Without going into too much detail. The girl answering the phones has an attitude that needs to be addressed soon. She literally hung up on me, which totally surprised me. I called back and asked who the district manager was. She said there wasnt one. So I asked who her boss was, she stated she didnt have one, that she was the boss. Calling another location, I found out that she is NOT in charge and this hopefully will be addressed.

Our initial experience at Massage Green Spa for a couples spa appointment was highly positive. The staff displayed warmth and friendliness, providing excellent service overall. The only drawback encountered was a malfunctioning TAB in the sauna. Despite this, we intend to revisit the spa based on the overall positive impression

This was my first massage and let me tell you… exceeded my expectations. I walked in and was greeted by my name, she knew it was my first time, walked me through how the appointment would go. Susana was amazing. I am a dental assistant and have 2 young kids so I needed some mom time. I left there feeling so refreshed. I will be back. Best birthday and treat myself trip!

This place is very nice and clean. Only reason for 4 stars is the sauna is IR and doesnt get hot enough and I didnt like my massage therapists techniques. No ones fault, just preference.

I’ve always enjoyed my massages here for the most part, but I wanted to pause my membership to catch up on my 4 massage credits only to find out you can’t use your credits when your membership is paused AND if I cancel, I only have 30 days to use my credits. As a wellness center owner myself, I find this to be a horrible policy that clearly does not have the customer in mind.

I ordered a couple’s massage for my 5th anniversary and the receptionist put in the wrong code. Simple misunderstanding. I showed up and they couldn’t give me the couples massage and told me I had to reschedule when me and my wife are under the belief we were getting a two hour massage. They told me to reschedule or go to groupon so I did just that. Groupon refuses to give me my money back, and I had to dispute it to the bank. I understand it was a simple mistake, but that simple mistake costed me lots of unneeded stress. Simply confirming the number was correct when I said in the phone call it was for two was a very easy way to avoid this kind of misunderstanding. On top of that the receptionist that attended us at the desk upon arrival was not at all accommodating and rude.

Had a wonderful experience!! Marcus gave an excellent massage. The pressure was just right and he really helped with my insanely tight shoulder/neck area. We also had a great conversation, which honestly surprised me because I’m usually awkward and quiet during massages—the conversation was very natural and relaxing, though. The prices are more affordable than most spas in the area, especially if you get a membership plan. I didn’t catch the name of the front desk attendant, but she was so nice and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing, too. Overall, just a quality place.

My boyfriend and I just did a couples massage and WOW! Omar was my therapist and he was so skilled. He checked in with me about pressure and I was wanting to fall asleep the entire time. The best massage Ive ever had! My boyfriend was also super happy. He was singing his therapists praises the entire way home. I see Tara once per month for a facial and she is amazing. It is always a highlight of my week and I look forward to seeing her for my appointments. The experience is comparable to many of the far more expensive spas I have visited elsewhere. Tara is very skilled and gentle, and my skin has never looked better.

I went in today to get a massage for my birthday and the masseuse Charde was amazing. Ive had maybe 20 massages in my life and this one was the best. She definitely knew how to work out some knots Ive been having and Im going to have to send my husband to see her soon. She did a great job.

For someone who’s never had a message in my entire life this was fabulous. It was literally the best and the environment was soothing. Staff were very friendly and the gentleman who did my massage made my whole body feel like I was floating on clouds. Will definitely recommend to others.

Susana is amazing! One of the best massages I’ve ever gotten! The 5 stars is for her but the receptionist upset me today. She should not tell people how much to tip. A tip is a tip. If you have a set tip rate then that should be established. Overall great experience here

First time - we arrived 30 min early to fill out paperwork - they didn’t come get us until 10 min after the appointment time - massages were great - however my therapist didn’t focus on my problem areas just a basic massage - it did relax me for the remainder of the day. but i have had better for the price i paid.

Marcus is the absolute best!!!!! My husband has been going to him, and I couldn’t wait to try him. I was pregnant so had to wait it out but it was definitely worth the wait. We drive 45 mins to get to this location!! We love it here!

