Asian Massage & Reflexology

They promote full body massage for 30 minutes yet they only worked on the back and arms. Why promote full body? We got a couples massage and it was fine but we felt robbed of the experience. Rather be straight forward and clear about the massage. Like other reviews say the place is old and the rooms dont look professional. Its a comfortable price but you get what you pay for. I think the masseur was good at her job but if youre looking for a great experience this aint it.

When I first stopped in here I was a little apprehensive, I’ve been back dozens of times since. Never seems rushed, always feel better when I leave. I’m not sure the name of the lady who worked on me today, but after she twisted me into a pretzel I have a lot better mobility and a lot less pain than I did when I walked in.

Poor reception, was questioned about my tip amount left and not felt welcome. I left without wanting the massage and only received half of amount paid. What was supposed to be a special moment for myself became a headache.

All of the sweet girls here are amazing! I come here every month and they keep me able to work! I always feel like a new man when I leave here. They will customize the amount of pressure you’re comfortable with and are very sensitive to any discomfort you might have. I highly recommend!

I took my mother and I for a foot massage and the ladies were the sweetest and did amazing jobs. Will definitely go back.

I had Jenny today and I needed a light comfortable massage because I wasnt feeling well and she made me so comfortable, it was exactly what I asked for. My boyfriend also recommended Jenny, hes very big and needs a very strong massage, she delivers. I have also had Linda before and she was 5 stars as well! Thank you girls,for always giving me an hour of heaven and quiet time!

I made an appointment for a 90-minute massage. I felt very good. I felt relaxed and not tired anymore. Their service attitude was good and I felt very happy. The massage technique was also good and it solved my stiff neck and back. Next time Come again

It was my first time to experience a massage here and it felt very comfortable. The environment was quiet, the music was soothing, and the masseurs pressure control was very comfortable. I was troubled by neck and waist pain, and going there once really relieved me a lot. I will come back again, love this place!

Just left two hours ago, and I feel amazing! They did an absolutely amazing job on massaging my husband and I. They were super friendly! They did have us tip before the service, BUT it was 100% worth it, so it was no big deal to us, they definitely deserved it. I feel so refreshed, happy and will definitely be coming back. Also, get the foot massage, it was so nice.

Keep your receipts! I left a decent tip and then found that they added more to it when they totaled it out. It was like $4 extra added so it’s not the money, it’s a trust thing.I will never go to either of their locations in the future because of this. The location I went to was called Asian and reflexology massage on US 42 in Florence, Kentucky.

10 stars! Jenny is very good. Im a big man and need a very deep massage and she gets it done. My girlfriend has been to their other masseurs and she said they are great as well.

Got there had to wait 15min, before I got a massage. Then after, she went to give me a water LIKE EVERY OTHER PLACE DOES. BUT SHE would not give it to me unless I tipped. Why would I tip you for making me wait, then basically rushing the massage process. This place sucks 0/10.

When I came here, my cervical spine was not very good because my work was very stressful. They were very professional and solved my pain. They were very polite and the service was good. I will definitely come again.

I was visiting family from out of town and found this place. The girl I saw (Alla) gave me the best massage Ive ever had and Ive been getting massages for years (due to an injury). This is a well hidden gem in Northern Kentucky. However, the environment was not the most inviting and it was cold inside. Still, worth the wonderful massage.

The worst place I have ever seen Nationwide.They said the door has to be open i didn’t feel safe here, I left early

This was a super weird experience. I was willing to overlook the run down appearance of the rooms, but they use paper towels to cover tiny pillows. You are given a HAND TOWEL to cover yourself with. And the same hand towel is moved around during the first part of the massage, they dont even touch your skin. I paid and tipped prior to service for a 1 hour massage, only to be given a 45 minute massage.(and I tipped 20%) With the full body massage, my feet were never even touched.

I stand all the time at work and my legs are very sore. After the massage, I feelmuch better.Yoyo and Cindy, the masseuses, are very nice and gentle.

They do an excellent job with deep tissue massage. She relieved years of tension and stress from my shoulders. A great place to relax.

Ive been twice using groupon deals and they are so nice. The same lady gave me the massage both times and she was very good. I havent been that relaxed in a long time. I almost fell asleep both times and actually enjoyed it so much I added some extra time to each massage. Well worth the money in my opinion.

