Summer Massage

Never had a massage before and didnt know what to expect but I have to say my lady Emily was amazing! Staff was very nice and accommodating as I was a walk in. I received the deep tissue massage and she wasnt painful but really worked out all the tension in my body. Highly recommended and I will definitely be returning

The lady that done my massage last night5/20 I was there 8 pm till close at 10pm, would liked to had her keep massaging for even longer,shame forgot to get her name. Best there is, best most enjoyable and relaxing Ive ever had. I will be going back many times, but making sure with her. Will not be going anywhere else

This was THE BEST massage Ive ever had! My mother, my nana, and myself came here for mothers day and it was the most relaxing experience. I am here on vacation and would drive the 20+ hours every day if I could 😆 The women that work there were so accommodating and super friendly! I love it here❤️

This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! My husband and I got a couples massage for my birthday. It was so relaxing. It’s the first place I’ve gone to that actually got the tension out of my neck and shoulders. They used hot stones and a hot towel towards the end and gave us a quick scalp massage. They were so friendly and professional. I cannot recommend it enough!

This is a wonderful place!!!My husband and I are in our mid 50s.We never had a massage. We decided lets go treat ourselves with a COUPLES MASSAGE. It was absolutely WONDERFUL 💯! These ladies made us comfortable and were very professional.We will definitely back!!RECOMMEND!!!

The massage was wonderful and professional right till the end. I paid for 90 minutes, $110 upon finishing I tipped the lady $10 cash and she kept asking me for more, she even wrote down $20 on a piece of paper suggesting that’s what I give her. Charge me what you feel is fair for the massage and then be grateful for the tip 🙏

Just got back from a massage here. My past experiences with getting massages from other places left me in more pain than when I walked in, but this time was a fantastic experience. I had a very painful spot on my back that needed to be taken care of. I did a walk in and was given a room immediately along with great customer service and having the best massage of my life on top of that making me feel super comfortable right away and left super relaxed and refreshed. will return to in the future.

This was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. The massage itself, phenomenal. I had pain in my shoulder and hips that Ive tried everything short of a massage. This place is amazing!! Jenny is an amazing and very welcoming host. I got my massage from Susan and it was just above and beyond! I get massages very often and this was one of the best massages in my life! Highly recommend. Pressure level was perfect. I had a shoulder pain from being a frequent flyer and the pain is all gone. Amy is absolutely amazing, I have issues with my neck and shoulder and she gives the best deep body muscle massage. If you’re having issues with your neck and shoulders Amy is the one to ask for! I Was so impressed, I scheduled an hour and a half with Amy for my girlfriend as a early Christmas gift!

This is my second massage from here & I will be back! I’ve seen Amanda & Jennifer & they both are amazing! I get migraines and massages truly help, but most of the time I can’t get in to other massage salons. Both times I’ve called and gotten in right when I needed it! Great customer service and friendly ladies!!

I cannot recommend Summer Massage enough after my experience today! After having a knot in my back for two days, I made a same day appointment at Summer Massage for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. Linda took amazing care of me and not only worked out my knot but released years of built up muscle tension from my back, neck, and shoulders. It was truly incredible and I cannot wait to go back for another visit. Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends with back pain, Summer Massage is the best! Thank you!

This place has illegal activities going on, the girl who did my massage was touching me inappropriate. Had to get up and leave immediately. The owner better contact me asap. Im about to report this place to the Erlanger police. Id like to have my money back, which was $70. Already filed a police report, they said they will do an investigation into the establishment. If they need me to testify they will contact me. But like to have my money back. Asap

My back hurt so bad, my neck was stiff from sleeping on it wrong the night before. I literally called so many places, trying to find somewhere I could get a really good massage to get the knots out of my back. I called Summers Place and they literally got me in the same day! It was literally the best massage I’ve ever gotten. I will definitely be back. Super professional, made me feel super comfortable, the atmosphere and whole visit was awesome.Really appreciate what you do there. I have had somewhere in the realm of 60-70 massages in my life and this was the BEST! Ive allways had upper back pain from bad posture and too much stress and this if the first place able to get the kinks out. Run, dont walk to this place and get some much needed relaxation and relief in your busy life.

Charge me for 90 minutes but only did 1 hour.. massage was good had better. They ask you to pay upfront then at the end of the counter, the massage therapist asked you for 20 percent tip. It is not mandatory, it is how you show you appreciate the service. Will you give a tip when they cheated you on time? Or asked you for a mandatory tip? I wouldn’t.. Don’t get me wrong I know they work hard but that’s what they charge high price hourly for the service. I am an ICU nurse but I don’t get paid that much unless I’m working over time.. lady charged me 102 dollars for an so called 80 minutes but only did 1 hour. I txted my husband when I get in the room at 1153 and the massage was over 1pm.. let’s do the math.. then asked me for 20Dollar tip.. will never go there again..

Jennifer was amazing. I went for my first massage ever and I’m 34 weeks pregnant. She was kind and respectful and really helped walk me through the entire process. She helped me move to accommodate the pregnancy and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. I am floored by how comfortable I was in an uncomfortable setting, and I feel like a whole new woman. I will be back, that’s for sure.

