The scheduling system is not setup for clients it’s setup to only benefit the company. Brianna is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had and I truly hope she moves company’s so I can follow her. She is the only reason I’ve held on this long. Almost every time I setup an appointment they text or call to ask me to move. I’m normally accommodating but it’s honestly ridiculous. I was told to try calling to set the appointment so I did that and they still moved me. This last time I was out of town so I used my app to book a 90 minute massage. I immediately received a text they needed me to move because it left a 30 minute gap in their day. I was unable to return their call due to business. So this time they just arbitrarily moved my appointment. I found out the day before. They’ll tell you it’s policy and a manager will call you back but you never hear from anyone. When you finally speak up the manager will insist she never got a message and it’s just policy. Blah blah blah. I’m over it. I don’t spend this amount of money to have my appointments constantly changed or if I cannot accommodate to be told “then you just have to cancel or we will cancel the appointment.” Save your sanity and book a subscription somewhere else. So sorry Brianna!!! I hope to see you somewhere else in the future.
I used Groupon to purchase this session. It was a 60-minute massage with one elevation deal. I was first greeted by the receptionist, Nia. She was very helpful when I was filling out some information on the iPad. My wonderful masseuse, Luisa, was absolutely amazing! The massage was exactly what I needed. I told her where I would need the most attention, which was my neck, back, and ankles. The rooms are quiet and clean. Overall, this was a great experience.
Booking is a mess. I booked a couple’s massage a week and a half and advance, and they called us the day OF to tell us that they had double-booked and that they had to cancel our appointment. Did not offer a voucher, coupon, anything. Then told us we could take another a lot. I left a couple voicemails that they only just got back to today… to let me know that they were already fully booked. If you like Massage Heights I would recommend a different location; I found their response apathetic, and disappointing. Won’t be back again 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Brianna is exceptionally great therapist I have found in my 20 years I have been taking massage therapist. She knows the body so well and practiced so well, I feel all my sports pains are instantly relieved in a 90 min session!
If I could leave no stars I would! I canceled my membership today! I have been coming here for almost 4 years and it was great to start. You pay a membership due and you can add on extra hours and services at an up charge. I was spending hundreds at this place in a months time always booking massages out of my membership because I loved it. It’s my one place to get away from the stress of work. Everything has drastically changed over the last few months. Today I got a call to see if I would be able to extend my time to a 90 min slot I always book online as I mentioned I work a lot and can’t always call to set an appointment. For the last few months at every appointment they have called me same day as appointment or a few hours before to change my appointment time. I kept letting it go but it really set me off that they did it yet again today. The front desk girl refused to let me talk to her manager and was basically gaslighting me saying that I need to call in to confirm and I need to do this and that when it’s her job to keep the books correctly. Just 2 months ago they calledMe two hours before my appointment and I was in another state coming back from a romantic couples trip with my fiancé who lives out of state so it was important that we had our massages on that day as he was set to go back to Atlanta on the following day. They tried to reschedule my couples massage. By the time we got there we only had enough time for 30 mins and they still charged me for the full service even though they messed up the schedule bottom line don’t come here if you want more stress in your life and to have rude unprofessional staff yell at you and gaslight you instead of offering solutions. I’m the customer at the end of the day and would be allowed to express my anger as to why this keeps happening to me every time. I didn’t cuss at her nor did I yell I just wanted straight answers. I told her after I didn’t want to have the massage today as I don’t like confrontation as I clearly put off my disappointment of the repeated schedule changes and she told me well if you don’t come to day you will still be charged. It’s completely unprofessional to be yelled at then forced to come to an appointment. It’s not worth the hundreds of dollars you will throw into this place and trust I will talk to the franchise owner about this because ever since they got new upfront staff every thing has changed.
I’ve been waiting to leave a review so that I could make a fair assessment, but since the manager at this location can’t seem to follow through with what she says, I will not wait any longer to warn others.MEMBER WARNING!!1. At the beginning of my husbands and my memberships, we were double billed multiple times *Check your CC statements!!* had to call and have the “manager” reverse the charges.2. Part way through my year contract, a new owner takes over and increases the rates….I’m sorry, isn’t that why there’s a contract?!?!3. And this takes the cake: I cancelled my membership in January before the January payment was due. I was within 30 days of the January payment so I knew I would still be charged for that month. I received a confirmation of my cancellation via email within the next week. Then, they continued to charge my credit card for 2 more months!! I contacted them about a refund and finally got a hold of the manager, Tiffany, who refunded one month of my fees for March (as well as the overcharge for my husbands membership). When I realized she didn’t give me a refund for February, I called again and resubmitted all the documents and emails clearly stating when my account was cancelled as well as the original email confirmation from Gwyn at this location. Tiffany said she would take care of it and get it refunded that day (beginning of April). Here we are in May, and STILL NO REFUND!! Should not take 5 months for a manager to figure this out!I went here for one specific masseuse and also think Garret at the front desk is a lovely person.However, I Do NOT recommend this location or dealing with Tiffany.
