My first time trying Massage Envy. Was recommended to me by my chiropractor. As I’m dealing with shoulder, rotator cuff and arm tightness and pain, my chiropractor suggested I get a massage. I kept putting it off but my pain increased as my range of motion decreased. Right from the start, the front staff made me feel welcome and listened to me express my preferences and needs. As I waited for my therapist, a fellow client began telling me how fantastic his massage therapist is. He said Orlando has been fantastic in helping him work out knots. I also had Orlando as my massage therapist and I absolutely agree that he is fantastic. He took his time before the massage to ask me about my issues and problem areas. He also had me demonstrate my limited range of motion so he could zone in on the right muscles. The experience was great and I’m planning on coming back for sure. I felt well cared for here. Facilities were very clean and environment was spa-like and relaxing.
First off, the only reason I went here is because I had a gift card. I have always had bad experiences at this franchise, as they are overpriced and they under serve. The front desk ladies were nice however they sit down with you and ask you questions that made me feel like I was in a job interview. Not to mention that I had already answered these question when I booked the appointment and when someone called me to confirm.My service was a 90 min massage. I told the therapist, Travis, that I wanted full body and focuses on my neck, jaw, and back. He spent at least an hour on my back which was great but didn’t leave enough time for the other areas. He never touched my feet or forearms and VERY briefly touched my neck, jaw, and legs. I say touched because I told him I wanted medium pressure which he adhered to on my back but everywhere else was extremely light.I’m disappointed though I knew I probably would be. At least my gift card covered most of it.
Orlando is magic! He listens during the pre consultation and translates your requests into the service he provides. If you want to talk, he will talk. But if you want to just relax, he will let you have the quite too. I like a pretty deep massage, so Orlando is very good at distracting me when a spot hurts or needs more attention. Very much appreciate him and trust his expertise! Plus, he always has a cute welcome on the white board in the room with my name, its a very nice touch!
For the experience itself, I would have rated 3 stars (being generous), but I lowered it to 1 (now being petty lol) because I submitted private feedback on my experience (the day of) and its been over two weeks & they never responded. Not even a sorry, not sorry.So, this was my first facial so I wasnt entirely sure what to expect.The check-in experience was fine, the front desk people were nice and it was seamless.I got there about 15 minutes prior to my 6pm appointment time (as recommended for paperwork, etc). I was led to the relaxation room with plenty of time to spare before my scheduled start time.Im not sure exactly what time I was led back, but it was not before 6:05. Maybe closer to 6:10 but that might be an exaggeration.The esthetician, Jessica, asked me a few questions when we got to the room, about my skin concerns, if I wanted recommendations for products at the end of my service, etc. She asked what brought me to ME since Id never been there before, and I told her I got a gift card from work. She was like oh, you have a gift card and I asked if that was a problem and she said it wasnt, but her initial reaction was so weird and it made me feel kind of awkward right off the bat.Once I laid down, she had to leave the room to go grab something, so lets tack on another 5 mins for the convo and that unpreparedness. If we assume it was only 6:05 when I was led back, now its 6:10.Now, I told Jessica Id never had a facial before and that my biggest concern was my nose (very strawberry 😭). When she got me under the light to take a closer look at my skin, she said it actually wasnt that bad, my pores were just large in my t-zone, so she wasnt going to do any extractions. Okay, youre the expert, so I went along with it and assumed that time would be spent focused elsewhere.The facial itself was fine. I didnt ask for this so its on me, but it would have been nice if she had explained what she was doing at each stage because Id never had a facial before and truly had no idea what was coming next at any point in time. I get that its supposed to be relaxing and not social hour, so I can see why she didnt, but that was just a personal thing.When it was over, she told me to take as long as I needed to rouse myself and come out. Im sure she would have liked for me to lounge around, but I laid there for a minute max just to reacclimate and then I got up to check what time it was.6:53pm. This facial was billed as an hour long, and I wasnt even given 45 minutes of her time. I didnt say anything in store because it wasnt technically my money, plus there were other people waiting so I didnt want to be that person.Of course, I had to listen to their pitch about starting a membership (yeah right) and I guess maybe they figure thats part of the hour I paid for 😒.When I went to pay, of course you cant tip with a gift card (not unexpected but it would have been nice, because now I have $25 left on a gc for a business Im not impressed with). Not a huge deal, except they use a 3rd party tip service (Tippy) that charges you a service fee to tip (...). That was a minor irritant on its own but coupled with my disappointment in the service, it was a little bit of a final straw. Any relaxation Id achieved went out the window with my annoyance.When I got home, I googled extractions on nose and people had great results with my problem when extractions were done. I saw no improvement after this facial on the one skin concern I really had. I can only assume she just didnt feel like doing it and wanted to go home early or something, because why else wouldnt she? A mystery for the ages.Basically, would not recommend this place. Maybe other locations are better, but most arent from the look of the reviews. I took a chance on this location even though it had a lot of bad reviews, and now I wish I had not caved to the convenience of this particular location. Dont be like me (lazy).
Sadly the WORST massage I have ever gotten. My mom booked it and asked for an experienced person. I got someone who started A WEEK AGO. I really needed a good massage after the stressful last 12 months of my life. They did give a discount but not enough to lake up for the waste of time and money. Horribly frustrating.
Absolutely loved this place after trying multiple massage facilities over the years. Patricia greeted me immediately and took time to go over everything with me, super professional and friendly! I had an awesome massage with Camille.
Beautiful & peaceful. Brittany, the manager, knows her stuff and she runs the business like a pro. Travis is very good and I highly recommend. Deborah is the absolute best therapist I’ve ever had!
I have been a member forever and this is a nice facility and they have really great people my therapist is the best. Wiille is so amazing I can’t say enough great things about him. He is really one of the best therapists I have ever had.