I was a victim of bad faith at this franchise owner which owns three location. In my experience I was sold a “holiday special package of massages” at the holidays over two years ago that I was told do not expire or lose value even if you terminate your membership. It sounded too good to be true so I asked for verification during the sales pitch. I verified it was still valid over the two years of my membership as I purchased 10 massages. I also clarified that they were not gift cards or credits. I was recently told and was verified by a recorded voice mail of the owner, that they were no longer honoring this special and my massages were converted to credits. I purchases services/ massages not credits. This unfair trade practice according to the definition on the Federal Trade Commission’s web site aligns with what is defined as illegal and unfair trade practices. I went into the spa to stop my membership ( which cannot be done by phone), you must fill out a termination of membership which says you cannot claim or use any credits on your account post termination, which I was told you could when I signed up. Your credit card will continue to be charged without the membership termination, therefore, you are financially held hostage to the membership unless you forfeit all services/ credits they have held for you. I was certainly caught in a bait and switch situation. If this happened to you, please exercise your rights by filing complaints with the Texas Attorney General, FTC , Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, and Office of Consumer Credit Commission. There are plenty of spa opportunities in the metroplex and always make sure you get any “special deals” in writing. False advertising is against the law. Deal only with reputable businesses.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our late Valentines Day here with a couples massage followed by a private sauna! The ladies we had were awesome! We were already planning our next visit before we left our first! Highly recommend!!

Scheduled a facial and hit stone massage over the phone for my birthday. They have awesome pricing for the experience they provide. Very clean, professional, luxury spa experience. The massage tech was friendly and created a very relaxing setting. The massage itself was wonderful highly recommend the hot stone add on. The facial tech was very informative when I asked about my skin and the facial was very soothing. My face was bright and Rosie when I left with a healthy, clean glow. Highly recommend this facility all around.

Quiet, calm healing environment, cozy reception, waterfall lounge. I had an hour in the infra red sauna which relaxed my neck and shoulder spasms, followed by a deep tissue massage with Marcus. He has healing hands. It was an amazing experience!

Massage was great! BUT- the experience with the staff was less than stellar at the Flower Mound location!!! Only had 45 min for my sauna ( client before me must have fallen asleep!!!)and they were not willing to give another replacement sauna! Not very accommodating. That is why I canceled my membership.

This spa is truly *amazing*, every single time! I’ve been a member for a few years, and their deep tissue masseuses are soooo good. They’ve helped me resolve tension, stiffness, postpartum back aches, everything. The facialist has really cleared up my skin a few times. The sauna is a relaxing delight. It’s just more personable, less $, and way better deep tissue massages than M.E. The front desk service is always attentive and outstanding too—they can tell you which masseuses are exactly what you’re looking for and schedule multiple services at times that works for you. I’m just always impressed with this spa!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Went with my best friend and we will be returning. Tayla has the midas touch. My massage session with her truly set my mood for the day. And the facial esthetician (cannot remember how to spell her name, I do apologize),ah what an angel. She gave helpful tips and regimens to help achieve our skin goals. Highly recommend!

I go to the Flower Mound location. Ask for Marcus if you want a deep tissue massage. He is by far the best. He is very professional, yet very welcoming. I also enjoyed the 1 hour sauna.

I have been frequenting this spa for years now. I have always had a positive experience, even though I use several therapists there. I have never had Kendrick before last week. I had the absolute worst massage Ive ever had with him. He was extemely choppy with the massage and at points, just stopped altogether because he was talking. He talked through the whole massage trying to diagnose my back/hip issues. He was very nice, but the massage consisted of pinching small areas on the entire shoulder area with choppy, inconsistent pressure throughout the remainder of my body. If I do return to this spa, I will definitely request not to have him. The spa itself is very professional and relaxing, just do your homework on the therapists before going.

Lovely atmosphere. Matt did great. Got a deep tissue massage. Had some tension in my shoulders and neck and he took care of it. He had a heavier hand than I expected, but I told him beforehand that I dont mind a heavier hand so thats totally on me. Just a little soreness the next morning (which is to be expected). I am not a big talker and he let me enjoy the peace and quiet and even helped guide my breathing from time to time. I would recommend this place to anyone needing some self care.

I LOVE this place! Ive had a membership for the sauna for a couple months now. Its always been so easy to get in and relax. This last Saturday I took my man and did a couples massage. Im NOT a massage person but wanted to see how it was. Im not exaggerating when I say it was the best massage Ive ever had. Ive had a lot of issues with my neck. Grace took time with my shoulders and neck and really did an amazing job. I added the massage membership on to my monthly sauna membership and would highly recommend Massage Green Spa to everyone!

