Relax Place

Hate to say it but don’t waste your money going here. It was not a very pleasant or relaxing experience. They used a paper towel for a seat cover. The woman massaging me in the chair was giving me weak hand circles that she was trying to pass off as a massage. They were yelling things as someone was going to pay and demanding cash payment. Not relaxing or helpful to work out the knots in my shoulder or back and then they tried to hustle me for tips. You didn’t even do a good job for the money I paid you. I am not tipping for poor service and a bad experience

The man who took over recently is very kind. He gives great massages and I’ve felt amazing after them and been able to do more activity afterwards. I’ve been twice in the last two months. You just have to understand that he speaks little English and be patient. Kindness goes a long way!!! He so appreciates when you are kind to him back and he enjoys doing Google Translate to chat a little more if he has time. It’s been fun getting to know a new friend!

Rude treatment. I went there with my girlfriend yesterday. We both got 20 min table massages. The younger tall man massaged my girlfriend and I got an older guy. My girlfriend asked the younger man to give her a stronger massage because he was not putting enough effort in massaging her ... I kept on waiting for the older guy to leave my neck area... He spend too much time there and did not touch my legs or lower back, which are my problem areas. The massage stop, in my opinion too quickly... and I was still in pain. when paying for the massages, My girlfriend have a problem with her credit car (a malfunctioning chip) which require her to try paying inserting the chip at least three times into the card reader before she can swipe her card... She tried to explain the situation to the younger tall man, but he spoke almost no english and angrily he took my girlfriends credit card and through it on to the counter voicing indistinguishable words. But after all that, very clearly he demanded a tip... My girlfriend refused to giving any tip because he was rude and unpleasant and he got even madder. We are no coming back to that establishment until they find stuff that can speak English.

We’ve been here several times and most of the time it was fine. But today we went in for a quick massage while at the mall, just after finishing, I paid the bill. Once handing the signed receipt back to the cashier, he handed it back asking for a better tip. Not once, twice, but three times. If you want more money raise your prices, but I’ll never be back

Went in with my wife and there was a wait for me not a big deal. They asked if I wanted a massage as well, I replied yes. After the man doing the other lady that was there first was done the he walks away. No problem hes taking a break I guess. Then two more guests walk in and ask if Im waiting on a massage, yes.. after my wife was finished the man massaging her puts them on the tables and said, no hes (me) not waiting. So no massage for me I guess.

We have been loyal customers to this establishment, but the last time was very poor quality. If you are going to have a business you should be able to speak some English. I dont feel they have any training. My wife was actually in more pain when she left then before she came in. She got a table massage and just focused on her neck.

Ive been to this place many times. Usually I have a great experience. Today though is the last time. Twice now Ive had workers literally demand tips, and not just tips but tried to dictate the amount as well 😆 Dont know how it goes in China but these folks got etiquette lessons to learn.

I recommend not going here. The massage was poor at best and they will beg you for a tip.

In the past I received a quality full body massage, on this visit I requested that for 1 hour and they didnt. I felt like they pushed on my back but it was not done well. Their prices went up but services went down, they did not sanitize the face/ headrest, added paper towel over it only. I kept a mask on as a result. I was very disappointed

Saturday I happened to walk past Relax Place. I was in so much pain just from carrying my purse & 1 shopping bag, I decided to get a chair massage. The gentleman who worked on me was amazing. He literally put his elbow into it & loosened up my shoulders, neck, & upper back. Before I went in, they were so tight they felt like rocks & were numb. I walked out with some mobility back. Ive been dealing with cervicogenic headaches that are debilitating & physical therapy hasnt helped. THANK YOU!

I love this place. Better than any spa Ive been too. I have always had tension and lumps in my back and neck and Relax Place is the only place I feel that the deep tissue actually works. The older gentleman is my absolute favorite!!

Spend 40min there. For a good amount of money the massage is good.The staff is friendly until the asked me for tip. They got angry and start saying things in their own language which I dont understand. TIP is not MANDATORY anywhere.

I passed by and the chair was calling my name. Zhao was awesome. My back and shoulders were so tight when I sat down. By the time I left I was so relaxed and pain free. I definitely plan to return. This place is better than all the massage places I’ve belonged to.

We use to love this place . But now when we go no one says hello. Isn’t same quality massages . And they demand a tip at check out .

Still a good massage but we do not go as often since they raised all their prices. I can get cheaper prices at a spa near me.

Best massage Ive ever had, they know what they are doing and not afraid to apply pressure, something alot of places dont know how to do. Highly recommend especially for the prices.

Zero customer service skills and zero language skills. Doesnt matter what you ask them to do, theyre going to do their own thing anyway. Also they wont bother to tell you if theres going to be a long wait. Theyll say 10 minutes which might mean 30 minutes or an hour. AVOID.

Id say you get what you pay for, but its really not any cheaper than a real massage place. They really mess up your muscles and then accost you for tips.

My daughters first massage! Staff was friendly and facility was clean. We will be back!

Older gentleman ignored me the past 3 times Ive gone and only offered to do my husband, who wasnt even there for it. I dont know what happened to this place but theyre extremely rude.

Good massage just dont understand when u say please work on this area..they still just do there own thing very frustrating