After an hour full body massage, I felt refreshed. They were very flexible in changing my appointment time. I came in and said I had a headache and they definitely focused on my neck and head. When I get home, putting Tiger Balm on my neck refreshes me. very nice！I will come back!!!

A++ Highly Recommend!! I have now gotten a massage here 5 times. They are super professional and friendly. The massage especially on the arms and legs are top tier! This is a commonly ignored or brushed over area and they do it right. They state clear price and dont haggle for tip before service is rendered. This sets them apart in the world of Asian Massage! I continue to go because they are the best Honest Value and always get you right in as a Walk in as well!

The worst massage I ever paid for. They didnt massage my neck or shoulders and the massage table was uncomfortable. My feet were hanging off. My friend and I went together. We were a few early. But at our appointment time, our masseuse werent even there. We had to wait for them to get there. Very unprofessional and poorly decorated. I do not recommend to anyone. Dont waste your money!

It was my first time here. I travelled by this business , so many times to visit my Mother.Good communication is a must while wearing mask. I started with 30 minutes, but changed to one hour. More information on different types of services need to be shown.Overall, I was very happy. I shall return for treatment on my feet and a full massage.

Very meh. I consider a massage to be a pampering experience. This was not. The ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. No relaxing music. No aroma therapy. The inside of the building need a face lift BAD. Also, the massage kept being interrupted by clients coming in and the massage therapist cell phone ringing. I wouldnt even say the massage was all that great. They never asked how hard or soft I preferred, which is typically the first question when you start. The best way to describe it is its the massage equivalent to your local dive bar. Its fine, it gets the job done, but youd probably only go for the convenience and certainly not to have a romantic couples massage. We wont be back.

The massage therapist was really nice and did good work, and got me back in a timely manner. However, she left the room multiple times throughout the massage and there was a lot of commotion going on in the hall. The door is left cracked open, so you can hear everything going on outside the door. I also noticed she was using her phone during the massage. It definitely has potential, just a few issues that probably should be taken care of.

Oh my! This was a super weird experience. The place is very depressing, dirty, and all around sketchy feeling. They tell you to undress and the doors dont even close. Straight up paper towels to cover tiny pillows that belong in a childs room. Bed coverings are dust ruffles for twin beds with a roll of some paper over the top. Fake plastic flowers laid on the bed. I was given a hand towel to cover my front with during the foot massage part and the door to our room was wide open. I felt dirty leaving this place!

You cant judge a book by the cover!! I found this this through Groupon. This business looks like somebodys house, and I was very skeptical at first. However, all my hesitations and reservations melted away as soon as the massage started!! This was one of the best massages Ive ever had! Plus the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I called and texted with someone to see what kind of massage I should book since I am pregnant and no prenatal massage is on the menu. They replied and told me a regular massage and instructed to book online. When I showed up for my scheduled time there was no one available to service me and the massage therapist that greeted me said no to any massage since I am pregnant. After waiting for 45 min (was asked to wait 30) for a foot massage, I left as I did not have any more time to wait. I should add that I also had paid in advance since I booked online. Poor communication and very frustrating I drove 30 min for this experience.

This was my first therapeutic foot massage and I absolutely loved one hour of attention on my feet. I run half marathons and Spartans and this was amazing!!!

Massage was good but was surprised when they demand $20 dollars tip !!!! Very unprofessional. For 30 minutes massage she went out three times to answer the door and to talk to customers. I don’t think I would ever go back there!

Got the hour massage. Not impressed by the massage. Place was clean but several interruptions. My massage stopped because someone came in front door. Stopped twice to answer phone. Lady was nice. Wont repeat.

It is fine, good massage. Nothing above ordinary, need to put more pressure over contracted muscles, usually is the first question before start, easy, medium or strong massage. But, overall good massage and attention.

Price is very reasonable, and the masseuse Ruby, her skills was on a master level, she knows exactly where I feel the pain and sore. Will come here often.

Went with my wife on Saturday 9-12 and we got the 1 hour massage . I got a deep tissue massage and it was excellent . I definitely thinking to go back with my wife next month .

They are very busy in the evenings and on weekends, they allow walk-ins but would be better to schedule something as they quickly fill up. Good massage and relaxing environment.

Booked an appointment and when I arrived told me to go down the road a couple miles to another place. When I arrived there they were also booked and asked me to wait 10 minutes, after another 20.. I walked out.