This place is great. Clean and well kept. They are friendly and ask about pressure often. The hot stones are fantastic for helping to get out the knots. I recommend trying the couples massage as well.

The atmosphere in the spa makes you very relaxed as you begin your massage. Im not sure who my massage therapist was, didnt get a name but she was very good. I went in feeling very sore all over my back and left feeling like a new person. The hot stones felt AWESOME! I will be sure to go back for another massage soon.

Have been going for about 2 months I have lower sciatica pain and if you know anything about that you know its not pleasant and everytime I go the massage is amazing my body is relaxed my back is very relaxed and I feel so much comfort from my sciatica pain everytime I leave they do an amazing job

Been to 8 other masseuses around town and a few chiropractors, physical therapists, and trigger point release specialistI have mobility issues from muscular imbalance that has caused my life a lot of pain and grief lately. I went for a deep tissue massage and they immediately realized how bad by body was and targeted every issue I had without me having to say anything. I’ve never had a massage like this before and they were able to release part of my back that my chiropractor never couldI feel 1 hour with them, more good was done to my body then 2 years of chiropractor and therapy visitsI cried tears of pain from the knots and joy from the release. I had Jenny. She had the perfect pressure and did a great job! She discreetly has to answer the phone on occasion during the massage for bookings. I would definitely use them again! I have not had that through of a massage since I lived in Asia!

I visited because of the great reviews of this business. The massage started out great, but my therapist Lucy/Nini quickly offered extras. When I declined, the quality decreased and my 60 min turned into 45min.I will return again based on Summer`s great reviews and give it a second chance. Everyone has an off day sometimes and deserves a second chance. Hopefully I don`t end up with the same therapist, that is not what I come for.

My husband bought me an hour long massage. Sorry I didnt catch the girls name. Was a deep tissue, Ive never experienced one before. Lol not sure if I liked it. Kinda thought my husband was mad at me and thats why he paid to have this woman inflict all this pain. Thank God i did medium pressure! The sore joints I had prior are gone! I would definitely recommend if the deep tissue is your thing lol. Personally I will be back but probably for a Swedish lol and definitely for the hot stones, they were amazing!!!

Enjoyed an amazing 40 minute massage and 30 minute foot reflexology with hot oils and hot stones! The ladies there were very nice, accommodating, and professional! I have learned to not judge a book by its cover.... this place was truly amazing! Could have used a warm blanket to cover up with because I’m cold natured but the hot stones helped take care of that.

I had Kylee( I hope Im spelling that correctly). She was fantastic. Ive been dealing with sciatic pain for about a week now and decided to go to Summers Spa. It was amazing. They took fantastic care of me. Kylee is new but she gave me a full body massage, with added focus on the sciatica. The price was more than reasonable. It was $60 but she did so well, I tipped $40, it was worth every penny and Im quite certain I will be back in the future. Thank you Kylee I am thankful I went to Summer Spa. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Worth every penny! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Lucy is a very good Chinese medicine masseuse! Her massage technique is very professional, the technology is very good, and the accupressure massage is very comfortable! This shop is pure formal massage. The place is very clean and sanitary. It is a good place to relax and enjoy life! I highly recommend this spa and Lucy!

Jenny gave the best massage I’ve ever had! Great technique and For the first time out of many massages I felt truly hard pressure and felt it truly was a deep tissue massage! The body scrub felt incredible whereas I’ve never been a fan before. Jenny made sure I felt comfortable , was very kind and personable. I made my boyfriend go later the same day to get a massage and I will be going back. However feet are not included in full body massage you have to get a combo package for feet although she did say if I asked for feet she would have fit my feet in too. Only other downside was the table didn’t get very warm. Still best massage ever.

Used to be my favorite place until the lady at the desk lied and also gave my appointment away to another person as I was arriving. She told me I can come back later and lied about telling me to come 10 min before the time (this policy does not exist she just lies for money). I spoke to the owner and hes very nice but after much consideration realized the woman working at the front desk did not even make an effort to apologize to me at all - also said she called me to say shes giving my appointment away and lied that I was 15 min late. Just disgusting that she made no effort to correct her wrong doing. Money grubber always trying to upsell me. Just be aware!

This is a wonderful place to get a massage.

Went into a deep tissue massage it was absolutely 100% lousy there was no deep tissue whatsoever I walked out feeling the same way I walked in. They might as well have been rubbing lotion on me me. It was the worst $300 driver spent on top of the fact that they bother you in by giving you some kind of scrub cleanser and tell you to wash it off in the shower. If your larger man with muscles don’t bother going in. At least the person that I had had no idea what I did tissue massage. My advice stay away from the places that have Asian women

I spent 120.00 dollars two days ago there Amy was massage person she gave me 10 kinds of grief because I only tipped her 20 dollars which I thought was good I will never come back made me feel horrible

Ive made Summer my personal masseuse. I travel 100% for my job in construction, and out of all my travels she is hands down the best masseuse to work out the knots that i aquire doing my job.Good, heavy pressure in the key areas without doing more harm than good like other shops Ive been around the country or even around the area.