Have been going here for over a year. Great staff always able to get scheduled and the pricing is competitive. Have not had a bad experience with any of the massage therapists. They all seem knowledgeable and good at their craft.

I do not recommend this place at all. I am very disappointed with Massage Green Spa Flower Mound. I booked an appointment a few weeks back and was NEVER informed of the cancellation fee. Because of that, the receptionist informed me that she would waive the fee. However, when we returned today for our appointment, we were charged for the previous cancellation fee without not even being informed. The charge was on receipt before I could do anything about it. I am not sure thats even legal. I had a good experience with the therapist and was planning to come back once a month. I am most definitely not going to do that! Furthermore, I will not recommend this place to anyone!

Always a great massage! One of the best!But I was very disappointed in their Covid Policy.I was assured everyone would be required to wear masks in common spaces and massage rooms. After my wonderful massage, I returned to the reception area and was quite surprised to see 2 people sitting there without masks!I did call the receptionist later and she explained that the 2 guests bought masks and wore them - but not before others were exposed. 😏

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage on 3/25 and both he and I were very under welcomed with the experience. I left the massage more tense than when I initially arrived. We paid for aromatherapy upgrades and at $10 per person, I atleast expect to be able to smell the aromatic sense when the massage therapist puts it up to my nose to inhale but I smelled nothing at all. The facility and staff are nice but I wont be back.

This review would be a zero if I could do it. I booked my appointment as a couples massage. I called the day before like they told me to do to cancel and I cancelled my appointment. I figured since this was a couples massage if I said my name it would cancel the entire appointment. No one informed me they scheduled two separate appointments. This was their mistake. So they said they were charging me the fee. I spoke with Juliana and she was very rude and unprofessional. She was laughing on the phone and acting like I should have known how they book appointments. She kept on apologizing for my lack of understanding. She argued with me for over 30 min instead of just accommodating the customer, since this was their lack of communication. She is terrible and she be re-trainer on customer service.

This was my first experience getting a massage and im forever grateful I picked this place! The atmosphere is amazing, the staff friendly and caring, and just overall a great place to get a massage. Definitely give this place a try!!

BUYER BEWARE. We have been to this location many times and had bought 4 gift cards as part of a promotional they were running. Scheduled an 11 am sauna with a 12pm massage. Show up at 10:50am and the couple before us was shown into the massage room at 10:55am. We didnt get into the sauna room until 11:05am. At 11:50am(45min in sauna) they knocked on the door to get us out of the sauna. Didnt get into the massage room until 12:10 and when I pointed that we had birthday lunch plans after and couldnt be late Jualiana at the front desk was very rude and said that they couldnt get the couple before us out on time. But they had no problem getting us out before telling us the room wasnt ready and to wait 20 minutes. The mood was ruined and after offering to pay for the sauna we had used juliana refused and said we had to pay for the massages we didnt receive instead. She rudely referenced the cancelation policy in the email to which I responded that the appointment time which they missed was also in the emails/texts. After escalating the situation she told me the manager would reach out to me which they never did. After calling a different location to check I realized she had used 2 of my 4 gift cards to cover the massages we didnt receive. I am now again waiting on a phone call from the manager of this location hoping to resolve this issue before I take it up with the credit card company. After years of coming to this location we will probably try the one at legacy next time. To their credit everyone but Juliana were nice enough however nobody else tried to intervene and handle the situation any differently. Overall a poor handling of the situation.

The atmosphere here is wonderful. From the time I come in the door to the time I leave it is so relaxing, quiet, soothing. It prepares me for my massage.It is always nice and clean. The staff is always kind and welcoming.

I gave this place a try because the introductory rate was pretty cheap. I should have know why because my massage was awful. I asked for full body and my therapist, I think its Theresa, did not listen to my goals at all. She told me she just wanted to do upper body. Of course I listened because I figured she knew what was best. Boy was I wrong! The pressure was never right, and she kept commenting on how difficult it was to massage me. I ended up with bruises after. overall I wasnt happy. I understand that it is cheaper here but definitely not worth it. I can go somewhere else and pay that extra $10 more to get the most out of my service.

I wanted to treat myself for my birthday so I got a 60 minute massage. The massage was great for the first 10 minutes then I could tell my massage therapist got tired and it went downhill from there. The session went from a massage to a rub. Very disappointing. Also, I paid $10 extra dollars for the eucalyptus oil which was a waste of money because I couldnt smell anything. I had to ask the therapist if she even received the oil. I will be requesting a credit or money back for sure.