I have been getting facials with Jessica here for about a year. Her ability to work me towards relaxation is uncanny! The staff never pushes me towards upgrades or products, but educates me about them in a comfortable manner. The quality of my skin has improved greatly since coming to MassageEnvy FloMo and seeing Jessica - you should totally give it a try, too!
Maxine has.been my therapist of choice for the past few months. She does an outstanding job. I always appreciate the relevant questions she asks prior to our session. It makes me know that she is genuinely interested in my health and overall therapy experience. I recommend her highly. My experience continues to exceed my expectations. 6 months ago this place was good. Since then, the therapists have been rotating in and out. Why? Probably because they treat their therapists like their long term customers.I called to request to cancel my membership. I turn in my paperwork and they sit on it for 7’days, conveniently 2 days after my next month billing date. And they will not refund me.This place had been going downhill the past 2 years, but stayed because of 2 therapists. But since they were driven away, I left as well. Good riddance!
This location has really improved their customer service over the last couple of years. The front desk team is engaging and welcoming, which is imperative as a first impression and getting someone in a relaxed mental state for a great massage or facial experience. Maxine is a fantastic massage therapist and a perfect fit for me. She invites feedback on pressure and preferences and is committed to a comfortable yet beneficial massage. I love that she lets me know when she discovers particularly stressed areas or other conditions. It’s a pleasure to visit Massage Envy in Flower Mound!
I only rated a 2 bc the front desk staff was super nice and kind and even let me bring my service dog in with me. The bad review is solely on the massage therapist. It wasn’t like a massage the entire time. He found pressure points and almost pinched them. That was basically the whole massage. On top of that, he didn’t massage the top of my arms, my hands, my glutes, my hamstrings, my head, or my feet.For thr amount paid I was very disappointed in Travis. Hate to say it, but this was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had.
VERY Disappointed!!!! (in the Flower Mound location). Choose a different location to go to!! I was VERY specific about what areas I wanted worked on for my massage… mainly lower back because I was in a lot of pain.. the therapist ended up doing only upper body, I was face down the whole time, he never flipped me over, and I did not get any lower body work done. It was not a full body massage, even though that’s what was paid for. I told the assistant manager on the way out, and all that the “higher ups” would offer to make it right was an upgrade. To clarify: this means they would charge me $120 to get another massage and then tack on a few minutes extra or an extra service with it. This is NOT customer service. Be careful of this location! I even told them I would be satisfied if they would allow me to use my husband’s massage credit (my husband’s idea), and they refused that also. COMPLETE lack of intent or care to make anything right! They only care about your money!!!
I ordered a 90 minute hot stone massage. The masseuse said he just saw that the service was added on today last minute and that if I wanted to keep the service it would cut into my massage time because he would have to go get the stones and then warm them up. I told him that it was added on yesterday when I made the appointment. He didnt change his mind. Theres more, but I dont want to rant with personal details and preferences. I responded to the automated email to give feedback.
I has an amazing facial with Brenna. She was patient, informative, explained every procedure. I have never allowed extractions before as they have always hurt in the past and her technique made me feel comfortable and it didn’t hurt. I immediately trusted her and she even sold products to me and that in itself is a win! I highly recommend booking with Brenna in Flower Mound!

