they were doing they sold me batteries and a charger for a mod that did not require batteries.

This place rules! The homie Cam absolutely hooked it up! They got me off cigarettes and chew, now I’m down to minimum nicotine in the aspire, and their cbd oil is so bomb, I’ll probably be off nicotine completely real soon here. Great place to help with that transition, and super dope atmosphere will chill vibes. I’m still vaping but if I ever decide to quit completely, I’ll still probably come in and kick it and play ping pong with the homies. Thanks, Cloud Slingers, and thank you, Cam! You guys rule!

I’ve been here twice now and spent $300 on stuff elsewhere had for half the cost.