Im a massage therapist for a different company. I get two free hours a month where I work and STILL found myself signing up for a year membership because of Teresa... and didnt want to pay more for the month to month 🤡 Thank you for taking care of my shoulders! See yall in a few weeks!
I usually try and stick to my regular but even when I try a different therapist its usually pretty good as well. Canceled membership after years but mainly due to convenience as Im not that close and found a good personal therapist closer to home thats more reasonably priced. Still not a bad deal for what you get but recent rate hikes made me look elsewhere.
HORRIBLE service!!! I booked an appointment at Massage Heights at the Flower Mound location for my birthday. Mind you I live in the Galleria area and there are three other locations (all that I have been to) that are closer. But because I enjoy this location I chose. I explained to girl who I scheduled my appointment with that I’d been to this location before but it had been a while since last visiting. She pulled me up in the system, confirmed my information and gave me pricing. We agreed on everything and confirmed my appointment. Fast forward to the day of my appointment (10 minutes before my scheduled massage) I get a phone call from a gentleman working there and he tells me that my pricing has changed. Really?!! Mind you I live in the Galleria area here in Dallas and this is a 40 minute drive for me. The gentleman had no remorse and acted as if this was my fault. As a person who has been in the customer service business for 25 years (Fortune 100 & 500 companies) if I’d misquoted someone in pricing then the right thing to do would be to honor what you as a company agreed on. A total INCONVENIENCE & DISAPPOINTMENT. So basically almost 2 hours wasted of my day in which I took off (PTO)from work early down the drain. The gentleman was very nonchalant with an IDGAF attitude. Please DO NOT spend your money with the Flower Mound location or refer any business to them. Their HORRIBLE!!
After a couple year lapse, I came back in March and with an appointment booked with Ryan and she was great! She was very kind and really made the experience relaxing. My next appointment was today with Ryan, and again, a great experience! I feel so much better and I can feel all the tension in my shoulders/back that was created by stress is pretty much gone. I highly recommend her and will be booking with her in the future! I should also add that Massage Heights reinstated my past credits from a couple years ago - to which I am extremely thankful!
I got a massage from Kendrick this week and it was one of the best massages of my life! While I was there to relax, I am a competitive athlete and I’m rough on my body. He found so many knots I had no clue were causing me paid and worked them out. He focused on the areas I asked him to, and made me feel 100% comfortable! My workouts have felt so much better and the weight is moving smoother since he worked on me!The front desk team was welcoming, inviting, and answered all my questions about the packages and membership options! Heather was so sweet and friendly.The facilities are clean and you can tell everyone takes pride in what they do and ensuring the best possible customer experience! I would sincerely and highly recommend anyone who has not been here before to give them a try! You will not be disappointed!
We have been going to Massage Heights for the last 4 or 5 years and love it! My husband and I go at least once a month but usually every couple of weeks and we have massages in the couples room. Genie and Brenda are the best!!! They are so good that we dont get massages on vacation anymore for fear we will be disappointed. Genie and Brenda are professional and make you feel comfortable immediately! If you have any ache in a certain muscle, they will work it out and you will feel great when you leave. I am a little concerned posting this review because it may get more difficult to get in to see them. Massage Heights staff is friendly, rooms and bathrooms are clean, and massage therapists are great! I highly recommend this place and these therapists! Make an appointment, you wont be disappointed!
I definitely recommend Massage Heights in Flower Mound! Ive been a member for several years now. The front desk staff is always warm & friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and professional and always clean. They have several therapist to choose from so anyone could find a good match for their needs. My favorite is Genie! She is so good at her craft! She stays current with continued education and is incredible at deep tissue massage and listens well to what your needs are. She works closely with you if youve had an injury or surgery and knows her stuff! It always amazes me how quickly she can find a trouble spot! Genie is fantastic at giving relaxing massages too. Whether youre the kind of person who wants total quiet during a massage or you like to visit, Genie will accommodate!