Massage envy continues to charge me month after month $75 per month! However, after canceling me and my appointment three times in a row I have ended my relationship with them after 10 years! Customer service is terrible. Their massage therapists are unreliable. please don’t waste your $75 per month. Find someone you can book with directly displays only wants your monthly fees it’s a rip off without providing a service.
Ive been a customer at this location for 6 years and over 20 with massage envy. I had an appointment on 7/1 and missed the appointment, but called, because my 18 year old cat had a Grand Mal Seizure and had to be put down. That took precedence. It happened the morning of with no advance notice. I called after my traumatic event, putting my cat down, and tried to see if I tipped the therapist well could I save any of my prepaids. I was talked to in a very short way and the girl just kept repeating, nope not our policy. Ive dealt with this one in person. Im told by others who work there that she wants to advance to management. This person needs to learn some skills if ever you guys advance her. Ill be terminating my membership due to this encounter. It was ridiculous. Dont respond to me with a talk with the franchisee message. I dont even know who that is and your snippy employees wont be helpful. You guys need a policy in place for this stuff. My cat might have only been a cat, but she was a beloved part of my family for 18 years. I lost $80. You are losing business that you have had for over 20 years. Hope your policy was worth it.
I don’t do the spa thing, but my wife and I were gifted a 60 minute facial each. I saw Brenna and she was fantastic. She made me feel at ease in a situation that is definitely outside my normal routine. In short, go see Brenna. She’s awesome!
I have been going to this location off and on for a few years. The overall customer service has greatly improved. Before covid changed things, I would only go if I could see a couple of chosen therapists that made that place function. The front desk people are more welcoming and Gabriella is a good esthetician.
Everyone is always pleasant and I have enjoyed my massages from Robyn and Camille and facials from Jessica! Always happy when I leave.
I wish we could give a zero rating but that is not possible. My husband just left massage enclvy 30 mins ago(10/18). He has definitely stated that is the last time to go there. The massager did not hit the spots nicely yet they mentioned they do firm. Once the time was up, instead of easing my husband to prepare his mind that the massage was over, he was like “times up” and left. Jeez!!8 months ago i gave this place a 5 star rating but over several times my husband or i have gone, customer service was thrown out of the window. You will see under my review the owner was thankful. Thats because there was a time this place was good. And i always used my HSA to pay. Anyway you will never see me in a place that offers bad custmer service or any race differentials . Life is too short.Oh they also dont take HSA anymore apparently after this 10/18 massage, my husband was told systems changes apparently.With that said, thank you for your service but im glad there other massage parlors to go to. This one is rubbish.
I have been a client of Clint’s for over 10yrs. Clint is very knowledgeable and skilled at his profession. He is excellent at kneading out tight muscles. I’ve always felt comfortable in our sessions, as he has been nothing but very professional and pleasant. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Clint; I always leave feeling repaired and relaxed.
Renee is the best at facials. My skin feels amazing! Will is by far the best at massages! Very attentive to problem areas and knowledgeable about the body. Great services all around is why I became a member.