Bought a couples massage through Groupon and arrived 30min before our 6:00 appointment. Wanted to make sure we arrived early so that we could make it on time and get the full 1 hour session. Arrived 5:30, finished all paperwork by 5:45. Didnt get to meet our masseuse until 6:10. Read previous reviews about Groupon users not getting their full 1 hour session so I asked to make sure that the clock starts ticking when we begin the massage. I was assured that was the case. Finally began the massage by 6:15 and our session was over 6:56...serious?! Got to give this place a star for their welcoming atmosphere but the overall experience and quality of massage was 2 out of 10. Maybe Im just used to firm massages but this place was 10% firm massage and 90% rubbing your body. Maybe the staff was just exhausted, granted our appointment was towards the evening hours. That was my experience, hope whoever reads this has a better one.

Only reason it isn’t a 1 Star is because the ladies at the front are great, and the place is beautiful. I was running a few minutes late because when I looked the place up it took me to a different location. I explained this to the massage therapist and she was incredibly rude. Woman chill I’ve worked in all forms of customer service for 10 years and if I popped off at a customer like that over a simple mistake I would’ve been written up or fired. An experience at Massage Green Spa is therapeutic beginning in the lobby with the soothing sound of the waterfalls and comfort of the modern style fireplace. The staff listens to your needs and matches you with the therapist to best treat your condition. If that particular therapist isnt the right one, do return and try another therapist. They have several years experience and will help. The staff is fond of the owner which is telltale about the management and their customer service.My husband and I are regular members who travel a great deal. We have massage therapy throughout our travels and we are very relieved to return home to Massage Green Spa!

Fantastic place, fantastic massage! The front desk was kind and accommodating, my therapist Marcus, worked every target area and was the best sports massage I’ve ever had.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The humidity- free sauna felt great. The massage was excellent.Cons: Two of the apps (YouTube & Netflix) didnt work using the Saunas featured tablet. The magazines in the sauna room were unappealing due to the fact that they looked like they had been drenched then set out to dry. The pages were crinkled and stiff.Those two minor things were the only cons (hence the 9 rating). I would definitely be back and recommend this place since the pros out weight the cons.

My husband and I just had our second couples massage here. The first time wasnt bad, but I had a male therapist that was, in my opinion, inappropriate and didnt cover me appropriately so parts of me came out during certain moves that should never come out in a massage. My husband enjoyed his massage though and I really liked the spa setup and environment so a year later I figured Id try again with a female therapist. Another bad experience for me and a good one for my husband. My therapist wouldnt stop talking and she did more stretching than massaging and pressure was all wrong even when I asked her to do more twice. My husband left happy, I left upset and with the same stress and back pain. It can be good, if you get a good therapist.

Fabulous facial by Tara. Was attentive to my quirky needs…pillow under neck, less steam, etc. Catered to those! Left feeling relaxed and refreshed! Definitely will be back.

I love Massage Green Spa! I have been here several times. I found them via Groupon and continued to use them because the message was wonderful and the service is great. All the ladies at the front desk are friendly and accommodating! From interacting with all the employees I can tell its great ownership and they strive for customer service. Ive had several different therapists and message types (Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc.) and have never been disappointed. I ended up getting a membership here because its a no-brainer.

Worst spa experience ever!! Spa rooms are not always stocked or functioning like advertised. I had to CALL from my room and request linens, some of which smelled rancid and mildewed. Worst massage experience ever, painful and I ended up leaving early in pain and feeling nauseated. Found out just after the fact the massage therapist wasnt even certified in the speciality massage I was SUPPOSED to be getting per what I booked the appt for. have attempted to get a refund and reach the owner many times only to be given the run around and told someone will get back to you or can i give you an extra massage and Ill make sure you have a certified therapist this timeSave your time and money and avoid this place!!

Beware of this organization they will charge you fraudulently. Signed up for a monthly package they didnt cancelled my membership as requested and continued to charge multiple cards of mine without my consent. Then they refused to honor the massage hours they fraudulently charged me until I reactivate my monthly charge. Cant use the massages as gifts or for couple massages either. Charges cant be exchanged for products. I will be contacting the BBB on this, completely ridiculous. Aside from basically stealing my money you have wasted way too much of my time. I dont write alot of bad reviews but this organization has by far been the worse one I have ever encountered.