***UpdateAfter being contacted by the owner we visited a second time but we had different masseuses. The second time was much better. We both enjoyed our massages and were happy to finally get the relaxing night out we wanted the first time.**********I booked a couples massage to start off our date night. They informed us that they were running behind right when we got there. The staff was super friendly but our massages were horrible. My masseuse walked out of the room in the middle of the massage to get supplies and it took her about 5-7 minutes to get back to massaging me. I have NEVER had a masseuse stop massaging me in the middle of my massage. Her co-worker in the room told me I should complain on her because she was not allowed to leave. Also after she would massage an area she would wipe me down with a rough towel which I have never experienced and I felt like it was wasting massage time. They started massaging us 25 minutes late but wrapped it up within 40 minutes!! Needless to say this ruined the rest of date night, I have never felt like I wasted my money on a massage until this visit.
My massage was great. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Such a bizarre check out experience though. My first time in so I expected the obligatory “membership” pitch. I politely declined and indicated that I had a membership elsewhere—was just looking for an experience today. The guy then started talking about other packages to which I also declined. He proceeded to tell me that the charges for today were $210! I hesitated and told him that I thought it was $140 for 2 hours and he said no, that’s our one hour price! I took out my phone to check and he started “checking” too. As I got to the booking page, he said stated that he apologized that their prices were wrong in their system and need to be updated and charged me the $140 introductory price. After that kind of shadiness, I will not be back.
I bought my wife a couples massage for valentines day we have had one other and that was 12 years ago. From the time we were greeted at the front door, to the finish we were very comfortable. My wife had Lynn and I had Becca and both of us we really impressed with both of them. They both did an outstanding job and would highly recommend them. Thanks for making my wifes date day a success.
Such a zen, relaxing atmosphere. The service is really great, Michelle is the receptionist and she is so sweet. I had Veronica as my massage therapist and it felt like I had been touched by an angel. It was such a relaxing massage and she was so sweet and friendly. Highly recommend this place and especially Veronica. ♥️
I was so excited to go this place but was quite disappointed.First off... I payed for a 60 min massage... somehow they think 40 minutes is the same thing. Massage started at 1:40pm and ended at 1:20pm. I even arrived 15 min early.Second... I paid for a deep tissue and didnt even get firm pressure. It was like someone was just rubbing lotion on me which was not helpful.Lastly... the check-in girl was very push about placing a card on file. Not necessary. When I checked out, a different lady was pushy about signing up for their package. She was very rude once I nicely declined. Overall very poor customer service.
Thanks guys the staff and especially the masseur Vince are amazing. I have nerve damage and some old injuries that have been causing pain inflammation and mobility issues. After my session with Vince today my neck back and hips feel feel great less inflammation more movement and the radiating pain from nerve damage is better. I will definitely be returning for more thanks again.
Courtney is a new therapist there. After my preferred therapist left the practice, I tried other therapist, and they are ALL good. Charlene is fantastic, but she stays booked!! Courtney has experience working with a chiropractor and her techniques are fantastic when it comes to firm and deep tissue. This time, I went ahead and got a 90 minute session and it was perfect!!!
Just enjoyed my 1hr massage immensely. Katie was great and really knows her stuff. The Staff is too. This was one of the few times Ive left a massage feeling better than when I came in. Not all beat up. I feel wonderful. My Massage Heights experience was 5 Star.
My boyfriend and I went in for a massage today. It was his first experience. The staff was wonderful and Sarah helped us through all of the on boarding which was very quick/simplistic. Both massage therapists did an amazing job (Kendrick and Heather). Overall a very clean, professional, and personable experience. Looking forward to next month’s visit.
I went yesterday and had a wonderful massage. As soon as I walked in, I was in a relaxed mood. The on-boarding process was easy and everyone was super professional. The atmosphere immediately puts you in the mood for a great massage. I did the 90 minute and it was heavenly. Thank you Massage Heights, I will be back.
My initial experience was not good due to scheduling issues and every massage was with someone different due to high turnover. I cancelled my membership because I could not find consistency. During my last session I had a great massage and was talked into purchasing a promotional B1G1 package so I gave one to my mother for Christmas. I called today to redeem my massage but because I am no longer a member they will not let me get the massage I purchased. I do not recommend the Southlake or Flower Mound locations as I have tried both with problems at each.

Monday - Friday in separate rooms. No real explanation or apology from receptionist. Kind of awkward. If a customer says you have website descriptions and reviews detailing couples massage, you should ask another employee instead of assuming the customer is incorrect. Weird exchange. Won’t schedule here because the receptionist made it weird.
My husband and I booked massages here for our anniversary. The massages were supposed to be on Saturday, but one of their receptionists double booked, and we were forced to move our massage to the next day. When we originally booked, we booked 1.5 hour couples massage WITH hot rock therapy.When we went in Sunday for our massages, the massages themselves were okay, but we didnt receive our hot rock therapy. Their reception staff messed up our booking YET AGAIN. We also didnt get the full 90 minutes of our massage.Then, as were checking out, were letting them know all of this, and the receptionists who were there were so unprofessional, arguing about how to check us out and whatnot. They only took $30 off for our troubles and we STILL ended up paying over $180 for mediocre massages.We will NEVER go here again.