One of the Massage Envy clinics I have ever been to. During his whole pandemic I was worried about coming back into the clinic to get a massage. I spoke with the manager, I believe her name was Gabbie, and she ensured me that I was safe with the protocols they have in place. I was hesitant to come in , but they ensured me safety and support. The place smelled very clean. My massage therapist Eli explained exercises that I do at home to help ease the muscles, which was very helpful. HIGHLY recommend.
Awesome customer service. Deborah is the best massage therapist ever. She explained her reasons for certain focal points. She gave stretching & posture tips to reduce discomfort & strain. She listened to what I had to say about years of body aches & took notes. I recommend her to anyone wanting to relax & feel better. Thanks Deborah & Massage Envy.
I have found the best Esthetician in Gabbie. She is so full of great information. She has helped me with my dry skin and given so many pointers to where I feel normal now. Amazing Facials!! I love how knowledgeable she is about products and is always so helpful.
I have had both massages and facials at this location and have been happy and rejuvenated with both. Gabriella, the aesthetician is so sweet and does a great job at customized facials as well as microdermabrasion. I also appreciate that they always seem to have availability last minute!!
The front staff is really friendly, the waiting room is nice. Theyve also got free tea which I havent seen at other massage envy locations. I got a really nice massage by a lady named Deborah. Id recommend her. The prices here are pretty good if youre a member
I have been a massage therapist for 25 years and have worked at some of Dallas’ top luxury spas.This location has become a major disappointment.I will spare them the embarrassment of sharing my experiences with you here on this platform and I am going to take some time away from this location until they have some turnover in their therapists.Sadly, my grievances were never addressed professionally and the only reason I will return to this location is out of convenience and necessity, if I ever do. Very disappointed right now.
It was very cold upon entering the place. Massage did not start at scheduled time. There is a heated table but when I went to get dressed after massage it was still very chilly. I felt as though time was not divided equally on body parts. Also when handling the covers, therapist could have been more gentle.
My experience was comical, but not funny enough to go back. I asked for a message on one shoulder because I scheduled a 30 minute short session. She refused and only messaged the other shoulder! This whole time she is only using a cheap version of a Hitachi, never actually used anything but a machine! THEN she told me I should go to a professional message therapist. Wow! That is next level bad.
1st when we made our appointments both of us were to get a 90 minute massage. But, mine was changed to a 60 minute. Day of massage, I am taken back to my room and I am ask what areas need attention. Which I tell her, she then states she is stepping outside and will be back in a few minutes to get started. She didn’t return in a few minutes it was more like 5-8 or longer.. Anyways she starts the massage and never did my arms, legs, head, feet or hands she kept me on my tummy and did the back and hips. Only lotions once. When asked how my session was, I said it was okay. But instead of asking how they could improve or find out why I was disappointed… They just ignored me and talked among themselves or with other customers that came in or out….
If you need the best facial in town, Jessica is your girl here. The absolute best and very professional each and every time!! Highly recommend!!
I had a chemical peel with Renee. She was great. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable during each step. She also explained my after care very well. I loved it and can’t wait for next month!
Daniel is just the best at assessing the source of pain and discomfort. I have never had such great results as from his approach to healing. I will continue to schedule with him for the long term. He knows his clients and does an amazing job to relieve my pain.
I would like to let you know that when I came in today that I was asked if I would do an early check out. I didnt really know what that was but said yes. She asked me if I wanted to leave gratuity. I said that I leave a tip based on my service. I had never seen the therapist that I had before so I didnt know how I was going to like her. She said ok, nevermind. Then came over to check my temperature & commented that I was their last client for the day... That was why she asked about an early checkout. I told her that I was sorry.I was blown away that this girl even asked me this. I tip on my service. The absolute worst reliability and communication. I have been canceled on TWICE now the night before my massage. And now I’m heading into surgery next week and won’t be able to get one. You already have to book so far in advance to be able to have a firm female therapist. I’ll be going to another location after my surgery and spend my money there. Super unprofessional.

