The spa is tucked away in a little strip off of Long Prairie… nice, clean and welcoming when you enter. The treatment room was dimly lit and large with calming sounds playing. Myesha was amazing. I had a huge knot in my shoulder and she showed it who was boss. She was very willing to change pressures as needed, and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I felt like a new person when I left. Will definitely be back for a relaxation massage.

This is the best massage place my husband and I have been to. Myeisha Is AMAZING. I went to her with crazy pregnancy back pain, and felt so much better after just one visit. I’ve already gone back two more times since my first visit.

I booked a 1 hour massage for my sister with Selencia as a Mother’s Day gift, and my sister was very pleased with her service! She said the massage was pain-free, relieved all the tension she had from her job, and left her feeling relaxed. We made it to the appointment a few minutes late and my sister still received a full massage (lasted a little over an hour actually). Selencia even gave my sister a complimentary cupping massage. Scheduled a last minute appointment to take care of some lower back pain I had been experiencing throughout the weekend. Scheduling an appointment was quick and simple. I have tried several different locations around the area before and I’m not over exaggerating when I say that this was definitely the best massage I have received. Myeisha did a great job at addressing all needs. I will be without a doubt coming back to Essence from now on whenever I do feel the need for a massage.

I was in so much pain that I could barely walk and when I left essence, I was a whole new person and the oils and the paraffin the deep tissue massage and the stones were amazing. This was by far the best massage I have ever had, and I get them down on a regular basis. It actually put me to sleep. It was done in such a correct manner. The ambience was set. The atmosphere was great, The masseuse knows her techniques on how to give a massage properly. It was all done so professionally. Selencia is my go-to therapist. She is very intuitive, always able to find points of stress I normally ignore. Between her flowing technique and therapeutic stretching (a top 2 favorite part of my massage) I always leave with less tension and stress than when I arrived.

The therapist Myesha is someone is someone I found on accident at a previous place she worked. I got paired with her one day and she was the first therapist that truly made a difference with some of the pain I was feeling in my muscles. I was a new mom breastfeeding and it was taking a toll on my neck and shoulders. I had a build up of muscles that had created a lump on my neck. Id seen other massage therapist who took care of it a little bit but no one had ever truly made the muscles relax and the lump go away. Until I found her. She he took the time to listen to me and use different techniques that truly addressed what was going on and got to the root of the issues. She used a variety of massage techniques, cupping, and vibrators, whatever it took to get it. Now I am not going to lie, some of the techniques that she used did cause a little pain and I felt sore afterwards as she had to tear through some of the muscle to get them to relax. For some of the techniques I could feel immediate relief by the end of the session. She is one of the first massage therapists that Ive ever truly followed as she left her previous practice and started her own. I have followed her for a few years now and she has been able to help me address my huge stress areas that pop up in my body. She takes the time to listen and explore where the areas of pain are. She also takes the time to explain to me whats going on how my muscles got that way and various techniques to try after I leave. At her new practice now with Selencia both of them have been wonderful and helping me in the care that they provide. It is truly is a wonderful practice that will help you if you let it.

I came to essence massage for a lymphatic massage to reduce some swelling after surgery. Cilencia has done a great job in the three sessions that I have done. This last time she worked on the scar tissue. I definitely will be back.

Myeisha has been my go-to massage therapist. Been going to her since her Massage Institute days. Her massage is by far the best and would not go anywhere else. When shes not available, Selencia is also a good choice. Ive had the experience getting a Lymphatic and Therapeutic massage. Both times she was able to put me to sleep lol. Got a massage for my birthday. It was fabulous! The place is a little hard to find (use your GPS to a point but then look for signs). Its quiet and very calming. Selencia was wonderful!

I had the worst pain in my back. Was barely mobile for almost two weeks. They used a RF Pain Relief Treatment on me and I was able to turn over during the massage without pain. I felt like crying I was so relieved. I will never go anywhere else and plan to continue my therapy on a regular basis.