I got a couples massage for my wifes birthday. It was our first time getting a professional massage. From the second you walk in, you feel welcomed and relaxed Katy and Tracy were so amazing and fun. They knew all the right moves and pressure spots to work on without us saying where our problem areas where at. Definitely coming back, hooked on relaxation.

The therapists here are very knowledgeable, skilled and professional. The front desk personnel are always friendly and easy to do business with. I love the spa feel of the facilities which is warm and cozy. Thanks for the consistent professionalism and great service!
I had a massage today with a therapist there named Teresa, it was by Total accident that I was placed with her because I was originally placed with a different masseuse but I had to call at the last minute and get moved back 30 minutes, the general manager answered the phone and was so sweet and offered me a time 30 minutes later that fit my timeframe better, I had Teresa, when after I told her my issues with two bulging disc in my lower back, we decided to do more of a therapeutic visit then a relaxing massage. She completely addressed my issue which was my IT bands that were causing all of my lower back pain, I left there feeling like a million bucks! I will continue to see her for my issues and we will get to a relaxing massage after we get through all of the other issues that are going on with me I cannot sing enough praises about this therapist! Request Teresa, she is the bomb.com.
This is honestly one of the worst places you can go. One of my friends said she went and recommended me to try the therapist she saw, when I called the receptionist was rude and she told me I could only get in with a different therapist. I went in to make the appointment in person and the facility was somewhat nice but again the customer service was very poor. She was very rude, tried to get me to sign up for the membership even though I had never gotten an actual service and I asked to use the restroom after I booked the appointment and she said the restroom was for paying clients only. I ended up cancelling and booking with another spa.

Under New Manager - I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and will NOT be back. Poor customer service. After asking to speak with a manager it is clear they have no regard for their customers. It is clearly ran with, just a job mentality. I now understand why they have such a difficult time retaining their staff. Appointments canceled, arriving to find they forgot to book/overbooked without a single apology. Now required to pay another month to leave (just billed yesterday)? Absurd. It is very disheartening. Get your act together.
Rose Ortega is the absolute best at what she does. She has an incredible knack for finding all the trouble spots without me having to call them out. She also does an incredible job at the deep tissue and sports types of massages. She is very nice and will talk with you or remain quiet during your massage - you pick. Finding a really great masseuse is usually a struggle but if you book with Rose, you will not have to look any further.
The massages are great. The massage therapists are great. However, this place doesnt want to sell massages. They want to sell subscription memberships. If you want a memberships for a massage this is the way to go. Otherwise look somewhere else.
I have been a fan of massage therapy for many years. After a life of sports and the military, this old body has many injuries with aches/pain. I can say that Massage Heights and namely my therapist Teresa are fantastic. Professional staff and a massage tailored to what your request are. I highly recommend.
Genie Hendrickson rocks! I have had many massage therapist over the years and she is among the very best. She really cares about her clients and their well being. She is very knowledgeable and her skills are phenomenal.

Easily the worst massage I have ever had. I paid for the 90 minute and only got about 60. Started late, bathroom break mid massage and finished early. On top of that it was a bunch of pressure point stuff and very little massage. I also made the statement, I am not much of a neck person. (Which I say whenever i get a massage and is generally understood) but he went ahead and did my neck. The whole time i kept thinking he will start actually doing the actual massage but by the time I came to the conclusion I had been in there ling enough i wasnt going to get my money back so i figured I would stick it out. I should have known it was going to be bad when one of the first things he said was that he didnt like doing massages for relaxation....he liked it when people wanted (what I can only assume is a sports massage) a little pain. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
This location is now under new management! Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! The receptionist and Retreat Director were courteous and friendly, my therapist was wonderful and the new owners were so attentive! Bought a membership! Definitely will recommend to anyone! Fabulous!
Preston has been coming to Massage Heights for several years. Most recently has received massages from Melissa, who massages and stretches him. She is very knowledgeable about muscles and illnesses as well. She treats the whole body, concentrating on areas with most needs.
You will never be able to cancel subscription with this company. They will charge you every month for the rest of your life.
Terrible customer service!!! I made an in person appointment 3 days in advance and when I arrive for the appointment they said I dont have an appointment for you. The girl that made the appointment was there and said yes I made it myself. They didn’t get me in. No resolution offered just “well we didn’t charge you yet so…”🤷🏼♀️Wow, I’m so unimpressed! I will not return & I caution you as well.