My husband got into a car accident and therapy did not help the pain in his neck. He went to Massage Envy Flower Mound and after 2 sessions his neck was feeling so much better. We both became members. The whole team is great!
All of the therapists and esthetician’s at this location are WONDERFUL. They really focus on the overall well being of their clients. Gabbie is my personal favorite. She’s my go to for all my facial needs. I’ve struggled with oily/acne prone skin my entire life. Through a series of chemical peels and facials my skin now looks great!
Brenna is patient and takes her time to understand the clients needs and clearly explains the options that are available to address those needs. You can also feel that shes passionate about her work in the way that she attends to you. I always look forward to her sessions and Ive been referring people to her for these very reason! Keep her there!!! 😍
Maxine was wonderful! She is very talented and relaxing to be around. Great communication about pressure and technique, while not being pushy about talking. Ask her for a scalp rub, the perfect way to end the session.
I recently visited the Flower Mound location and was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had had a 90 minute massage and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The location is clean, and well maintained. I will definitely be returning in the near future!
I have been a member for 17 years and can’t imagine what my muscles would feel like if it weren’t for Willie Hodges! He’s amazing at listening to what is hurting and then knowing how to treat you. I highly recommend ME and especially Willie Hodges as a massage therapist.
2021 update 😡👎🏻my membership was cancelled in 2020 when I moved out of state. Massage envy continued to charge me ABSURD amounts ($180-700 a month!). I contacted them about these charges, requesting that they reverse them since they were unauthorized and no services were rendered to me. The result? They could not help me because THEY connected my card to someone elses account. Apparently the other person has to ask massage envy to remove MY debit card. what?!? Every time I call the local branch they say they have forwarded my info on to corporate who is looking into it and will be in contact. Have I heard a thing? Of course not. I even got a new debit card # in October and SOMEHOW massage envy forced through a $150 charge on 12/22 while I was in Colorado with my family. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING how they continue to defraud me.Please note this review does not reflect the individual massage therapists or estheticians, but I still do not recommend that you give them your money. There are tons of local massage therapists who you could support.3 years ago: They always fit me in and if they can’t they call me back when something opens up. The only thing I would change is the front staff- they tend to be zoned out and then uneducated about their policies/what they offer.
Im only giving this place 2 stars because the therapist Jeremy is fantastic. The support staff is an absolute joke. I hate having people try to shove a membership down my throat every time I come in. If I say no twice, they should be respectful and not continually try to force me into getting one. They also significantly increased their rates on already expensive prices. Im assuming this was a desperate act to get more memberships. I will definitely not be going back.
We talked about whole body since my time was 90 min. While undressing I turned lights down leaving room for him to let to turn lights further down. ( but he did not) Well about 1 hour into only on my back. It takes me about 5-10 to flip over..he didnt know how to help keep me covered. minThen 5 min each leg. Then arms shoulder again.Very nice personally. Man.
This is the place if you want a great deep tissue massage. Adrian is amazing!! She always ask the right questions to work my kinks out and I leave feeling like I’m 21 again. If you need a great massage, be sure and ask for her.
Clint was a great massage therapist. Very efficient the time administration! I was very happy that I was able to relax deeply and all because he seems to know well what he does.
I am soooo disappointed in this location!My husband and I have been planning to get a massage for weeks. Yesterday was our anniversary and today we literally had to move kids around and everything just to get this done and today we got a call literally 20 minutes before our appointment to cancel our reservation because someone was sick. This is a place of business and they need to have backup. The lady told us that she going to wave the cancelation fee this one time! I believe that you should. This was not on us. We will not be going to this location EVER again!

Daniel is very professional and with his knowledge he knows what body muscles do and how to help you. He totally got my leg to where I can walk normal again. My t-band was so tight it was making me walk like I had concrete in my leg. After a couple of visits I could walk again!

I went online to schedule a massage (approx. 5 days in advance.) I received a confirmation email my request was received and a representative would be calling me to schedule my appointment. Well, two weeks later I am still waiting for a representative from the Flower Mound Massage Envy to contact me. I am going to give it one more try. Stay tuned.

2 hour custom massage therapy with Maxine. As I work a manual Labor job 60+ hrs a week, I do tend to develop knots and toxicity buildup over time, Massage therapy helps to release those toxins(heavy metals, asphalt/brake dust etc) Maxine is a professional in this regard and I highly recommend her.

Massage was great. People was friendly and professional. Only complaint is we paid for hr and got 40mins. They took us in at 110 and they was finished at 150. This was not just massage time but whole time we was there.

I had difficulty finding, then keeping a therapist that I really loved. Therapist attrition rate seems to be high. I was also disappointed to learn that once I made the decision to cancel my membership that I would be required to pay an additional monthly fee for services that I really did not want.
I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade. I have always had a pleasant experience. I’ve done just about everything including stretching, facial or massage. It’s a great place to relax.
Horrible customer service. Need training on knowledge of product, customer experience, and general kindness. I am so bummed I have to finish out my services on my account here and will never use massage envy again.
This Flower Mound location is terrible with keeping appointments. The manager, Rachel is rude and has bad customer service. After my last encounter with her, I have decided to never visit that location again.

Mostly good massages but you should keep your own list of who you like and who to avoid. I’ve found a few other good places in the area that offer better massages and are more flexible on the scheduling.

From start to finish everything was fantastic. Clint has magical hands and was able to work out every knot in my shoulders and back.
Unprofessional staff. Therapist repeatedly used foul language spending most of her time telling me about herself. One the massage was complete I was told she didnt have time to get to my back. Then the staff turned on the pressure to sell a plan. BEWARE YOU CANNOT CANCEL THESE PLANS!

I would describe the massage as fair to good. I have tried 5 different people at this location. It maybe where they are trained, but each one seems like they dont have a lot of depth to their skills.

The place smells, their AC doesnt cool at night and their massage was terrible the use an ipad to track their time and i paid for a whole hour plus an extra ten minute for foot scrub but the lady only did 40 minutes total... what a rip off!