While most businesses has gone the way of automated calls and has thrown customer Service to the side, I had one of if not the best customer Service Experience as Beth the owner at Massage Green took it upon herself to fix the issues I had with my account that I established at a different location. She not only kept me updated by calling me personally to update me on my account often time business owners and mangers would pass the time consuming aspect of their to a employee but instead Beth took full controlAnd responsibility for my account even tho It wasnt established at her store fixed it as well as listen to me while I explained my medical issues in order to make sure that I had the masseuse that had the experience and knowledge necessary to work on me!Upon arrival at Massage Green in Flower Mound Tx. I payed for a 1 hour massage and it ended up being about 48 minutes. I left without saying anything about it, with my mind made up to never return. After reading through the reviews it seems I am not the only one who got shorted on their 1 hour massage. Its ok though...PLENTY of other places out their who would love our buisness!

Went for facial, steamer was broken so as a substitute towels were used that had not finished heating up fully and were cold.The provider herself was very good.Ownership was contacted and they refused to make any adjustments.After not getting any return correspondence, decided this didnt sit right with me so filed a BBB complaint.Not only did they not have the professional courtesy to respond to the BBB, I think the ownership lacks integrity in their business operations.Will not come back here.

LaToya always gives quality massages and identifies any problem areas I mention as well as areas she can tell are tight as she does the massage. She adjusts the force she uses to match your liking and what she feels will best help the alleviate tension in muscles.

Had a awesome time took a girlfriend we did the sauna treatment with infrared heat OMG!! felt so good and love the private room vs. being in general population you can adjust lights and heat temp and you have touchscreen access to music and Netflix make sure to drink plenty of water before and afterward did have a little headache an hour later I will be going back again soon for a massage cant wait!!

This was my second time here. The first time I had Clinton, he was awesome! This time I was very disappointed. The lady started 10 minutes late and finished early. It was one of the worst massages Ive ever had.

The service at this place is horrible!! I bought my mother a gift here of a massage and she was treated so badly. :( It was her first massage and she didn’t know how things operate. The owner herself called and threatened legal action because my mom didn’t know that they charged her a 25.00 fee for rescheduling ! She could’ve handled in a more professional manner. My poor mom. The experience was ruined. The other people working the front desk are all as rude and Uncourteous as the owner. Go figure. Save your money for someplace else since the service is a big part of the massage experience.

I work as a dental hygienist and my occupation is really hard on my shoulders and upper back. I go every month for a deep tissue massage with Brad and hes great! He works to relieve tension and stress built up in my muscles which help me stay healthy. I am very grateful!

This Massage Spa place is really shady, I got my wife Groupon for the location in Flower Mound, and we didn’t know you can’t use intro price if you go one location (Highland Village) to another in Flower Mound, so I decided to just go ahead and sign her up for the membership $59.95 a month. At Flower Mound location, Instead educating their client. They cancel the appointment and charged $50 cancellation fee. This is unethical things to do. I disputed through my credit card. A few weeks, they charged me $59.95 additional as membership to get their money back without my permission which mean I got double membership charge one on August 7th another one on August 16th. Be careful and make sure you check your credit or debit card transactions every month..

BEST massage and cupping Ive ever had, my back looks gross but feels better then it has with months of PT after a car wreck.

They didnt have time for the hour massage I requested so I tried what was supposed to be the 30 minute deep tissue massage. Only about 10 minutes was like deep tissue the rest was filled with light massage and many pauses. Definitely not worth the cost.

Had a wonderful experience coming here after having an injury and needing to get some work done. The location is very close and in a nice shopping center and the people that work here are all very very sincere and polite and my review in rating is based on the wonderful customer service as well as the type of spall this is in the services they have to offer and they do not try to sell you products or make a bunch of Extra money off of you. They just want to get you serviced and I highly recommend this location.

Infrared sauna is amazing. Clean and relaxing environment to de-stress and detox. Definitely will be back again. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Do not signed up for their monthly billings. They will charge multiple credit cards without your authorization, they will not freeze your account as requested and if you arent signed up for monthly billings you wont be able to use your credits nor will you be given a refund. You also cant use these credits for store items or gift them out. This company is shady do not trust me.
